Increasing soybean production is still experiencing many obstacles. Senting village farmers, Sambi sub-district, Boyolali district, used to grow soybeans with seeds purchased from local village markets of poor quality. Given that the importance of seeds in influencing soybean yields, farmers need to be supported the help of superior seeds. The seeds for farmers' help are intended to show that new varieties of soybeans will produce higher yields. Community service is complemented by training in making soymilk for PKK mothers in the local village. The output of community service in 2019 is expected to be able to show an increase in crop yields and be useful for mothers to generate ideas and be brave in developing soy milk. Students who help this service are expected to learn directly from the community and also on soybean farms.

Along with the development of information technology that is increasingly rapid, the use of information technology at this time is an important requirement in every agency or company An educational institution requires good administrative management with the aim to improve services to students, the school payment system in the form of Education Provision Contribution (SPP) and Donation of Institutional Development (SPI) at SMP Muhammadiyah 3 Semarang is still done conventionally, where the recording of data and the payment process of SPP and SPI are written into diaries, ledgers and spreadsheet applications which results in the accumulation of data in the form of archives. In the data collection of students and the payment process takes a relatively long time, so that during the payment process results in long queues in the administration and requires a long time to make payment reports and arrears SPP and SPI which are needed quickly.Developments in the field of science and technology were developed with the aim of solving problems and making it easier for users to complete work tasks. The use of barcode technology is one of the technologies that can respond to the provision of fast, accurate and accurate information. Barcode technology is applied to student cards that function as student IDs and also as student payment cards

This study aims to determine the effect of Entrepreneurial Mindset, Adversity Question and Entrepreneurship Education on student entrepreneurial interest in the city of Tangerang. Entrepreneurship education is intended as a learning process to change students' attitudes and mindsets on entrepreneurial career choices. The sampling technique used is purposive sampling, Research respondents used were students from universities in the city of Tangerang. This research is included in quantitative research. The data source in this sztudy is primary data. The data is used by distributing questionnaires directly. The data analysis method used is Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) analysis with the help of LISREL software. Research Results show that entrepreneurial mindset influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.63, which means that entrepreneurial mindset has a positive direction towards entrepreneurial interest. , adversity quotient influences entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.58, which means adversity quotient has a positive directional effect on entrepreneurial interest. entrepreneurship education has an effect on entrepreneurial interest with a correlation value of 0.66 which means that entrepreneurship education has a positive influence on entrepreneurial interest.

Teacher profession requires certain expertise and skills, where expertise and skills can be obtained from an education or special education training. The reality is that there are still many teachers who have met the qualifications and certified of educators, but their competence is still far from being expected to be able to produce students who have integrative abilities. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of work commitment, soft skills and spiritual quotient on teacher professionalismat SMA Negeri 5 Bukittinggi in 2020. This type of research is quantitative research. The study was conducted at SMA 5 Bukittinggi. The study population was all teachers, 63 people. Data management in this study will use the smartPLS software. The results of the t statistic test were found to be 2,727greater than the T-table of 1. 999 with a p value of 0.007 smaller than 0. 05. The results of the t-statistic test were 3,629, greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 000 less than 0. 05. The t-test results obtained by 3,629greater than the T-table 1. 999 with a p value of 0. 039smaller than 0. 05. The demands of teacher professionalism in the modern era must be balanced with the provision of good competencies through various workshops, competency development and also trainings that are followed on an ongoing basis

Sokaraja is very famous for Soto Sokaraja, Batik Sokaraja and Getuk goreng, so most of the residents of Sokaraja Village are sellers of soto, batik makers and getuk goreng products. In addition to earning a living as a seller of soto, batik maker and getuk goring production, but many also earn a living as producers of tofu. Tofu is a food product made from the clumping of soy protein. Tofu production is still not widely known by the wider community, compared to the production of fried getuk, batik and soto sokaraja which are already very well known to the wider community.

The purpose of this study is Student accounting after graduation can choose the type of career in accordance with the field of science one of them is as a public accountant. This study aims to analyze the factors that affect the interests of accounting students for a career as a public accountant. Samples used in this study are students accounting semester 6 and above University Stikubank (UNISBANK) Semarang with the number of respondents as many as 88 people. The data used in this study is primary data that the data obtained from the distribution of questionnaires to students majoring in accounting. Based on the results of research and analysis that have been done can be concluded: Variable financial reward, professional recognition, social values, work environment, and personality have a significant positive effect on the interest of accounting students career as a public accountant. While the variables of professional training and job market considerations have a significant negative effect on the interest of accounting career students as public accountants. Limited capacity in State Universities makes private universities have the same opportunity to be selected for prospective students who are not accommodated in State Universities in continuing their studies. The ability to obtain a large number of students depends on delivery of information from private university (PTS) concerned, through marketing strategy of services implemented by private universities. This also applies to STTKD Yogyakarta. The formulation of the problem in this study is the extent of influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing on student decisions to study at the Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College (STTKD). This study aims to (1) find out the influence of advertising, sales promotion, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing on student decisions chosen by the Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College (STTKD) and (2) to find out which factors are most dominant in student decisions. Theory used is theory of Marketing Management related to Consumer Behavior. Primary data collection techniques with questionnaires, supported by interviews. Sample in this study was 95 respondents. Research method used is quantitative descriptive. Type of research conducted is a case study supported by a survey, nature of this study is descriptive research. Data processing uses SPSS version 15 software with descriptive analysis and hypothesis testing using multiple linear regression analysis. Determination coefficient (R2) is 0.64. This shows that independent variables studied were able to explain 64% of the decision students to choose Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College, while remaining 36% was explained by other independent variables that were not examined. Results showed that marketing promotion mix (advertising, promotion sales, personal sales, public relations and direct marketing) had a significant effect on students 'decision to choose Yogyakarta Aerospace Technology College, and direct marketing factors had most dominant influence on students' decision to choose education at STTKD Yogyakarta.

