This research aims to identify and analyze the essential instructional tools needed in gas turbine learning for cadets of the Naval Academy's engineering corps using a mixed-method approach with an explanatory sequential design involving 160 respondents, consisting of 120 engineering corps cadets, 15 instructors, and 25 field engineering officers. The research results identified 28 types of gas turbine instructional tools categorized into four groups, with simulators and software showing the highest level of importance (4.65/5.0), and there were significant differences in the perception of importance levels among the three groups of respondents (F(2,157) = 12.45, p < 0.001). The AHP analysis produced a priority framework in four levels, with Level 1 encompassing 5 essential instructional tools: gas turbine simulator (0.742), gas turbine cut-section model (0.698), control system trainer kit (0.681), interactive learning video (0.673), and troubleshooting simulator (0.667). Regression analysis showed that instructional tools significantly contribute to learning effectiveness (R² = 0.742), with the gas turbine simulator as the main predictor (β = 0.384), positively impacting the cognitive aspect with a 26.8% increase in concept understanding (effect size 1.24), the affective aspect with an increase in learning motivation and career interest from 67% to 84%, and the psychomotor aspect with a 33.7% increase in hands-on skills and a 28.5% reduction in troubleshooting time. The resulting priority framework provides strategic guidance for optimizing resources and gradually developing gas turbine learning capabilities in military educational institutions, despite facing major obstacles such as budget constraints, technology compatibility, lack of quality human resources, and limited laboratory infrastructure.

This community service activity was carried out to answer the challenges of modern education, especially in designing assessments that are inclusive and responsive to the diverse learning needs of students. The program involved 25 teachers from five elementary schools in Gunung Anyar Sub-district, Surabaya. The training method includes preparation through a needs survey, exposure to the basic concepts of differentiated assessment, collaborative practice, implementation simulation, and ongoing mentoring. The results of the training showed a significant increase in teacher competence, especially in understanding the concepts of formative, summative, and diagnostic assessments, as well as the ability to design flexible rubrics and assessment formats. As many as 85% of participants understood the objectives of the activity well, 78% felt that they understood the material very well, and 82% felt helped by simulations and hands-on practice. In addition, the training created a culture of productive collaboration between teachers, which was felt by 88% of participants. However, there are challenges in the form of the need for more time for technical deepening of rubric development and implementation assistance in the classroom. Collaborative practice-based training proved effective in improving teachers' competence in differentiated assessment. For the sustainability of the program, further training, the establishment of teacher learning communities and increased school support are recommended. This program is expected to create a more inclusive, innovative and responsive basic education for students' diversity.

The increasing demand for skilled human resources in the field of automation by the workforce has encouraged vocational education institutions to align their graduates' competencies with industry needs. Students must be equipped with up-to-date skills in line with technological advancements. Currently, the availability of technical expertise programs in vocational high schools (SMK) that include industrial automation curricula is very limited. This situation does not align with the growing industrial demand for SMK graduates with automation competencies, such as wiring and PLC programming skills. Based on these circumstances, this automation system training based on PLC was conducted as part of a community service program. The activity aimed to enhance the skillsets of vocational high school students, particularly in the machining engineering department. The training utilized PLC-based automation systems with Omron CP1E E30-DR-A controllers. The PLC logic programming was performed using CX-Programmer software. The results of the program showed that most participants could grasp the material well. Moreover, all participants gained new insights and skills in industrial automation systems, which serve as valuable support when entering the workforce.

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing Service Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), Competency and Innovation on Community Satisfaction through Service Quality as an Intervening Variable.  The sample for this research was 105 service users of the Balai Karantina Pertanian Kelas I Batam.  The technical analysis uses the path analysis method, namely specifi direct effects and specific indirect effects. The results of the research show that Standard Operating Procedures for Services have a direct effect on service quality, competence does not have a direct effect on service quality , innovation has a direct effect on service quality, service quality has a direct effect on community satisfaction, Standard Operational Procedures of Service has a direct influence on community satisfaction, competence has no direct influence on community satisfaction, innovation has a direct influence on community satisfaction, standard operational procedures of service has no effect on public satisfaction through service quality, competence has no direct effect on public satisfaction through service quality, innovation has no direct effect on public satisfaction through service quality.

