This study discusses the effectiveness of digital counseling services as a form of psychological intervention in reducing political anxiety among urban Indonesians in the post-truth era. This era is characterized by the massive spread of information that is often misleading and triggers public uncertainty and unrest, especially before and during political processes such as elections. Using a qualitative approach with case study methods and in-depth interviews, this study explores the experiences of urban individuals who participate in digital counseling services. The results show that digital counseling is able to provide a reflective and supportive space for individuals to understand and manage their emotions and political perceptions in a healthier way. This intervention has been shown to strengthen psychological resilience, reduce levels of political anxiety, and increase media literacy and critical awareness of urban communities towards national political dynamics. These findings recommend the integration of digital mental health services into psycho-political impact mitigation strategies in the digital era.

Proof in criminal procedural law in Indonesia is a process that starts from the investigation stage, where evidence is gathered by investigators, to the trial stage, where the judge delivers a verdict. The main goal of this process is to seek and uphold material truth, which is the truth that corresponds to the actual facts. This evidence includes various forms such as witness testimony, expert testimony, documents, indications, and the defendant's statements. In the Indonesian proof system, which is based on the Continental European system, at least two valid pieces of evidence and the judge's conviction are required to declare someone guilty. This means that the evidence must be convincing to the judge regarding the truth of the charges brought against the defendant. This article examines the theory of proof, circumstantial evidence, and challenges in the practice of proof, including the testimony of possession that emerged in the Vina Cirebon case. This research employs a normative juridical method with a legislative approach. The analysis shows that proof in criminal procedural law heavily relies on valid evidence and the judge's conviction, and identifies that the Indonesian judicial system needs to pay attention to the development and adaptation to special situations such as possession testimony.

The foundations of Western epistemology are profoundly rooted in ancient Greek philosophy. Throughout its historical development, this epistemological tradition has been shaped by rational, secular, and value-neutral modes of thought. It has given rise to dominant paradigms such as rationalism, empiricism, critical philosophy, and intuitionism. While these paradigms differ in their methodologies and approaches to acquiring knowledge, they are all grounded in a shared philosophical outlook that prioritizes human reason and sensory experience. This study investigates the core aspects of Western epistemology, including its historical evolution, defining traits, inherent limitations, and adverse effects. The research adopts a qualitative method based on literature review and philosophical analysis, employing a systematic and reflective approach. Data were gathered from library sources and examined using various analytical tools, including interpretation, induction and deduction, coherence analysis, holistic reasoning, heuristics, and descriptive analysis. The study concludes that Western epistemology is characterized by an overreliance on rational and empirical methods, a dichotomous worldview, anthropocentrism, resistance to spiritual insight, perpetual doubt, secularism, and a dismissal of sacred values. These traits give rise to fundamental weaknesses such as extreme rationalism, a fragmented view of truth and reality, secularist ideology, and the elevation of humanism and existentialism as ultimate values. The impact of Western epistemology extends beyond the West, influencing Islamic intellectual traditions by encouraging secularization, liberalism, and the advancement of scientific disciplines that exclude recognition of divine authority.

A discussion on Islamic morality and ethics is the purpose of this paper. We see many modern generations paying little attention to how to apply morality in their daily lives. Morals and ethics are human behaviours in daily life that have been instilled. Morals come from the Qur'an and the Hadith of the Prophet Muhammad and include what is good, bad, right, and wrong in one's actions. Meanwhile, ethics come from the culture and customs of the local community. In this paper, the author discusses the meaning of morals and ethics, human relationships with God, humans, and nature. Protest is a legitimate form of expression in a democratic society. In Islam, protest is also recognised as the right of everyone to voice injustice and bias. However, protests must also be carried out with ethics that are in accordance with Islamic teachings. The ethics of protest can be explained in the hadith, namely: Protests must be carried out peacefully and not violate the law. This is in accordance with the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad SAW, "Whoever sees an evil should change it with his hand. If he is unable, then with his tongue. If he is unable, then with his heart. And that is the weakest faith." (HR Muslim). In this Hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (PBUH) teaches that protests should be done in stages, starting with the lightest action, namely giving a direct response. If you are unable to do so, then you can protest verbally, for example by expressing your opinion or criticism through the media. If that is no longer possible, then protest can be done in the heart, i.e. still rejecting evil, but not taking actions that can lead to violence or riots. Protest must be based on truth and justice. This is in accordance with the hadith of the Prophet Muhammad (saw), "Indeed, Allah is true and loves truth." (Narrated by Bukhari) In this hadith, the Prophet Muhammad (saw) affirms that protest must be based on truth and justice. This means that protest must be done because of real injustice, not because of personal or group interests.

