This study aims to determine: (1) The effect of soft skills on the performance of PT. Ziola Kolaka's mobile phone sales. (2) The Influence of Incentives on PT. Ziola Kolaka's cellphone sales performance. This research uses a quantitative approach. Collecting data in this study using documentation and distributing questionnaires. The population of this research is all mobile phone sales who work at PT. Ziola Kolaka. While the sample of this study amounted to 30 people. Testing research instruments using validity and reliability tests with SPSS 25.0. The data analysis technique used in this study is the measurement model test (outer model) and the structural model test (inner model) with Smart PLS 4.0. Based on the results of the study it is known that soft skills have a positive and significant influence on mobile phone sales performance. and incentives also have a positive and significant effect on mobile phone sales performance.

The aim is to understand how interpersonal conflict and workload influence how work stress at the South Sulawesi Province BKKBN Representative Office was surveyed to obtain primary data. Saturated sampling was used in this study, and a total of 98 people were sampled. The validity and reliability of these findings have been evaluated, through tests of heteroscedasticity, multicollinearity, and normality have all been considered. The data analysis method uses multiple regression.

This research aims to determine the positive and significant influence of the application of the Card Sort type learning method on the interest in studying Christian Religious Education of Class IX Students of SMP Negeri 2 Sirandorung, Central Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 Academic Year. This research uses a quantitative pre-experimental design method in the form of a One Shot Case Study. The population of this study was all students of IX SMP Negeri 2 Sirandorung, totaling 114 people in 3 study class groups. Sampling was taken using a purposive sampling technique, namely class IX-1, totaling 38 people. Data was collected using a questionnaire with 35 items. 17 items for the questionnaire for variable This is proven by the results of the positive relationship test calculation, the value of rxy = 0.487 > rtable (α=0.05; IK=95%; n=38) = 0.320, thus it is known that there is a positive relationship between variables X and Y .Testing a significant relationship, the value obtained is tcount = 4.078> ttable (α=0.05;dk=n-2=36)= 2.028, thus there is a significant relationship between variables X and Y. Testing the regression equation, we get the regression equation Y ̂ ="35.14"+0.36X. Regression coefficient of determination test r2 = 23.7%. Testing the hypothesis using the F test obtained Fcount > Ftable = (α=0.05, dk numerator k =16, dk denominator = n-2=38-2=36) namely 4.03 > 1.51. Thus, Ha is accepted, Ho is rejected.

Learning models greatly determine the success of learning, including students' interest in learning. This research aims to determine the effect of implementing the Make A Match learning model on interest in studying Christian Religious Education and Characteristics of class XI students at SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran, North Tapanuli Regency for the 2023/2024 academic year. The method used in this research is a quantitative method, a type of pre-experimental approach with a "One Group Pretest-Posttest Design" design. The population was all 200 students of class XI SMA Negeri 1 Pagaran who were Christians and a sample of 35 people was determined, namely class Data analysis uses the paired sample t-test formula. After conducting a pretest and posttest on the sample, the results of data analysis showed that the tcount > ttable value was 21.333 > 1.691. So H1 is accepted and H0 is rejected. Based on the results of this research, it is known that by using the Make A Match learning model students' interest in learning can increase, this can be seen from the average score of 87.74 to 103 with a difference of 15.26. Thus, the researchers concluded that there was a positive and significant influence of implementing the Make A Match learning model on interest in studying Christian Religious Education and Character in Class

The population service system has been widely developed by the government to support services to the community, one of the media used by the government is information technology media. The rapid development of technology has greatly influenced people's lives, especially in Indonesia. The Kemang Tanduk village office is the place where village government and population administration services are carried out, especially in Kemang Tanduk village. Population administration services at the Kemang Tanduk village office are still manual, that is, people have to come to the office directly, such as people who want to get a moving certificate, arrival certificate, business certificate and letter of incapacity, they are required to bring their family card as a condition, then the office administration department receives the data and record in the population administration archive book manually. In conducting this research, qualitative research was used, the aim of which was to describe what is currently applicable. So that data will be obtained that supports the preparation of research reports. Meanwhile, in this research, the method used by the author is a qualitative descriptive method, which is a research method that utilizes qualitative data and is described descriptively with the aim of describing or explaining the results of existing research. The software development method that the author uses is the Waterfall model. Meanwhile, analysis and design tools use UML (Unified Modeling Language) consisting of use case diagrams, class diagrams and activity diagrams. This application can provide convenience for people with circumstances or conditions who cannot come directly to the Kemang Tanduk Village office to write letters.  