This research aims to analyze the certification training needs of employees for their development at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services. In the context of increasing industry competition and rapid technological advancements, the need for relevant certifications and training has become crucial to enhance employee competence and competitiveness. The research employs a qualitative approach, collecting data through interviews and observations. The findings indicate several key areas where training certification is highly needed, including technical fields, occupational safety, and project management. Furthermore, the results reveal that structured and continuous certification programs can boost employee motivation and performance, supporting the achievement of the company's strategic goals. Recommendations from this research include the development of training curricula that align with industry needs, increased collaboration with external certification institutions, and the development of a continuous evaluation system to ensure the effectiveness of the certification programs. Thus, the implementation of these training certification programs is expected to contribute positively to the human resource development at PT PLN Nusantara Power Services.

Considering the abundance of underutilized local feed materials, particularly large amounts of agricultural waste that have yet to be optimized as a feed source, the production of feed snacks is expected to provide a solution for utilizing this waste. By adding local ingredients such as moringa leaves, which have highly potential nutritional content, the development of these feed snacks is further enhanced. Moringa leaves are a valuable commodity in terms of both their nutritional content and benefits when added to feed formulations, serving to complement the standardized nutrient requirements. Through a technological processing involving silage/fermentation and to facilitate application and increase storage life, the product is formed into snacks. Addressing the ongoing complaints of farmers regarding the need for feed with high protein content at an economical price, the BERAKAL livestock snack emerges as a solution to meet this demand. With an affordable price, it is expected to fulfill the needs of farmers who face a shortage of quality feed compared to commercial concentrates which are relatively more expensive. The methods of socialization and technical guidance typically involve several stages and strategies to enhance the competence and awareness of the community, such as initial socialization, training and technical guidance, and general technical guidance. BERAKAL livestock snacks can increase livestock productivity, leading to increased production of meat, milk, and eggs, and improving the competitiveness of Indonesian livestock products. BERAKAL livestock snacks can enhance the competitiveness of Indonesian livestock products in the global market. The BERAKAL livestock snack program has the potential to provide significant benefits to universities in terms of implementing MBKM and achieving IKU. Some of these benefits include increasing collaboration with industry partners and the community. This program will involve industry partners and the community in the development and marketing of BERAKAL livestock snacks. This collaboration can enhance the university's reputation as a reliable partner in developing products and services that benefit the community.

This study investigates the alignment between global competency frameworks and local educational practices, particularly in multilingual classrooms. With globalization influencing education, acquiring skills like intercultural communication and global citizenship is vital. However, integrating these competencies into local curricula remains inconsistent, especially in multilingual settings, where linguistic and cultural diversity pose challenges. Using qualitative methods such as curriculum mapping, teacher interviews, and classroom observations, the study identifies areas of alignment and misalignment. While global competencies are integrated into subjects like social studies and global health education, technical subjects like mathematics and science show less alignment. The study also highlights gaps in the development of intercultural competence and global communication skills, which are often underrepresented. Challenges like language barriers, the monolingual habitus of many schools, and limited professional development for teachers in multilingual contexts hinder the full implementation of global competencies. The study recommends improving curriculum integration of global competencies across all subjects and enhancing teacher training to support multilingual classrooms. Future research should explore regional variations in multilingual settings and how technology can aid in developing global competencies. Addressing these challenges will better prepare students for both local and global challenges in an interconnected world.

This study aims to study, know, and analyze (1) The influence of managerial competence on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. (2) The effect of motivation on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. (3) The influence of managerial competence and motivation on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. The method used in this study is explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity test, reliability test, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression. The results of the study inform that (1) Managerial competence has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if managerial competence is improved, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase. (2) Motivation has a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if motivation is increased, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase. (3) Managerial competence and motivation have a positive effect on employee performance at the Sambongpari Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. This means that if managerial competence and motivation are improved, the performance of employees at the Sambongpari Health Center in Tasikmalaya City will also increase.

