The rapid development of the digital ecosystem has encouraged Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ambon City to adopt online platform-based marketing strategies in response to changing consumer behavior that is increasingly digitally connected. This research focuses on MSME consumers in Ambon City who actively interact with local business products through digital platforms. The main problems identified include low digital marketing adoption by local MSME actors, limited empirical studies on Eastern Indonesia context, and the absence of an integrative analytical model that simultaneously tests three dimensions of digital marketing. This research aims to analyze the influence of digital marketing strategies encompassing social media marketing, paid digital advertising, and content marketing on consumer purchasing decisions of MSMEs in Ambon City. This study employs a quantitative approach with a survey design involving 100 respondents selected through purposive sampling, and data were analyzed using multiple regression analysis after passing classical assumption tests covering normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. Results show that social media marketing has a significant effect with a regression coefficient of 0.387, paid digital advertising with a coefficient of 0.312, and content marketing with a coefficient of 0.274, all significant at the 0.05 level. Simultaneously, the three variables explain 67.1% of variation in consumer purchasing decisions with an F-count of 65.847. Social media marketing is proven as the most dominant dimension shaping consumer purchasing decisions of MSMEs in Ambon City. This research concludes that an integrated and contextual digital marketing strategy is a crucial instrument in driving MSME growth in Eastern Indonesia and recommends strengthening digital capacity of local business actors as a priority policy for regional MSME empowerment.Keywords: digital marketing; purchasing decision; MSMEs; social media; Ambon City

The agricultural sector plays a strategic role in meeting food needs while maintaining environmental sustainability and community welfare. However, conventional farming practices that rely on chemical inputs have caused various problems, such as soil degradation, loss of biodiversity, and environmental pollution. This condition has encouraged the adoption of the Sustainable Agriculture concept, which emphasizes a balance between ecological, economic, and social aspects. Its successful implementation is strongly influenced by farmers’ perceptions as the main actors. This study aims to analyze rice farmers’ perceptions of the implementation of Sustainable Agriculture in swampy areas of Tebas District, Sambas Regency. The research was conducted from October to November 2025 using a survey method involving 95 farmers selected through the Slovin formula and proportional random sampling technique. Data were collected through observation, interviews, and Likert-scale questionnaires, and analyzed using descriptive analysis and binary logistic regression. The results show that farmers’ perceptions are generally positive, particularly regarding water management, variety selection, and cropping patterns. However, the use of organic fertilizers, environmentally friendly pest control, and post-harvest management are still considered difficult. Education level and non-farming occupations significantly influence farmers’ perceptions. Therefore, enhancing extension services, training, and support for business diversification is necessary to promote the adoption of Sustainable Agriculture.

The issue of uninhabitable houses still requires an accurate identification mechanism because the manual data collection process has the potential to be time-consuming, costly, and subject to subjectivity in determining aid priorities. This study aims to develop a classification model to identify habitable and uninhabitable houses based on family socioeconomic data using the Random Forest algorithm. The research method includes data preprocessing, data division using stratified split in three scenarios, baseline model development, and optimization through hyperparameter tuning using GridSearchCV with 3-fold cross-validation and balanced class_weight parameters. The data used includes variables such as education type, employment status, occupation type, number of family members, and family insurance type. The test results show that the 70:30 data division scenario after tuning provides the best performance with a recall value of 0.5797 for uninhabitable houses and an F1-score of 0.4746. Feature importance analysis shows that education type and employment status are the most influential variables in the classification. The results of this study show that the model built is capable of increasing sensitivity in detecting uninhabitable houses to support more objective field survey prioritization.

