Doing business, big or small, is bound up with ethical issues. Ethics refers to what a person should do morally. PKM activity partners are UKMs engaged in creative craft products made from acrylic/mute and knitted materials. located in Serang Banten. PKM activities aim to provide partners with knowledge about business ethics that partners need to have in doing business. Plus, partner businesses are located in densely populated areas. It is necessary to maintain ethical behavior where the partner's business is located. The method offered to partners/MSMEs is education/socialization using LEAFLET which is carried out door to door. . The material provided in the leaflet includes a discussion of (1) The role of ethics in business for UMKM, (2) Benefits of doing business for UMKM (3) Application of ethical principles in business in financial, marketing, production and HR activities. The results of the activity showed that partners were very enthusiastic in listening and discussing during the activity. Apart from that, it can provide knowledge about ethics in running a business.

The ASEAN Economic Community (AEC) was enacted at the end of 2015, this is an opportunity for a country's skilled workforce to become professional workers in ASEAN member countries. Because the inherent nature of the enactment of the AEC is the repeal of regulations that allow the flow of goods, services, people (skilled workers), and money to be unhindered. In this condition, the role of cross-cultural communication in organizations is very strategic in creating reinforcement for the sustainability of skilled workers in pursuing their professional careers. It has become a trend that in the era of the global economy there are company activities that involve individuals/employees/managers from more than one country, both those assigned to other countries and those assigned to their own country. This condition causes cross-cultural communication to become unavoidable. In cross-cultural communication, one of the obstacles is language. Language is an extension of a culture. Differences in understanding or interpreting a word or symbol become a potential barrier to communication and this can hinder the process of business or organizational activities. For individuals who are involved in cross-cultural communication within an organization, it is recommended: 1) Increase knowledge and understanding of the culture of business partners or colleagues, 2) It is better to assume that other people who come from other cultures are different from us so as not to cause misperceptions and miscommunication with that person, 3) Apart from mastering the universal language, it is highly recommended to learn the local/regional language where we are assigned/work.

Mekanisme koping melibatkan upaya untuk memecahkan masalah hidup, berusaha untuk mengatasi dan mengurangi stress. Ketika masyarakat mengalami kecemasan berlebihan sehingga meningkatkan tingkat stress di masa pasca pandemi ini, maka untuk mengatasi hal tersebut digunakan beberapa terapi salah satunya mekanisme koping Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui hubungan mekanisme koping dengan tingkat stress masyarakat pasca pandemi covid-19. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan desain penelitian survey analitik. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di Dusun IV Desa Tuladenggi. Analisis data menggunakan uji chi square. Pengambilan sampel dilakukan dengan tehnik purposive sampling. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 83 orang. Berdasarkan hasil uji analisis didapatkan nilai p-value = 0,000 < dari nilai α 0,05, maka Ha diterima dan H0  ditolak, maka hasil penelitian ini ada hubungan mekanisme koping dengan tingkat stress masyarakat pasca pandemi covid-19 di Dusun IV Desa Tenggela . Kesimpulannya, mekanisme koping merupakan suatu respon positif dari stressor dimana stress dapat menurun atau menghasilkan hal-hal yang baik. Saran dapat dijadikan sebagai penilaian dan pemikiran terhadap pelayanan aparat desa dalam membantu masyarakat mengatasi kecemasan pasca pandemi covid-19.

In Indonesia, now it doesn't look at gender differences, meaning that in this era it's not only men who can make decisions in doing business, but women can make decisions and to pursue the businesses they own. Currently, single parent women can also have a business to meet family needs and participate actively in social life, government organizations or local organizations. Therefore the district government. Sidoarjo provides assistance through the Independent Women's Business Card (KURMA) program for single parent women to create and advance their businesses. With the implementation of this program, many women experience confusion in creating new UMKM and developing their businesses. The purpose of this socialization is to assist women in providing UMKM business ideas, reducing women's poverty, increasing women's income, increasing knowledge and knowledge along with the quality of human resources, especially women. Apart from that, our goal is to invite the women's community to become a community that is friendly to banks and the economy.

The aim of the research is to determine the level of capability of the Human Resources (HR) apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). And to find out the policies for developing human resources for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth Sports and Arts Service (DISPORI). The research methods used are quantitative and qualitative research methods. The results of the research are that the Human Resources development policy for the apparatus at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service has been running well in accordance with applicable personnel procedures and regulations. This can be seen from the implementation of the HR development policy for personnel at the Maros Regency Youth, Sports and Arts Service. The policy of developing human resource capabilities for the apparatus has goals and objectives, namely development and improvement as well as carrying out the main tasks and functions as government officials so that they can meet predetermined standards while being able to make decisions independently and professionally based on a spirit of service and changes in attitudes that lead to further development. openness, attitude of serving and protecting the public as the main duties and responsibilities.

