WHO data shows that one fifth of the world's population are teenagers aged 10-19 years, of which 900 million are in developing countries. Adolescence is a transition period from childhood to adulthood. Adolescents tend to become more focused on attracting the attention of the opposite sex in order to gain an understanding of aspects of sexuality. Lack of knowledge about reproductive health can cause various problems, one of which is the occurrence of unwanted pregnancies (KTD), abortion, early marriage and marriage, STIs or STDs and HIV/AIDS. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of reproductive health education on adolescent knowledge about reproductive health at MTs. Miftahul Falah Bekasi in 2023. The research method used is the Pre-experimental One Group With Pre-Post Test Design method. Sampling was taken using purposive sampling as many as 47 respondents. Data analysis used frequency distribution and Wilcoxon test. This research uses primary data from filling out questionnaires by respondents. The results of this study show a p value of 0.102 > 0.05. The conclusion is that Ha is rejected or Ho is accepted, meaning there is no significant influence on providing health education on increasing teenagers' knowledge about reproductive health at MTs. Miftahul Falah Bekasi in 2023. It is hoped that this research will become a reference for increasing teenagers' knowledge about reproductive health and can be used as a reference for increasing knowledge and intensive approaches for teachers and students. It is hoped that the results of this research can serve as policy guidelines for schools to provide comprehensive health education in schools that includes accurate and evidence-based information about reproductive health, including the risk of sexually transmitted diseases, contraceptive methods, and the importance of healthy relationships.

Consumptive behavior can be said to be the behavior of buying goods without strong consideration and prioritizing desires over needs. Consumptive behavior is influenced by two main factors, including internal factors that cause consumptive behavior including self-esteem, drive, self-concept, and personality. As well as external factors that cause consumer behavior due to social class, culture, reference groups and family. This research aims to determine the influence of peer behavior, use of social media, and lifestyle on the consumptive behavior of students at SMKN 1 Tanjung Jabung Barat for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method in this research is quantitative research. The samples were taken using nonprobability techniques. The sample in this research were class The analysis used is multiple linear regression with the SPSS 27 program. The research results show that peer behavior (X1) partially influences consumptive behavior (Y), social media (X2) partially has no influence on consumptive behavior (Y), lifestyle (X3) partially influences consumptive behavior (Y). Meanwhile, simultaneously the behavior of peers, social media and lifestyle on consumer behavior is 32.9%. And the remaining 67.1% is influenced by other variables outside this research.

This research aims to increase student engagement in entrepreneurial activities, with a focus on marketing and product sales strategies. The results showed that students’ interest in entrepreneurship is high, and marketing and sales skills are the main reference in implementing their business ideas. Thus, this study developed and tested practical training strategies, including product sales simulations, group work, and mentoring by business practitioners on campus. The implementation of these strategies significantly improved students’ marketing and sales skills. The results of this entrepreneurial practice provided students with valuable insights into the key success factors in entrepreneurship. The findings contribute to the practical and academic understanding of efforts to increase student engagement in entrepreneurship, particularly through the development of product marketing and sales skills, with implications that can help individual students when they want to be entrepreneurial.

Intravenous access on a patient requires skilled skills. These skills must be based on knowledge of anatomy and the level of difficulty that will be faced in the process of the action. Using the DIVA scale is a way that can be used to assess whether the installation has a high level of difficulty or not.The application of the DIVA Scale at the Awal Bros Group Hospital was carried out to provide education and reference for all nurses in doing this to detect the level of difficulty before access is installed.Application of scale DIVA is useful for reducing the number of attempts required to install intravenous access. The training was carried out on January 19 2024, which was attended by 136 nurses from 9 hospitals.

  Stunting is a disorder of child growth and development due to chronic malnutrition and recurrent infections, and inadequate psychosocial stimulation which is characterized by the length below based on age the standard (-2SD/Stunted). Stunting occurs with age in the first 1000 days of life (fetus up to 24 months) and children up to 60 month. The GRSSIA (movement of hospital in safe motherhood and childhood) is an innovation programme held by the public hospital in the cianjur area in an effort to reduce maternal mortality, baby and child expecially accelerate the process of preventing and reducing stunting in cianjur district. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of the GRSSIA (gerakan rumah sakit sayang ibu dan anak /movement in hospital of safe motherhood and childhood) programme on the stunting incidents at the regional public hospital of sayang cianjur in 2023. This type of research is quantitative with a quasy experimental one group pretest-posttest design approach. The sampling technique used is non-random sampling type of total sampling are 55 childrens meet the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The instruments used were the observation sheet, microtoise, and reference of children antropometri. Statistical test using the paired t test. The result showed a p-value of 0.000 < 0.05 which means that there is influence of GRSSIA (Gerakan Rumah Sakit Sayang Ibu dan Anak/Movement of hospital in safe motherhood and childhood) programme on the stunting incidents at the regional general hospital of sayang cianjur in 2023.

