This article discusses the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi through a semiotic approach. According to Tinarbuko (2008), semiotics is the study of signs in order to find out how these signs function and produce a meaning. Meanwhile, according to Christomy and Yuwono (2004), argue that semiotics is the study of signs (signs), sign functions, and sign production. In semiotics there is a signifier (signifier) ​​which is a sign that can be seen by the eye, visible form / physical form while the signified (signified) is the meaning contained in the message that has the concept, function, and value contained in the sign. So the purpose of this study is to find out the signs of meaning in the poem "Democracy" through the method. In this study using semiotic analysis. Semiotic analysis is a qualitative data analysis technique that aims to find or analyze symbols or signs in a text systematically. And the conclusion in this study is that based on the analysis above, it can be concluded that the poem "Democracy" by Agam Wispi strongly ties its meaning to Indonesian political life. In discussing the poem, it tells about the people's struggle to burn and replace the rights they should have received for the hard work and sacrifices that have been made.

Pengembangan sistem informasi akademik bertujuan untuk memberikan sarana dasar kepada perguruan tinggi. Sistem informasi akademik diperlukan untuk mengelola seluruh kegiatan akademik diantaranya mengelola kartu rencana studi, mengelola kartu hasil studi, mengelola data dosen dan tenaga kependidikan, mengelola data mahasiswa, mengelola kelas, mengelola pertemuan dan presensi. Memiliki sistem informasi akademik akan mengurangi resiko keamanan data serta mendukung kemandirian pengelolaan teknologi informasi. Pengembangan sistem informasi ini menggunakan metode penghimpunan data menggunakan metode tanya jawab (interview) dan pengamatan lapangan. Performance, Information, Economics, Control, Efficiency dan Service adalah metode PIECES yang akan digunakan dalam menganalisa sistem. Unified Modelling Language (UML) adalah metode perancangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini. System engineering, Requirement analysis, Design, Coding, Testing dan Maintenance adalah metode pengembangan sistem Waterfall yang peneliti gunakan. Sistem informasi akademik dikembangkan sesuai kebutuhan institusi saat ini tetapi seiring perkembangan peraturan dan kebutuhan institusi maka perlu dilakukan evaluasi kinerja secara periodik.

One type of local government supervision is internal control. This internal control is carried out by the government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate. The main role of APIP is as a consultant and problem solver for local governments with the task of conducting inspections, reviews, monitoring and evaluation, as well as other supervision of the implementation of tasks and functions of local government organizations.This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

Human Resource Management System (HRMS) atau Sistem Manajemen Sumber Daya Manusia merupakan sebuah sistem yang digunakan untuk mengelola SDM dalam suatu perusahaan. Evaluasi atas implementasi HRMS diperlukan untuk melihat sejauh mana sistem dapat berfungsi dengan baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan pengguna. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dimana data diperoleh berdasarkan hasil wawancara. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk melihat apa saja faktor sukses implementasi HRMS di PT XYZ sehingga hasilnya dapat digunakan menajemen untuk pengembangan. Dari hasil penelitian didapatkan bahwa PT XYZ belum memenuhi dua dari 10 faktor kesuksesan implementasi dari teori Ceriello & Freeman, yaitu pada faktor keterlibatan pengguna dan integrasi antara sistem bisnis.

This study aims to look at the process of internalizing character education during the COVID-19 pandemic through entrepreneurship education as a general subject of higher education in Indonesia. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. During the COVID-19 pandemic, universities implemented distance learning so that learning could continue, this made the process of internalizing character education through entrepreneurship education continue, through three stages, carried out in stages and continuously, namely 1) The value transformation stage, with presentations, discussions , and questions and answers through the digital platform Zoom or Google Meet. 2) The value transaction stage, carried out by field observations and virtual interviews with entrepreneurs. 3) The internalization stage, carried out in virtual practice by participating in the entrepreneurship program organized by the Directorate General of Higher Education in Independent Learning-Independent Campus (MBKM). Students at the end have the values of character education and entrepreneurial character, namely having high responsibility, hardworking, creative, independent, democratic traits and attitudes, love for the motherland, national spirit, achievement, socializing, peace-loving, fond of reading, and cares about the social environment, and has the characteristics of courage, wisdom, confidence, and foresight in seeing opportunities. Students with it will behave well, have sympathy, empathy, and know what is good and what is bad.