The problems faced in this study include (1) How is motivation related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (2) How is work discipline related to the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? (3) How is the influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency? This study aims to study, find out, and analyze (1) The influence of motivation on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. (2) The influence of work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. (3) The influence of motivation and work discipline on the work performance of State Civil Apparatus at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. The method used in this study is an explanatory survey, while the technical data analysis is validity testing, reliability testing, descriptive statistics, Inductive Statistical Analysis (Inferential) with Multiple Regression (Multiple Regression). The results of the study inform that (1) Motivation has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (2) Work discipline has a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if work discipline is increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase. (3) Motivation and work discipline have a positive effect on the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency. This means that if motivation and work discipline are increased, then the work performance of state civil servants at the Cipari District Office, Cilacap Regency will also increase.

Each individual must have their own awareness and play an active role in practicing PHBS (Implementation of Clean and Healthy Living) in everyday life. All health behaviors are carried out with awareness so that family or family members can help themselves in the health sector and play a role in activities in the community. The main aim of the PHBS movement is to improve the quality of health through an awareness process which is the beginning of individual contributions in living clean and healthy daily life behavior. The general benefit of PHBS is that it increases people's awareness of wanting to live a clean and healthy life. This is so that people can prevent and overcome health problems. Apart from that, by implementing PHBS the community is able to create a healthy environment and improve the quality of life. This includes the elderly group (elderly). The elderly are an age group that has experienced decline in many aspects, namely physical, psychological and social. The existence of these limitations will greatly affect the ability/independence in implementing PHBS. The lives of aging seniors need to be managed well, emphasizing the concept of active aging, maintaining independence and quality of life in the last third of life.

One type of local government supervision is internal control. This internal control is carried out by the government internal control apparatus (APIP) at the Regional Inspectorate. The main role of APIP is as a consultant and problem solver for local governments with the task of conducting inspections, reviews, monitoring and evaluation, as well as other supervision of the implementation of tasks and functions of local government organizations.This type of research is descriptive using a qualitative approach. The location chosen for this research is the Inspectorate of Pekalongan City. The data source retrieval technique in this study uses data triangulation techniques. Meanwhile, the focus of this research is on examining the influence of APIP's role in the implementation of the maturity of the Government Internal Control System (SPIP) at the Pekalongan City Inspectorate.The results of this study are (1) the Pekalongan City Inspectorate performs its role as a leader who is the forefront funnel by coordinating, carrying out control functions, encouraging the creation of bureaucratic reform and governance, (2) Pekalongan City Inspectorate has an Internal Supervision function which includes activities that include: directly related to quality assurance that supports the implementation of an effective, transparent, accountable and clean government from KKN practices, (3) As a consultant to the Pekalongan City Inspectorate must know more than the party conducting consultations regarding regional financial management in accordance with the laws and regulations that exist, (4) Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus plays a role as Quality Assurance, namely ensuring that an activity can run efficiently, effectively and in accordance with the rules in achieving organizational goals, and (5) The role of the auditor as a catalyst based on employee perceptions influence on the achievement of the goals of the organization.

Pelaku unjuk rasa anarkis dapat dimintai pertanggungjawaban pidana terhadap terjadinya kerusakan maupun korban baik korban luka apalagi korban jiwa. Penelitian ini tentang Analisis Yuridis Pertanggungjawaban Pidana Bagi Pelaku Anarkis dalam Unjuk Rasa dengan permasalahan apakah faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya unjuk rasa anarkis dan bagaimanakah analisis yuridis pertanggungjawaban pidana bagi pelaku anarkis dalam unjuk rasa? Pendekatan penelitian ini yakni yuridis normatif  yang berdasarkan data sekunder yakni teori-teori hukum pakar dari literatur, buku-buku, rujukan internet. Faktor-faktor penyebab terjadinya unjuk rasa anarkis yakni  rasa kecewa pengunjuk rasa terhadap tuntutan, tidak dipatuhinya aturan hukum unjuk rasa, kurangnya antisipasi aparat keamanan, tindakan represif aparat keamanan, adanya provokator,  penggunaan alkohol dan obat terlarang, keinginan orang-orang tertentu untuk disebut pahlawan, keterlibatan orang-orang yang tidak memahami aturan pelaksanaan unjuk rasa,  keterlibatan orang-orang yang hanya sekedar ikut-ikutan, keterlibatan anak di bawah umur, adanya orang yang membawa senjata tajam, kurangnya antisipasi penanggung jawab unjuk rasa dan lemahnya pengamanan. Pertanggungjawaban pidana bagi pelaku anarkis dalam unjuk rasa dapat merujuk Pasal 16 Undang-Undang Nomor 9 Tahun 1998 bahwa pelaku atau peserta pelaksanaan penyampaian pendapat di muka umum yang melakukan perbuatan melanggar hukum, dapat dikenakan sanksi hukum sesuai dengan ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku. Adapun ketentuan peraturan perundang-undangan yang berlaku dimaksud antara lain Pasal 170 KUHP Pasal 406 dan Pasal  407 KUHP atau Pasal 212 dan Pasal 214 KUHP. Pertanggungjawaban pidana dapat diterapkan terhadap pelaku, yang menyuruhlakukan, turut serta melakukan dan pembantuan tindak pidana dalam unjuk rasa anarkis

