Yayasan Misbahunnur adalah lembaga pendidikan yang terdapat di Kota Cimahi, yang mengelola 4 bidang, yakni madrasah tsanawiyah, madrasah aliyah, madrasah qur’aniyah, dan majelis ta’lim. Dalam kegiatan operasionalnya, didapati masalah yang berkaitan dengan sistem yang digunakan seperti informasi mengenai aset tidak lengkap, catatan aset tidak sesuai dengan kondisi eksisting aset, sistem tidak terhubung dengan jaringan, serta layanan yang diberikan sistem tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna, sehingga sehingga diperlukan evaluasi pada kinerja sistem menggunakan model Information Systems Success Measurement. Tujuan studi kasus ini adalah untuk mengevaluasi kinerja sistem informasi inventarisasi aset. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah metode penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian studi kasus ini yakni wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Teknik Analisis data yang digunakan yakni teknik deskriptif dengan reduksi data, penyajian data dan pembuatan kesimpulan. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sistem informasi yang digunakan tidak fleksibel dan tidak terintegrasi, informasi yang dihasilkan sistem tidak relevan, tidak akurat, tidak berlaku, sistem belum memiliki menu yang lengkap, membutuhkan durasi yang lama untuk menampilkan informasi, kepuasan pengguna rendah dan manfaat yang dirasakan belum optimal. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut, direkomendasikan untuk melakukan perancangan tracking system menggunakan teknologi RFID untuk sistem informasi inventarisasi aset berbasis web.

Background: Pharmacoecomics has been defined as the description and analysis of the costs of drug therapy to health care systems and society. Pharmacoeconomics research identifies, measure, and compares the costs and consequences of pharmaceutical product and service. Within this framework, research and methods related to cost-minimization, cost-effectiveness, quality-of-life and other humanistic assessments are include. In-essence, pharmacoeconomics analysis uses tools for examining the impact of alternative drug therapies and other medical interventions Based on this background, the author is interested to explain about the role of Pharmacoecomics on health service in pharmacist students at Bintang Persada School, Denpasar. Purpose: The purpose of this activity is as a form of implementation of Tri Dharma Stikes Bali Wisnu Dharma Denpasar. Methods: Participants who took part in this activity were 83 students using the pretest and posttest methods. Results: The results obtained were an increase in the pretest score (before being given education) which was 62.11% to 83.22% in the posttest result (after being given education). Conclusion: There is a significant relationship between posttest scores, which increases after education is held, so pharmacoeconomics education needs to be given and pharmaceutical products utilization in health service followed by cost utillity evaluation and cost effectiveness as well as impact evaluation of quality adjusted life years of patients.

Kotaanyar Public Health Center uses done the Unit Numbering System numbering, manually and computerized. The registration officer at the Kotaanyar Health Center often makes mistakes in the patient registration process, the officer gives the wrong medical record number, forgets to cross out the medical record number due to lack of concentration. This causes several impacts, one of which is duplication of medical record numbers. This type of qualitative research with registration officers as informants. The results showed that the factors that caused errors in giving medical record numbers by the registration officer at the Kotaanyar Health Center were education, facilities and infrastructure, work stress and motivation. Sulu recommendations that can be done are training for registration officers, recruiting registration officers at least D3 Medical Record graduates, maintaining and checking systems or computers in stages, division of tasks between registration officers, and unifying the contents of multiple medical record documents.

Information systems in modern times now have a fairly important role in the progress of an organization, including in the business world. The obstacles that often arise in Small and Medium Enterprises (SME) namely on a transaction system that is still manual, with using paper to archive company data. Thus it will clearly make it difficult to control financial report data and transaction data. For this reason, it is important to earn for a certain system which able to help process transaction data and reports, which can also be useful for interested parties to overcome these obstacles. The required application system is an Accounting Information System. This research was conducted using quantitative analysis methods, namely by collecting accurate data. The aim of this research is none other than to analyze the effect of management information systems on decision making at Desi stores. The data collection method used by researchers is to create a questionnaire. The sample studied was 20 respondents using simple linear regression data analysis techniques. The influence of information systems in making decisions on selling prices at Desi Store is 67.4%. As the result of this research we can see that accounting information system for ‘Desi stores’ has played an effective and efficient role as a management tool in making pricing decisions, because most of the selling prices in 'Desi stores' use prices suggested by the official salesperson of these products. However, data processing and recording of company financial reports at 'Desi stores' still use a fairly simple method, namely with using paper to archive company data.

Hasil systematic literature riview ini adalah 1) Literasi Keuangan berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM; 2) Kompetensi Sumber Daya Manusia berpengaruh terhadap kinerja UMKM; 3) Efektivitas Penggunaan BPUM berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja UMKM.

Hasil systematic literature riview ini adalah 1) transparansi pengelolaan keuangan berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa; 2) temuan inspektorat berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa; 3) sistem keuangan desa berpengaruh terhadap kinerja pemerintah desa.

