Vannamei shrimp is one of the shrimp species with economic value and is one of the national leading commodities. On the other hand, one of the problems in vannamei shrimp cultivation is its slow growth, slow growth is caused by the less optimal absorption of nutrients in the feed. In dealing with these problems, one of the things that is done is the administration of probiotics. The addition of probiotics such as Biolacto containing Lactobacillus sp bacteria to the feed can increase the appetite of shrimp. This study aims to determine the effect of biolacto probiotics on feed on the growth of the absolute weight of vannamei shrimp. This study used a Complete Random Design (RAL) with four treatments: A (feed without a mixture of probiotics), B (probiotics 2 gr/100 gr feed), C (probiotics 4 gr/100 gr feed), and D (probiotics 6 gr/100 gr feed). Treatment B with a concentration of probiotics 2gr/100g feed gave the highest absolute weight growth of 9.2 gr. Water quality data during the study were obtained with water temperature ranging from 28.5 – 29.2°Celsius, salinity ranging from 36 – 37 ppt, pH ranging from 7.5 – 8.0, and dissolved oxygen ranging from 4.0 to 4.63 mg/l. This study aims to analyze the budgeting process, factors that form the basis of budgeting and obstacles to the budget implementation and realization process at the Secretariat of the Regional People's Representative Council (DPRD) of Jambi Province. The analytical tool used is qualitative descriptive research. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the budgeting process at the Secretariat of the Jambi Provincial DPRD follows the regional government budget cycle which consists of three main stages, namely budget preparation and determination, budget implementation, and APBD accountability reports. Budget preparation is carried out through coordination with the Executive Budget Team, then discussed with the DPRD before being ratified, while its implementation takes place after the APBD is approved, with accountability through semester and annual reports audited by BAWASDA and BPK to ensure transparency and accountability. Basic factors in budgeting include effectiveness, efficiency, and compliance with regulations. There are obstacles such as the incomplete discussion of the Draft Regional Regulation according to the Regional Legislation Program, changes in the number of Draft Regional Regulations that have an impact on activity planning, and low budget absorption due to external factors, such as changes in Central Government policies that complicate the preparation of the APBD. In addition, the lack of government assertiveness in enforcing policies and the suboptimal performance benchmarks complicate budget evaluation, so that improvements to the performance measurement system and better coordination between regional and central governments are needed.

Social media has become an important part of modern society, including in Indonesia. Its rapid development has a significant influence on various aspects of life, one of which is language. The influence of social media on the development of the Indonesian language is often seen from the emergence of new terms, the use of informal language, and the simplification of sentence structures. Language changes influenced by social media raise concerns about the decline in the ability to speak good and correct Indonesian, especially among the younger generation. This study aims to determine the influence of social media on the development of the Indonesian language among teenagers. The findings include the entry of absorption from foreign languages, especially English. Words such as "selfie", "hashtag", "viral", and "followers" are examples of new vocabulary that originally came from English but are now widely used by Indonesian speakers. The influence of social media on the development of vocabulary in Indonesian can also be seen from the use of abbreviations and acronyms. Due to character limitations on some platforms such as Twitter, users often use abbreviations to express themselves.
