The type of research is field research or Empirical Juridical research is carried out by starting from primary data obtained from the research site, the data collection technique is through literature studies and analyzed in a qualitative way, which is a discussion that is carried out by combining literature research and field research. The results of the research obtained in the study show that consumers have been protected by Law No. 8 of 1999 concerning Consumer Protection, If a dispute occurs and a family settlement has been carried out but there is no result or no peace occurs, then consumers can take legal action as stipulated in articles 24 and 25 of the UUPK regarding how the responsibility of business actors, in the resolution of consumer disputes is protected by article 45 of the UUPK concerning dispute resolution. Nusyūz is usually defined as the wife's disobedience to her husband or vice versa. A wife can be considered nusyūz if she does not carry out her obligations or does not fulfill the rights that should be obtained by the husband and vice versa. The purpose of the study is to explore and analyze the impact of nusyūz committed by the husband on the harmony of household relations and on the family relationship of the married couple. The research method used is a library research method using a quantitative approach. The results show that husband's nusyuz, which is often overlooked in the context of Islamic law, has a significant impact on the relationship between the husband and wife's family. Nusyuz does not only refer to the wife's defiance, but also includes the husband's behavior that does not fulfill his obligations in the household, such as providing proper maintenance, protection, and education for his wife and children. From the analysis conducted, it was found that the husband's nusyuz behavior can cause dissatisfaction in the marriage relationship, leading to conflict between the two families. This injustice is often exacerbated by a patriarchal culture that considers that only wives can be considered nusyuz, thus ignoring the responsibilities of husbands. The psychological impact of the husband's nusyuz is also very detrimental, where the wife and children can be traumatized, both emotionally and physically. This research emphasizes the importance of understanding rights and obligations in Islam, the application of religious teachings, and open communication between spouses to prevent and overcome the problem of nusyuz.

Currently, there are many cases of unclear child identity status, such as for adopted children. The importance of a birth certificate issued immediately after delivery is to provide the authentic identity details of the child, which are vital for establishing the child’s origin. Some key points regarding adopted children are that adoption does not sever the biological relationship between the child and their birth parents. An adopted child has the same rights as a biological child, such as having a birth certificate and being included in the Family Card. However, an adopted child does not inherit from their adoptive parents unless specified by a will or a mandatory will. Medical personnel are required to issue a birth certificate that reflects the actual circumstances, as this will impact the child's rights in the future. A birth certificate contains information such as the date, time, and place of birth, gender, weight, and the names of the parents. According to Law No. 35 of 2014, Article (1), an individual's identity must be established at birth, and Article (2) states that the identity is documented in a birth certificate. The state, government, society, family, and parents are all obligated to ensure the protection of children, as they are physically and psychologically vulnerable, immature, and still in need of protection.

This study analyzes the differences between the neoliberal and social democratic paradigms in poverty alleviation policies in Indonesia, by adding an Islamic Economic perspective as an alternative. The neoliberal paradigm focuses on free market mechanisms, deregulation, and minimizing the role of the state, but often exacerbates social inequality. In contrast, the social democratic paradigm balances the role of the market and state intervention through resource redistribution and protection of vulnerable groups through sustainable social programs. Islamic economics offers a complementary approach oriented towards the principles of distributive justice, balance, and solidarity, by integrating spiritual values into socio-economic policies. A qualitative approach is used in this study, with policy analysis of programs such as the Family Hope Program (PKH) and the National Health Insurance (JKN). The results show that the social democratic paradigm is more effective in reducing poverty systemically than neoliberalism, especially through increasing access to education, health, and social protection. However, budget constraints, corruption, and infrastructure gaps remain significant challenges. The Islamic Economic perspective emphasizes the importance of zakat, waqf, and infaq as instruments of wealth redistribution that have the potential to strengthen inclusive and sustainable poverty alleviation policies. This study recommends strengthening the synergy between the paradigm of social democracy and the values of Islamic Economics to create policies that are more effective, equitable, and oriented towards the welfare of society holistically.