Teacher competence refers to a set of essential abilities that teachers must possess to perform effectively, impacting student learning outcomes. This competence includes pedagogic, social, personality, and professional skills. This study aims to: (1) assess teacher competence's impact on student learning achievement at MTs.Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya City, (2) evaluate student learning achievement at MTs.Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya City, and (3) determine the extent of teacher competence's influence on student learning achievement at MTs.Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya City. The study framework is based on Wina Sanjaya's theory, examining student learning achievement in cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects. The research employs a quantitative survey method with descriptive and associative approaches, collecting data through documentation, questionnaires, interviews, and observations. Findings indicate a strong positive correlation between teacher competence (X) and student learning achievement (Y) at MTs.Negeri 3 Tasikmalaya City, with an r count of 0.979, surpassing the r table value of 0.316 at a 5% significance level. This confirms the hypothesis that teacher competence (X) significantly influences student learning achievement (Y). Moreover, the coefficient of determination is 95.8%, indicating that teacher competence accounts for 95.8% of the variance in student learning achievement, while 4.2% is attributable to unexamined variables.

The growth of e-commerce is increasing over time, it can be seen by the number of e-commerce that have sprung up. Shopee is one of the many e-commerce in Indonesia which has become the e-commerce with the most users in Indonesia. As the largest e-commerce company, marketing strategies play an important role in selling products, introducing products, and attracting consumers. This study aims to determine how influential discount framing as one of the marketing strategy used by Shopee has on brand reputation and brand image. In addition, it also determines whether consumer repurchase interest occurs due to these three factors. This research using a sample of 166 respondents spread across Indonesia. The sampling Technique uses convenience sampling. The analysis using the SEM method and processed using AMOS 24.0. The result of this study showed that there was a positive and significant influence between variables discount frame and brand image, discount frame and brand reputation, brand reputation and brand image, and brand image and repurchase intention. Meanwhile, the discount frame and brand reputation variables obtained results that were not significant in influencing the repurchase intention variable.

Effective drying necessitates even heat distribution, which can be challenging to achieve with direct sun drying due to weather fluctuations. However, with technological advancements, natural drying methods have been improved to enhance drying efficiency. Moreover, the development of drying equipment has shifted from natural drying to forced drying using the principle of fluidization. Experimental testing of the heat pipe position and air velocity can be conducted to understand the heat distribution during the drying process. The objective of this research is to investigate the variation of heat pipe positions and air velocities' influence on the drying rate, moisture content, and drying efficiency of krupuk. The study involves three research variables: Independent Variables: a. Designing the heat pipe in a vertical position. b. Designing the heat pipe in a horizontal position. Air Velocity: a. Air velocity of 2 m/s. b. Air velocity of 1.5 m/s. c. Air velocity of 1 m/s. Based on the comparison of values from the two positions, it was found that the vertical heat pipe resulted in the best drying rate of 1.65 g/minute, while the horizontal heat pipe yielded 1.67 g/minute. Regarding moisture content, the vertical heat pipe had a value of 3.6%, while the horizontal pipe had 2.6%. For the best efficiency, the vertical heat pipe achieved 1.9%, and the horizontal pipe achieved 2%. It can be concluded that the drying rate and moisture reduction significantly affect the efficiency of the kerupuk drying machine. The higher the quantity of material dried, the higher the efficiency achieved with the same fuel.

This research aims to examine compensation, work disclipine, its influence on work productivity, and to examine the influence of compensation, work disclipine, simultaneously on work productivity. The population in this study were employees at CV. Jaya Wangi Mojokerto. The sampling technique used the saturated sampling method and a sample of 150 employees was obtained. Data analysis uses descriptive statistics and inferental statistics using IBM SPSS as a testing tool. The research results show that compensation does not have a positive effect on work productivity, work discipline has a positive effect on work productivity. The study aims to analyze the accountability of decision funds, the commitment of the organization and the clarity of budget targets towards managerial performance at the Aceh Financial Management Agency both simultaneously and partially.The sample of this research is a staff member of the Aceh Financial Management Agency with a total of 29 staff members using census techniques. To test each item on each variable, a validity and reliability test of the instrument has been carried out. The results of the analysis show that simultaneously there is an influence on the accountability of otsus funds, organizational commitment and clarity of budget targets on managerial performance. The result of the F test is obtained a number Fcalculus > Ftable or (22,814>2,73) and the test signifies that the p value of 0,000<p is set to 0.05 which means significant. Partially variable decision fund accountability, organizational commitment and budget objective clarity influence managerial performance. The determination coefficient value of 73.2% indicates that the ability of the independent variable (the accountability of the otsus fund, the organic commitment and the clarity of budget targets) in explaining dependent variables (management performance) and the rest are other variables not described in this study.

