This integrated system can combine information from multiple departments to make decision making easier and better suited to the internal and external needs of the business. The choice of an ERP system is an important investment intended to improve the financial, strategic and profitable performance of a company. Short stories are part of a literary genre that describes the environment. One of the important things in short stories is how the author's events and thoughts can be expressed well so that they can be understood and enjoyed well by readers. To find information contained in short stories in more depth, research can be done in the form of analysis. The aim of this research is to examine the content of the short story entitled "Penthouse 2601" by Djenar Maesa Ayu using a literary sociology approach. In literary sociology, literary works are considered as a reflection of society's life which cannot be separated from consideration of fictional elements and social aspects of society's life. The research method used in this research is a qualitative descriptive research method. By using listening and taking notes as a data collection technique. The results of this research show that in the short story entitled "Penthouse 2601" there are social aspects and cultural aspects. This research can have implications for Indonesian language learning, especially at the Senior High School (SMA) level    

Kinayah is a pronunciation of something, while what is meant is not what is said, even if that meaning is used linguistically. Example: tall stature (because the person is tall), what is meant is not just the linguistic meaning, but more than that, such as high dignity. The Qur'an was revealed in very clear Arabic and literature with very beautiful wording and was easily understood by all audiences, in fact it could beat the language of the poets of that century. Al-Qur'an al-Karim is the greatest Islamic miracle in the following centuries. The language style of the Qur'an is full of essence (original meaning), majaz (non-original meaning), isti'arah (borrowing one word for another word) and kinayah (specific allusion). During the period of ignorance, the Arabs already had a very high style of literary language because they were always trained in arguing, praising and flattering and demeaning someone using language as a medium. This can be seen from the many al-mu'allaqat hanging from the Kaaba as a tribute to poets who were instrumental in producing beautiful literary works in their poetry. On the other hand, Arabic literature at its peak had no value when compared with the Koran, so that the literary language that was famous at that time, such as mua'laqatt, felt bland when compared with the language of the Koran. He can even beat the literary language of his time until now. This is because the advantage of the language of the Koran is that it has a very selective language style in choosing appropriate, beautiful, easy and harmonious vocabulary, so that it can touch the mind and heart so that many people are interested in learning and understanding it. On the other hand, the Koran is a guide to human life because it provides clear instructions for carrying out every daily activity. The Koran includes all the rules that humans need to interact with each other, as well as the rules with the natural environment and especially the rules with the Creator. In a not too long period of time, the beauty of the language of the Koran spread throughout social life. This was acknowledged by famous Arab poets at that time, as explained in the history of Ibn Abbas, that Walid bin Mughirah came to the Prophet and the Prophet read the Koran to him. So Walid's heart softened because of it.

This study aims to determine the effect of work ethics and work environment on employee performance of PT Tower Bersama. This research uses quantitative methods by distributing questionnaires to PT Tower Bersama and the sampling technique in this study uses non-probability sampling method, namely saturated sample technique with a sample size of 62 respondents of PT Tower Bersama employees and sampling techniques using questionnaires and will be tested by the SPSS version 25 application. The data collected is supported by validity test and reliability test to see the feasibility of the data used. Analysis of the research instrument model is supported by classical assumption testing as a condition of multiple linear regression testing, namely: normality test, multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test, multiple linear regression test and by testing the coefficient of determination. The results showed that work ethics and work environment have a positive and significant effect partially and simultaneously on the performance of employees of PT Tower Bersama.

This study aims to determine the effect of work environment and workload on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch. The population in this study is the company PT. Surabaya Wiyung Branch Pawnshop. The research method is assisted by the Partial Least Square program which is used with SmartPLS 4.0 software. This type of research used is quantitative research. Data taken using a questionnaire. The results showed that the work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, workload has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, work environment has a positive and significant effect on job satisfaction, workload has a negative and insignificant effect, and job satisfaction has employee performance has a negative and insignificant effect,work environment has a negative and insignificant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch, and workload has a negative and insignificant effect through job satisfaction on employee performance at PT. Pegadaian Wiyung Surabaya Branch.

This study analyses the level of financial literacy of STIE Ganesha students and its impact on their readiness to face the world of work. Financial literacy encompasses the basic knowledge and skills of managing personal finances, which are essential for financial decision-making in a professional environment. Using a quantitative survey of 10 Management and Accounting students, the results show that most students have an adequate understanding of basic financial literacy, but their applicative skills in the work context still need to be improved. This study recommends strengthening the curriculum with a practical approach so that students are better prepared to face financial challenges in the world of work.