Reformasi birokrasi bukan lagi sekedar tuntutan dari segenap elemen masyarakat yang mengharapkan agar birokrasi dan terutama aparatur dapat berkualitas lebih baik lagi. Oleh karena itu, pemerintah menegaskan kembali untuk mereformasi birokrasi guna mewujudkan clean government dan good governance dalam penyelenggaraan pemerintahan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah menganalisis bagaimana SOP pelayanan tamu dan aplikasi buku tamu online dapat diterapkan sehingga memberikan kepuasan yang optimal kepada masyarakat. Fokus penelitian ini meliputi respon kepada pemberi layanan terhadap peningkatan pelayanan tamu. Lokus penelitian di Subbag Tata Usaha dan Rumah Tangga Wakil Gubernur. Hasil penelitian menunjukan berbagai manfaat baik bagi Pemerintah Provinsi Jawa Tengah sebagai pelaksanaan kewajiban penyediaan pelayanan publik yang prima. Manfaat bagi Biro Umum Setda Prov Jateng membantu pencapaian kinerja organisasi khususnya pencapaian target indeks kepuasan masyarakat, menciptakan pola data tamu yang sistematis sehingga data tersebut dapat menjadi pedoman dalam penyusunan anggaran pelayanan tamu di tahun yang akan datang. Bagi TU dan RT Wakil Gubernur Jawa Tengah dengan tersedianya Aplikasi Buku Tamu Online ini menjadikan pekerjaan sehari-hari lebih efektif dan efisien serta berfungsi juga sebagai alat monitoring hasil audiensi yang lebih optimal. Bagi masyarakat mendapatkan informasi yang jelas dan mendapatkan layanan tamu yang baik.

Undang-undang No.22 Tahun 2009 Tentang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan mempunyai peran strategis dalam mendukung pembangunan dan integrasi nasional sebagai bagian dari upaya memajukan kesejahteraan umum dan untuk mewujudkan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan di Kota Pekanbaru supaya aman, lancar, teratur dan efisien. Akan tetapi, pada penerapan UU No.22 Tahun 2009 ini masih menuai berbagai macam permasalahan, yaitu kedisiplinan para pengguna jalan dalam berlalu lintas masih belum tercapai terutama di Kota Pekanbaru sendiri. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melihat bagaimana implementasi di dalam berlalu lintas dan untuk mengetahui apa saja faktor penghambat di dalam implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan di Kota Pekanbaru. Metode yang digunakan di dalam penelitian ini adalah metode kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif dengan menggunakan teori Yulianto Kadji yang terdiri dari beberapa indikator seperti, mentality, system, dan networking. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa implementasi kebijakan penyelenggaraan lalu lintas dan angkutan jalan di Kota Pekanbaru telah dilaksanakan dengan baik oleh aparatur, namun partisipasi atas kesadaran supir truk masih kurang baik sehingga masih saja melakukan pelanggaran walaupun kebijakan sudah dikeluarkan. Pengawasan tidak dapat dilakukan secara terus menerus dikarenakan masih kurangnya sumber daya manusia. Peneliti juga memberikan saran sebaiknya pihak aparat hukum lebih giat dalam melakukan razia ditempat-tempat yang sering melakukan pelanggaran berdasarkan informasi yang diberikan dari masyarakat setempat agar terciptanya kelancaran dan kenyamanan serta keamanan para pengguna jalan.