Leadership constitutes a critical determinant of organizational efficiency, yet the relationship between leadership styles and administrative effectiveness remains incompletely understood, particularly across different institutional contexts. This comparative study examines how transformational, transactional, and laissez-faire leadership styles influence administrative efficiency in public and private sector institutions in Indonesia. Using a mixed-methods approach, quantitative data were collected from 428 employees across 28 public institutions and 24 private organizations through validated survey instruments; qualitative data were gathered through 36 semi-structured interviews with organizational leaders and managers. Results reveal significant positive relationships between transformational leadership and administrative efficiency in both sectors (β = 0.54, p < 0.001 for public; β = 0.48, p < 0.001 for private), with transactional leadership showing moderate positive effects (β = 0.32 public; β = 0.38 private) and laissez-faire leadership demonstrating negative relationships (β = −0.28 public; β = −0.24 private). Leadership styles collectively explain 52% of efficiency variance. Mediation analysis reveals that organizational culture (28%), employee engagement (35%), and trust in leadership (22%) partially mediate transformational leadership's effects, together accounting for 62% of total indirect effects. Sector differences emerged qualitatively: transformational leadership leverages public service motivation in public institutions, while transactional leadership's performance accountability resonates more strongly in private organizations. The study contributes theoretical understanding of leadership effectiveness across institutional contexts and provides practical guidance for developing contextually appropriate leadership development programs.

Tegal possesses substantial capture fisheries potential, supported by the availability of adequate human resources and appropriate infrastructure. One of the most commonly utilized fishing gears at the Tegalsari Nusantara Fishing Port is the pocket seine net. This study was conducted to evaluate the environmental friendliness of pocket seine fishing gear operated by fishermen at the Tegalsari Nusantara Fishing Port and to analyze the composition of the catch produced by this gear. The research employed a survey method using a questionnaire instrument based on nine criteria for environmentally friendly fishing gear. The respondents in this study were fishermen operating pocket seine net, and the number of respondents was determined using the Slovin formula. Data were processed using descriptive analysis. Meanwhile, the catch composition data were analyzed using the comparative method. The results of the fishing gear friendliness assessment indicate that the pocket seine gear used by fishermen at the Tegalsari Nusantara Fishing Port falls within the environmentally friendly category, with an indicator score ranging from 19 to 27. The catch composition of pocket seine gear comprises 12 species, which are classified into main catch and bycatch. All captured species possess economic value; consequently, no catch is discarded.

This study explores how social media–driven green marketing shapes sustainable consumer behavior through a systematic literature review. As concerns about sustainability intensify alongside rapid digital engagement, social media has emerged as a crucial platform for communicating environmental initiatives and influencing consumer responses. Despite this relevance, existing studies remain fragmented across theoretical, contextual, and methodological perspectives, limiting a holistic understanding of the topic. Using the PRISMA approach, this research reviews 42 empirical articles sourced from the Scopus database and analyzes them through the TCCM (Theory–Context–Characteristics–Method) framework. The findings show that most studies rely on intention-based theories, particularly the Theory of Planned Behavior, although there is a growing shift toward integrating social, psychological, and technology-oriented approaches. From a contextual standpoint, the literature is largely concentrated in Asian regions and younger demographics, which restricts broader generalization. Furthermore, results indicate that social media–driven green marketing does not directly affect sustainable behavior but works through important psychological mediators such as trust, engagement, and perceived value. These factors significantly influence how consumers interpret and respond to environmental messages online. The effectiveness of such marketing strategies is also shaped by cultural and demographic differences, making context a critical factor. Methodologically, most studies employ cross-sectional surveys and structural equation modeling, limiting the ability to capture causal and dynamic relationships. Overall, this study provides a structured synthesis, highlights research gaps, and suggests future directions, including cross-cultural analysis, stronger theoretical integration, and more rigorous research designs.

The development of information technology has driven an increase in self-diagnosis behavior, especially among the productive-age population with broad access to the Internet. This phenomenon has the potential to result in inaccurate health assessments and influence health-related decision making. This study aimed to describe self-diagnosis behavior, motivations, patterns of seeking health information online, consequences after performing self-diagnosis, and the level of health literacy among people aged 18-44 in the Tataran 1 area. This research uses a quantitative descriptive design with a survey method through questionnaires given to 60 respondents in the company. The results show that the majority of respondents are female, aged 35-44, and have a high school level education. Some respondents were not motivated to perform self-diagnosis, and the level of seeking health information online was considered low to moderate. Nevertheless, nearly half of the respondents still took follow-up actions after performing self-diagnosis. The majority of respondents had a moderate level of health literacy, so the ability to understand and evaluate health information still needs to be improved. These findings underscore the importance of digital health literacy education so that the public can accurately sort medical information and reduce the risk of mistreatment due to self-diagnosis of the disease.