This study aims to analyze the levels of work stress experienced by volunteers at the Persadabumi Buddhist organization in Medan, Indonesia. Volunteer work in religious organizations, while spiritually rewarding, can also be a source of psychological stress due to various organizational and individual factors. Using a quantitative descriptive approach, this research distributed a validated questionnaire to 36 active volunteers at Persadabumi Medan. The instrument consisted of 18 items measuring various dimensions of work stress including workload, time pressure, role conflict, work climate, and supervisory quality. Data analysis employed frequency distribution and stress level categorization. The results showed that 52.8% of respondents experienced low levels of work stress, 47.2% experienced moderate levels, and none experienced high levels of stress. Key stress-inducing factors identified included heavy and demanding workloads, time pressures in completing tasks, inadequate supervisory support, interpersonal conflicts, and unfavorable organizational climate. The study interprets these findings through a Buddhist psychological framework, explaining stress as a manifestation of dukkha arising from tanhā (craving) and avijjā (ignorance). Buddhist teachings on mindfulness practice (sati), the middle way (majjhima paṭipadā), right effort (sammā-vāyāma), and the importance of spiritual companionship (kalyāṇa-mitta) provide practical frameworks for stress management in volunteer contexts. The practical implications emphasize the importance of organizations providing emotionally and spiritually supportive environments, implementing balanced workload distribution, establishing realistic schedules, facilitating meditation and mindfulness practices, and strengthening social support networks among volunteers. This research contributes to understanding the intersection of organizational psychology and Buddhist philosophy in managing volunteer well-being.

Co-working spaces have gained popularity in recent years as a flexible and cost-effective solution for freelancers, startups, and small businesses looking for a collaborative work environment. This article examines the key success factors for a co-working space business model, drawing on insights from industry experts and research studies. By identifying these critical factors, co-working space operators can optimize their business model and enhance their chances of success in a competitive market. The development of the use of co-working space is now increasingly promising. Many of the startup companies and freelancers who use co-working space as a place for daily activities to work. Co-working space also helps to differentiate work and daily activities from these workers. However, the business model of co-working space is relatively vulnerable. This study aims to evaluate the factors that can increase the success of the co-working space business model, considering the importance of co-working space as the development of creativity. This study involved 116 users from two businesses that achieved success in managing the co-working space. Data was collected using a questionnaire survey and structurally analyzed using SmartPLS. The results of the study identified that shared workspace management and supporting co-working space operations played an important role in determining the success of this business model. Membership management has no significant effect. Therefore, the management of co-working space can be focused on these two elements

The current condition of maternal and child health in Indonesia is still very important to improve and receive special attention. According to 2018 RISKESDES data, it is estimated that around 1 mother dies every hour due to pregnancy, childbirth and postpartum and every day 401 babies die. Overall, the causes of maternal and child death are complex, involving medical aspects that must be handled by health workers. The causes of maternal death are sequentially caused by bleeding, eclampsia, infection, prolonged labor and miscarriage. Most infant deaths are caused by low birth weight (LBW) babies, difficulty breathing at birth and infections. More than half (56%) of infant deaths occur during the newborn period (0-28 days). The family class program is a program designed to implement family involvement in the process of monitoring and improving the health and welfare of mothers and children. People who are in a supportive social environment generally have better conditions compared to people without these benefits. Family support is thought to reduce the effects on an individual's mental health. (Phillips & Pittman, 2014). The Family Class Program will be in line with regional government programs in this case the Banjarmasin Mayor Program, namely the Family Assistance Program by Health workers and also family planning cadres together with PKK cadres, where this program will synergize in the family assistance process starting from prospective brides and grooms to toddlers and monitoring and evaluation will be carried out every year. The Family Class Program which is designed to directly involve cadres, families and Health workers as well as local regional officials so that these two programs can run in tandem and in a directed manner, in its implementation activities will use several innovations such as flip sheets and pocket books which will make it easier for officers to provide assistance.

The development of digital technology, particularly Artificial Intelligence (AI), has brought significant changes to various industrial sectors, including accounting. In recent years, AI has become an essential tool used in various business applications, such as data processing, predictive analysis, and automated financial reporting. This technology can automate routine tasks like data entry and account reconciliation, which previously required human intervention, thereby increasing efficiency and reducing potential human errors. However, the application of AI in accounting has sparked discussions about the future of this profession. While AI can automate many aspects of accounting, it cannot fully replace human accountants, especially in areas requiring data interpretation, strategic decision-making, and ethical considerations. The webinar conducted for this study explored the implications of AI in accounting, highlighting both the opportunities and challenges of integrating AI into accounting practices. The findings emphasize the importance of adaptive accounting education and the need for continuous professional development to prepare future accountants to work in an increasingly digital and automated environment. Therefore, the future of the accounting profession will be determined by how AI and human accountants can work together to achieve the best outcomes, maintaining high ethical and professional standards.

