The purpose of this research was to investigate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on financial performance, operational performance and cost of equity, the influence of financial performance, operational performance, and cost of equity on firm value, and to investigate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value mediated by financial performance, operational performance, and cost of equity. Population used is the whole company public listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2013- 2015. Number of samples are 86 firms each year, was selected by purposive sampling method and using secondary data, i.e. the annual report. The analytical method used is path analysis and hypothesis mediation analysed by using Sobel test. The result of analysis show that carbon emissions disclosure have positive and significant effect on financial performance, operational performance and cost of equity. While financial performancebhave positive but not significant effect on firm value, operational performance have positive and significant effect onfirm value, and cost of equityhave negative and significant effect on firm value. This research also shows that the operational performance and cost of equity plays a role in mediating carbon emissions disclosure on firm value, while financial performance do not mediate the effect of carbon emissions disclosure on firm value. The implication is the firms should pay more attention to the company's relationship with the surrounding environment so that the company's image can be improved because the firm’s sustainability are not only determined by the level of profitability, but also they have to combine economic performance, the concentration of social justice, and responsibility towards environmental sustainability. Keywords: carbon emissions disclosure, financial performance, operational   performance, cost of equity and firm value

This study aims to examine and analyze empirically on the influence of gender, pressure of obedience, task complexity, and experience of auditors on audit judgment at auditors KAP Semarang, Solo and Yogyakarta. The population used in this study are all auditors KAP Semarang, Solo and Yogyakarta. The sampling method used is convenience sampling, which is sample selection based on convenience, so the author has the freedom to choose the most rapid and easy sample. In this study, the dependent variable used is audit judgment, while the independent variable consists of gender, pressure of obedience, task complexity, and experience of the auditor. Data analysis technique using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that gender has a positive and significant impact on audit judgment. The pressure of obedience has a positive and significant impact on audit judgment. The complexity of duties has a positive and significant impact on audit judgment. The purpose of this research is to examine and analyze the influence of good corporate governance, Leverage, profitability and company size to earnings quality. The population is the entire company included in the CGPI ranking for the period of 2013-2016. Sampling technique using purposive sampling. The sample criteria in this study are (a) Companies that follow CGPI ranking in 2012-2016. (b) Companies listed on the Stock Exchange (c) The Company earns a positive profit. Analyzer used is multiple linear regression. The results of the analysis can be concluded that: Good corporate governance positive effect on earnings quality. Leverage has no effect on earnings quality. Profitability has no effect on earnings quality. Company size has a positive effect on earnings quality. This study aimed to analyze the influence of the company's growth, profitability, asset structure, business risk, tax and liquidity to funding decisions on manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange.The population in this research is manufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013-2015. Sample selection is done by purposive sampling method. Data were processed as many as 242 companies. Mechanical testing data is by using multiple linear regression analysis.The results of analysis show that the variable asset structure and tax significant positive effect on funding decision, the variable  liquidity (current ratio) significant negative effect on funding decision, while the variable  business risk does not affect to the funding decision on Manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange.Keywords: asset structure, business risk, tax, liquidity and funding decision

Rapid technological advances have a strong influence on various fields of life, one of which is the field of education. In the field of computer education is a familiar tool for use in the learning process. An educational institution such as a school certainly needs a learning medium as one of the methods in the teaching and learning process. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon is one of the educational institutions that always strives to improve quality both in terms of achievement and service. SDN 4 Krajan Kulon needs a learning media that can support the learning process to improve student performance that is still lacking, especially in science subjects. The solution offered in this study is a learning media with self direct learning method that makes it easy for users to understand the material being studied. This research uses the Research and Development (RnD) product development method, using 6 out of 10 research stages, namely potential and problems, data collection, product design, design validation, design improvement and product trials. The results of this study are to produce learning media with the method of self-direct learning. As for the validity value of the media expert at 2.7 which is declared feasible, while the validity value of the material expert is 3.4 which is declared feasible, and increases the average grade of the class of students 4 SD is 12% from the initial average score of 71 to 83.56.

Modern society is the result of joint relations between men and women. Nowadays, women’s subordination obstacle to women ‘s development and advancement. Women’s subordination as a kind of patriarchy system also deeper poverty. No progres of society without women activities. Empowering of women become a way to increase human security. The purpose is how to empower village women of Brujul, sub-district Jaten, Karanganyar regency. Increasing empowerment of village women is very important. It can develop and progress society in that village. There are three indicators of women empowerment: security, decision making and mobility. Method of this community service is meeting and discussion with the women of Brujul village. The result of this discussion that security of the women from Brujul still influenced by patriarchy system and lower education. Furthermore, the older married women had less power to increase their security. The younger married women with higher education have more power in decision making process of houshold and health. Higher education background can influence of women mobility. The women mobility also dependent upon how their family view women’s right. The result of this community service show that increasing knowledge about human right, human security and empowerment is very important for the women of Brujul village.Key words: women, empowerment, human security