The husband's obligation to provide for his wife is one of the primary responsibilities in marriage, as regulated by various legal systems and religious values. However, challenges arise when a husband is in a state of economic poverty and unable to meet the family's basic needs. This article aims to explore how the concept of provision (nafkah) is applied in such situations from the perspectives of Islamic law, state law, and social norms. Based on a literature review, it is found that Islam provides flexibility for impoverished husbands to strive within their capacity, while emphasizing the importance of communication, mutual understanding, and cooperation between husband and wife. Furthermore, the responsibility to provide is not solely material but also includes emotional and spiritual aspects. This article also highlights the need for community and state support in creating social protection systems for impoverished families to ensure their welfare. Thus, the husband's responsibility to provide is not only viewed as an individual duty but also within the framework of collective responsibility.

The family is a fundamental environment for the growth and development of children, where parental affection and protection are essential to ensure the physical and mental health of children. However, in reality, many children experience disturbances in their growth, one of which is due to domestic violence (KDRT), which often occurs in an environment that should be safe for children. KDRT has the potential to create psychological trauma both directly and indirectly for children, which can interfere with their social and emotional development. Data from the National Commission on Violence Against Women shows the high number of cases of domestic violence in Indonesia, with a significant proportion of victims being children. This article aims to examine the psychological impact experienced by children when witnessing family conflict, with a focus on the mental health and behavioral aspects of children. Through a concrete case analysis, such as the experience of an influencer who experienced domestic violence, this article highlights the urgency of the problem and the long-term psychological impact of domestic conflict. With a deep understanding of these effects, this article is expected to provide recommendations for parents, educators, and authorities to minimize the psychological risks faced by children in situations of domestic conflict.

Early marriage conducted through siri (unregistered religious marriage) remains a complex social phenomenon in Indonesia, often influenced by emotional ties, religious beliefs, and family expectations. This study explores the intersection between love, faith, and family in shaping decisions surrounding early siri marriage and religious conversion. Through a qualitative approach, the research examines how young individuals navigate personal relationships while facing moral, spiritual, and cultural pressures. The findings reveal that early siri marriage is frequently chosen as a solution to preserve family honor or legitimize romantic relationships, yet it also creates legal and psychological vulnerabilities, especially for young women. Furthermore, the decision to convert religions is shown to be deeply connected to marital commitments and familial influence, reflecting the struggle between personal conviction and social acceptance. This study highlights the need for broader legal protection, education, and social support systems to address the long-term impacts of unregistered early marriage and religious transition. Ultimately, the research emphasizes that decisions regarding marriage and faith are rarely individual choices alone, but rather shaped by powerful emotional and familial dynamics.

This study examines the asbab al-nuzul of Q.S. al-Baqarah (2):220 and its relevance to the concept of orphan care in Islamic thought. Employing a library research method with a qualitative-descriptive approach, the study analyzes the Qur’anic text, classical tafsir works (such as al-Tabari, Ibn Kathir, and al-Qurtubi), authoritative asbab al-nuzul sources (al-Waḥidi and al-Suyuti), as well as contemporary scholarly literature and recent journal articles (2020–2024). The findings indicate that Q.S. al-Baqarah (2):220 was revealed as a corrective response to the excessive caution among the Companions following stern warnings against unjust consumption of orphans’ property. The verse emphasizes the principle of islaḥ (reform and welfare) as the primary criterion for interactions with orphans. A thematic reading, complemented by related verses such as Q.S. al-Nisa’ (4):2 and (4):10 and Q.S. al-Duha (93):9, demonstrates that orphan care in Islam integrates legal, ethical, psychological, and social dimensions, prioritizing dignity and social integration over isolation. Contemporary studies further affirm the relevance of this verse to modern child protection principles, particularly the best interest of the child and family-based care models. This study recommends the development of orphan care policies rooted in family and community-based approaches, guided by trustworthiness, transparency, and holistic welfare.

