This study aims to analyze the impact of monetary policy on income inequality in Indonesia over a certain period of time. Monetary policy implemented by Bank Indonesia plays an important role in maintaining macroeconomic stability through instruments such as interest rates, inflation, and the amount of money in circulation. However, the implementation of this policy also has an impact on the distribution of community income. This study uses a quantitative approach with secondary data in the form of time series analyzed using econometric regression methods to measure the effect of monetary policy variables on the income inequality index (Gini Ratio). The results of the study show that variables such as the benchmark interest rate and inflation have a significant relationship to income inequality. When inflation increases, the purchasing power of the lower middle class decreases more sharply than the upper class, thus widening the gap in inequality. Conversely, controlling inflation through appropriate interest rates can help reduce economic disparities. This study provides important meaning for policy makers to pay more attention to the distribution aspect in determining monetary policy so that economic growth can be more inclusive and equitable.

Electronic Medical Records (EMR) are essential for improving the quality, efficiency, and continuity of healthcare services. Despite mandates requiring full implementation of EMRs in Indonesian healthcare facilities by the end of 2023, many hospitals continue to face challenges in achieving effective adoption. This study aims to analyze the implementation of EMRs in the outpatient services of Nur Hidayah Hospital, Yogyakarta, using the 5M framework: Man, Money, Machine, Materials, and Method. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis involving key informants from medical records staff, registration officers, and IT personnel. The findings revealed that while the availability of staff and supporting infrastructure such as computers and software was generally adequate, limitations persisted in human resource specialization, training access, and system integration. Financial planning for EMR-related needs was done through annual budgeting (RAB), but coordination between departments remained minimal. Key challenges included slow internet connectivity, limited IT staff, and lack of specific Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for EMR usage. Overall, the EMR system has been implemented in most outpatient units, yet not all units have fully transitioned due to technical and organizational barriers. This study concludes that optimizing EMR implementation requires not only technological readiness but also organizational alignment, continuous staff development, and robust inter-departmental coordination.

Corporations as legal entities have become an integral part of the national economic system. However, behind its contribution to economic growth, not a few corporations are involved in economic crimes such as corruption, tax evasion, money laundering, to monopoly and cartel practices. These corporate crimes have a broad and systemic impact, not only harming the state from a financial perspective, but also damaging a healthy economic order and creating social injustice. In the context of Indonesian criminal law, the implementation of accountability for corporations as perpetrators of criminal acts still faces various challenges, both in terms of regulations, technical law enforcement, and understanding of law enforcement officials. This research aims to evaluate the extent to which the implementation of criminal liability against corporations in cases of national economic crimes as well as identify relevant obstacles and solutions. The method used is a normative juridical approach by examining various laws and regulations, jurisprudence case studies, and related scientific literature. The results show that although the recognition of corporations as subjects of criminal law has been contained in several sectoral laws, its implementation is still partial and has not touched the root of the problem, especially in proving structural corporate guilt. Therefore, there is a need for regulatory reform, strengthening the capacity of law enforcement institutions, and integrating a multidisciplinary approach in dealing with corporate crime. By strengthening criminal accountability towards corporations, it is hoped that the Indonesian criminal law system will be able to provide a deterrent effect while maintaining national economic integrity.

The purpose of this study is to determine how the regulation and implementation of legal protection for lenders in cases of default based on the Financial Services Authority Regulation (POJK) No. 77/POJK.01/2016 concerning Information Technology-Based Money Lending Services. This study also examines the form of legal responsibility of the platform organizer, as well as dispute resolution efforts that can be taken by lenders. The research method used is the normative legal method with a statutory regulatory approach and case studies. Data were obtained through literature studies and documentation of applicable legal provisions, as well as relevant documents and reports from PT. Crowde. The analysis was carried out qualitatively-descriptively to assess the suitability between field practices and applicable regulations. The results of the study indicate that POJK No. 77/POJK.01/2016 has not fully provided comprehensive legal protection for lenders in cases of default. Legal responsibility for default is still largely borne by the civil relationship between the borrower and the lender, without any concrete risk recovery mechanism from the organizer. Therefore, it is necessary to strengthen regulations, increase platform transparency, and play an active role for the OJK and the Indonesian Joint Funding Fintech Association (AFPI) in supervising and following up on default cases.