Background: Mathematics is a very important subject to study. Mathematics lessons include the development and use of concepts such as numbers, formulas, geometry, and algebra to understand and explain phenomena in various contexts. To improve the quality of students' mathematics learning, it is necessary to develop material through a learning method which is expected to improve students' abilities in solving mathematical problems. Method: The research design is "Pre-Experimental Whithout Control Group Design". The population in this study was the fourth grade students of SD Negeri 2 Muara Aman, totaling 25 people. The sampling technique in this study used a total sampling technique where the entire population was sampled, namely 25 people. The results of this research were analyzed using the Paired t-test using SPSS 22 software. Results: The average mathematics score of respondents increased after being given the intervention by 51.13. Result: The results of the Paired T Test showed a p value of 0.000< α=0.05. Conclusion: The conclusion of this research is that there is an influence of the drill method on improving mathematics learning outcomes for fourth grade students at SD Negeri 2 Muara Aman in 2023. It is hoped that the results of this research will become a reference for teachers in developing effective learning methods to increase students' motivation and enthusiasm in learning interesting mathematics subjects. positive impact on increasing elementary school student learning achievement.

The hotel's goal in running its business is of course to provide the best service to guests who stay overnight at the hotel or guests who only use the facilities or services available at the hotel. Success in achieving a goal is something that can be measured as the success of a company or agency. a leader is needed who is able to bring the hotel to its goals. Democratic leadership is a leadership style in which the leader involves team or group members in the decision-making process. This leadership style creates an environment where team members feel they have a voice and their contributions are valued. Democratic leaders support participation, cooperation, and shared leadership to achieve common goals. This research uses a qualitative approach. Secondary data is obtained externally through references from articles, journals and books. The sampling technique uses a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling method. Back pain is an inconvenience found in pregnant women, especially trimester III pregnant women. Back pain becomes a common problem for pregnant women and could make them feel anxious, afraid, and stressed. The birthing ball and lavender aromatherapy combination is a non-pharmacological therapy and simple physical therapy with the ball. This research determined the combination of birthing ball and lavender aromatherapy combination toward the backpain of trimester III pregnant women at an Obstetrician Practice Erta Faulina Semarang. This pre-experimental research used a one-group-pretest post-test design. The population consisted of all trimester III pregnant women at OB Erna Faulina Semarang. The researchers took 36 samples with purposive sampling. The instruments were a questionnaire and pain observation sheet. Then, the researchers used the Wilcoxon statistic test. The result showed the pain scale before implementing the combination was 5, moderate pain; after the implementation of a combined birthing ball and lavender aromatherapy, the pain scale relieved into 2, mild pain. The Wilcoxon test showed a p-value lower than < α (0,05). The result accepts Ha, indicating the influence of combined birthing ball and lavender aromatherapy on the back pain of trimester III pregnant women. The researcher recommends obstetricians provide the combined birthing ball and lavender aromatherapy for trimester III pregnant women with back pain. This research result could be a reference and insight for students of obstetrics and be an effective obstetric intervention to relieve the backpain of trimester III pregnant women.

The creative industry is an industry that focuses on the creation and exploitation of intellectually owned works, one of which is fashion design, including t-shirts. The current condition of society, both individuals and groups, are now starting to build their brands with the innovation and creativity they build, including Ndlodok T-shirts. This community service is the second stage, namely to introduce ndlodok t-shirts to the community. The initial offer of the "Ndlodok" T-shirt was to formulate a library-based "Ndlodok" T-shirt with characteristics of the Mojokerto dialect with the hope of opening up a new market. Apart from that, the product would become a souvenir that consumers were looking for because it had become a characteristic of Mojokerto UMKM. In facing the rigors of UMKM businesses which are increasingly competitive, "Ndlodok" T-shirt products do not experience problems in the middle of their journey, at this early stage it is necessary to introduce them as a reference for "Ndlodok" T-shirts in carrying out promotional activities.

Splinting is a method of first aid in injury/trauma musculoskeletal system. Which useful for health (immobilization) the part of our body that has been injured. By using a tool. This splinting purpose to reduce and relieve pain, prevent the occurrence of bone fracture movements that can cause damage to surrounding soft tissues. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of splinting education on community skills in providing first aid for musculoskeletal injuries in wakat village objectiveThis study is a quasi – experimental research with a one group pretest-posttest design. Total sampe/sampling 20 people by using the total sampel Sampling technique. Data collection using observation sheet. Analyzed with Mc. Nemar statistical test. Then,the data that has been collected is processed using computer assistance SPSS 16,0 program version From the result  Wilcokson statistical test showed that there was a significant influence between education and community skills in providing first aid for musculoskeletal injuries in wakat village, (p)=0,000:a= 0,05 Conclusion  in this study there is an influence of splinting education to the skillis of the community in providing first aid Musculoskeletal injuries in wakat village. The results of this study are expected to be able to become a reference for health and education installations in an effort to provide the influence of splinting education on community skills in providing first aid musculoskeletal injures.