Hospitals are a comprehensive part of social and media organizations whose function is to provide complete health services to the community, both curative and rehabilitative, hospital services reach family and environmental services. The aim of the research is to analyze the influence of health service quality on patient satisfaction in the inpatient room of Melati Perbaungan Hospital. Analytical survey research design with a cross sectional design. The total population of patients treated from June 2023 to August 2023 in the Inpatient Room at Melati Perbaungan Hospital is 167 people. The number of samples was 62 people. The results of the chi square test research show that there is an influence of 8 variables, namely technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, security, human relations and comfort, which have a p-value <α 0.05, meaning that technical competence, human relations, effectiveness, efficiency, continuity, safety, human relations and comfort influence patient satisfaction in the Melati Perbaungan Hospital inpatient room. The results of the multiple logistic regression test are the most dominant comfort variable with an odds ratio (OR) of 18.455, meaning that it influences patient satisfaction 18 times. The conclusion is that the comfort variable is the dominant variable that has the most influence on patient satisfaction in the Melati Perbaungan Hospital inpatient room. It is recommended for hospitals to adopt policies to increase patient comfort in treatment rooms in order to produce optimal satisfaction for patients.

The method used in this study is descriptive analysis with qualitative research design, while the technical data analysis, namely Data reduction, Data display, Triangulation and conclusion. The results of the study inform that (1) The implementation of the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency as a whole has not been carried out properly. This is due to 4 dimensions, namely communication, resources, disposition and bureaucratic structure, which have been implemented well, namely communication, disposition and bureaucratic structure. While what has not been implemented well is resources. (2) Obstacles in implementing the SISDMK application in realizing manpower at the Tarogong Health Center, Garut Regency, namely the less than optimal competence of staff in operating SISDMK and the unavailability of sufficient and sustainable budget from the Health Center for the implementation of SISDMK.

This research delves into the intricate dynamics of emotional intelligence among Semester 3 cadets at the esteemed Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta). As the maritime industry places increasing emphasis on holistic competence, this study investigates the intersection of emotional intelligence, academic self-assessment, professional competences, and motivations. Over a span of three semesters, approximately 18 months, 240 cadets were engaged in a qualitative exploration, providing insights into their perspectives on emotional intelligence within the unique context of maritime education. The findings reveal a compelling correlation between emotional intelligence and academic self-checks, indicating that cadets with higher emotional intelligence levels exhibit proactive approaches to academic responsibilities. Moreover, emotional intelligence emerges as a significant influencer of professional competences, with high levels associated with effective decision-making and adaptive leadership. Intrinsic motivations play a pivotal role in shaping emotional intelligence, aligning cadets' passion with career aspirations and fostering genuine dedication to the maritime industry. The implications of this research are far-reaching. The recognition of emotional intelligence as a critical factor in academic success suggests the need for tailored interventions within the maritime education curriculum. Integrating modules focused on emotional intelligence development can equip cadets with essential skills for academic resilience and effective professional navigation. Furthermore, the study recommends mentorship programs, intrinsic motivation enhancement strategies, and collaborative initiatives between educational institutions and industry stakeholders to foster a workforce adept at emotional intelligence and ready for the challenges of maritime management. While the research contributes valuable insights to the discourse on emotional intelligence in maritime education, it also highlights the need for continued exploration. Future research could broaden the scope to include diverse cadet populations and employ additional research methods to validate and extend the current findings. This study stands as a foundational step towards understanding and enhancing emotional intelligence among maritime professionals, positioning them as not only technically proficient but also resilient and adaptive leaders in the global maritime arena.

The study focuses on 200 randomly selected cadets who represent a diverse range of cultural and linguistic backgrounds within Indonesia. As future global officers, these cadets are integral to the maritime sector's international landscape and are expected to communicate fluently in English, adhering to the standards set by the International Maritime Organization's International Maritime Education and Training (IMO-STCW) guidelines. The research is centred on the first semester cadets, freshly graduated from senior high school, enrolled in three majors: Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management. These majors collectively contribute to the production of qualified seamen, deck officers, and engine officers. The investigation employs qualitative research methods and descriptive analysis to comprehend the cadets' competences in computer literacy. The focal point is the introductory study of computer science and maritime technology tailored for the Nautical and Technical majors. Moreover, the research incorporates an examination of the socioreligious dimensions influencing the cadets' perspectives on their educational journey. Abstract. Abstract. This journal discusses Canva, an online platform that provides many templates and images for creating presentations, infographics and documents. In learning Japanese at SMA Negeri 1 Candung, Canva can be used as a tool to develop student creativity and combine Japanese language knowledge with technology. Using Canva in learning Japanese at SMA Negeri 1 Candung has several benefits, namely: Helping students develop creativity. Canva allows students to create interesting and unique presentations, infographics and documents. Students can use images, fonts and themes that are appropriate to the material being studied. Canva can be used to create posters, flyers and brochures that convey information in Japanese. Canva allows students to learn graphic and design techniques. Students can practice technical competence in using the Canva application to create professional and attractive presentations, infographics and documents. To work collaboratively in practicing Japanese language competence. Students can train collaborative competencies in creating presentations, infographics and documents that convey information in Japanese together, train digital literacy competencies in using the Canva application to conduct research or convey information in Japanese digitally. Using Canva in learning Japanese in high school can be done online or offline, depending on the student's needs and conditions.