PT. Sinar Multi Proteksindo merupakan perusahaan yang bergerak di bidang Fire Protection, Security Alarm & Safety Equipment yang menjual berbagai produk alat pemadam seperti Alat Pemadam Api Ringan (APAR) dan Besar (APAB). Masalah yang terjadi yaitu penurunan omset penjualan yang disebabkan beberapa faktor diantaranya Ekuitas Merek yang belum terpenuhi dan Kualitas Produk yang masih jauh dari harapan pembeli. Ekuitas merek yang dimiliki tidak terlalu banyak dan tidak terlalu lengkap dan  Kualitas merek yang belum diketahui banyak pelanggan. Berdasarkan hasil uji SPSS pada data Anova dalam kolom Adjusted R Square = 0.790, maka seluruh variabel berpengaruh terhadap Variabel Kepuasan Pembeli sebesar 79% dan sisanya yaitu 21% dipengaruhi oleh Variabel lain di luar persamaan regresi ini atau Variabel yang tidak diteliti.

Pada Undang-Undang nomor 5 tahun 2014 tentang Aparatur Sipil Negara menjelaskan bahwa ihwal Aparatur Sipil Negara disebutkan sebagai profesi. Pada regulasi tersebut terdapat dua jenis pegawai Aparatus Sipil Negara, yaitu Pegawai Negeri Sipil atau yang biasa kita ketahui sebagai PNS dan Pegawai Pemerintah dengan Perjanjian Kerja (PPPK). Pengadaan dan pengangkatan PPPK ini lah yang akan dilakukan oleh pemerintah Daerah masing-masing melalui Badan Kepegawaian Daerah yang dibentuk untuk menjamin kelancaran pelaksanaan manejemen PPPK, sebelum akhirnya di proses melalui Badan Kepegawaian Daerah masing-masing setiap Instansi perlu melakukan Pendataan Non ASN melalui Bagian Kepegawaian di setiap masing-masing Instansi. Penelitian ini termasuk jenis penelitian kajian literatur dengan mencari referensi teori yang relevan dengan kasus atau permasalahan yang ditemukan. Merujuk pada Surat Edaran (SE) Menteri PAN dan RB No. B/1511/M.SM.01.00/2022 tanggal 22 Juli 2022 yang menyatakan bahwa setiap instansi pemerintah akan melakukan penataan pegawai Non ASN untuk memperjelas status, pekerjaan, dan tunjangan karyawan yang bersangkutan. Dalam surat edaran ini dijelaskan bahwa pendataan Non ASN dimaksudkan sebagai pemetaan sehingga instansi pemerintah pusat dan daerah mengetahui jumlah pegawai Non ASN kemudian nantinya pemerintah akan mencarikan solusi yang tepat untuk kejelasan status tenaga Non ASN.

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Job Performance Assessment, Promotion and Employee Competence on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus at the Medan City Industry Service office, either partially or simultaneously. The type of this research was a descriptive quantitative research used Multivariate Linear Regression Analysis method. Population in this study amounted to 52 employees and the sample for this study also amounted to 52 employees, so that the sampling technique used the Saturated Sampling Technique. Instrument test of this study used Likert Scale and data processing in this study used the Statistical Program for Social Science software program version 25. Result showed that as partially, the Job Performance Assessment had a negative and significant effect on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with t-count value of -3.366 and significant value of 0.00 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Promotion had a negative and significant effect on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with t-count value of -4.348 and significant value of 0.000 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Employee Competence had a positive and significant effect on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with t-count value of 3.511 and significant value of 0.001 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Simultaneously, Job Performance Assessment, Promotion and Employee Competence had Positive and significant effects on Career Development of State Civil Apparatus with F-count value of 8.027 and significant value of 0.000 smaller than alpha value of 0.05. Based on the results of the R2 Determination test, it was known that the Adjusted R value is 0.292, which meant that the contribution of the influence was given by the three independent variables to the dependent variable was 29.2%, the remaining 70.8% was influenced by other variables not examined in this study.

