Drug interaction is a change in the effect of a drug due to the presence of other drugs taken simultaneously, which will cause a decrease in the therapeutic effect of the drug and toxicity in the body can increase. Changes in drug effects due to drug interactions vary greatly between individuals because they are influenced by various factors such as dose, drug levels in the blood, route of drug administration, drug metabolism, duration of therapy and patient characteristics. The potential for drug interactions can occur, one of which is in patients who take a large number of drugs simultaneously or Polypharmacy. Therefore, this study is related to the problem of drug interactions that occur due to Polypharmacy Prescriptions from internal medicine specialists at One of the Pharmacies in Bandung City which really needs to be considered, especially by a pharmacist. The results can be concluded that there are 22 drug interactions originating from 69 prescriptions with details of 10 minor interactions, 11 moderate interactions, and 1 major interaction. Innovation in fish processing, such as Roullade Fish, offers an effective way to increase consumption. Roullade is a dish made by rolling or wrapping minced meat with a filling. Roullade Fish utilizes patin fish due to its thick flesh, minimal bones, and rich nutritional content, including essential amino acids and omega-3 fatty acids. The addition of tempe gembus enhances the texture and nutritional value of the roullade by providing fiber and glutamic acid. Tempe gembus also imparts a distinctive umami flavor. To enrich the nutrition and appearance, the roullade is coated with a pure of daun semanggi, adding natural aroma and color. This combination is expected to yield a high-quality product with a taste preferred by consumers. This study aims to determine the characteristics of making a roulade using striped catfish, tempe gembus, and layered clover leaves in terms of organoleptic properties, nutritional content, and panelist preference. The research method used is experimental, as it aims to identify the effects of using striped catfish, tempe gembus, and clover leaves on the influenced variables.Based on the research results on the preparation of Roullade with patin fish, tempe gembus, and daun semanggi layer, the formulation with 70% patin fish, 30% tempe gembus, and 10% daun semanggi achieved the highest scores in color, shape, texture, aroma, and taste. Its nutritional content includes 16.86% protein, 5.10% fat, 38.90% carbohydrates, 3.60% fiber, and 30.60% water. This formulation provides optimal organoleptic quality and balanced nutritional content.

Data analysis involved mapping frequent errors and calculating the percentage of these errors based on the characteristics of scientific writing. The results indicated that students' ability to write scientific papers remains low, particularly in the areas of idea development and discussion. The following percentages illustrate the students' writing abilities and data literacy: 14.25% of students can develop ideas, with 19% data literacy at the analysis stage. The ability to write the results and discussion sections of scientific papers is at 13.40%, with 12.40% data literacy at the conclusion-making stage. In the concluding section, 71.20% of students accurately write conclusions, with 67.60% data literacy at the reading stage. This study's findings highlight persistent issues in idea development and the results and discussion sections in scientific writing at higher education institutions. In Indonesia, the use of inorganic fertilizers is one area that is produced continuously to be used to increase crop yields, especially vegetables. Organic fertilizer and compost also have long-term benefits because they can increase the fertility of plants such as coffee. Indonesia is a coffee producer with unique characteristics. There is one type of coffee that is not widely known by the Indonesian people, namely Excelsa coffee. Excelsa coffee has very distinctive characteristics and aroma. Most of Wonomerto's residents have agricultural land and livestock that can produce coffee and livestock. However, villages that have cattle farms are still unable to utilize animal waste properly, and also residents who have coffee production only process it into ground coffee. Therefore, educational events and new programs for the Bokashi compost coffee market are being held. Apart from that, agricultural products and animal products that cannot yet be processed can be used as organic fertilizer using EM4 technology. The benefits of bokashi fertilizer are that it can increase the nutrient content of plants, reduce organic waste, and encourage the growth of plant microorganisms.

This research aims to describe the characteristics and knowledge of mothers regarding exclusive breastfeeding for babies aged 0-6 months at the Doro I Community Health Center. This research is a descriptive quantitative study, data collection uses Cluster Sampling where the sample is grouped based on region (Posyandu) or population location by 65 samples. This research instrument uses a Knowledge Questionnaire about Exclusive Breastfeeding adopted from (Septianingrum, 2018) consisting of 19 questions. For favorable questions the "correct" answer is given a score of 1 and "wrong" is given a score of 0, while for unfavorable questions the "correct" answer is given a score of 0 and "wrong" is given a score of 1. The instrument is valid with a correlation number (r-count) > 0.444 so it is said to be valid while the Cronbach's Alpha value and reliability are 0.984. The data analysis used was univariate in the form of a percentage frequency distribution. The results showed that all mothers of babies aged 0-6 months at the Doro I Community Health Center (Puskesmas) were all respondents (100%) aged 15-49 years, 23 respondents (35.4%) had a high school education, 58 respondents (89.2) did not work and 46 respondents (70.8%) had ever breastfed. Mothers' knowledge about giving exclusive breastfeeding to babies aged 0-6 months at the Doro I Community Health Center shows that all 65 mothers (100%) of respondents have good knowledge about giving exclusive breastfeeding to babies aged 0-6 months. The conclusion obtained is that mothers' knowledge about giving exclusive breastfeeding to babies aged 0-6 months at the Doro I Community Health Center shows that all respondents, 65 mothers (100%) have good knowledge about giving exclusive breastfeeding to babies aged 0-6 months.

Indonesia boasts a number of tofu processing facilities totaling, around 84,000 both scale and large scale operations. These facilities collectively consume 2.56 million tons of soybeans each year. The high volume of tofu production poses a threat to the environment due to the generation of waste. If this waste is directly released into water bodies it can alter the waters characteristics potentially harming life. To address this issue Tofu Industry Wastewater can be implemented by introducing probiotics containing microorganisms that aid in breaking down matter and other components in the waste. This study focuses on analyzing bacterial colonies in Tofu Industry Wastewater by examining bacterial colonies present in these products. Various mixtures of Tofu Industry Wastewater and commercial probiotics will be tested at ratios of 1:1, 1:2, 1:3, and 1:4 over time periods ranging from 24, 48, 72, 96, 120, and 144 hours. The findings indicate that incorporating probiotics into Tofu Industry Wastewater can lead to a reduction in pollution levels.

The digital age has revolutionized many aspects of life, including the way we negotiate. Digital platforms such as social media, email and video conferencing have opened up new opportunities to negotiate with parties around the world. However, these changes also present new challenges that require adaptive and innovative negotiation strategies. This research aims to observe and understand the interactions and dynamics of negotiations taking place on digital platforms. Qualitative methods were used to analyze effective negotiation strategies in the digital era through various digital platforms. Data was collected through in-depth interviews with digital platform users, direct observation of the negotiation process on digital platforms, as well as a literacy review of previous research. The results show that negotiations are increasingly turning to online platforms that offer flexibility, wide coverage and easy access to information. However, digital negotiations also face significant challenges such as a lack of non-verbal communication, difficulty in building trust, and potential technological disruptions. To create effective negotiations in the digital age, an adaptive strategy is needed that takes into account the unique characteristics of digital negotiations and helps companies reach mutually beneficial agreements. This strategy includes seven steps outlined by Poerwanto (2014), namely preparation, first contact, assessment, confrontation, conciliation, solution, and post-negotiation.