This study aims to analyze the impact of inflation on the profitability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) operating in traditional markets. Inflation influences key business aspects, including rising production costs, declining consumer purchasing power, and instability in input prices, all of which can disrupt business performance. The research employed a quantitative approach using survey data collected from MSME actors to assess these effects. The findings reveal that inflation has a significant negative impact on MSME profitability, particularly through the reduction of profit margins. This occurs as businesses face higher raw material costs while simultaneously experiencing a decline in sales volume due to weakened consumer demand. As a result, many MSMEs struggle to maintain financial stability and sustain their operations under inflationary pressure. These findings highlight the need for adaptive strategies among MSMEs, such as cost efficiency and pricing adjustments. Additionally, the study offers important policy implications for the government to support MSMEs through targeted interventions, including price stabilization measures and financial assistance programs, in order to maintain business resilience and economic sustainability.

Cine Crib is a YouTube channel that routinely reviews both international and Indonesian films, with a primary focus on Indonesian cinema. The review content, presented in a relaxed, informative, and entertaining manner, possesses significant potential to influence audience decisions to watch films in cinemas. In the digital era, social media platforms, including YouTube, have emerged as primary information sources that play a vital role in shaping consumer perceptions, preferences, and behaviors concerning movie-watching interest, particularly in theaters. This study aims to determine the influence and the magnitude of the impact of review content on the Cine Crib YouTube channel toward the interest in watching films in cinemas. The research employs a quantitative approach utilizing a survey method. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to 100 respondents consisting of Cine Crib channel subscribers. Data analysis includes validity and reliability tests, simple linear regression, t-tests, F-tests, and the calculation of the coefficient of determination ($R^2$). Research findings indicate that film review content on YouTube has a positive and significant influence on the interest in watching films in cinemas, albeit with a weak correlation. Variations in watching interest are influenced by film review content, while the remaining factors are influenced by variables outside the scope of this study. Consequently, the Cine Crib channel represents an effective strategy for increasing interest in cinema-going.

The effectiveness of public sector organizations in delivering quality services and achieving their mandates depends critically on how they manage their human resources. This study examines the relationship between strategic human resource management (SHRM) practices and organizational performance in Indonesian public sector organizations. Employing a mixed-methods research design, data were collected from 312 public sector managers and HR professionals across 45 government agencies through surveys and 32 in-depth interviews. The research investigates five key SHRM dimensions: strategic recruitment and selection, performance management systems, employee development and training, compensation and rewards, and employee engagement. Findings reveal significant positive relationships between SHRM practices and multiple performance indicators including service quality, operational efficiency, employee productivity, and organizational innovation. Regression analysis demonstrates that SHRM practices collectively explain 47.3% of variance in organizational performance scores. Qualitative data illuminate implementation challenges including limited HR professional capacity, rigid civil service regulations, political interference, and resistance to performance-based management. The study identifies critical success factors such as top management commitment, alignment between HR strategy and organizational strategy, investment in HR analytics capabilities, and cultural transformation toward merit-based practices. Results indicate that high-performing public organizations distinguish themselves through systematic talent management, data-driven HR decision-making, continuous learning cultures, and stronger linkages between individual performance and organizational outcomes. This research contributes empirical evidence on SHRM effectiveness in public sector contexts and provides actionable recommendations for HR practitioners and policymakers seeking to leverage human capital for improved public service delivery.