One of the sciences, technologies and arts that is in line with the demands of the times and demands in the industrial world, is technical drawing using the AutoCAD program.  Based on the specific objectives of Vocational Secondary Education (SMK) according to Law No. 20 of 2003 it is necessary to carry out AutoCAD training for vocational school students.. The methods used in this community service are teaching and practice methods. The result of community service is that partners gain a level of understanding in AutoCAD theory as well as the use of AutoCAD applications in building structures. This can be seen from the results of the pre-test and post-test with the value from 35% to 65% after the introduction and training of AutoCAD.

This study delves into the intricacies of the Maritime Education and Training (MET) program at the Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta), focusing on Semester 3 cadets. Adopting a qualitative and descriptive research approach, the research aims to elucidate the perspectives of 240 cadets through the lens of academic self-checked intelligence, professional competences, motivations, and their interconnections. The findings reveal diverse self-checked intelligence profiles across Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management majors, necessitating a nuanced curriculum tailored to their distinct strengths. English communication emerges as a pivotal professional competence, urging a strategic enhancement of language instruction to equip cadets for effective communication in the global maritime community. Motivations driving cadet dedication encompass familial legacies, a love for the sea, and the pursuit of international exposure. Recognising and nurturing these intrinsic motivators emerges as a crucial element for sustaining cadet engagement. The positive correlation between self-checked intelligence and professional competences underscores the importance of tailored support mechanisms, prompting recommendations for mentorship programs and supplementary resources. Implications for STIP Jakarta include the need for continuous quality improvement through periodic curriculum reviews, fostering a holistic approach that combines technical proficiency with soft skills. The research contributes to the discourse on maritime education, offering a roadmap for institutions to navigate industry dynamics and diverse cadet needs. The findings, discussions, and recommendations collectively enrich the understanding of Semester 3 cadet perspectives, offering actionable insights for educators, administrators, and policymakers to refine and elevate maritime education at STIP Jakarta.

This qualitative study investigates the perspectives of 240 Semester 3 cadets at the Maritime Institute Jakarta (STIP Jakarta) regarding An Operational Approach to Maritime Cyber Resilience. Over three semesters, the research scrutinizes cadets' academic self-checked intelligence, perceived professional competences, motivations, and the interplay between language development and preparedness for global roles. The demographic diversity of the cadet sample, representing majors in Nautical, Technical, and Port and Shipping Management, ensures a comprehensive exploration of maritime education. The findings reveal a positive evolution in cadets' understanding of maritime cyber resilience, with a notable increase in academic self-checked intelligence. The curriculum's effectiveness in cultivating a nuanced comprehension of cyber threats is underscored by the enhanced professional competences perceived by cadets, indicating preparedness for the practical challenges in the maritime industry. Motivations and engagement exhibit a positive trajectory, from initial challenges to sustained interest, indicating the subject's growing relevance over time. The interconnected development of English language proficiency and subject mastery emphasizes the need for targeted language support within maritime education. The positive correlation between improved language fluency and a deeper understanding of maritime cyber resilience suggests the symbiotic relationship between linguistic and technical competence. The study's implications extend beyond STIP Jakarta, offering insights for refining maritime education globally. Recommendations encompass dynamic pedagogical approaches, continual curriculum evaluation, industry collaboration, and language enhancement initiatives. By embracing these recommendations, maritime education programmes can foster a resilient cadre of professionals adept at navigating the complexities of the modern maritime industry.
