The shift in global paradigm and threat perspective has led to a wide variety of possible risks and uncertainties. This situation also occurs in the defense economy, so understanding the basic principles of risk and uncertainty is important, especially in a decision-making process. There are several elements and concepts that are usually used in all decision models. Almost all models, whether complex or simple, can be formulated using a standard structure and solved by using general evaluation procedures. For decisions involving a series of decisions and relating to various basic sequential conditions, the decision tree is an appropriate conceptual and schematic modeling tool. A decision tree is a schematic representation of a decision problem. A decision tree is a diagram made like a tree with branches and branches in a chronological order of events, with each having a choice and possibility of occurrence, as well as the results of each choice. The term decision tree is taken from the form of diagrams that have branches and twigs, just like a tree.

This community service is in the form of delivering material exposure to the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning to Teachers of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta. Community service by presenting teachers, school principals and in material presentation and interactive question and answer events to the level of mastery of SD Mojosongo III Surakarta teachers regarding the Implementation of 4C in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning for SD Mojosongo III Surakarta Teachers is intended to be able understand the essence of 4C in learning to support the smoothness of the learning process as well as theoretical clarity and a better understanding of learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in elementary schools. The delivery of this material to all teachers at SD Mojosongo III Surakarta, school principals and school supervisors totaling 25 teachers, both classroom and sports teachers, religion teachers and art teachers from parallel classes at the school. With the hope of teachers in the learning process in the classroom so that aspects of teacher knowledge and skills can further improve the abilities and professionalism of primary school teachers. Providing a scientific basis for elementary school teachers in understanding the essence of 4C Implementation in the 21st Century Era in Integrative Thematic Learning which consists of Communication, Collaboration, Critical Thinking and Creativity, and provide theoretical clarity and understanding better about learning, learning objects and learning situations and conditions in Primary Schools. The implementation will be held on Monday, July 15 2020 in the SD Mojosongo III Surakarta classroom with a 6 hour implementation time pattern, starting at 8.00 WIB until 15.00 WIB. Taking selfies for documentation reasons mentioned by Rettberg (2014) and Chae (2017). Likewise, this study reports documentation and archiving, which is part of communicating self-motives. Additionally, this research draws attention to general digital effects such as special event filters and seasonal filters used with selfies to signal specific locations or events. In their research, Senft and Baym (2015) noted that selfies can be used as an empowering tool to overcome political problems. This research shows how selfies are used as an empowering tool to educate Saudi women, particularly about their legal rights. The use of selfies as an educational tool in the context of public problems has not been reported in previous research.

Ekowisata adalah salah satu industri wisata yang makin berkembang. Salah satu kendala dalam manajemen ekowisata adalah bagaimana mencari keuntungan disamping tetap menjaga keaslian lingkungan dan meningkatkan kesadaran masyarakat lokal. Salah satu keunikan ekowisata adalah bagaimana memberikan pengalaman unik berinteraksi langung dengan satwa Kera asli Indonesia. Penelitian ini menganalisa pengelolaan dan tantangan yang ditemukan di Goa Kreo, Desa Kandri, Gunungpati Semarang sebagai salah satu ekowisata yang mengandalkan keberlanjutan komunitas Kera jinak penunggu goa. Metode Penelitian ini Menggunakan Metode Kualitatif dengan pendekatan Studi Kasus. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara mendalam dengan pengelola Goa Kreo, petugas kebersihan, dan pengunjung. Data dikumpulkan melalui proses in-depth interview. Hasil temuan di lapangan adalah masih terbatasnya anggaran pakan kera dari pengelola Goa Kreo dan lemahnya pengawasan seperti bebasnya pengunjung yang memberi sembarang makananan dan minuman pada Kera yang menjadi nilai negatif dalam keberlanjutan komunitas Kera. Diharapkan dengan menerapkan strategi ekowisata yang benar, pengelola bisa memanfaatkan peluang yang ada seperti menjual produk pakan khusus kera pada pengunjung, sehingga kesehatan kera bisa lebih terjaga. Perlu dibuat event-event wisata unik untuk lebih menarik pengunjung.

