This article aims to describe the review of Islamic law on the obligations of a father who abandoned the maintenance of the child in the decision of the Supreme Court number 608/K/AG/2003 and describing a living madliyah children after divorce based on the protection of children's rights in Law Number 23 Year 2002 on the Protection of Children. This research is included in the type of normative legal research, using a statutory approach and a conceptual approach. The processing of legal materials in normative legal research is by means of literature studies which are described and then linked between one legal material and other legal materials, especially the relationship between the elements covered in the research problem. So it is presented in a systematic writing form to answer the problems that have been formulated in this research. The result showed that the duty of a father to meet child support does not become payable if the elapsed time, but it could be due to maintenance if there is a decision of the judge. This imposition on the grounds that the father in condition to be able to work deliberately remiss. Supreme Court Decision No. 608/K/AG/2003 does not conflict with Islamic law. Every parent has an obligation to be responsible for nurturing, nurture, educate, and protect children. Deliberateness of a father neglects the obligation to provide maintenance, so that children can not get their rights and suffer a loss, then it can be described as acts of negligence as regulated in Law Number 23 of 2002 on the Protection of Children

This extension activity was conducted for Karang Taruna Desa Papahan, Kec. Tasikmadu, Kab. Karanganyar. The outcomes of this activity are: cheap participants' knowledge of the concept of entrepreneurship so that they have the right knowledge; benefit participants' insights on how to start a business and choose the right type of business; benefit participants' insights about possible business failures and ways to enter and resolve business failures.This activity is carried out with the following stages: Selection of participants to the community service, namely the board and members of Karang Taruna; Submission of lecture materials, with a view to fostering an entrepreneurial spirit; Implementation of evaluation Evaluation is done by: before counseling conducted a question-answer to know each participant's initial knowledge about entrepreneurship special techniques or how to start a business. After the counseling finished the question and answer again about the same material. By comparing the results of answers that have been done, it will be known whether there is an increase in knowledge about the entrepreneurship and scope.Keywords: Counseling, entrepreneurship, management

Family becomes the smallest social unit in a society. The socialization process was first carried outin the family. Educate children to get to know children and how to treat children according to theirneeds and development. By recognizing and understanding their children, parents as educators inthe family will be able to increase their potential as optimally as possible, especially in formingpositive behaviors. Behavior is any form of action taken or planned. While positive behavior is anaction that is in accordance with the character, culture, norms and noble values in the community.In order for children to grow and develop optimally, the family or parents need to increase theirrole. Along with the times and the assimilation of culture in the era of globalization of positivebehavior in children such as manners, tolerance, caring for others and respect for others isincreasingly lost. The effort that can be taken to develop positive behavior of children in the familyenvironment is through a behavioral approach.The target of service is the Beneficiary Family(KPM) of the Hope Family Program in Wonosegoro District. The purpose of this communityservice activity is to provide training methods in enhancing family roles to foster positive behaviorthrough a behavioral approach. The method used in this community service is the behaviorismapproach in increasing family roles to form positive behavior. In this behavior approach usesseveral techniques, namely modeling techniques, reinforcement techniques and Asertive trainingtechniques. The implementation of community service carried out with seminars and trainingthrough lectures, discussions and brainstorming, questions and answers, and direct practice. Theimplementation of the behavioral approach training as an effort to improve the family's role informing positive behavior was Carried out in four meetings. The expected result of communityservice is the realization of parents' understanding of the importance of the role of the family infostering positive behaviors of children that are applied in daily life through a behavioral approach.Keywords: Family Role, Positive Behavior, Behavior Approach

Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. Learning methodswhich so far has not been implemented enough to have an impact on the level of student understanding ofmaterial taught. The method used was less successful so students felt boredand saturated. Efforts to overcome the problems of the learning process need a solutionwith new methods that can be developed. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