Masalah penguasaan terhadap kepemilikan tanah tanpa hak selama ini menjadikan problematika serius, dikarenakan bukan saja dapat merugikan masyarakat sebagai korban atau pihak yang bersangkutan, namun juga merugikan Negara. Kepemilikan atau penguasaan tanah tanpa hak yang dimaksud diantaranya adalah dengan cara memalsukan terhadap sertipikat sebagai tanda bukti kepemilikan hak atas tanah, atau yang sering disebut dengan istilah ‘mafia tanah’. Metode penelitian yuridis normatif dipergunakan dalam tulisan ilmiah ini. Penelitian hukum kepustakaan dilakukan dengan cara meneliti bahan-bahan pustaka atau data-data sekunder terkait topik penelitian. Pemerintah telah menerbitkan Petunjuk Teknis Nomor. 1/ JUKNIS/ D.VII/ 2018, tentang Pencegahan dan Pemberantasan Mafia Tanah. Sanksi pidana dapat dikenakan bagi mafia peradilan. Masyarakat sebagai pemilik tanah dapat melakukan pencegahan dengan cara mencermati praktek mafia tanah yang mencurigakan dan berpotensi menimbulkan kerugian. Mafia tanah sulit diberantas dikarenakan masalahnya rumit diselesaikan, dikarenakan memanfaatkan kelemahan birokrasi serta menggandeng aparat hukum dan birokrasi terkait. Selanjutnya, masyarakat diharapkan dalam mendaftarkan tanah miliknya dengan cara diurus sendiri adalah merupakan salah satu peran atau pemberdayaan guna menekan atau meminimalisir praktek mafia tanah yang berkeliaran di Negara Indonesia. Oleh karenanya diperlukan pemberian hukum pidana yang tegas, tanpa pandang bulu. Baik bagi pelaku mafia tanah maupun birokrasi yang diajak melakukan kejahatan. Selain itu diperlukan penataan birokrasi dengan mengedukasi tugas dan kedudukan masing-masing berdasar ketentuan dan perundangan, mulai dari Kepala Desa/ Lurah dan/atau perangkat desa, Notaris dan Pejabat Pembuat Akta Tanah (Notaris-PPAT), serta para pejabat Badan Pertanahan hinga Kementerian Agraria dan Tata Ruang/ Badan Pertanahan Nasional (Kementrian ATR/ BPN).

Illegal logging merupakan salah satu bentuk tindak pidana dibidang kehutanan. Kasus tindak pidana illegal logging di Jawa Timur sendiri mengalami peningkatan dari tahun ke tahun namun tidak diiringi dengan penegakan hukum yang baik. Sehingga antara kasus yang masuk dengan jumlah kasus yang selesai tidak seimbang. Tujuan penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui penegakan hukum dalam menanggulangi tindak pidana illegal logging yang ada di Perum Perhutani Provinsi Jawa Timur. Metode penelitian ini ialah yuridis empiris. Data primer dan data sekunder yang digunakan ialah melalui wawancara,observasi dan studi kepustkaan. Metode analisa yang digunakan ialah deskriptif analitis. Hasil penelitian ini ialah penegakan hukum yang dilakukan oleh aparat penegak hukum dalam hal ini Perhutani dan juga Kepolisian belum dilaksanakan secara maksimal dikarenakan dalam pelaksanaannya terdapat kendala seperti terbatasnya anggaran, sarana dan prasarana, terbatasnya jumlah Polisi Hutan dan rendahnya kesadaran masyarakat terkait regulasi kehutanan. Namun dengan adanya kendala-kendala tersebut dilakukan upaya-upaya untuk menanganinya.

The Erlang distribution is a special case of the Gamma distribution with the k shape parameter and the λ rate parameter. In this study, the parameter estimation of the Erlang distribution was carried out using the Maximum Likelihood method. In maximizing the function, an implicit and non-linear form is obtained, then it is solved using the Newton Raphson algorithm. Apart from Newton Raphon, the estimation of parameters was also carried out using the Fisher Scoring algorithm. The Fisher Scoring algorithm is similar to the Newton Raphson algorithm, the difference is that Fisher Scoring uses an matrix information. The result of parameter estimation in Erlang distribution using Newton Raphson algorithm which is applied to outgoing telephone call data that generated by Matlab R2010a software cannot be done simultaneously. Therefore, the parameter assessment is carried out on the k parameter first, then followed by the λ parameter estimation and the parameter and  = 0.6886812 are obtained. Meanwhile, the parameter estimation using the Fisher Scoring algorithm produces an equation that is not different from the Newton Raphson algorithm

This study aims to look at natural resource management based on Indonesia's social and economic development. The method used is a qualitative research method. The results show that formally it is clear that the development carried out in Indonesia must be in the form of Sustainable and Environmentally Friendly Development but it is still only in the form of das solen and through legal instruments it is hoped that this can be realized at the das sein level. However, this success still depends on many factors, apart from those that are juridical in nature, as well as political and cultural ones, including the condition of the human resources who are implementing them. The main principle in sustainable development is maintaining the quality of life for all humans in the present and in the future in a sustainable manner. Sustainable development is carried out with the principles of economic welfare, social justice and environmental preservation.