This study examines the factors that affect the quality of audits at the existing KAP offices in the city of Semarang. This research was conducted in seven offices of KAP located in Semarang city by using auditor's analysis unit working in KAP office.The sampling method using Convenience sampling. The relationship or influence between variables is explained by using multiple linier regression analysis method and hypothesis test (t test). The results showed that the competence variables have a positive and significant impact on audit quality. The independence variable has a positive and significant influence on audit quality. The ethical variable of the auditor has a positive and significant influence on audit quality. The auditor experience variable has a positive and significant influence on audit quality. Professional skepticism audit variables have a positive and significant impact on audit quality,. The auditor's objectivity variable has a positive and significant influence on audit quality,. This research aims to investigate and analyze factors that influence provincial government disclosurefiscal years 2013-2015. Disclosure of goverment financial statements is a form of goverment transparency and accountabilit, but many local goverments do not disclose the full financial statements. Population of this research are provincial goverment financial statements in Indonesia fiscal year 2013-2015 based on Government Accounting Standard. Samples are included in the criteria of this study were 101 financial statements using purposive sampling method. This research data analysis methods using the multiple linear regression analysis by SPSS 23.0. The results showed that realized of revenue and number of units under Provincial (SKPD) have positiveand significant influence on the disclosure level of provincial government financial statements. While total asset have negative effect and significant influence on the disclosure level of provincial government financial statements. However, the level of dependence,population, number of audit findings and level of financial irregularities do not significantly influence the disclosure level of provincial government financial statements. This study is performed to test the effect of LDR, and BOPO toward NIM to increase ROA. The objective to analyze the effect of the bank financial ratios performance (LDR and BOPO) toward NIM to increase ROA in banking industry over period 2011-2013. Sampling technique used here is pusposive sampling. The data was taken Otoritas Jasa Keuangan (OJK). It is gained sample amount of 114 data. The analysis technique used here is multiple regression with the least square difference and hypothesis test using t-statistic to examine partial regression coefficient and f-statistic to examine the mean of mutual effect with level of significance 5%. In addition, classical assumption is also performed including normality test, multicolinearity test, and heteroscedasticity test. The result shows LDR and BOPO to have influence toward NIM at level of significance less than 5%, and LDR and BOPO, and NIM have influence toward ROA at level of significance more than 5%. The study examines the effect of internal cash flow, insider ownership, profitability, investment opportunity and sales growth on capital expenditure. This research was conducted at the Indonesian Stock Exchange by using a go public manufacturing company as the unit of analysis.Population in this research is manufacturing company listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange period form 2010 to 2014. The sampling method used purposive sampling. The research sample includes companies that have insider ownership, releasing financial statement, has the completeness of data, used the rupiah currency  Relationship and (or) influence between variables is describe by using multiple regression analysis.The result showed that the insider ownership has significant negative effect and investment opportunity has significant positive effect to the capital expenditure. Where as the internal cash flow and sales growth has no significant positive effect, and profitability has no significant negative effect to the capital expenditure.Keywords:   Internal Cash Flow, Insider Ownership, Profitability, Investment Opportunity, Sales Growth and Capital Expenditure.

Regional autonomy makes the region able to develop in accordance with its capabilities and does not depend on the Central Government. Efforts to increase the Original Revenue will not give meaning if not followed by an increase in regional economic growth. This study aims to analyze the effect of Local Revenue and Provincial Assistance on Capital Expenditures Moderated by Regional Economic Growth The research was conducted in the administrative area of Central Java Province Regency, which is 35 districts / cities consisting of 29 districts and 6 municipalities. The analytical technique used moderate quasi-model regression with the basis of interaction. The results of the hypothesis show that the Original Revenue, Provincial Assistance, and Economic Growth affect the Capital Expenditure. While Economic Growth is also proven to moderate the influence of Original Revenue on Capital Expenditure. The results of this study show that the model is able to explain the variance of Capital Expenditure of 85.5%. Keywords: Local Revenue, Provincial Assistance, Economic Growth, Capital Expenditure.

This research examines the influence of  female CEO, female CFO, female board of commissioners, and female audit committee on accrual based earnings management. This research presume that man and woman would act differently to solve a problem. This research using a sample of 304 companies listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange in 2013 that selected based on purposive sampling method. Hypothesis testing is performed by using multiple linier regression to examine the effect of each  independent variable on the dependent variable. The result of this research showed that the position of CFO who is held by female have a significant negative effect on accrual based earnings management. While the position of female CEO, female board of commissioners, and female audit committee have no significant effect on accrual based earnings management.  Keywords: gender, corporate governance, earnings management, accrual based earnings management.

