This Field Work Practice (KKL) was conducted at Delastra Farm Yogyakarta with the objective of analyzing the implementation of marketing strategies to increase sales in the livestock sector. The research employed a qualitative approach through observation, interviews with the business owner, and documentation review. Findings reveal that Delastra Farm adopts integrated marketing strategies combining online promotion, offline promotion, and community networking. The application of Segmentation, Targeting, and Positioning (STP) as well as the Marketing Mix (product, price, place, promotion) has significantly enhanced consumer trust and strengthened the farm’s market position. Peak sales were recorded during Eid al-Adha, supported by stock increases, intensive promotions, and delivery services that meet customer expectations. Supporting factors include product quality, the credibility of the owner as both practitioner and academic, and varied promotional strategies across digital and traditional platforms. However, the farm faces several challenges, such as limited capital, fluctuating feed prices, and intense competition within the livestock market. This study highlights the importance of digital marketing adoption, customer relationship management, and product diversification to reduce seasonal risks. The practical implication is that effective marketing strategies can improve not only sales performance but also long-term brand positioning for local livestock businesses. Theoretically, this activity demonstrates the relevance of applying marketing management concepts to micro and small-scale enterprises in the agricultural sector. Strategic recommendations include strengthening digital presence through social media and marketplaces, expanding partnerships with restaurants and religious institutions, and exploring external funding to support sustainable business growth.

Dawet Ayu in Banjarnegara Regency is one of the traditional culinary micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs) that until now is still able to survive and continue to grow. This typical beverage product not only has cultural value, but also has the potential to be a promising economic source for the local community. However, the reality on the ground shows that Dawet Jabung's business actors are still facing various serious obstacles. Limited understanding of business management, difficulties in calculating production costs in detail, and inability to determine the right selling price of products are the main obstacles. In addition, the low knowledge related to aspects of marketing, promotion, and business communication strategies makes it difficult for this business to expand the market. As a result, some business actors have actually experienced a significant decrease in sales from year to year. To answer these challenges, community service activities are carried out through two approaches, namely Action and Quality Awareness and Rapid Rural Appraisal (RRA). Action and Quality Awareness are carried out through extensive counseling, lectures, and mentoring aimed at increasing the knowledge of business managers. In this activity, business actors are guided to understand the importance of financial recording, cost management, and strategies to improve product quality. Meanwhile, the RRA method is used to identify real needs in the field, as well as prepare training, mentoring, and coaching programs that are relevant to business conditions. The results of the activity showed an increase in the ability of partners to classify production costs into the categories of raw materials, labor, overhead, marketing, and transportation. In addition, business actors are now more skilled in determining selling prices based on the realization of costs incurred, not just estimates. They also began to compile simple bookkeeping related to assets, debts, and capital, so that business management became more professional, transparent, and sustainable

Stock returns represent a crucial parameter that serves as a reference for investors in evaluating company performance. A decline in returns has occurred in several mining companies listed on the IDX, despite the sector’s vital role in the national economy. This study aims to examine the effect of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), Return on Assets (ROA), Return on Equity (ROE), Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), and Firm Size on the stock returns of mining companies listed on the IDX during the 2022–2024 period. The sample was determined using purposive sampling, resulting in 56 observational data after outliers were removed. To meet the assumptions of classical tests, several variables were transformed using natural logarithms, and data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. The results indicate that CSR, ROE, and Firm Size have no significant effect on stock returns, whereas ROA and DER show a significant positive effect. These findings suggest that investors tend to emphasize financial fundamentals, particularly profitability and capital structure, rather than non-financial aspects such as CSR activities. The implication for companies is the need to enhance operational efficiency and optimize financial structures to attract investors and improve returns. Future researchers are encouraged to incorporate external variables such as global commodity prices, market risk, and macroeconomic indicators, as well as expand the observation period and apply more diverse methodological approaches to provide a more comprehensive understanding of stock return dynamics in the mining sector.

Research on stock splits has been widely conducted in Indonesia and internationally, as stock splits are considered an important corporate action that can influence investor perception and stock performance. However, the motivations and consequences of stock splits remain diverse, ranging from efforts to increase stock liquidity, adjust market price ranges, attract new investors, or signal positive corporate prospects. This study aims to empirically reanalyze the effect of stock splits on trading volume and stock prices of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2022–2024 period. Specifically, the research investigates whether significant differences exist between trading activities and stock price levels before and after the stock split event. The data used in this study are historical in nature, consisting of stock split announcements, daily trading volume, and stock price movements surrounding the event period. To test the hypotheses, this research employs both the paired-sample t-test and the Wilcoxon signed-rank test as statistical tools. These tests are appropriate because they allow for the comparison of two related samples, namely the stock performance indicators before and after the split. The selection between the two methods depends on the distribution of the data, where the paired t-test is used if the data is normally distributed, while the Wilcoxon test is applied if the normality assumption is not met. This study is categorized as moderate TKT (Technology Readiness Level 4–6) because it uses secondary historical data and focuses on empirical statistical analysis rather than experimental or simulation-based approaches. By examining stock split events within the specified period, this research contributes to the understanding of whether stock splits in Indonesia are primarily cosmetic in nature or if they generate real economic impacts on liquidity and stock valuation. The findings are expected to provide useful insights for investors, market analysts, and policymakers in assessing the relevance and effectiveness of stock splits as a corporate strategy.