The digital transformation of public administration represents a critical pathway toward modernizing governance, enhancing service delivery, and improving transparency in Indonesian government agencies. This study examines the current state of digital transformation initiatives across various levels of government in Indonesia, identifying key challenges and opportunities in implementing digital technologies within bureaucratic structures. Through a convergent parallel mixed-methods design combining surveys of 245 government officials from 32 agencies and in-depth interviews with 28 digital transformation leaders, this research reveals that while Indonesian government agencies have made significant progress, substantial barriers remain including limited digital infrastructure in remote regions, resistance to organizational change, insufficient digital literacy among civil servants, and inadequate legal frameworks. The overall mean maturity score was 2.87 (SD = 0.74), placing the average agency in the 'developing' category, with only 6% reaching the 'optimizing' level. The study identifies critical success factors: strong leadership commitment (β = 0.38, p < 0.001), citizen-centric design, comprehensive change management, and effective public-private partnerships. Findings indicate that successful digital transformation requires not merely technological adoption but fundamental organizational restructuring and cultural shifts toward data-driven decision-making and collaborative governance. Policy recommendations address digital infrastructure investment, human capital development, governance reform, and shared platform utilization. This research contributes to theoretical understanding of digital government in developing nations and provides practical guidance for policymakers navigating the complexities of public sector digitalization.

This study investigates the impact of social support and learning motivation on students' desire to pursue higher education at SMA Negeri 4 in South Tangerang City. It employs a quantitative design through survey methods, collecting data via a Google Form questionnaire from 84 participants, with instruments validated and tested for reliability using SPSS version 27. Analysis involved simple and multiple linear regression, supplemented by t-tests for individual effects and F-tests for combined influences. Social support (X1) significantly affects interest in further education (Y), showing a regression coefficient of 1.521 (p = 0.000) and R² of 0.649. Learning motivation (X2) likewise exerts a strong positive influence on interest in higher education (Y), with a coefficient of 1.307 (p = 0.000) and R² of 0.691. Together, these factors significantly predict students' interest (F = 106.418, p = 0.000), explaining 72.4% of the variance (multiple R² = 0.724), while 27.6% stems from unexamined variables. These results highlight the critical role of social support and robust learning motivation in boosting students' aspirations for advanced studies. Schools, families, and policymakers can leverage these insights to craft targeted initiatives for enhancing postsecondary enrollment. This study examines the evolving landscape of racket sports and its implications for injury patterns among diverse athlete populations. Over the past decade, traditional sports such as tennis and badminton have remained popular, while emerging sports like padel, pickleball, and beach tennis have experienced rapid growth, attracting participants across a wide age spectrum. However, the high-speed, repetitive, and multidirectional demands of these sports increase the risk of musculoskeletal injuries, making it essential to understand their epidemiology for effective prevention. This systematic literature review followed PRISMA 2020 guidelines, analyzing peer-reviewed studies published between January 2020 and early 2025 from databases including PubMed, ScienceDirect, Europe PMC, and Open Alex. A total of 22 studies met the inclusion criteria, comprising randomized controlled trials, cohort studies, and cross-sectional surveys. Methodological quality was assessed using the Cochrane Risk of Bias Tool (RoB 2) and the Newcastle-Ottawa Scale (NOS). The findings reveal significant variation in injury prevalence across sports, ranging from 34.2% in recreational pickleball to 92% in competitive padel. Badminton injuries were predominantly acute and affected the lower limbs, while tennis showed a higher incidence of overuse injuries in the upper limbs and trunk. Padel players frequently experienced elbow overuse injuries, with higher rates reported among females. In contrast, pickleball injuries were largely associated with falls among older adults. Preventive interventions involving supervised, sport-specific functional training and structured warm-up programs were found to be most effective. In conclusion, injury burden in racket sports is substantial and influenced by both intrinsic and extrinsic factors, highlighting the need for targeted, sport-specific prevention strategies.

The development of information and communication technology has significantly transformed consumer behavior, particularly in the process of searching for information prior to making a purchase. One rapidly growing phenomenon is Electronic Word-of-Mouth (eWOM), which refers to informal communication among consumers through digital platforms such as social media, online forums, and product review websites. eWOM is considered more credible than traditional advertising because it originates from real user experiences. This study aims to analyze the impact of eWOM on consumer purchase intention with trust as a mediating variable. A quantitative approach with a cross-sectional survey design was employed, involving active users of digital platforms who accessed product reviews before purchasing. Data were collected via online questionnaires and analyzed using multiple regression and mediation testing (Baron and Kenny approach with Sobel test). The findings reveal that eWOM has a positive and significant effect on consumer trust (β = 0.72) and directly influences purchase intention (β = 0.31). Trust demonstrates a stronger effect on purchase intention (β = 0.56) and serves as a significant mediator in the relationship between eWOM and purchase intention (indirect effect = 0.40). These results highlight that the quality, credibility, and consistency of eWOM information are crucial in building consumer trust, which subsequently enhances purchase intention. Theoretically, this study enriches digital marketing literature, while practically it provides implications for companies to manage online reviews transparently and foster consumer trust to drive purchasing decisions.

