This study aims to explore the relationship between the quality of antenatal care (ANC) services and the satisfaction levels of pregnant women at the Kuta Raja Community Health Center, Banda Aceh. This relationship is pivotal in understanding how service quality impacts maternal satisfaction and, ultimately, maternal health outcomes. Maternal Mortality Rate (MMR) is defined as the number of mothers who die during postpartum, pregnancy, and childbirth. High MMR is often attributed to a lack of awareness and infrequent ANC visits. In 2023, only 86.25% of pregnant women attended ANC services, falling short of the 93% target. Initial observations indicated that 60% of the attendees were dissatisfied with the ANC services at the Kuta Raja Community Health Center. This analytical survey, employing a cross-sectional design, was conducted at the Kuta Raja Community Health Center. The study population included 93 pregnant women, all of whom were surveyed using a total sampling technique. Data were analyzed using univariate and bivariate analyses, with the chi-square test employed for bivariate analysis. The study found that certain quality dimensions of ANC services—responsiveness (p < 0.001), assurance (p < 0.005), empathy (p < 0.005), and tangibility (p < 0.001)—were significantly related to the satisfaction levels of pregnant women. However, reliability (p > 0.05) showed no significant relationship with satisfaction. There is a significant relationship between the responsiveness, assurance, empathy, and tangibility of ANC services and the satisfaction levels of pregnant women at the Kuta Raja Community Health Center. Conversely, reliability did not show a significant correlation with satisfaction. To improve maternal satisfaction and health outcomes, it is recommended that pregnant women regularly attend ANC services and that efforts be made to enhance the quality dimensions that impact satisfaction.

Catin knowledge is very influential in actions to prepare for a healthy pregnancy. The research aims to determine the relationship between knowledge and attitudes of catin couples regarding pregnancy preparation at KUA Galis . This research design uses correlational analytics with a cross sectional approach , namely research that leads to explaining data on the independent variable (knowledge) and the dependent variable (attitudes of catin). The results of this research show that most of the knowledge possessed by catin couples is at a sufficient level of knowledge. The knowledge possessed by a person does not appear by itself, but is influenced by several factors, including age, environment and social culture.

One of the MGDS global targets is to reduce MMR and IMR. The maternal mortality rate in Indonesia is still high at 390 per 100,000 live births. Referring to the link between birth management and various countermeasures for the biggest cause of AKI is postpartum hemorrhage. Efforts have been made in problems related to bleeding, even several studies have carried out IMD in treating bleeding problems considering that the presence of IMD can affect the hormone oxytocin which is associated with bleeding. The purpose of this study was to see how IMD influences the amount of bleeding in the fourth stage. This research is a Quasi Experiment using primary data. The population and sample were all primiparous women with a total of 46 respondents using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis was univariate and bivariate using the Independent t-test. The results showed that there was a significant effect between IMD on the amount of bleeding in the fourth stage. The average number of bleeding in the fourth stage of respondents who underwent Early Breastfeeding Initiation was 150.63 with a standard deviation of 22.149. Meanwhile, for respondents who did not undergo Early Breastfeeding Initiation, the average number of bleeding in the fourth stage was 166.09 with a standard deviation of 21.580. In the statistical test, the value of P = 0.000 was obtained. With this study, it was found that there was an effect of IMD on the amount of bleeding in the fourth stage of labor. It is hoped that midwives and doctors will implement IMD in order to reduce morbidity and mortality of mothers and babies.

Low rates of exclusive breastfeeding pose a threat to children's growth and development, affecting the quality of human resources. The majority of breastfeeding mothers discontinue breastfeeding within a few weeks postpartum due to perceived insufficient breast milk and dissatisfaction of the infant during breastfeeding. The objective of this community service activity is to enhance the knowledge, attitudes, and behaviors of postpartum mothers regarding breastfeeding their infants. The methods employed included lectures and question-and-answer sessions with mothers. This activity took place in the Postnatal Care Room of Padjonga Daeng Ngalle Hospital, Takalar Regency, on March 20, 2024, with the participation of six postpartum mothers. The results of education and support provided to postpartum mothers on exclusive breastfeeding using leaflets and flip charts showed that prior to the intervention, only 2 mothers (33.33%) had good knowledge, and after the education and support, this number increased to 5 mothers (83.33%) in the post-intervention test. The puerperium is an important period, as the risk of maternal and infant morbidity and mortality increases during this period. Hemorrhage is the leading cause of maternal death worldwide and most occur before 24 hours postpartum. Therefore, the birth attendant must ensure that the uterus contracts properly so that bleeding does not occur. The postpartum period is influenced by many factors, one of which is socio-cultural. Indonesia is a country consisting of various tribes and cultures that have their health traditions. Not all existing traditions have a bad effect on health but some have a positive impact on health. Efforts to assist and therapy to shape the coping skills of postpartum women are complementary therapy. Complementary therapy is a therapy that is used as a companion in conventional therapeutic efforts that a person has done. This type of research is descriptive by applying a case study approach. The implementation of this research was carried out at the Pratama Medical Center Clinic on Mrs. F by providing complementary health education education for mothers in the postpartum period.