This research is motivated by several factors that cause voter behavior in the regional head election in Banjar City. The purpose of this study is to determine voter behavior in the Regional Head Election in Banjar City. The method used in this study is descriptive analysis. There are 7 informants. Data collection techniques are literature studies, field studies (observations and interviews) and documentation. The author uses qualitative data analysis techniques through data processing from interviews and observations to draw conclusions so that they can answer the problems in the study. Based on the results of the study, it is known that: voter behavior in Banjar City is still dominated by the tendency of traditional voters and skeptical voters. This is evidenced by the problem of many voters who determine their choices based on following suit if most of their environment chooses a candidate pair, in addition, voters in determining their political choices are based on information obtained from their parents or from their environment, there are voters who are reluctant and lazy to pay attention to political contestation. There are obstacles to voter behavior in the regional head election in Banjar City, including unequal access to information so that people only get political information from unverified social media. In addition, the practice of money politics is still a reality that is difficult to avoid, where direct assistance or certain promises are the main considerations in choosing candidate pairs as well as past experiences. To overcome various obstacles, a number of efforts have been made, including the Banjar City General Election Commission (KPU) implementing a voter education program through direct outreach to the community, especially in villages and densely populated areas.

The purpose of this research is to examine how production costs factor into producer choices, particularly those pertaining to output volume, selling price estimation, and company growth strategies.  The research examined micro and small business players in Kediri Regency, East Java, employing a descriptive quantitative technique.  The findings demonstrate that the production cost structure, particularly the preponderance of variable costs, considerably affects the quantity of output and the margin for price adjustment.  It has additionally been demonstrated that saving money encourages manufacturers to take risks and grow their companies.  Moreover, management accounting-based cost tracking, waste reduction, and sourcing local raw materials are all cost management tactics that impact a company's strength and ability to compete.  Producers' long-term strategic decision-making is therefore influenced by effective production cost management, which in turn affects operational sustainability.

Corruption in Indonesia has evolved into a complex phenomenon, often involving money laundering and financial statement manipulation as mechanisms to conceal illicit assets within seemingly legal financial systems. This study focuses on the bribery case involving the Regent of Kepulauan Meranti as the research object, aiming to trace the flow of funds, financial manipulation techniques, and the involvement of both individual and corporate actors. The objective of this research is to analyze the interconnection between corruption, money laundering, and financial statement fraud, and to examine the legal implications of the criminal charges applied within Indonesia’s penal system. This study adopts a qualitative approach using a case study method, with primary data drawn from official documents issued by the Corruption Eradication Commission (KPK) and secondary data from credible media sources. The findings reveal that the corruption scheme was systematically carried out by disguising illegal funds through property investments and business entities. The study also highlights the insufficient application of cumulative charges and emphasizes the need for regulatory enhancement, particularly concerning illicit enrichment provisions. This research underscores the urgency of reforming supervision systems, penal structures, and strengthening the role of forensic accounting in detecting and preventing organized financial crimes in the public sector.

The problem of poverty is still a homework that has not been resolved by the government. Various efforts have been made, one of which is through the Family Hope Program (PKH), which is a conditional cash assistance for beneficiaries. It is said to be conditional because recipients must access education and health services using the grant funds received. However, based on information obtained from the companion, it is known that the recipients did not fully use the aid money according to its designation. This happens for various reasons, one of which is minimal income so they have to look for other sources to meet their daily needs. Therefore, this dedication is intended to provide an understanding of how to manage family finances so that whatever income is earned can be sufficient to meet life's needs, not a lifestyle. This dedication method is carried out with lectures, discussions and brainstorming with participants. The result of this service is that participants gain additional knowledge about budget planning, budget control, and distinguishing between needs and wants.