The e-commerce market trend is taking place around the world. This trend encourages international trade be more intense. This can be an opportunity for Indonesia to be able to develop its exports rate using e-commerce. Based on this background, this program purposes to provide indeep information to industry and trade players about how to increase their potential and expand the market through international e-commerce. This international e-commerce should be a solution to improve its economic welfare. The method of this program is carried out through assessment and socialization at the location of service, as Kampung Batik Laweyan Solo. Exploration activities were to obtain detailed information about program targets, which are held in August and September 2018. Furthermore, a one-day socialization event is held on 28 October 2018. Anemia gizi besi pada ibu hamil masih merupakan salah satu masalah kesehatan masyarakat di Indonesia dimana angka kematian ibu hamil yang cukup tinggidata WHO menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 30% ibu hamil di Indonesia mengalami anemia.Teh dapat menghambat penyerapan zat besi karena didalam teh ada tanin.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara kebiasaan minum teh dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Dusun Telaga Piru Kecamatan Seram Barat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat Tahun 2019. Desain penelitian yang akan digunakan adalah cross sectional. Populasi berjumlah 32 ibu hamil di Dusun Telaga Piru Kecamatan Seram Barat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat.Sampel pada penelitian ini adalah seluruh populasi yang berjumlah 32 responden. Data dianalisis dengan menggunakan uji spearman rho.. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada hubungan antara kebiasaan minum teh dengan kejadian anemia pada ibu hamil di Dusun Telaga Piru Kecamaatan Seram Barat Kabupaten Seram Bagian Barat tahun 2019 (p-value : 0.022). Diharapkan bagi tenaga kesehatan dapat memberikan penyuluhan kesehatan kepada masyarakat tentang kandungan dan bahaya mengkonsumsi teh pada waktu yang tidak tepat dan untuk ibu hamil agar meningkatkan gizi mereka terutama penyerapan unsur besi.

Therefore, an appeal against a decision cannot be appealed, however, the fact is that there are prosecutors who appealed against the verdict as contained in the appeal deed number: 60 / Appeal / deed.Pid / 2006 / PN. As for the problems in this research are: (1) How can the decision to be released from lawsuits in terms of Law No. 31/1999 jo. Law no. 20 of 2001 (case study No. 942 / Pid.B / 2005 / PN.Smg)? (2) Whether the decision is free from legal charges based on case No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Cassation Decision No.898 K / Pid.Sus / 2008 can legal remedies be made? The type of research used in this research is the type of normative legal research on certain legal events. The application can be realized through concrete actions and legal documents, the results of the application will create an understanding of the realization of the implementation of the normative legal provisions that have been studied properly or not. Based on the results of research and discussion is a decision based on case No. 942 / Pid. b / 2005 / PN.Smg which uses Law No. 31/1999 jo. UU no. 20 of 2001 as a basis for conviction, in the judicial process it turned out that the elements of the articles charged by the Public Prosecutor were proven proven, but because the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II were carried out at the orders of their superiors, based on article 51 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, so that the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II cannot be held accountable by Defendant I and Defendant II because it is an act to carry out a position order given by his superior, namely the Mayor of Semarang and was decided to be released from the lawsuit. Against the decision to release based on the District Court Decision No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Cassation Decision No.898 K / Pid.Sus / 2008 which decided that Defendants I and II were to be freed from all legal charges, so based on article 67 of the Criminal Procedure Code a decision to release all lawsuits could only be legal remedies through cassation.   Keywords : Corruption, Legal Efforts, Release Decision.

Salaam Organizer perusahaan yang bergerak dibidang jasa untuk melayani service wedding. Kendala yang sedang dihadapi Salaam Organizer masih mengunakan cara tradisional untuk promosi, komunikasi, memantau, dan melalukan transaksi pembayaran dengan telepon dan jejaring sosial. Salaam Organizer perlu adanya aplikasi web mobile sebagai media penunjang. Metode yang digunakan dalam implementasi ini menggunakan metode breakdown and weighted. Hasil penelitian yang dibuat, terciptanya sistem aplikasi e-service berbasis web mobile untuk pelayanan jasa wedding dan menjadikan sistem aplikasi yang interaktif dan multifungsi. Sistem yang dibuat nantinya akan memudahkan pelayanan dikantor Salaam Organizer.