Mental disorders are disorders in the mind, behavior, and mood of feelings characterized in the form of a set of symptoms or changes. Hallucinations are one of the symptoms of mental disorders where clients experience sensory changes in perception, feeling sensations in the form of hearing, sight, taste, touch, or smell. This research uses the research method "Pre-Experiment Design  with One Group Pre-Post Test Design approach. The sample was taken based on the number of respondents as many as 16 people using purposive sampling. Data collection is carried out by means of interviews and filling out questionnaires. Furthermore, the data collected was processed by researchers using the help of the SPSS Version 16.0 computer program to be analyzed using the Paired T Test with a significance level (α) of 0.05 The results showed that there were respondents with  the ability to control hallucinations before or after being given occupational therapy showed changes for the better. Judging from  the average ability to control pre-test hallucinations which is 1.13 or in the incapable category and the average ability to control hallucinations post test is  1.81 or is in the capable category and there is a difference of 668 which shows that there is a difference in the ability to control pre and post hallucinations   where the ability to control hallucinations occurs. The conclusion in this study is the effect of occupational therapy on the ability to control hallucinations in mental patients at the mental hospital Prof. Dr. V.L. Ratumbuysang Minahasa. Suggestions for the results of this study to be a reference for readers.

This study aims to determine the effect of perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, product features and reference groups on the decision to use TikTok users in Kebumen Regency. The population in this study are all users of the TikTok application in Kebumen Regency who have used and are currently using the TikTok application. This study used a purposive sampling method in taking samples with as many as 125 respondents. This research uses quantitative methods. Data analysis used multiple linear regression analysis with the SPSS 25 for windows program. Based on statistical methods, validity test, reliability test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, normality test, multiple linear regression test, partial test, simultaneous test and coefficient of determination test were carried out. Based on the research results, it can be seen that perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use, product features and reference groups influence the decision to use by 50.1%. The results of this study indicate that based on the validity and reliability tests, all variables are declared valid and reliable. Based on the results of the t-test for perceived usefulness, perceived ease of use and product features each have a significant effect on the decision to use, while the reference group has no significant effect on the decision to use.

Fainting or syncope is a condition where a person loses consciousness due to decreased blood flow to the brain. The occurrence of syncope in students at school can occur at any time. Therefore all students should be able to master first aid, at school Students must be able to pelrtollolngan pelrtama when syncope occurs quickly and quickly, even if the meldis assistance is only basic and belrbasis keldolktelran science known to many people.The purpose of this study was to determine the Effect of Health Education with Demonstration Methods on the Skills of PMR Students in First Aid Actions in Syncope at Man Model Manado. This research is a Pre-experiment design with One Group pretest-postest design. The sampling technique is total sampling with 30 respondents. Data collection uses an observation sheet. Analyzed with Mc Stastistic test. Nemar statistical test. From the Results: Mc.Nemar statistical test shows that there is a significant effect between health education with demonstration methods on the skills of PMR students in first aid actions in syncope at Man Model Manado. (p)= 0.000: α = 0.05. Conclusion: in this study there is an effect of Health Education with Demonstration Method on the Skills of PMR Students in First Aid Action on Syncope at Man Model Manado. This research is expected to be a reference for health and education installations in an effort to provide the influence of health education with demonstration methods on student skills in first aid actions in syncope.

The aim of this research is to analyze disorders, confounding factors, approaches to dealing with them and educational service models for children with emotional and behavioral disorders. This research was motivated by various cases related to the low level of education of children with special needs, many of whom even experienced discriminatory treatment. The research method used is descriptive with data collection techniques in the form of a literature review of references relating to the various symptoms observed. The collected data was analyzed descriptively and qualitatively so that differences in the characteristics and models of educational services provided to children with special needs and emotional and behavioral disorders were visible. The research results show that children with emotional and behavioral disorders show characteristics such as intelligence and learning ability, social and emotional traits, as well as immature and withdrawn behavior. Models of educational services for children who experience emotional and behavioral disorders can be grouped into three, namely. differentiated education services, integrated/integrated education services, and inclusive education using individual and group approaches.