This study aims to determine the implementation problems of instilling entrepreneurial character in early childhood. This study uses the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the importance of planting and increasing understanding of the concept of entrepreneurship from an early age starting from early childhood education, this implementation needs examples in the form of activities carried out by playing to provide a good understanding of students. Another problem, students are less motivated to look for reference materials related to the material provided. Based on the analysis of learning tools, the entrepreneurship material being taught is still not sustainable so that the expected competencies are not clear. In addition, learning activities are still centered on the teacher. The results of the analysis of reference books to see the contents of the material, especially the main economic activity material. How the material is presented, examples, and practical implementation in accordance with the syllabus of existing subject matter. After the basic economic activity reference books are reviewed as teaching materials in accordance with the learning tools that have been developed.

Reformasi birokrasi adalah merupakan tuntutan masyarakat, birokrasi pemerintahan harus membuka dirinya menuju perubahan paradigma baru, salah satunya dengan berlakunya e-government. Dengan e government terjadi perubahan pelayanan kepada masyarakat yang semula bersifat konvensional sekarang bersifat modern. Hal ini sesuai dengan berkembangnya teknologi informasi.  

Konter Fakhri cellular saat ini belum memiliki media khusus untuk mempromosikan produk-produknya. Saat ini konsumen masih langsung datang ke toko apabila ingin mendapatkan informasi produk aksesoris dan HP yang diinginkan. Selain itu pengolahan data juga masih dilakukan secara manual dengan menggunakan media buku. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode waterfall. Tahapan-tahapan dalam metode waterfall sebagai berikut system engineering, analysis, design, code, testing, dan maintenance. Hasil penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjualan HP dan Aksesoris yang ada di Konter Fakhri cellular berbasis web. Kesimpulan dalam penelitian ini adalah sistem informasi penjualan HP dan aksesoris ini dapat memudahkan pembeli dalam mencari HP serta aksesoris HP secara online tanpa harus datang ke toko. Cara pengaksesannya pun sangat mudah yaitu website dapat diakses dengan menggunakan media HP, komputer, dan laptop.    

Perumda BPR Bank Cirebon, sebuah lembaga keuangan perbankan yang menyalurkan uang sebagai usaha perkreditan rakyat, dimiliki oleh Pemerintah Daerah Cirebon. Penggajian karyawan kini dihitung secara manual menggunakan perangkat lunak Microsoft Office Excel. Gaji karyawan dihitung sebagai gaji pokok ditambah tunjangan tetap dan tunjangan tidak tetap dikurangi pinjaman. Berdasarkan permasalahan tersebut maka diperlukan suatu sistem komputerisasi untuk mempermudah dan mempercepat perhitungan gaji pegawai pada Perumda BPR Bank Cirebon sehingga memberikan hasil yang lebih akurat. Untuk menyimpan data dalam sistem akan digunakan bahasa PHP dan database MySQL, dan teknik perancangannya adalah System Development Life Sycle (SDLC) Waterfall, dengan langkah-langkah sebagai berikut: pengumpulan data, analisis sistem, perancangan sistem, scripting, dan sistem penerapan. Sistem akan secara otomatis menghitung gaji dengan menggabungkan komponen kenaikan gaji dan komponen pemotongan, menghasilkan gaji bersih. Sistem informasi penggajian ini juga lebih praktis karena memiliki desain antarmuka yang tertata rapi, jelas, dan mudah dipahami.

Designing a web-based inventory information system is the purpose of this research at Perumda BPR Bank Cirebon. The method used includes going through the stages of analysis, design, execution, interviews, and observation. By using the PHP programming language and MySql database, this information system was created. The finding of this study is an inventory management information system that can facilitate agencies and companies in recording company inventories and minimizing the possibility of data errors