This study aims to determine the effect of the effectiveness of abdominal stretching exercises and warm compresses on dysmenorrhea pain in young women at MTS Tanwiriyyah Cianjur in 2022. Young women often experience pain during menstruation (menstruation), causing discomfort, especially in daily activities. This complaint is not very good for adolescent development. By using non-pharmacological treatment, namely abdominal stretching exercises and warm compresses for dysmenorrhea pain, it can reduce pain in young women. This research method uses a quantitative research design with a quasi-experiment method with a two group pre-test and post-test design. Results achieved based on the research results in the stretching group was 80.0%, and the results of the Pairet Sample t test with a P value of 0.004 < 0.005. Meanwhile, in the warm compress group, it was 86.7% with Pairet Sample t test results with P Value 0.000 < 0.005. The conclusion of the research shows that there is an influence of the effectiveness of abdominal stretching exercises and warm compresses on dysmenorrhea pain in young women at MTS Tanwiriyyah Cianjur in 2022.

Morphotectonics is a major factor in controlling the development of landforms and has an influence on river systems in the Ereunpalay area and its surroundings. This study uses a quantitative method, starting with a broad perspective and then moving on to a more focused and targeted approach. This tectonic geomorphological analysis uses several morphometric parameters, such as: Drainage Density (Dd), Bifurcation Ratio (Rb), Valley Floor Width to Valley Height Ratio (Vf), Mountain Front Sinousity (Smf), Hypsometric Curve and Hypsometric Integral (HI), and the Tectonic Activity Index (IAT). From the results of IAT calculations, it is found that the Ereunpalay area and its surroundings are in class one to three tectonic activities or commonly called moderate to very high class. The flow pattern of the river that dominates the study area is a parallel flow pattern which is controlled by the geological structure. Based on the results of the morphotectonic analysis, it was found that the Ereunpalay area and its surroundings have a morphological shape that is influenced by tectonic activity in the form of faults and folds.

The purpose of this research is to determine and explain the partial and simultaneous effects of workload and work environment on employee performance at PT. Karunia Ultima Kemasan. This study employs a quantitative approach and includes the entire population of employees at PT Karunia Ultima Kemasan in Jatikalen Nganjuk. A saturated sample was used, comprising 76 employees of PT Karunia Ultima Kemasan in Jatikalen Nganjuk, selected through the distribution of questionnaires directly to the respondents. The data analysis was conducted using multiple regression analysis. The results of the research indicate that workload and work environment have a positive and significant influence on employee performance.

This research is motivated by an agency operating in the hospitality sector, because in agencies human resources are very important in achieving success. The purpose of this research is to explain the influence of teamwork, work discipline, and work ethics on employee performance. The research method used is a quantitative method using questionnaires as data. This research uses a saturated sampling technique. The sample in this research was all PKWT employees, 47 employees of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri. In this research, the results showed that teamwork partially had no significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, work discipline partially had a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees, and work ethics partially had an effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees. Meanwhile, simultaneously these three variables have a significant effect on the performance of Lotus Garden Hotel Kediri employees.

Therefore, many entrepreneurs have established restaurants, one of which is the Nurul Qomar Islamic Boarding School which has established a seafood culinary restaurant called Pondok NQ Seafood Restaurant. The aim of this research is to find out how the selling price and food quality influence customer satisfaction at the Pondok Seafood NQ (Nurul Qomar) Restaurant, Palembang City. This type of research uses quantitative methods. The population in this study were consumers of Pondok NQ Seafood restaurants, which according to data numbered 11,000. Sampling was taken using the Slovin technique as many as 100 respondents. This research uses primary data and secondary data, as well as distributing questionnaires with a Likert scale. Based on the research results, the selling price influences customer satisfaction. Food quality influences customer satisfaction. And the selling price and food quality simultaneously have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at the Pondok NQ Seafood restaurant in the city of Palembang.