Yayasan Li Ulil Albab is one of the foundations in Karanganyar Regency that keep growing and contribute in educating the nation's life as well as building the character of the next generation of intelligent, religious by managing. To be able to carry out this noble task, it is necessary to continuously improve the work ethic of teachers and employees as an important element in improving the quality and achievement of school. Based on these considerations, lectures, counseling and various activities for coaching in order to improve the work ethic of teachers and employees is important to do. This event is attended by 46 Teachers and School Workers under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar. The purpose of this activity is that the work ethic of teachers and employees of schools under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar can be improved, and maintained, so that teachers and employees will be motivated in working, discipline, always positively to the task and work and able to build good cooperation with fellow teachers and employees to realize the process of learning and teaching is good and able to produce graduates qualified and character. This activity is expected to provide benefits to various stakeholders of the school under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, namely: First, for teachers and employees, this activity is useful to provide enlightenment and motivation so that it will increase the work ethic in carrying out its duties. Second, for the students, this activity will provide indirect benefits to the students, because with the work ethic of teachers and employees of high students will get a better service of teaching and learning process. Third, for the Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar, this activity will provide indirect benefits on improving the quality of the institution because it is supported by teachers and employees who have a good work ethic. The result of this coaching activity is the increasing work ethic of teachers and school employees under Yayasan Li Ulil Albab Karanganyar with an indicator of increasing morale, and discipline of teachers and employees in teaching and providing services to students that impact on student's learning achievement.Keywords: work ethic, teacher discipline, service to students

SMP Muhammadiyah Salatiga designing a Website which is also integrated with social networking is equipped with  several  facilities,  such  as  school  bulletin  board,  news,  articles,  schedule of  events,  photo  gallery,  downloadable content and web forums to provide convenience to members for sharing online. This  study  was  developed  using  the  method  of  system  development  Research  and  Developmnet  [1]  which consists  of:  Research  and  Information  Collection,  Planning,  Develop  Preliminary  Form  of  Product,  Preliminary  Field Testing,  Product  Revision  Main,  Main  Field  Testing,  Operational  Product  Revision,  Operational,  Field  Testing,  Final Product Revision, Dissemination and Implementation using the programming language PHP with MySQL database. The results showed that the system serves as a medium of information kominukasi with students, teachers, employees, alumni and the community as well as a media campaign.

Every literature consists of Story and Plot, or should I say, series of events. While the Story is about what happened literally, the Plot is more about how the narrator explains what happened. Aristotle alleged that the Plot and Structure were the most important elements in of a Tragedy (Poetics VI,5; VII,1). However, the success of a story also depends on the rendering of Character (Poetics VI,5). Therefore, the study about Characters in  Narrative  Criticism  is  necessary  to  conclude  the  exploration  of  a literature.  Gospel  of  Mark,  as  presented  in  this  paper  is  through  and through a story. Study of plot and structure in it, therefore, is necessary to build the sufficient base for study of character. This research paper is dedicated mainly on plot of the Gospel of Mark, particularly Mark 4,35-8,30. To understand the plot, it is essential to know the style and context of the literature at hand, facts about the author and the setting of the story.

Beberapa permainan yang telah dibuat oleh komunitas baik dalam tingkat pemula maupun tingkatmahir dengan menggunakan fitur perangkat bantu Construct 2.0 menjadi tantangan tersendiri. Beberaparancangan desainer permainan berbasis construct memiliki fitur layout yang bervariasi ragam sertamenyebabkan kebutuhan kapasitas memori yang lebih besar. Upaya yang akan dijadikan tematik padapenelitian in adalah pengamatan terhadap kapasitas kebutuhan memori khususnya sebagai upayaminimalisasi kapasitas memori yang dibutuhkan dengan menggunakan teknik single layout multilayer,dibandingkan dengan penggunaan teknik sebelumnya yaitu multi layout dan multilayer. Hal ini akandikomparasi dalam model tabulasi terkait. Adapun tujuan dalam penelitian pada kesempatan kali ini adalahMengimplementasikan salah teknik animasi gambar dengan teknik single layout. Mengetahui implementasiteknik single layout multilayer. Adapun kesimpulan yang dapat ditarik berdasarkan hasil dan analisapenelitian ini bahwa Teknik single layout multi layer mampu didesain dengan baik dengan menggunakanperangkat Construct 2.0, namun dalam pengamatan terhadap kapasitas memori sejauh pengamatan tidakmemberikan pengaruh secara signifikan, dimana hal ini dipengaruhi oleh beberapa hal diantaranya: sejumlahresolusi gambar yang terlibat (karakter, latar belakang, animasi), sejumlah media audio yang terlibat,sejumlah animasi dari sejumlah framenya, sejumlah event-action yang terlibat dalam permainan(kompleksitas permainan).

Small-Medium Enterprise (SME) has important role in national economy on job creating and output. SME create job more than big industry. Eventhough SME role on share of national income is less than big industry. This situation is caused by weakness of competitiveness and productivity of small-medium enterprise. Empowering of competitiveness and productivity is important to overcome this problem. Increasing productivity and  competitiveness program on new sector that has high local resource and base on technology would be solution to empowering competitiveness of SME.