The purpose of this research article is to find out the concept of Governance / Corporate social responsibility (CRS) and ethics in strategic management in the field of education. Corporate governance is a set of rules that govern the relationship between shareholders, managers, creditors, employees, and other stakeholders to balance their rights and obligations. Corporate social responsibility (CRS) is an activity carried out by companies as a form of supporting sustainable economic development through community or global empowerment. Management ethics is a process and effort in order to examine the truth about managerial practices that are used as guidelines for a person in carrying out and determining decisions in the organization. Ethics is not only necessary in social life, but in the world of management and business, ethics is also necessary in order for organizations to organize moral systems prepared to limit the actions of people. 

Financial distress is a condition whene the company are in a state financial difficultes. Every company must have an early an early warning system to detect the potential for financial distress in order to avoid bankruptcky. The Purpose of this is to analyze and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect profitability (ROA), as a moderating between liquidity (CR), leverage (DAR), sales gowth (SG), in predicting financial distress (Altman Z-Score). The population in this purpose were retail companies on the IDX for the 2016-2020 period, with a sample of 19 companies studied for 5 years so that 95 samples were obtained, using the purposive sampling method. The data used is secondary data in the form of information from the company’s financial statements. The data analysis technique used logistic regression and moderating regretion analysis (MRA). The rsults prove that the variables of liquidity, sales growth and profitability are able to predict financial distress, while leverage cannot predict financial distress, the profitability variable strengthens the influence of liquidity and sales growth in predicting financial distress but weakens leverage in predicting financial distress. The advince given is expected thet the company can increase the effectiveness and efficiency in managing assets and can increase sales so that the profit received by the company increases so that the company can avoid financial distress.

The inheritance law itself is part of the civil law and the smallest part of the family law. The customary law inheritance system includes 3 (three) patterns, namely patrilineal, matrilineal, and parental. One of the tribes that still applies customary inheritance law is the Talang Mamak Tribe. This research explores the application of the inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe in the customary inheritance system in Indonesia and its legal consequences in terms of aspects of Indonesian civil law. This research is of a normative juridical type using a statutory debate approach and a concept approach. The secondary data used comes from literature studies with analytical descriptive analytical methods. The result of the research obtained by Penilis is that most of the Talang Mamak people are known to have converted to Islam. The traditional inheritance of the Talang Mamak Tribe basically uses a matrilineal system, where the heirs are daughters. The role of Ninik amak and the daughter here is to be the ruler or controller of the inheritance and the custodian of all the brothers of the wife including the sons. According to Article 105 and Article 109 of the Civil Code, this is inversely proportional to the position of women who are classified as legally incompetent. Because ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is small market. That’s why ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ need a system that can help processing all data and transaction.Based on this research, actually the accounting information system at ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ can be said quiet good. Because the price that been determinate are the same with another market. Even though ‘Toko Bu Nancy’ is still a small market, but the accounting information that been recorded is quiet detail so the information that needed in making decision determination pricing can be obtained quick and easily. The development of the era, which has experienced many changes from time to time, does not necessarily change the heritage that exists in the lives of people in Indonesia. The evolution of generation does not cause changes to the legacy system that exists in Indonesia. In the Civil Code, there are 3 principles that describe heirs who are entitled to and can obtain inheritance distribution according to the Civil Code inheritance system. The legacy of the heir can not only be in the form of valuable assets, but can also be tangible objects, intangible objects or just a testamentary message conveyed. In life in society, the division of inheritance creates conflict between families which causes the division of one family. In dealing with inheritance problems that will cause conflict between families, the government allows lawsuits related to this inheritance. The Civil Code regulates the principles governing heirs, namely the personal principle, the bilateral principle and the principle of equalization. In addition to regulating these 3 principles, the Civil Code also regulates the elements included in the law of inheritance, namely there are heirs, heirs and also inherited assets as assets that will be delegated by the heir to the heirs. Heirs are also classified into 4 groups, namely Group I, Group II, Group III, and group 4. In addition, the Civil Code also regulates the absolute share of assets in inheritance. Customary law is one of the important sources of law in the development of national law which leads to statutory regulations. Bugis tribe is one of the four tribes in South Sulawesi. In the case of inheritance, Bugis tribe recognizes parental kinship system. One of the core elements of customary law for the development of national inheritance law is customary inheritance law. The research results show that the distribution of inheritance to the Bugis community is carried out in three ways:grants, testament or last testament and testament, and after the testator dies.  

This study intends to investigate the relationship between motivation and student learning outcomes. Impact measures in several studies that examined the relationship between the influence of motivation on student learning outcomes were analyzed using a meta-analysis procedure. Empirical data were collected using electronic search engines such as Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, and national journal URLs. The effect size is used as a starting point for data analysis. A systematic review of research findings in Indonesia's national e-journal was used, with 18 articles selected as a sample that met the criteria. The results of calculating the combined effect size obtained a p-value of less than 0.001 and an estimated value of 0.825. A meta-analysis study found that motivation and learning outcomes had a significant relationship, with the strength of the relationship in the high category. The variance of the studies analyzed is also very high, with I2 test results far exceeding 50%, implying that this study is heterogeneous, with a significant estimate value in the SMK subgroup category (estimated value 1,031) with a p-value of 0.001 and the SMP subgroup (estimated value 1.186) with a p-value of 0.005.