This study aims to analyze the influence of liquidity, leverage, profitability, and company size on the share prices of companies that are members of the Investor33 index on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) during the 2019–2023 period. This study uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling techniques, so that 17 companies out of a total of 46 companies that meet the criteria are obtained. The data used is secondary data in the form of annual financial statements obtained from the IDX's official website. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression with the help of the Statistical Program for Social Science (SPSS) software version 25. The results of the analysis show that the leverage and profitability variables have a significant effect on the stock price, which indicates that the company's capital structure and ability to generate profits are important factors in the investor's assessment. In contrast, the liquidity variables and company size do not show a significant influence on the stock price, which means that the company's ability to meet short-term obligations and operational scale are not the main determinants in the formation of the stock price on the index. These findings provide implications for investors and company management to pay more attention to profitability and leverage aspects in financial strategies and investment decision-making. This research can also be a reference for further studies related to the analysis of financial ratios and capital market dynamics in Indonesia.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are strategic sectors in the Indonesian economy, but often face challenges in efficient and data-driven production management. This article highlights the urgency of the Real Work Lecture (KKN) program as a form of student service in assisting MSMEs, especially in optimizing the production of snacks typical of Tebing Syahbandar. This research aims to optimize the production output of the Untir-untir Titik Factory with an Integer Linear Programming (ILP) approach using the Branch and Bound algorithm. Primary data is obtained through interviews and production documentation, including product type, raw material needs, operational costs, selling prices, and profit margins. The initial analysis was carried out using the simplex method using POM QM software to obtain a linear solution, which was then refined with the Branch and Bound algorithm so that the results were in the form of integers. The results of the study showed that the optimal solution was achieved by producing 25 bales of kolong-kounder and not producing other types of snacks, resulting in a profit of Rp1,650,000 per day. These findings show that the ILP approach with Branch and Bound is able to significantly increase the efficiency and profitability of MSMEs. In addition, this method can be used as a basis for quantitative-based production decision-making. This research also emphasizes the strategic role of KKN in technology transfer and real solution-based assistance for MSME actors in the region, thereby supporting the sustainable strengthening of the local economy.

Public awareness of environmental issues is increasing, but there is still a gap between ecological understanding and green consumption behavior. This phenomenon is evident in the low interest of local consumers in Suputra Herbal Incense products in Badung Regency, despite the product's strong ecological and cultural value. This condition raises questions about the factors influencing local consumers' green purchasing intentions towards environmentally friendly products. This study uses a quantitative approach with a causal associative design to analyze the main predictors influencing green purchasing intentions. A total of 100 respondents were selected through a purposive sampling technique, namely potential consumers who are related to herbal incense products. The research instrument has been tested for validity and reliability, thus it is suitable for use in data collection. Data analysis was conducted with the help of multiple linear regression using SPSS software to test the research hypotheses. The results show that green brand image, green marketing, and price perception have a positive and significant influence on local consumers' green purchasing intentions. These findings confirm that an environmentally friendly brand image can strengthen consumer trust and interest. In addition, a consistent and authentic green marketing strategy plays a significant role in increasing product appeal. The perception of fair pricing is also a key consideration, as consumers tend to be more accepting of prices when they align with the product's ecological benefits and cultural values. In conclusion, this research provides practical contributions for MSMEs, particularly in designing effective and sustainable green marketing strategies. Efforts to strengthen green brand image, consistently implement environmentally friendly promotions, and foster a perception of fair pricing will encourage increased purchasing intentions among local consumers. Thus, eco-friendly products like Suputra Herbal Incense have the potential to compete more strongly in the increasingly competitive domestic market. The Unnoni Weaving Center is a community-led, small and medium-sized enterprise (SME) development center for traditional weaving. Despite its significant potential, many entrepreneurs in this center face challenges in determining appropriate product prices. They typically rely solely on intuition or follow market prices without considering all production cost components, resulting in very small profit margins and even the risk of incurring losses. In response to these challenges, this community service program was designed to improve the ability of SMEs to determine more rational, measurable, and profitable selling prices through comprehensive and applicable training in production cost calculations. The methods employed included outreach, workshops, intensive mentoring, and hands-on simulations on pricing based on real costs and reasonable margins. The program was conducted in two sessions at the Unnoni Weaving Center Hall, involving 25 local weaving entrepreneurs. The results showed significant improvement, with participants' understanding of identifying production cost components increasing by 76%, while approximately 80% successfully conducted simulations for determining selling prices, taking into account raw materials, labor, overhead costs, and profit margins. The tangible impact of this activity is seen in increased business literacy, more systematic calculation skills, and the confidence of SMEs in determining prices and negotiating with consumers and business partners. Furthermore, this activity is expected to be a starting point for the implementation of a simple financial recording system, increased operational efficiency, and the development of a branding strategy for Unnoni woven products so they can compete more professionally, sustainably, and with high competitiveness in both local and global markets.