The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

Current technological developments make many children choose to play with their gadget. This makes them sometimes lazy to read a book. But that can be tricked by story bookspictorial. The picture book itself has several advantages besides drawings that attract children's attention. Like an easy story to understand, contain meaning or stories of life learning, enhance imagination, and the existence of pictures in the story book will give a picture of imagination and fantasy in children. Therefore children are advised to be fond of reading book. Picture books have many variations on the theme the story, like about friendship or other fable stories. And for children who don't like books, can start with this picture book. Can be started by looking at the pictures, then just learning to read contents of the story of the book. In kindergarten HARAPAN MASA itself reading activities the book is still lacking. Most teachers read later students mimic. This is still considered inefficient because not all children will pay attention to. For making it using the CorelDRAW X7 program, Adobe Illustrator CS6, Adobe Photoshop CS5 and Manga Studio 5. The existence of this picture book is expected to increase children's interest in reading books.

Though the existence of Batik Semarang has existed since the Dutch colonial era around the 19th century and the motive is not inferior to other batik. Supposedly IPR can be applied to protect Batik Semarang, especially is The Copyright. The issue is What is the Copyright can be used to protect and preserve Batik Semarang? If ok what is the problem of it that can not apply its IPR, especially for  Copyright. The conclusions is: Copyright can be applied to art / motive. The obstacles are the traditional motif is already a Public Domain, shall have the novelty of novation, Batik Semarang is not widely known and less desirable both from employers and community batik Semarang. Suggested communities often use Batik Semarang by requiring students to use Batik Semarang.

The aim of teaching and learning English in Elementary School is that the students can understand about the language skills well and of how they should parctice those skills in daily activities. It is hoped that they can communicate orally and writtenly in English. This article peels up the use of classroom language training in learning English for elementary school teachers of SDN 01 Suruh Tasikmadu Karanganyar. By giving explanation of classroom language and practicing it, it is hoped that it could improve the teachers’ skill in using classroom language and they could manage the class well. Beside that, teachers could also get new ideas to implement it for their students in teaching and learning process by using interesting learning media or learning method. The method used in this activity was giving information about the use of classroom language, modelling and practicing it. The result showed that all participants (teachers) became more enthusiastic, motivated, and fun when they followed this activity. It showed the active classroom atmosphere and most of them were ready to implement classroom language in teaching and learning process continuously. Classroom language is a good way to overcome students’ problems in learning English and teachers should use it because it can be one of good solution to solve students’ problems in learning English.Key words: Classroom Language, Learning English

The title of this devotion is "Tutoring to overcome learning difficulties" the guidance of learning is part of the guidance and counseling that has the purpose of guiding the child in order to achieve optimum learning achievement (according to his ability), especially for children who have learning difficulties or those whose value is ugly even though the IQ is not low. Parents and teachers are expected to be mentors for children who like it. However, not all parents and teachers can become mentors to children who are having difficulty learning it well. They need to know what they can do to overcome / guide the child in order to perform optimally. To overcome this it is necessary to have additional knowledge and understanding of learning guidance. The target audience in this devotion program is Non-Productive Society of teachers and parents of kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Surakarta. They need to be given additional knowledge because the kindergarten teacher Lakshmi 7 does not have S1 background but Lakshmi 7 kindergarten teacher only from SMK, so the knowledge about guidance and counseling that should be given to the child is not found in school and not understood at all. so also with the parents of students who only average background of high school graduates they also understand the Guidance and Counseling that should be given also for Children. So that both at school and home children do not get guidance as it should be. While the method used in this devotion is Lecture / counseling and discussion and training. In this case, counseling is deemed best suited to increase their knowledge and understanding of counseling and guidance for children. As the evaluation is used questionnaires and discussions to explore their implementation in the field after counseling. The results of this dedication of parents and teachers to understand the importance of tutoring for children overcome learning difficulties. While the results of training as a guide in learning obtained 77.8% (21 Parents and teachers) can carry out its role as a mentor learning for children. So it can be concluded that the implementation of the devotion of learning guidance to overcome learning difficulties in parents and teachers Kindergarten Lakshmi 7 Turisari Surakarta successful. Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The development of science and technology in various fields in the era of globalization is felt to be very advanced. So that information is something that is needed in a fast, precise and accurate. Many conveniences are promised in a variety of information technologies. There is one fact that cannot be denied that this information has become an expensive commodity, if a company or agency cannot uphold the information that it needs most, then the procurement of information itself will obviously drain resources and funds. In doing business, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota already has and uses an adequate accounting, deposit and credit information system. One of the strategies applied by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota in collecting funds is the Ball Pick Up System, which is by visiting individual and institutional customers. While the institutions that have been served by PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota are schools, one of which is SMA Negeri 3 Demak. The service is in the form of an education fee payment. In serving the payment of school education costs in SMA 3 Demak, PD. BPR BKK Demak Kota still uses the conventional way, that is by receiving deposits from students, the data is recorded in the admission book and after adding up with a calculator, the result is that service is very slow. To overcome the problems mentioned above, it is necessary to build a system that can accelerate the process of receiving tuition fee payments and can produce a more detailed report on school fees both those who have paid and those who have not yet paid. One such system is utilizing VPN (Virtual Private Notwork) technology. Based on the description of the problem above, it becomes an impetus for the writer to be able to solve this system as well as possible and is very background for the writing of the Thesis which is planned to be realized using the Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 program language