Freight of goods and passengers in Indonesia With the availability of goods and transportation needed by transportation, there are many entrepreneurs or transportation service companies in the three transportation routes. PT. Pandu Logistik is a company engaged in the transportation of goods which is a legal entity in the Commercial Postal Service as stipulated in article 18 paragraph (1) of Law Number 38 of 2009 concerning Postal. During the process of shipping goods sometimes it does not need to be done with problems, for example regarding expenditures, both originating from nature, human actions or from the nature of the goods themselves. In answering this law, the approach method is carried out using the sociological juridical method with descriptive analytical specifications and the analysis is done qualitatively. The results of this study indicate that the standard agreement in the transportation agreement determined by the carrier according to the position of the parties is not balanced and there is no freedom of transfer to determine the contents of the agreement. Factors that cause ownership change, damage or loss of goods in PT. Pandu Logistics is 2 factors, the first factor which is a factor of PT. Pandu Logistik itself and the second is external factors such as circumstances and accidents that cannot be done in the transportation of goods. The responsibility of PT. Pandu Logistics Semarang for lost or damaged goods that is by way of compensation of 10 times the shipping fee or a maximum of Rp. 1,000,000 (one million rupiah), except if PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang can prove right and wrong that PT. Pandu Logistik Semarang, apart from the negligence and mistakes of the sender of the goods or because there is something about the cargo that does not reach the recipient of the goods, this is what frees PT. Community Services Program aims in order so that SME have the ability to Community services program aims in order so that SMES have the entrepreneurial spirit so that there is continuity of effort, which could ultimately increase revenue. Target audience this community service activities is SME Birdcage in Village of Banyuanyar sub-district of Banjarsari town of Surakarta. Extension methods include lectures, discussions, question and answer. Activity plan extension done 2 times, the first meeting of a talk foster entrepreneurial soul, second meeting: improving the skills of the production. The outer of this activity are: 1) the SME has the spirit of entrepreneurship. 2) SME have the skills to make bird cage. The purpose of community service activities with the theme of Information Service on Reproductive Health in Young Women Aisyiah I orphanage member West City Banjarsari Solo is to provide knowledge about reproductive health in young women members of Putri Aisyiah I West Kota, Banjarsari, Solo in order to take care of themselves and prepare self as a prospective mother.The target of this community service activity is the realization of the guidance to maintain the health of femininity that can be used by young women members of Orphanage Princess Aisyiah I West Town, Banjarsari, Solo. So that helps the achievement of the goal effectively and efficiently is able to maintain the health of her feminine in a preventive and correct so that become healthy citizens.This community service is implemented by applying Brenstorming method, Lecture method, Question answer method, and Exercise method to make the material easy to receive and practiced completely by the members. Information service is conducted for one month with frequency of exercise once a week, place of execution at Princess Orphanage Aisyiah I Solo. Through this activity the members have knowledge about reproduction health, so as to strengthen the self-adolescent girls who entered the orphanage and finally the young women become members of a strong and productive society.Keywords: Information services, reproductive health.

The aim of this research is to determine the description of adolescent knowledge about the early symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases based on the definition, early symptoms and types of STDs at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar. The type of research used was descriptive research, to determine adolescent knowledge about the early symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar in 2018. The results of research conducted on 50 respondents at SMA Negeri 11 Makassar showed that there were 49 people (98 %) of respondents who answered correctly about the definition of sexually transmitted diseases, 47 people (94%) answered correctly about the symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases and 47 people (94%) answered correctly about the types of sexually transmitted diseases. From the results of the research the author draws the conclusion that adolescent knowledge based on the definition of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 98%, based on the symptoms of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 94%, based on the types of sexually transmitted diseases is good with the highest percentage of 94 %. It is recommended that students of SMA Negeri 11 whose level of knowledge is in the good category to be maintained and who are still lacking to motivate themselves to study and seek more information about sexually transmitted diseases.

Willingness to pay taxes is a necessary first step to carry out taxation. It's own volition arise based on many factors that influence it. This study was to find out how much influence the awareness factor to pay taxes, knowledge and understanding of tax regulations, a good perception of the effectiveness of the tax system, and the Sunset Policy jointly on the level of willingness to pay taxes in the region of UMKM Semarang. Data collection is done by collecting primary data in the form of questionnaires. The research sample consists of 131 taxpayers who have been willing to fill in questionnaires. While a decent sample processed in this study were 125 questionnaires. Method to answer the research question is processed by linear regression using SPSS. Results of research showed that: (1) consciousness of paying taxes and a significant positive effect on willingness to pay taxes. (2) Knowledge and understanding of tax regulations have a negative influence and no significant on willingness to pay taxes. (3) A good perception of the effectiveness of the tax system has positive affect and significant on willingness to pay taxes. This study aims to investigate the influence of Problem-Based Learning/PBL) to increase student’s softskills in Accounting Department at Ambon City and then simultaneously generate accounting learning model that can be used by universities to improve the quality of learning both personal qualities and scientific quality through analytical skills, creativity, and open to innovation and new findings. The population in this study were students from the Department of Accounting at the Faculty of Economics and Faculty of Economics, Pattimura University in Darussalam Ambon. Samples were students from the Department of Accounting that would  taken courses in Management Accounting at Department of Accounting - FE Pattimura University, and Darussalam University in Ambon City. In every department, sampling of 30 people. The sampling technique used is nonprobability sampling with purposive sampling. Methods of data collection begins with the class treatments (to make small groups, giving the case/problem, advice by the facilitator, discussion in small group, resume small group, and facilitators make conclusions on the problems discussed), then a questionnaire distributed to respondents for answering that how perception’s respondent of PBL influence to  increase in student’s softskills. The results of hypothesis testing with simple regression analysis showed that problem-based learning (PBL) to have significant effect on the increase student’s softskill in university of state and university of private at Ambon City.   Key Words: Problem-Based Learning, Softskills