This study is to determine what factors affect the performance of SMEs. The population in this study are all the owner of SMEs in the Central Java. Sampling was conducted with a purposive sampling criteria were used in the consideration that SMEs are already running at least five years. The sample in this study is intended as representative of the population to be studied, totaling 67 (sixty seven). The data were then processed andanalyzed by using the computer program of SPSS 20 for Windows. Based on the results of testing the partial regression analysis can be concluded: The competitiveness and marketing access is partially affect performance significantly and positively. This means that the higher competitiveness and marketing access the higher performance. Meanwhile, competitiveness and marketing access have influence on SME’s performance through network capabilities.

The purpose of this study is to know the efforts undertaken by theGovernment of Demak Regency to obtain unqualified opinion. These effortsneed to be appreciated by the local Government Apparatus. TheGovernment's aim is to improve the reliability of the quality of the resultingfinancial statements, particularly in terms of asset management.The selected sample is 141 respondents with purposive samplingtechnique in Demak Regency. Data were obtained by distributingquestionnaires. The questionnaire returned as many as 138 questionnaires.Data analysis using Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) using ProgarmSPSS.The results showed that the application of local financialaccounting system has a positive effect on the quality of financial statements,while the competence of human resources negatife affect the quality offinancial statements. Similarly, adding organizational commitment as amoderating variable, the application of local financial accounting system hasnegatife influence on the quality of financial statements and human resourcescompetence have a positive effect on the quality of financial statements.

Organic products as natural products or are free of chemicals /pesticides , is currently a trend in many countries around the world.The tendency of shifting consumer consumption patterns of consumingorganic products to conventional products has become an interestingphenomenon today . Shifting back to nature lifestyle , has become a wisechoice to meet a healthy lifestyle . This view , looking at the trend ofconsumers choosing organic ingredients and eco-friendly products isincreasing. Of the various existing studies , found that attention and thedesire to buy organic food and organic food products behavior isincreasing nowadays. The purpose of this study was to analyze theinfluence of ecological knowledge, willingness to pay more, andenvironmental awareness of the organic product purchase decisions inHortimart Agro Center Bawen .The population in this study is that consumers Hortimart AgroCenter Bawen. Based Slovin formula, the sample size was 100respondents were obtained with Purpose Sampling techniques , namelyconsumers who consume organic products . Primary data was collectedthrough questionnaires and analyzed using multiple linear.The resultsof the research on 100 respondents in Hortimart Agro EcologicalKnowledge Center showed that no significant influence on purchasingdecisions, different results are shown in the willingness to pay more andthe environmental awareness and significant positive influence onpurchasing decisions. willingnessto paymore variable (b2 =0,550)became the biggest factors influencing purchasing decisions.

Company value described how good or bad the manager of wealth management, itcan be seen from the measurement of financial performance obtained. The purpose of thisreasearch is to analyze the effect of the financial performance of the company's value tothe disclosure of corporate social responsibility as a moderating variable onmanufacturing companies listed in Indonesia Stock Exchange period 2012-2015. Theindependent variables are financial performance (ROA, ROE, CR, DER, TATO), thedependent variable is the enterprise value (Tobin's Q) and variable CSR as moderation.Samples were 30 companies listed on the Stock Exchange. Sampling of thepopulation using purposive sampling technique. Financial reporting data, ICMD andannual reports obtained from IDX. Testing the hypothesis in this research using multipleregression analysis with SPSS applications 21.The results of the research with multiple linear regression showed that theROA, ROE, CR, DER significant positive effect on firm value, while TATO significantnegative effect on firm value.The moderating variables with interaction test shows thatdisclosure corporate social responsibility moderating influence ROA by value company,while corporate social responsibility disclosure doesn’t moderating influence ROE, CR,DER, TATO by value of the firm.

This study examines financial difficulties can occur if the auditcommittee does not perform its roles and responsibilities effectively. Theperformance of an audit committee can be measured by its characteristics,including the size, independence, activity of the audit committee, and thecompetencies of audit committee members. Based on the discussion of researchresults described above, then there are some implications found and can addinformation for the company, investors and other parties associated with thecompany's activities. The results conclude that the size of the auditcommittee, the independence of the audit committee and the financialknowledge of audit committee members can not prove a significant influenceon financial difficulties. This research proves that the existence of women ingender audit committee is able to avoid the company from financialdifficulties. The frequency of meetings of audit committee members can proveto have a significant negative effect on the financial difficulty. This isbecause the frequency of meetings of members of the audit committee has arole in changing the pattern of management behavior and communicationamong members more structured so that the company's condition will notexperience financial difficulties.

Brand Switching is the time when a customer or a group of customerchange their loyalty from one brand of product to another. Population of thisresearch is SIM Card User in Totalwin Semarang. Sixty eight are chosen assample are fixed as purposive sampling. Data are analyzed using SPSSprogram. Data are collected with questionnaires.From the research we canconclude that validity test and reliability test all questioner are fulfill therequirement. Result and theoretical implication of this research is: thisresearch supports previous researches postulating that promotion, price , andproduct attributes influences to brand switching positively. In managerialterms, this research contributes to decision makers to pay more attention tothe promotion in purpose to improve loyalty customer.