Tax evasion could be seen as an ethical deed or not depends on several factors. They are among others: gender, religiosity and Love of Money (LoM). The goal of the current research is to examine the effect of gender, religiosity, and LoM towards tax evasion ethical perception. The population of the research is undergraduate (S1) accounting students of private universities in Semarang. The sample used in the researchcovers the undergraduate accounting students of Dian Nuswantoro University, Soegijapranata Catholic University, Sultan Agung Islamic University, State University of Semarang, and University of Muhammadiyah Semarang. The sampling technique used in the research is accidental sampling. As much as 100 questionnaires have been delivered to the chosen respondents and all of them are declared properly to use. The analysis results using Smart-Partial Least Squares (PLS) 3.0 model show that gender and religiosity have impact on tax evasion ethical perception, however LoM does not. The results of the research show that religiosity and LoM do not mediate the relationship between gender and tax evasion ethical perception.

his paper aims to identify the factorthat influence the perception ofbusiness opportunities, and the latter’s influence onentrepreneurial intention.The research method was sensus with quantitative analysis approach. Themodel is tested on Totalwin College of Business students.Data was collectedwith questionnaires. By applying a structural equationmodel, we observedthat the perception of self abilities (self-efficacy) positively andsignificantlyaffects both the perception of opportunities and entrepreneurial intention,andthat the perception of opportunities affects entrepreneurial intention.

This study sought to determine how students perceive entrepreneurshipas a career and whether they would want to pursue a careerinentrepreneurship upon completion of school. The study bore in mind thatfactors have the potential to influence the students’perception ofentrepreneurship and thus contribute in determining theirentrepreneurialintentions. As such learning Business Studies andhaving parentsin selfemployment was viewed as having prior exposure toentrepreneurship. Datafor this study was obtained by use of a questionnaireadministered torandomly selected students from STIE Totalwin Semarang. They were 85respondents whocomprised of both male and female students. The researchrevealed that majority of students had a positiveperception ofentrepreneurship as a career option. It was alsoobserved that students whohad parentsin self employment were highlymotivated to go intoentrepreneurship so as to continue in family business.

The aim of this research is to determine the description of adolescent knowledge about the early symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases based on the definition, early symptoms and types of STDs at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. The type of research used was descriptive research, to determine adolescent knowledge about the early symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar in 2018. The results of research conducted on 50 respondents at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar showed that there were 49 people (98 %) of respondents who answered correctly about the definition of sexually transmitted diseases, 47 people (94%) answered correctly about the symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases and 47 people (94%) answered correctly about the types of sexually transmitted diseases. From the results of the research the author draws the conclusion that adolescent knowledge based on the definition of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 98%, based on the symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 94%, based on the types of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 94 %. It is recommended that students of SMA Negeri 11 whose level of knowledge is in the good category to be maintained and who are still lacking to motivate themselves to study and seek more information about sexually transmitted diseases.    

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

This study aims to design learning media that can increase enthusiasm, motivation and understanding of students towards Javanese script material, as well as media that can be used by teachers in learning Javanese language learning activities by reading Javanese characters and their partners. The method used by researchers is the R&D (Research and Development) method while the method used in the development of instructional media is the waterfall method. The material presented in the Javanese script learning media are (1) Introduction of Javanese script, (2) Sandhangan, (3) Couples, (4) Swara script, (5) Wilangan. In making learning media researchers used Adobe Flash CS6 software, CorelDraw X5, Adobe Photoshop CS6 and Adobe audition CS6, with the final product being an interactive CD (Compact Disk). Validation test from material experts and media experts got the criteria of "good" - "very good", while the results of the final product trial evaluation with 52 students stated "agreeing" - "strongly agreeing" with the use of Javanese script learning media. thus the Javanese alphabet learning media on elementary students of Muhammadiyah Weleri was declared feasible to be used in learning activities to read and understand Javanese script.