The independent curriculum is the newest educational curriculum in Indonesia and is currently being implemented by implementing freedom of learning for teachers and students. This independent curriculum is packaged to suit the needs of students, apart from that it also supports learning that is literate with the times. Apart from the educational curriculum, the role of the teacher is also very important for the success of learning in the classroom. This research uses a descriptive qualitative method that describes and analyzes the data that has been found in narrative form. This research does not describe data variables in the form of numbers, but this research places more emphasis on describing the phenomena or problems in this research. The technique for collecting this data uses note taking by reading references which are used as reference sources in this research. This data collection technique is also assisted by literature study as a reinforcement of the data that has been found by the author. Meanwhile, the data analysis technique goes through several stages, namely collecting data by adjusting the data grouping, then presenting the data in the form of a narrative or description, and finally drawing conclusions from the data that has been found and then analyzing it as well.

The influence of social factors on interest in using Islamic financial services is an important topic in the banking industry. Social factors such as reference groups, family, role, and status have a significant influence on purchasing decisions at Islamic banks. This study uses qualitative research methods to understand the social dynamics that influence people's interest in using Islamic financial services. The results show that social factors, including social environment and Islamic financial literacy, influence people's interest in using Islamic financial services. Therefore, Islamic banks need to pay attention to social factors in designing marketing strategies and services in order to meet the needs and desires of the community. The suggestion is to conduct market research to identify the needs and preferences of the community regarding Islamic financial products and services.

The purpose of this study is to improve students' self-control skills by providing group counseling and individual counseling. The method used is a literature study and data is obtained by reviewing literature using references from various sources including articles, journals, and related research results. The results showed that improving students' self-control skills by providing group counseling and individual counseling is that the Guidance and Counseling (BK) teacher can provide group guidance services. Through these two services, BK teachers can make a significant contribution in shaping students into individuals who have strong self-control and are able to manage their behavior wisely. The role of parents in controlling and developing students' self-control is very important. Without parental support and involvement, efforts to improve students' self-control can experience obstacles.

Dysmenorrhea is a pain in the lower abdomen can spread to the lower back and legs. The incidence of dysmenorrhea in the world on average is very high up to (90%) while the severe painful dysmenorrhea are around 10-15%. In Indonesia the case of dysmenorrhea is around of 64.25%. The aim of this research was to determine the effectiveness of giving red ginger decoction on dysmenorrhea in young women at Assalaam Vocational School, Manado. This research uses a pre-experimental quantitative method with one group pre and post test design. wWith non-probability sampling technique and purposive sampling method based on characteristics of the population by the criteria of the researcher's. The research instrument uses an observation sheet and a Standard Operating Procedure for measurement using the NRS (Numeric Rating Scale). The sample in this study takes 12 respondents. Using the Pairet T-Test with a significance level of α=0.05. The results of this study show there is an effect of giving red ginger decoction on dysmenorrhea in young women with a P-value = 0.000 < 0.05 The conclusion in this study is giving red ginger decoction on dysmenorrhea in young women at Assalaam Vocational School, Manado are affected. And advice to respondents to used red ginger as an additional reference for reducing pain during dysmenorrhea.

Babies need adequate quality sleep because sleep is important for babies to mature their brains. The baby's body will produce growth hormone when sleeping, so the baby needs enough sleep for optimal development. One factor that influences infant development is rest or the length of sleep. To determine the effect of baby massage with fennel oil on the sleep quality of infants aged 3–12 months. Method one group pretest-post-test design. This study consisted of babies who visited intending to do baby massage at the Ananda Ambarawa Baby Spa Clinic in the January-February 2023 period. There were as many as 70 babies, so in a month, there were an average of 35 babies. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling, with a population of 35 infants and 32 infants as respondents. The PSQI questionnaire (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) was the research instrument used. Data analysis used the Wilcoxon statistical test. The Wilcoxon statistical test showed that the ρ value was <0.001 <α (0.05). The results of this study indicate that every 1-time baby massage intervention with fennel oil can potentially improve the quality of sleep for babies at 3–12 months of age 4,460 times. This result showed that Ha is accepted. In conclusion, baby massage with fennel oil affects sleep quality in infants aged 3–12 months. It is hoped that midwives can continue to motivate mothers and parents to perform infant massage and can be an additional reference for increasing the knowledge and insights of midwifery students, who are expected to become one of the most effective midwifery interventions to improve infant sleep quality.

Conflict is a situation involving individuals or groups who are at odds with each other or are in conflict with each other regarding differences in opinion, perception, communication and so on. A conflict does not necessarily occur, but is motivated by sources, symptoms and causes. The aim of this research is to find out and identify what are the sources of symptoms and causes of a conflict in an organization. The method used in this research is the literature review method which is taken from various sources such as magazines, newspapers, internet books and articles. In the literature study method, study related reference books and articles from previous research results that are relevant to the topic of this discussion. The results of this research are that conflict can originate from differences in personality, interactions, structural levels, cultural and ideological differences. In general, the symptoms behind the occurrence of conflict are disagreements between members of groups or organizations, norms that conflict with each other and conflicting actions between groups or organizations. The causes of conflict include communication, personality, limited resources, goals. inconsistent and so on.