Mental disorders are health issues that often go undetected in their early stages, especially in coastal communities with limited access to mental health services. Counseling and early intervention are strategic steps in preventing and managing mental disorders within families and communities. This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of mental health counseling programs and early intervention approaches in detecting and managing mental disorders in the coastal community of Baubau. The research employs a qualitative approach using in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and literature studies. Participants include families with members experiencing symptoms of mental disorders, healthcare workers, and community leaders involved in counseling programs. The results indicate that social stigma remains a major obstacle to early detection of mental disorders. Community-based counseling and approaches rooted in local wisdom have proven more effective in increasing awareness of mental health. Additionally, family involvement in care and social support from the surrounding environment play a crucial role in the recovery process of individuals with mental disorders. This study concludes that integrated counseling efforts within primary healthcare services, combined with strong social support, can improve early detection and treatment of mental disorders in coastal communities. Therefore, policies should focus on enhancing the capacity of healthcare workers and encouraging active community participation in supporting family mental health.

Consideration in determining the oversight for financial treasurer is done by assessing it from external and internal factors. The importance of expenditure treasurer certification in supporting performance within the unit is also highly needed. The success of an institution in realizing a work program depends on an expenditure treasurer who manages all financial inflows and outflows within the institution to facilitate the implementation of a work program. This research is conducted due to several issues, including frequent delays in allowances for Naval Academy Cadets and suboptimal performance of the Expenditure Treasurer at the Naval Academy. Meanwhile, the purpose of this research is to find solutions to address the existing problems, for which the author collects data through observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The research results indicate that the quality of performance of the Expenditure Treasurer at the Naval Academy is still suboptimal, primarily due to vacant positions in the Expenditure Treasurer role within the Naval Academy. The position of Expenditure Treasurer is held by an officer who structurally does not hold that position. Additionally, the officer also holds more than one position, resulting in suboptimal performance of the Expenditure Treasurer. Administratively, to strengthen the position professionally in the financial field, the certification of Expenditure Treasurer is required according to PMK No. 126/PMK.05/2016. However, the current Expenditure Treasurer has not undergone certification because there is no certification for first-level officers within the Navy environment.

This study investigates the legal protections available for victims of domestic violence in Indonesia. It comprehensively analyses existing laws, policies, and support systems designed to safeguard victims and hold perpetrators accountable. The research highlights significant gaps in legal protections, including the inadequacy of current legislation, enforcement challenges faced by law enforcement agencies, and the societal stigma that victims often encounter. Through qualitative methods, including interviews with legal experts, social workers, and victims and a thorough review of relevant case law, the study aims to identify the barriers that prevent victims from accessing justice. Key findings reveal that while some legal frameworks are in place, they often lack effective implementation, leaving many victims vulnerable. Additionally, the research emphasizes the need for a more coordinated response among various stakeholders, including government agencies, NGOs, and community organizations, to create a supportive environment for victims. Recommendations for improving legal frameworks and support services are presented, aiming to ensure that victims receive adequate protection and have meaningful access to justice. By addressing these issues, this study contributes to the ongoing discourse on enhancing legal protections for domestic violence victims in Indonesia.

This community service aims to improve the quality of Biru Lancor Batik in Probolinggo by producing print batik and more variation in batik motifs. Batik craftsmen were also given training to improve their knowledge and skills in the batik business. This activity provides positive results in term of increased quality, production capabilities and managing the performance of batik businesses. To achieve a sustainable business, further service can be focused on developing knowledge and skills in processing batik waste, using dyes from environmentally friendly materials such as twigs, leaves, stems and flowers collected from surrounding, creating batik motifs that reflect environmental conservation and creating a work environment that is safer and more comfortable.

The research method used is Normative formulation of the problem as follows: (1) What is the basis of the judge's legal considerations in imposing punishment on child perpetrators of the crime of sexual intercourse in decision number: 32/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/PN Lahat? (2) Is the judge's decision fair for child victims of the crime of sexual intercourse in decision number: 32/Pid.Sus-Anak/2022/PN Lahat?. The results showed that: (1) The basis of the judge's consideration includes juridical and non-juridical considerations. Juridical considerations include: 1) The indictment of the public prosecutor 2) Witness testimony 3) Statement of the defendant 4) Evidence 5) Articles charged.