TikTok Shop is a popular application that offers online shopping and interaction experiences for consumers. Marketers at TikTok Shop use various methods to encourage consumer decisions to make purchases. This study aims to determine the effect of celebrity endorsers, online customer reviews, and viral marketing on purchasing decisions for TikTok Shop e-commerce products. This study uses a quantitative method with a survey approach by providing questionnaires to respondents. The population studied was all people in Semarang City who have the TikTok Shop application and have purchased products through the application. A sample of 112 people was taken using the convenience sampling technique. Data were obtained through questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis, F test, R2 test, and t test. The results of the study indicate that celebrity endorsements have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Tiktok Shop users in Semarang City. The increasing use of celebrity endorsements will encourage consumer decisions to buy. Online customer reviews have a positive and significant effect on consumer purchasing decisions for Tiktok Shop users in Semarang City. Cardiovascular dysfunction is a disorder of the blood vessels, such as hypertension, heart failure, and stroke. In 2016, cardiovascular disease was the leading cause of death worldwide, based on data from the World Health Organization (WHO). Coronary Heart Disease (CHD) is the leading cause of death, along with stroke, as shown by the Sample Registration System survey in 2014.This case involves a 64-year-old male, Mr. N, who presented to the emergency department of RSUD dr. Fauziah Bireuen with complaints of chest pain that developed gradually and worsened over the past month. The pain was located across the entire chest and radiated to the back and neck. The pain was described as severe, like being crushed by a heavy load, worsened during strenuous activities such as cutting grass and chopping wood, and relieved when the patient bent forward. The pain could occur at any time, with a Visual Analog Scale (VAS) score of 10 (severe pain). The patient also reported easy fatigue during heavy physical activity over the past month. Laboratory examination revealed elevated leukocytes, mean corpuscular volume (MCV), segmented neutrophils, troponin I, cholesterol, and triglycerides. The patient was diagnosed with extensive anterior ST-elevation myocardial infarction (STEMI) post successful fibrinolytic therapy.

Purpose: This study examines the effect of service communication on usage intention of Holistic Homecare for Elderly services, with customer trust serving as a mediating variable. Design/Methodology/Approach: Employing a quantitative explanatory approach with cross-sectional survey design, this research involved 120 family respondents with elderly members (≥60 years) in urban areas of Jakarta and Bandung, selected through stratified purposive sampling. Data were collected using structured questionnaires with 5-point Likert scales that had been tested for validity (Pearson correlation > 0.30) and reliability (Cronbach's Alpha > 0.70). Data analysis utilized Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4.0 to examine measurement and structural models, along with bootstrapping mediation tests. Findings: Service communication demonstrated significant positive effects on customer trust (β = 0.712; t = 12.456; p < 0.001) and usage intention (β = 0.324; t = 4.213; p < 0.001). Customer trust significantly influenced usage intention (β = 0.498; t = 6.847; p < 0.001) and functioned as a partial mediator (indirect effect = 0.354; BootCI [0.248; 0.471]). Originality/Value: This research integrates Commitment-Trust Theory and Social Support Theory within the context of home-based elderly care services in a developing country, revealing the critical role of empathetic, responsive, and transparent communication as the foundation for trust-building that subsequently drives service adoption. Practical Implications: The findings emphasize the necessity of therapeutic communication training for caregivers and information transparency to establish a trustworthy homecare service ecosystem in Indonesia.