This study aims to analyze the application of the full costing method in determining the cost of goods sold at a Sukoharjo Village-Owned Enterprise (BUMDes). The full costing method is an approach that assigns all production costs, both fixed and variable, to the product. It is expected to provide more accurate cost information than the traditional method currently used by BUMDes. This study used a qualitative descriptive approach, using a case study of a BUMDes Sukoharjo that produces traditional foods such as clorot, geblek, and lanting. Data collection techniques included interviews, observation, and documentation. The results indicate that the method currently used by BUMDes Sukoharjo does not capture all production costs, particularly equipment depreciation and other fixed overhead. Calculating the cost of goods sold using the full costing method yields a higher value than the previous method. This difference occurs because the full costing method comprehensively considers all cost elements, providing a more accurate basis for setting selling prices. By implementing the full costing method, BUMDes can improve cost management efficiency and obtain more accurate information for managerial decision-making. Furthermore, applying the full costing method enables BUMDes to better understand the impact of fixed costs on the overall profitability of their products. By factoring in all costs, including overheads and depreciation, BUMDes can make more informed decisions regarding pricing strategies and resource allocation. This method also allows for greater transparency in cost structures, which is essential for effective financial planning and budgeting. Ultimately, the full costing method will contribute to improved financial sustainability and long-term profitability for BUMDes Sukoharjo, helping them navigate challenges in the competitive market of traditional food production.

This study aims to analyze the influence of brand image, product variety, and bundling price on purchasing decisions among X consumers. The method used is a quantitative approach with a causal research design, so as to be able to explain the cause-and-effect relationship between variables. The research data was obtained by distributing questionnaires to 96 respondents who are active consumers of X. To ensure data quality, a series of tests were conducted including validity, reliability, normality, linearity, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity. The main analysis used multiple linear regression supported by t-tests, F-tests, and coefficient of determination (R²) processed using SPSS software version 26. The results showed that brand image had a significant effect on purchasing decisions, indicating that consumers' positive perceptions of X's reputation were able to encourage higher purchasing interest. Bundling price also proved to have a significant effect, because the strategy of combining package prices was considered to provide economic benefits and added value for consumers. In contrast, product variety did not have a significant effect, indicating that consumers place more emphasis on brand image and pricing strategies than simply menu diversity. However, when tested simultaneously, all three variables were still shown to have a significant influence on purchasing decisions. The coefficient of determination value of 0.594 indicates that the combination of the three variables can explain 59.4% of the variation in purchasing decisions, while the remaining 40.6% is influenced by other external factors such as service quality, consumer trends, promotions, and customer experience. These findings reinforce the understanding that a strong brand image-based marketing strategy and the implementation of appropriate bundling prices can be key to increasing consumer appeal. For local coffee businesses like X, this study provides practical implications to focus more efforts on strengthening brand image, creating a consistent consumer experience, and optimizing pricing strategies.

A shophouse rental in Sungai Rengas Village is suspected of being subject to fraud, one of which is related to unilateral price changes. The price determined at the beginning of the agreement was changed midway by the shophouse owner. The tenant who rented the additional shophouse as a game room suddenly experienced a unilateral price change. The price that had been determined at the beginning of the agreement, which was to be available once a month and the amount was determined at the beginning, but suddenly the shophouse owner changed it. The party renting the additional shophouse as a game room was ordered to pay all electricity to the tenant, which was initially covered by the shophouse owner. However, midway through the agreement, the electricity payment suddenly changed, all payments were borne by the party renting the additional shophouse as a game room, and the electricity payment had to be allowed once a week. The type of research in this study is empirical, which in other words is a type of sociological legal research and can also be called field research, namely studying the applicable legal provisions and what happens in reality in society. Based on the research results that the price changes that occurred to the tenant who added a field for the game area are not in accordance with Islamic law, because it violates one of the valid conditions of ijarah and is also not in accordance with the legal basis for determining prices. According to Islamic law, ijarah is a binding contract (al-'aqd aL-biasa), is a contract where if all the pillars and conditions have been fulfilled, then the contract is fully binding and each party cannot cancel it without the consent of the other party, the same as the rental contract and debt, both parties have agreed and have fulfilled the pillars and conditions of the ijarah contract immediately both are bound to each other. As in the case of not returning the rent, the market party.

Despite facing these challenges, through effective communication strategies, appropriate and optimal use of social media, and improving service quality, Tabriizhijab has been able to build a positive brand image and increase consumer purchasing interest. This study highlights the importance of an appropriate digital marketing communication strategy amidst increasingly fierce market competition. Furthermore, the study emphasizes the importance of managing and utilizing consumer data obtained through platforms like Shopee to formulate more effective and targeted marketing strategies. By utilizing available analytics features, Toko Tabriizhijab can better understand consumer behavior, product preferences, and evolving market trends. This allows the store to adjust its marketing strategy, offer more relevant promotions, and improve the overall customer experience.
