This study aims to enhance children's religious awareness through the teaching of fiqh (Islamic jurisprudence) on wudhu (ablution) and prayer in Desa Baru, Asahan Regency. The main issue addressed is the low level of understanding among children regarding the correct procedures of wudhu and prayer, which impacts the quality of their daily worship. This research employs a qualitative approach with a case study method. Data was collected through direct observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation during the educational program implemented within the KKN activities. The research findings indicate a significant improvement in children's understanding and practice of worship after participating in the fiqh wudhu and prayer learning program. Children who previously had limited knowledge of essential aspects of wudhu and prayer became more disciplined in performing their religious duties. Additionally, there was an increase in their motivation to learn more about religion, and positive behavioral changes were observed, particularly in maintaining cleanliness before prayer and punctuality in performing prayers. In conclusion, this fiqh learning program had a positive impact on enhancing children's religious awareness in Desa Baru.

Anemia in pregnant women is a serious health problem in Indonesia, with a prevalence of 48.9% based on the 2018 Riskesdas data. This condition can have negative impacts on the health of both the mother and the fetus, such as increased risks of premature birth, low birth weight babies, and maternal and infant mortality. Anemia in pregnant women is generally caused by deficiencies in iron, folic acid, and vitamin B12. This community service activity aims to educate the public about preventing anemia among pregnant women, conducted at the Dahlia Posyandu in the working area of Puskesmas Ariodillah Palembang. The activities include outreach on the signs, symptoms, causes, and prevention of anemia, as well as hemoglobin (Hb) level examinations for early detection of anemia. The methods used are interactive socialization and health examinations, involving posyandu cadres and the surrounding community. The examination results indicate that no pregnant women were found to be anemic, and participants’ knowledge of anemia increased by 95% after attending the outreach. This activity is expected to raise public awareness of the importance of anemia prevention and health during pregnancy. Recommendations for follow-up programs include ongoing education, improving access to health services, and attention to the health of the elderly in the area.

The population in this study were all nurses who worked in Inpatient Room of the Hospital with 89 people and all were sampled. The results of Spearman rank test with a confidence level of 95% or alpha (a) = 0.05 obtained a p value = 0.002, it can be concluded that there was a significant relationship (meaningful) between knowledge of the use value of medical records and the behavior of filling out medical record documents. The correlation coefficient obtained through the Spearman rank statistical test or r value was = 0.319. According to cross tabulation, the results of data analysis (statistical test) are p value (significant value) = 0.002 a = 0.05, indicating that there is a meaningful relationship (significant relationship) between knowledge of the value of using medical records and the practice of filling out medical record paperwork. It is suggested that in order to improve the accuracy of filling up medical record documents, respondents broaden their understanding of the importance of medical records and their use by reading books, articles, and other reading materials.

Non-communicable diseases (NCDs), such as hypertension and diabetes, are the leading causes of death among the elderly in Indonesia. To address this issue, a community service program was conducted in the working area of the Ariodilla Health Center, Palembang, focusing on NCD screening and health education through senior exercise. The program was attended by 45 elderly individuals who underwent health screenings, including blood pressure, blood sugar, cholesterol, and uric acid measurements. The results showed that 15.5% of the elderly were diagnosed with diabetes mellitus, 75.8% had high cholesterol, and 24.4% had elevated uric acid levels. In addition, senior exercise sessions were conducted to improve physical fitness. This program successfully increased the knowledge and awareness of the elderly regarding NCDs, the importance of regular health check-ups, and maintaining a healthy lifestyle. In the future, similar programs are expected to be expanded to reach more elderly individuals, aiming to prevent serious complications from NCDs.

In the era of advancing information and communication technology, using the internet has become very easy. This is due to the need for access to information, lifestyle, communication, entertainment, and knowledge available on various social media platforms. Social media plays a role in shaping a person's identity, and high social media use among students can impact their mental health. This study aims to determine the relationship between the intensity of social media use and the mental health of PAI students at Ibn Khaldun University, Bogor. The research method used is quantitative with a correlational approach. The subjects in this study were 87 PAI students. The sampling technique was simple random sampling. Data analysis was conducted using the Product Moment Correlation test. The results showed a significant negative relationship between the intensity of social media use and the mental health of PAI students. The correlation coefficient was r = 0.220 with a significance level of p = 0.041 (< 0.05). This means that the higher the students' intensity of social media use, the lower their mental health. Conversely, the lower the intensity of social media use, the better their mental health.

Financial management is a key aspect in achieving financial well-being of the community. However, the level of financial literacy in Indonesia is still low, requiring education and development of financial literacy to reduce ineffective financial decisions. The Financial Services Authority (OJK) and Universitas Gadjah Mada (UGM) are actively encouraging the improvement of financial literacy, with a focus on education, national campaigns, strengthening infrastructure, and developing affordable financial service products. Financial literacy, which includes knowledge, understanding, skills, and motivation in making financial decisions, has a positive impact on financial management behavior. Individuals with higher levels of financial literacy tend to make better financial decisions, avoid investment fraud, and understand the principles of financial planning. However, income also plays an important role as a moderator, influencing the relationship between financial literacy and financial management. Individuals with low incomes tend to have lower financial literacy, which can affect their financial management practices. Therefore, challenges such as behavioral bias and external factors can affect financial literacy and its management implementation.

Community service is an important activity in increasing community capacity and welfare. In an effort to support sustainable agriculture, training on making liquid organic fertilizer (POC) with high nitrogen content aims to provide knowledge and skills to the community to use organic waste as a basic ingredient for fertilizer. Liquid organic fertilizer which has a high nitrogen content plays an important role in increasing soil fertility and plant productivity without damaging the environment. This training includes an introduction to organic materials that are easily available and available nearby, fermentation techniques, as well as methods for making appropriate POC to produce fertilizer with high nitrogen levels. This training also explained the ecological and economic benefits of using liquid organic fertilizer compared to synthetic chemical fertilizer. Training participants are taught from basic theory to practical application, so they can apply this knowledge to plants. With this training, it is hoped that the community can increase agricultural productivity, reduce dependence on chemical fertilizers, and create a friendlier and more sustainable environment.

Accidents or injuries can happen anywhere, anytime, even in the school environment. Wherever an accident occurs, it is necessary to get immediate help to reduce the danger and immediately go to the nearest health facility. The low level of knowledge and motivation of PMR members will be a big problem, because PMR members are trained as first aiders in schools before the victim is sent to the next health facility. This study used a quantitative pre-experimental type with a one group pretest-posttest design approach. The population in this study were all members of PMR SMA Muhammadiyah 1 Jambi City. The sample in this study was 35 students using the total sampling technique. The independent variable of this study is first aid education and the dependent is the knowledge and motivation of PMR members. The research instrument used a 2-time questionnaire using the Wilcoxon statistical test. The results showed that before the intervention, some respondents had sufficient knowledge as many as 27 respondents (77.1%) and after the intervention the respondents had good knowledge as many as 35 respondents (100%). Motivation of PMR members before being given the intervention, most respondents were moderately motivated with a total of 31 respondents (88.6%) and motivation after being given the intervention all respondents were highly motivated as many as 35 respondents (100%).