In today's era of globalization, cases of sexual violence against children are becoming more and more concerning, making parents have to be more vigilant in protecting their children. Children who often watch various pornographic or immoral shows will be easily motivated to practice what they see on their cellphone screens through the internet media, allowing violations of the norms that live in society and religious teachings, including sexual violence, the majority of whose victims are still children. This can be seen from the lack of filtering of the types of media that can be watched by children. Communication is one solution in preventing sexual violence against children. In addition to communication being established so that a family can be open and harmonious, in this case communication is very important for the role of parents to be able to provide protection to children through communication between the two so that parents can equip and protect children from crimes that lurk children. So parents need to communicate and monitor the actions taken by children in their daily lives, especially things that are attached to the child, especially cellphones, which are currently very close to children in the process of playing. So in this study, an in-depth analysis was carried out on the factors that caused acts of sexual violence committed by children in learning about one of the cases in Kapanewon Tanjungsari, Gunungkidul Regency.

This research is entitled Analysis of Waqf Land Management in Creating Community Welfare (Case Study of Mandiangin District). The research method used by researchers is a qualitative approach. The results of this research are: 1) The management of waqf land in Suka Maju Village includes: the waqf land manager receives waqf land from the community in Suka Maju Village, then the waqf land manager manages the waqf land, after that allocates the results of managing the waqf land to various community needs in Suka Maju Village. Meanwhile, the waqf land in Suka Maju Village itself comes from the community in Suka Maju Village. After the acceptance stage of the waqf land has been accommodated, the next stage is the stage of managing and allocating the waqf land which is distributed to the Suka Maju Village Government with the general aim of religious and public interests. There are 6 waqf lands in Suka Maju Village until 2023 which come from the Suka Maju Village community with different land sizes. Meanwhile, the use of waqf land in Suka Maju Village is used in 2 sectors, namely 1) Education sector. The waqf land collected in Suka Maju Village is used for the education sector with an area of 600m2, namely for the construction of elementary schools and PAUD. 2) Religious sector, waqf land collected in Suka Maju Village, is used for the religious sector with an area of 1200m2, namely for the construction of mosques and prayer rooms. 2) The impact of wakah land management in creating welfare for the people of Suka Maju Village can be seen from 4 indicators of community welfare, namely income, health, education and religion. In the dimension of health or care for the soul in an Islamic perspective, the role of waqf land in Suka Maju Village has not succeeded in realizing care for the soul as measured by the community's ability to easily get access to health cards, health access services and the ability to provide treatment if a family member is sick. In terms of the development of the educational dimension or maintenance of reason in the management of waqf land, the impact of waqf land in Suka Maju Village has been to be able to meet the educational needs of the village community in the form of sending children in Suka Maju Village to school at the formal education level. In the development of the income or asset maintenance dimension in asset allocation, the existence of waqf land in Suka Maju Village has not been able to provide an impact or contribution to the income of the community or the village government. From a religious perspective, the existence of a religious institution that stands on waqf land in Suka Maju Village has had a positive impact in improving community welfare in the religious sector in the form of increasing piety. Therefore, the Suka Maju Village Government has carried out the role of waqf land in the form of religious protection or hifdz a-din, namely creating prosperity from a religious perspective.

Hypercholesterolemia is a condition where the concentration of cholesterol in the blood increases beyond normal values. One of the plants recommended for consumption by cholesterol sufferers is bay leaves. This is because bay leaves contain various active compounds such as flavonoids which can prevent the oxidation of Low Density Lipoprotein (LDL) and prevent the deposition of fat on blood vessel walls. Saponins can prevent fat absorption, increase excretion in the urine so that fat does not accumulate. This case study aims to provide an overview of implementing the provision of bay leaf boiled water in reducing cholesterol levels in Mrs. R at the health center often in Sidorejo sub-district, Medan Tembung sub-district. The type of research is descriptive with an observational approach through case studies to obtain an overview of the use of bay leaf boiled water in hypercholesterolemia sufferers.