This community service activity aims to strengthen government governance and adaptive digital human resource (HR) capacity of civil servants (ASN) in sub-districts of South Pontianak District, Pontianak City. The main problems identified through preliminary surveys were the low awareness and willingness of apparatuses to adapt to digital technology, as well as the absence of standardized operating procedures (SOPs) in internal administrative governance. Methods employed included reflective discussion, interactive lectures and discussions, and SOP drafting assistance. Evaluation was conducted using the CIPP model (Context, Input, Process, Product) along with pre-test and post-test instruments comprising 20 questions. The activity involved 18 apparatuses representing five sub-districts (Banua Melayu Darat, Banua Melayu Laut, Akcaya, Kota Baru, and Parit Tokaya) and one district representative. Results showed an increase in participants' average score from 75.00 (pre-test) to 86.47 (post-test), representing a 16% improvement. Additionally, the activity produced five internal administrative SOP documents and a Follow-Up Action Plan (RKTL) from each sub-district as a commitment to digital transformation implementation. In conclusion, education-based intervention and technical assistance proved effective in improving sub-district apparatus competency in supporting digital bureaucratic reform.

The Foot-and-Mouth Disease (FMD) outbreak has inflicted severe multidimensional disruptions on dairy farming communities, yet limited research has systematically examined how social, economic, and psychological impacts collectively shape farmer welfare in post-outbreak contexts, particularly in developing countries. This study aims to investigate the simultaneous effects of social, economic, and psychological impacts on the welfare of dairy farmers following the FMD outbreak in Indonesia, and to extend theoretical frameworks of welfare and resilience to the context of livestock disease crises. A quantitative survey was conducted with 150 dairy farmers in Pujon District, Malang Regency—one of the areas most severely affected by the 2022 FMD outbreak. Data were collected using structured questionnaires and analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS 4. The measurement model results was assessed for reliability and validity, while the structural model tested the hypothesized relationships. All three impact dimensions demonstrated significant positive effects on farmer welfare: social impact (β = 0.640, t = 4.431, p < 0.001), economic impact (β = 0.635, t = 4.487, p < 0.001), and psychological impact (β = 0.647, t = 4.143, p < 0.001). The model explained 95.5% of the variance in farmer welfare (R² adjusted = 0.955), indicating exceptional explanatory power. Factor loadings revealed that mutual assistance (0.990), loss of assets (0.986), and business insecurity (0.981) were the strongest indicators of social, economic, and psychological impacts, respectively. Farmer welfare in post-FMD contexts emerges from the synergistic interplay of social solidarity, economic pragmatism, and psychological resilience. The findings extend welfare utility and post-traumatic growth theories to livestock disease settings and provide evidence-based foundations for integrated post-disaster interventions targeting smallholder farmers in developing countries.

This study aims to analyze the level of financial literacy and examine its influence on the household welfare of vegetable farmers. Agricultural households, particularly smallholder vegetable farmers, frequently experience economic vulnerability due to several structural challenges such as unstable agricultural income, seasonal production patterns, fluctuating market prices, limited access to formal financial services, and inadequate financial management skills. These conditions often make farm households more susceptible to economic shocks, including crop failure, input price increases, or sudden market price declines. In this context, financial literacy becomes an essential capability that enables farmers to manage their financial resources more effectively.This research employed a quantitative research design using a survey approach. The study involved 120 vegetable farmers selected as respondents from major vegetable-producing areas. Data were collected through structured questionnaires designed to measure farmers’ financial literacy levels and household welfare conditions. Financial literacy was assessed through indicators such as financial knowledge, financial behavior, and financial attitudes, while household welfare was evaluated based on indicators including consumption stability, education and health expenditures, savings capacity, and overall economic resilience. The collected data were analyzed using descriptive statistics to describe the characteristics and financial literacy levels of respondents, and multiple linear regression analysis to examine the relationship between financial literacy and household welfare.The results of this study highlight the importance of strengthening financial education programs targeted at agricultural communities. Improving financial literacy among vegetable farmers can contribute not only to better household financial management but also to broader rural economic development. Therefore, financial education initiatives should be integrated into agricultural extension programs, farmer group activities, and local government development strategies. Such initiatives may include training in household financial planning, simple bookkeeping for farm businesses, savings management, and responsible credit use. By enhancing farmers’ financial capabilities, these programs can help improve household welfare, strengthen rural economic resilience, and support the long-term sustainability of the agricultural sector.