Putuktruno Waterfall, which actually exists, has been managed to become a tourist attraction for a long time. The tourist attraction of Putuk Truno Pasuruan Waterfall is a tourist destination that must be visited because of its extraordinary beauty. city branding, Putuk Truno Waterfall are some of the qualities that can enhance the city's image and attract tourists. This study aims to determine: The effect of tourist attraction, city branding and service quality on the decision to visit tourists in Pasuruan Regency. This type of research is explanatory research. The population in this study were tourists at the Putuk Truno Waterfall, Pasuruan Regency, who had visited at least once. The research sample used 115 respondents and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the respondent's criteria and the sampling technique used purposive sampling with the respondent's criteria. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire that has been tested for validity and reliability. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression. The results showed that the influence of tourist attraction has a significant effect on visiting decisions, city branding has a positive and significant effect on visiting decisions, service quality has a positive but not significant effect on visiting decisions. Tourist attractiveness, city branding and service quality have a positive and significant effect on the decision to visit tourists.

This study's main objective is to determine the effect of Public Relations, Brand Image, and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty at Leon's Barbershop which is located in Brebes District, Brebes Regency. The method used in this research is quantitative research. The research sample consisted of 222 respondents who were consumers of Leon's Barbershop, from a total population of 500 consumers. Data collection using a closed questionnaire was distributed to respondents through an online platform using the Google Form. Data collected from this questionnaire were analyzed using the Structural Equation Modeling technique to measure the relationship between variables such as Public Relations, Brand Image, and Customer Value on Customer Loyalty. The results showed that the Public Relations variable had a positive effect on customer loyalty with an estimated value of 0.266, a CR value of 2.137 (CR>1.96) and a probability of 0.033 (p<0.05). The brand image variable has no positive effect on customer loyalty because the estimated value is -0.082, the CR value is -0.549 (CR <1.96) and the probability value is 0.583 (p>0.05). The variable Customer value has a positive and significant effect on Customer Loyalty with an estimated value of 0.802, a CR value of 6.877 (CR>1.96) and a probability value of 0.000 (p<0.005). The variable that has the most influence on customer loyalty based on the estimated value is the Customer value variable.    

Employee performance in an organization cannot be separated from experience, motivation and leadership style. The Ministry of Religion of Cilacap Regency really needs effective leaders, who have the ability to influence the behavior of their subordinates in increasing motivation in order to increase their work experience, so that they can improve the performance of their employees to achieve organizational goals. This research aims to determine the influence of experience on employee performance, the influence of motivation on employee performance, the influence of leadership style on performance and the influence of experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. The research method uses quantitative descriptive methods. Meanwhile, the data collection technique uses a questionnaire, and data analysis uses multiple linear regression. The research results show that there is an influence between experience, motivation and leadership style together on employee performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. This means that the more employee work experience and the higher the employee's work motivation and the better the leadership, the better the employee's performance at the Cilacap Regency Ministry of Religion Office. Vice versa.

This purpose of this study to determine the influence of raw material inventory and machine capacity on production volume (Case study on UMKM Raflesia Bordir Mukena at Tasikmalaya). The method used is a quantitative method with a research sample data on raw material inventory, machine capacity and production volume for the period 2019 – 2021. The data is used primary data and secondary data. The analitytical tool in this research is multiple regression using by SPSS version 25. The result showed that simultaneously raw material inventory and machine capacity has a significant influence on production volume. Partially raw material inventory has unsignificant on production volume. Machine capacity has significant on production volume.  

The purpose Of this study was to determine the effect of compensation and work environment on employee performance at Secretariat DPRD Jombang. The method used in this study is a quantitative method. The population in this study amounted to 50 employees and the sample amounted to 50 respondents using a saturated sampling technique. Data was collected by the questionnaire method, which was then analyzed using multiple regression analysis using SPSS version 26. The results showed that partially compensation variable did not exist, influence on employee performance, while the work environment variable influences employee performance. Simultaneously, compensation and work environment variable have a positive effect on employee performance at Secretariat  DPRD Jombang. The results of the analysis of the coefficient of determination obtained 0,434 or 43,4% which means that the contribution of compensation and work environment variable to employee performance is 43,4%, while the rest is influenced by other factors outside this regression model.