This research aims to see how the concept of utilitarianism is applied in Indonesia. The application of the theory of utilitarianism will be studied more deeply in terms of law enforcement in society. Of course, through this method it can be seen that utilities that are useful and benefit the whole community will have more value than a legal decision that only benefits each party. One figure, Jeremy Bentham, said that the aim of law must fulfill three aspects, namely Justice, Certainty and Benefit. Therefore, legal objectives must be met so that the regulations or legal products formed by law bearers are expected to fulfill these three aspects perfectly. However, the truth of these three aspects as the objectives of creating a legal product that must exist, must be examined more deeply, whether it is true that the law has perfectly created justice, has certainty, and must provide benefits to society. The data collection method was carried out by studying literacy and statutory regulations and conducting qualitative descriptive data analysis.

This study investigates how artificial intelligence (AI) is transforming Islamic journalism and digital da’wah by analyzing the ethical challenges posed by algorithmically mediated media. Employing a critical-interpretive approach, the research examines how algorithmic logic impacts the production, visibility, and ethical dimensions of Islamic content on platforms such as YouTube and TikTok. The findings reveal a growing tension between Islamic communication principles—sidq (truth), amanah (trust), and hikmah (wisdom)—and the operational values of AI systems that prioritize virality, personalization, and engagement metrics. This paper contributes to global discourse by proposing a hybrid ethical framework that bridges Islamic communication ethics with digital media accountability. It argues for an integrative model where spiritual integrity, transparency, and justice guide the development and use of AI in Islamic media contexts.

This article discusses the meaning of marriage as a holy covenant from the perspective of the New Testament, particularly for Christian couples who have not been blessed with children. This study employs a qualitative method through literature review of the Bible, theological books, and relevant scientific sources. The findings show that, in Christian teaching, the value of marriage is not solely determined by the presence of children, but rather by unity, love, and commitment centered on Christ. Marriage is seen as a reflection of the relationship between Christ and His church, requiring faithfulness and perseverance in facing life’s challenges, including the struggle of childlessness. New Testament theological principles provide comfort and strength for couples to remain faithful in marriage, and emphasize the importance of building a family that reflects God’s love and truth, regardless of having children.

This study explores the challenges of evangelism in the modern era, particularly in reaching groups that are apathetic towards the gospel. Using 1 Corinthians 9:19-27 as its foundation, which highlights the importance of flexibility in evangelistic approaches to reach people from various backgrounds, this research applies the Apostle Paul’s concept of adaptability to contemporary evangelism among apathetic groups. Specifically, it examines how biblically-based adaptive strategies can be utilized by churches and individual Christians in their evangelistic mission. The primary aim of this study is to analyze the application of the principle of flexibility in 1 Corinthians 9:19-27 for apathetic groups and to assess how this principle can enhance the effectiveness of evangelism in today’s context. The urgency of consumer protection in Sharia-compliant transactions has become increasingly prominent alongside the growth of the halal industry and rising public awareness of transactional justice based on Islamic principles. This study aims to formulate the theoretical and normative construction of consumer protection within the framework of Islamic law and to assess its compatibility with Indonesia’s positive legal system. Employing a normative juridical approach combined with a descriptive-analytical method, this research explores primary legal sources including Qur’anic verses, the hadiths of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH), and scholarly opinions found in classical and contemporary fiqh al-mu‘āmalāt literature, as well as secondary legal sources such as Law Number 8 of 1999 on Consumer Protection, fatwas of the National Sharia Council (DSN-MUI), and relevant academic literature. The analysis is conducted through content analysis to extract the values of justice, transparency, and balance of rights and obligations within contractual mechanisms. This study finds that core principles such as truthfulness (ṣidq), disclosure (bayān), and justice (‘adālah) constitute the essential foundation of consumer protection in the Islamic legal perspective. The prohibition of gharar (uncertainty), riba (usury), and tadlīs (fraudulent misrepresentation) is not merely a moral injunction but an integral safeguard mechanism for consumer rights. Furthermore, the institutional presence of supervisory bodies such as DSN-MUI and Sharia certification mechanisms has proven to be strategic, though they continue to face challenges in implementation, socialization, and consumer literacy. The findings also indicate a substantial opportunity for harmonizing Islamic legal principles with the national legal system within the framework of maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah. Therefore, this study recommends strengthening sectoral regulations based on Sharia principles, integrating fatwas into positive legal norms, and enhancing educational capacity for both business actors and consumers in order to realize ethical, equitable, and sustainable transactions.

