Human life cannot be separated from economic problems that affect human relationships with other humans. These relationships must be based on Islamic religious norms which regulate all aspects of life, including those related to muamalah issues. As part of our efforts to develop an Islamic economic system, we are trying to find a concept of the main ideas of that time as inspiration and guidance. For this reason, the author tries to convey the main thoughts of one of the scholars, namely: Shaykhul Islam Ibn Taimiyah which relates to economic issues, he has very in-depth knowledge about Islamic teachings. Islam today requires a clear economic perspective regarding what is expected and how these things can be achieved. To achieve these rights requires freedom in the economy and property rights limited by moral law and supervised by a state that is just and capable of enforcing sharia law. All economic activities are permitted unless the activity is expressly prohibited by the Shari'a.  

Moral education is an effort to mature humans who have an identity as actual human. School order is often used as an indication of the success of mental development and student behavior. The reality is that in schools there are stillmany violations of regulations school order. This condition gives rise to various problems and problems regarding implementation of moral education. This research uses Max Weber's social action theory with qualitative research methods and Schutz's phenomenological approach. Selection technique research subjects used purposive techniques. Data collection techniques are carried out through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction techniques, presenting data and drawing conclusions. The results obtained are the practice of school rules as a means of moral education at SMKN 3 Payakumbuh using a points system per semester recorded in the disciplinary book. Sanctions are educational in nature, especially for instilling students moral education. Enforcement of school rules at SMKN 3 Payakumbuh uses steps – steps in the form of installation in strategic places, socialization of school rules and regulations, and daily control of students as well as the involvement of teachers and leadership elements in maintaining social balance in the school environment. The obstacles faced in enforcing school rules are: lack of consistency of teachers in enforcing school rules. Efforts to overcome violations of school rules, namely preventive, curative and repressive measures.

Jasa Raharja). The implementation of the online system allows people to save more money and time by paying taxes online.

The legal problems currently developing are of various forms and types, so legal codification must be adapted to these developments. Since the decade of Indonesia's independence, civil law has been used as the axis of the national legal system which aims to create legal certainty. Certainty and justice are not something new in the Indonesian legal system, this is the role of judges to create laws based on applicable laws and regulations. This research aims to explain the role of civil law as a national legal system applied by Indonesia to create law. The normative juridical approach method is an approach based on the main legal material by examining theories, concepts, legal principles and statutory regulations. The results of the research show that civil law still has an important role in the legal system in Indonesia, but legal codification needs to be adapted to increasingly advanced developments so that legal events that occur are still contained in statutory regulations.

The elderly group is the last stage of maturity in a person's life, which requires some kind of Christian education or church teachings, but not everyone reaches that age, so this age is often called the golden age. Most people think they don't need special education as they get older. What is meant by elderly is a person who has reached the age of 60 years and whose physical strength has weakened to such an extent that they are no longer able to earn a living. their strength or endurance and work are already limited. Spiritual formation for the elderly is very necessary to strengthen the faith of the elderly in their old age, whose physical abilities are increasingly decreasing, causing many problems for the elderly. Therefore, by using qualitative methods and a literary approach it can be concluded that the forms of spiritual education given to the elderly are: visits to nursing homes, counseling, worship/fellowship for the elderly, catechism before death, visits to nursing homes. leading prayer and meditation, involving the elderly in services and helping the elderly when they are sick. Solution-oriented brief counseling is a fast and effective counseling approach in solving student problems. This approach emphasizes students' skills and strengths, focuses on the solutions they want to achieve, avoids past problems, and focuses on the future to achieve the desired goals. Solution Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) involves brief counseling sessions that focus on solutions rather than problems. This research aims to determine the effectiveness of implementing short solution focused counseling to increase student ownership of their learning. The method used is library research and data was obtained using library research. The research results show that the use of short, solution-oriented advice is effective in increasing student responsibility in their learning. Students who received short-term tutoring significantly increased their learning responsibilities compared to a control group that did not receive advising. Therefore, schools and teachers are encouraged to implement brief counseling as a strategy to increase student ownership of their learning.

HIV/AIDS is an infectious disease which is a sensitive health issue to be discussed. HIV/AIDS can also cause loss of the immune system in humans. Pekanbaru City is the area with the most cases of HIV/AIDS in Riau Province. The purpose of this study was to find out collaborative governance in preventing HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru City and to identify the inhibiting factors in preventing HIV/AIDS in Pekanbaru City. This study uses Purwanti's theory in Aziz Arrasyid (2021) which uses 3 indicators, namely: principled engagement, shared motivation and capacity for joint action. This study uses qualitative research with a case study approach. The informants of this study, namely the Pekanbaru City AIDS Commission (KPA), the Pekanbaru City Health Office and other related institutions conducted interviews, observations and documentation so that the required data were obtained such as primary data and secondary data and then analyzed so that conclusions could be drawn from the existing problems. The results of this study can be said to be not optimal, because there are still inhibiting factors in its implementation, namely the low participation of the community, especially the suspect community who are reluctant to admit to avoid discrimination from the surrounding community and the limited infrastructure provided.

There are very few MSMEs (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) nowadays due to people's interest in entrepreneurship and their lack of knowledge or insight into entrepreneurship.As for problems with MSMEs in Indonesia, such as weak business management capabilities, limited quality of human resources (HR), and weak access to financial institutions, especially banking. These businesses usually do not have a bookkeeping system, have difficulty expanding the business scale, and still have limited capital. Therefore, this independent entrepreneurship program can foster an entrepreneurial spirit and improve the quality of SMEs. This research method uses a qualitative approach, sampling is carried out by interviewing information identified according to their identity and problems related to the area studied. Data analysis used in data reduction research, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The main cause of the waste problem in the village is that the local community's livelihood is scavengers and this causes large piles of rubbish to be piled up by the community, lack of public awareness of managing waste or sorting waste and turning it into a craft with economic value. This research can be used as a guide for villages that have similar problems, by utilizing participatory and innovative waste management in rural areas.