Undang-undang No.22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan mempunyai peran strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan dan integrasi nasional sebagai bagian dari upaya memajukan kesejahteraan umum dan untuk mewujudkan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan di Kota Pekanbaru supaya aman, lancar, teratur dan efisien. Akan tetapi, pada penerapan UU No.22 Tahun 2009 ini masih menuai berbagai macam permasalahan, yaitu kedisiplinan para pengguna jalan dalam berlalu lintas masih belum tercapai terutama di Kota Pekanbaru sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi di dalam berlalu lintas dan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor penghambat di dalam implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan di Kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teori Yulianto Kadji yang terdiri dari beberapa indikator seperti, mentality, system, dan networking. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan di Kota Pekanbaru telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh aparatur, namun partisipasi atas kesadaran supir truk masih kurang baik sehingga masih saja melakukan pelanggaran walaupun kebijakan sudah dikeluarkan. Pengawasan tidak dapat dilakukan secara terus menerus dikarenakan masih kurangnya sumber daya manusia. Peneliti juga memberikan saran sebaiknya pihak aparat hukum lebih giat dalam melakukan razia ditempat-tempat yang sering melakukan pelanggaran berdasarkan informasi yang diberikan dari masyarakat setempat agar terciptanya kelancaran dan kenyamanan serta keamanan para pengguna jalan.

The truck load monitoring system aims to make it easier for truck users to see the truck load weight directly through a smartphone with an application. In addition, users can also see the excess weight of the load and there is an overweight indicator in the form of a buzzer. With this system, users can reduce the risk of accidents on their vehicles. This system consists of a load cell sensor and HX711 module as a weight detector, NodeMCU as a microcontroller and data transmission, firebase as a database, and android studio as a container for creating applications. Payload weight data can be monitored remotely or close according to the principles of the Internet of Things (IoT). The results of this study indicate that the system works well with the sensor accuracy level on the prototype truck 1 and truck prototype 2 above 95%. Writing data on firebase, reading firebase through the application and testing the buzzer has a 100% success rate percentage. There is no diference transmission delay between serial monitor and firebase.

The impact of urinary incontinence is experiencing irritation in the area around the vagina, feeling embarrassed, withdrawing from the environment and can lead to depression. Efforts that can be made to overcome urinary incontinence include non-pharmacological therapy in the form of Kegel exercises. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of urinary incontinence before and after being given Kegel exercises. This study uses a quantitative method with a Quasi Experimental design with a Pre-post test approach to Non-equivalent Control Group, the sample in this study amounted to 39 respondents with a sampling technique using purposive sampling. The results of this study showed that the average level of mild urinary incontinence in pre-test women in the intervention group I was 12 people (60%) and post-test was 15 people (75%) then 5 people were normal (25%). While the level of mild urinary incontinence in pre-test women in the intervention group II was 9 people (47.4%) and at the post-test as many as 16 people (84.2%) then found normal as many as 3 people (15.8% )    

This thesis aims to determine the effect of motor vehicle tax contributions, motor vehicle transfer fees and the number of residents on the local revenue of Sarolangun Regency in 2016-2020. This study uses independent variables, namely the contribution of motor vehicle tax, motor vehicle transfer fees and population. the dependent variable is local revenue. The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data. The primary data in this study were obtained directly from the research location, namely the regional financial and asset planning agency for Sarolangun Regency, and the one-roof administrative system (samsat) for Sarolangun Regency. and secondary data, namely reports on the realization of local own-source revenues, motorized vehicle taxes and transfer fees for motorized vehicles, and statistical data. 2016 is used to compare 2017 to 2020. This research is quantitative. Statistical methods using multiple linear regression analysis, t test, f test, and analysis of the coefficient of determination. The results of this study indicate that the contribution of motor vehicle tax, motor vehicle transfer fee and total population have no effect on local revenue. By using the F test it was found that the independent variables did not have a simultaneous effect on the dependent variable.

The East Medan Sub-District Office located in the Medan area, North Sumatra is one of the government agencies that functions as a community service. The research that the author conducted aims to analyze the Effectiveness of the Management Control System for Employee and Non-Employee Payrolls at the East Medan Sub-District Office. This study uses qualitative research methods that are descriptive and tend to use analysis. The data collection stage is carried out through interviews, literature studies, and there is also an addition from searching on the website. The types of data used in this study are Primary and Secondary Data. In this study, the authors analyze the existing data using a Data Processing Application (Software NVivo 11 Plus), which can be proven by a Model (Brainware Analysis). Based on the analysis carried out, it was concluded that the cause of the delay in the effectiveness of the management control system on the payroll of employees and non-employees at the East Medan Sub-district Office, namely due to lack of supervision, as well as the unequal time of payroll. Meanwhile, the obstacles that hinder the effectiveness of the management control system on employee payroll are the Delay in Reporting Periodic Salary Increases/ Promotions, and the efforts made in the various problems faced, namely reporting employee salaries or ASN (State Civil Apparatus), and updating employment data, so that they become better and more effective.