Money Laundering is any criminal act that fulfills the elements of a criminal act as regulated in Law Number 8 of 2010 concerning Prevention and Eradication of the Crime of Money Laundering. Proof is one of the procedures that must be carried out in the Criminal Procedure Law, which will help find light on a criminal act. Due to the various types and methods in this criminal act, the evidence carried out is in accordance with the criteria and type, in this case the author wants to analyze the elements of hiding and disguising the crime of money laundering. The research method used is a normative-empirical approach using a statutory approach. The research results show that 1) Money laundering is considered a serious criminal act because it can support other criminal activities such as drug trafficking, terrorism, corruption and organized crime; 2) Proof in criminal procedural law is the process of showing the truth of accusations or accusations made in a criminal case. 3) Proving the crime of money laundering requires cooperation between various institutions and the use of technology and special expertise to analyze complex financial transactions. In this way, it is hoped that the judicial process can run transparently and fairly, and ensure that money laundering crimes can be punished appropriately.

The existence of various views on the Incarnation of Christ often causes confusion. Each view provides different arguments. Therefore, a biblical study is needed to provide answers based on biblical principles. The methodology applied is exegesis. Exegesis is a way to interpret the Bible by emphasizing different approaches in the analysis of the original languages of the Bible as the main foundation. In this way, a biblical truth is obtained that can answer the various views that exist. The term incarnation comes from the Latin incarnatio which is composed of in and carnis (in the flesh). This term comes from the Greek translation “σὰρξ sarx sarcosis. Literally, σὰρξ sarcosis means to become flesh. Flesh is literally the muscular part that covers the bones of the human body. Synecdically (a figure of speech that uses a part of something to represent the whole or vice versa, to create a rhetorical or creative effect), it means the physical body as a whole flesh, which is related to the scope of the human worldly situation or mortal nature, earthly descent, blood ties, ethnic groups, and races. In general, this term gives the impression of weakness, fragility, mortality, and participation in human nature. The term σὰρξ – sarx sarcosis is closely related to the opening of the Gospel of John which reveals the word that became flesh (John 1:14). The term flesh (Greek: σὰρξ sarx) in biblical terminology refers to humans with all their anthropological dimensions. In theological terminology, The incarnation is a historical fact that explains that the invisible God, who spoke His word to humans, now clearly appeared as a human being. Jesus Christ is the Word of God who became flesh (John 1:14)

This article explores the challenges and opportunities faced by the authority of the Bible in the context of postmodern culture. Postmodernism—characterized by truth relativism, the deconstruction of meaning, and skepticism toward institutions—has significantly shifted society’s perception of authoritative texts, including Scripture. Drawing on key thinkers such as Lyotard, Derrida, Vanhoozer, and Grenz, the study examines how biblical authority is no longer universally accepted but interpreted through the lens of individual subjectivity and personal experience. In response to this shift, the article proposes several constructive hermeneutical approaches—contextual, narrative, communal, and pneumatological—that allow Christians to remain faithful to divine revelation while addressing the needs of contemporary culture. It also emphasizes the importance of embodied witness and the role of the church as a community of interpretation that brings the authority of the Bible to life in practical, relational, and socially relevant ways. Ultimately, this study concludes that although postmodernism questions claims of absolute truth, it also provides a meaningful space for the church to reimagine how Scripture can be lived out and communicated effectively in a changing world.