Violence against children still often occurs in the city of Surabaya. Families still face obstacles in solving problems due to parents' lack of understanding in caring for children. Families need a place for consultation and support as well as learning processes so that the scope of the family can be maximized. The Surabaya city government is trying to protect children. One of the efforts of the Surabaya City Government is that the Ministry of Women's Empowerment and Child Protection (PPPA) has the best Family Learning Center (PUSPAGA) program. PUSPAGA services are under the auspices of the Surabaya City Women's Empowerment and Child Protection, Population Control and Family Planning (DP3APPKB) Service. PUSPAGA Surabaya City is present in the community for those who need services related to family problems, including childcare information. The aim of this research is to find out how the PUSPAGA program is evaluated in efforts to prevent child violence in DP3APPKB Surabaya (Counseling Service Case Study). This study uses a qualitative method. The theory used belongs to the PUSPAGA Program using Ripley's 7 evaluation indicators (Purwanto & Sulistyastuti, 2012), namely access, coverage, frequency, bias, service delivery, accountability, suitability of the program to needs. The PUSPAGA program for Surabaya City Counseling services has been running well in every indicator. Even so, the Surabaya City Government should be more proactive in informing the public about the existence of PUSPAGA services in the City of Surabaya.

This research analyzes the role of transformational leadership in the development of the IPNU-IPPNU organization in Plumbungan Village. Through interviews with organizational leaders, it was revealed that transformational leadership is realized through mutual learning incentives and the placement of members according to their talents. With 40 members divided into 16 men and 24 women, the organization focuses on developing individual potential. Transformational leadership not only motivates members to play an active role in organizational development at the village level, but also involves them in various programs such as cheerful camping, regular jam'iyah, and compensation for orphans. The history of the development of IPNU-IPPNU in Plumbungan Village records the concrete contribution of transformational policies in these activities, creating a positive impact on organizational spirit. Even though faced with challenges and obstacles, transformational leadership helps overcome these problems through joint deliberation. Future hopes for the development of this organization include the goal of producing young cadres with ahlussunah waljamaah character, and transformational leadership is expected to remain the main pillar in realizing development plans, continuing to encourage a spirit of collaboration and commitment to the organization's vision.

This research aims to analyze the Remas Organization (Riyadhul Jannah Mosque Youth) KD Kampil Village, which was founded at the end of 2020. The problems that are the focus of the research include the lack of involvement of members, especially female members, lack of initiative from youth, and internal problems in monthly deliberations. The research methods used were participatory observation, interviews with the Head of the Organization, Ahmad Syafi'udin, and analysis of documentation related to organizational activities. The research results show that the lack of involvement of female members is influenced by the large number of female members who are married, while the lack of youth initiative is caused by the workload of young people who are already working. Internal problems in monthly deliberations involve disagreements between members and inconsistent attendance. Proposed improvement efforts include increasing the involvement of female members through special programs, encouraging youth initiative through leadership training activities, and improvements in the deliberation process to increase the effectiveness of meetings and minimize conflict. It is hoped that this research can contribute to improving the performance and involvement of members in the KD Kampil Village Remas Organization.

This research aims to determine the effect of minimum wages and labor force participation on open unemployment in East Java Province 2018-2022. The dense population makes Indonesia face economic problems such as open unemployment. This happens because the number of job seekers is not balanced with the number of jobs available. The level of open unemployment occurs in every region, especially in East Java Province. Based on BPS data for the 2018-2022 period, East Java Province experienced an increase in open unemployment in 2020 with a percentage of 5.84%. The research method used uses a quantitative descriptive model approach with combined data between time series and cross-sections. The analytical method used in this research is the multiple regression test method, panel data model which is processed using SPSS version 26. The data collection technique is taken from secondary data from BPS East Java Province in 38 regions. The research results show that the influence of minimum wage instruments and labor force participation on open unemployment in East Java Province can be seen from the statistical probability values of the t test and f test. The results of the t test showed that the minimum wage instrument (X1) had a significant effect on the open unemployment rate (Y) in East Java Province. Meanwhile, the labor force participation instrument (X2) does not show a significant influence on the open unemployment rate (Y) in East Java Province. Meanwhile, the results of the f test research show that the two instruments (X1 and X2) simultaneously have a significant influence on the open unemployment rate (Y) in East Java Province.

Yogyakarta Special Region is widely known as a student, tourist, and cultural city. These conditions triggered Yogyakarta's development and growth to be very rapid. So environmental problems arise, which, if not immediately addressed, will worsen environmental conditions. The type of research carried out was descriptive-qualitative through observation and interviews. The research results showed that many developments violated legal and environmental rules. The environmental impacts that occur include a reduction in the amount of green open land, a reduction in water catchment areas, sanitation problems, groundwater availability, and river pollution. Disaster risks arising from development include landslides on river borders due to development, flooding, and land shifts. Efforts that need to be implemented to manage and prevent environmental damage include the implementation of environmental and social management systems, the implementation of institutional functions, and efforts to develop community capacity through training and community education. Meanwhile, efforts are being made to reduce disaster risk through physical mitigation, biological mitigation, and the mitigation of social, economic, and cultural impacts.
