Temanggung Regency has an area of mostly highlands because it is located on the part of Mount Sindoro and Mount Sumbing. In general, these areas have lower temperatures and water is more limited than areas that are located lower, especially during the dry season. Not all types of plants can live and develop properly. One type of plant that can be cultivated with good results is tobacco. Initially, the tobacco grown in Temanggung Regency was N. tabacum var. fructicosa then became a variety that has been adapted for years to produce a specific tobacco quality. Through a special cultivation model, namely related to tillage, planting seeds, plant maintenance and fertilization, a long flat-shaped tobacco is produced with a width of approximately 0.5-1 cm. Therefore, people call it soft tobacco. Soft tobacco which is the original cultivation of the people of Temanggung is a special attraction for kretek products so that several manufacturers mix their products with soft tobacco from Temanggung Regency. Regardless of the pros and cons of the tobacco plant itself, Soft Tobacco can have economic value so it has potential to be used as a Geographical Indication for Temanggung Regency. This writing uses a qualitative method, with a normative juridical approach, in which case the method uses a statutory and conceptual approach. Protection of geographic indications aims to protect the uniqueness of a product, in this case, Temanggung soft tobacco from counterfeiting or improper use, while at the same time providing opportunity and legal protection to the people of the Temanggung area as producers of soft tobacco products to get maximum benefits. Therefore it is interesting to write about Soft Tobacco having the potential to become a Geographical Indication for Temanggung Regency and what is the role of the local government in making this Soft Tobacco a Geographic Indication.

Character is an attitude or behavior that is owned and attached to a person's personality. School as a place of learning and education can be used as a place to instill character in students. Through instilling school culture, it is hoped that the character of students can be formed. The problems at SMP Negeri 1 Lasem regarding the cultivation of this character are not optimal. Originally the person in charge of the character of the students was the 7K Team (Beauty, Discipline, Cleanliness, Health, Tidiness, Shade and Family) which consisted of 7 people. The reality that happened in schools was not optimal in enforcing 7K. The main cause was that the 7K team lacked cooperation in carrying out their duties. To overcome this, the school formed a School Culture Team consisting of 12 teams. The twelve teams include: Quality Culture Team, Healthy Culture Team, Clean Culture Team, Green Culture Team, Safe Culture Team, Religious Culture Team, Nationalist Culture Team, Independent Culture Team, Mutual Cooperation Culture Team, Integrity Culture Team, Discipline Culture Team and Literacy Culture Team. Each team has a program set out in the Guidebook. All programs are implemented and reported and evaluated. Coordination between teams is carried out routinely in each semester. The existence of this team was able to help shape the character of SMP Negeri 1 Lasem students in increasing environmentally friendly behavior to become more optimal. Furthermore, the final goal can be achieved, namely the formation of a school culture with character by realizing environmentally friendly behavior in schools.

The main problem in this study is the exemplary pattern of PAI teachers who have not been able to shape the character of students at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara, especially religious teachers where students always resist and even presumptuously to refute the teacher, as happened at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara, so that through the example of PAI teachers this should shape the character of these students,  Somehow now, that's why from this thesis the author describes everything. The purpose of this study was to find out whether the author's expectations about the exemplary pattern of PAI teachers could shape the character of students at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara. This type of research is classified as qualitative research. This research is classified as a type of field research and includes pure research or Ipure research. Data collection techniques use observation and interview methods, while data analysis techniques used are collecting, sorting, clarifying, synthesizing, making an overview, and making an index. This study used triangulation of data sources. Based on the results of qualitative research conducted, the end of this study shows that from the above problems now the pattern of example of PAI teachers has been able to shape the character of students even though there are still few students who are not willing to emulate PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara, so it can be concluded that the pattern of example of PAI teachers at SMA Negeri 5 Gorontalo Utara is good enough.

Syntax is a branch of linguistics that studies phrases, clauses, and sentences. In this article, the focus is more on discussing the analysis of sentences in a text, in which the sentence itself is part of the syntax, namely syntactic units composed of basic constituents, usually in the form of clauses, supplemented by conjunctions when needed, and accompanied by final intonation. This article’s text is anecdotal from the Class X Indonesian Language Book of the Merdeka Curriculum. The anecdotal texts in the book are then analyzed for sentences to know whether direct or indirect sentences and sentences are standard. Analyzing a sentence certainly uses a method or method used. The method itself uses a qualitative descriptive method. This study aims to analyze the power dynamics that occur in the interaction between a clown and a driver at a red light using Michel Foucault's power theory approach. Clowns at red lights are often objects of interest to motorists and pedestrians, but their role in public space is rarely examined from a power perspective. This study uses a qualitative research method with a case study approach to gain an in-depth understanding of the clown's interaction at the red light. Data was collected through participant observation, interviews with clowns, and content analysis from social media that describes these interactions. The results showed that clowns at red lights use various strategies to attract the attention of motorists, such as funny gestures, flashy costumes, and silly actions. However, behind the fun and joy shown by the clown, there is a hidden power structure. Through the use of humorous actions, clowns are able to change the dynamics of public space, divert the attention of motorists from existing traffic rules, and form alternative narratives about that space. This study also shows that the presence of a clown at a red light involves a complex power and knowledge relationship between the clown, the driver, and the general public. Clowns use their symbolic power to control people's perceptions and evaluations of public space, as well as to go beyond the rules and norms that apply. Using Foucault's theory of power, this study provides a new understanding of the clown's interaction at the red light as a form of resistance to existing power. This research also describes how clowns, as actors who are underestimated by many people, can utilize their power to shape and reconstruct meaning and experience in public space.

Lights are not just lighting at night, but have also developed into an addition to the aesthetic value of the garden. We can choose various models and styles according to our needs, as is the case with fashion developments which are always up to date and changing fashions, lighting trends or lights also experience the same thing. This is the same as the function of decorative lights in general which can be adapted to the design and size of the garden, not only that the garden house will never be separated from lighting. The shape of a garden with a broad and minimalist tropical style will be very meaningful if the lighting equipment is fulfilled and fits.

The Erlang distribution is a special case of the Gamma distribution with the k shape parameter and the λ rate parameter. In this study, the parameter estimation of the Erlang distribution was carried out using the Maximum Likelihood method. In maximizing the function, an implicit and non-linear form is obtained, then it is solved using the Newton Raphson algorithm. Apart from Newton Raphon, the estimation of parameters was also carried out using the Fisher Scoring algorithm. The Fisher Scoring algorithm is similar to the Newton Raphson algorithm, the difference is that Fisher Scoring uses an matrix information. The result of parameter estimation in Erlang distribution using Newton Raphson algorithm which is applied to outgoing telephone call data that generated by Matlab R2010a software cannot be done simultaneously. Therefore, the parameter assessment is carried out on the k parameter first, then followed by the λ parameter estimation and the parameter and  = 0.6886812 are obtained. Meanwhile, the parameter estimation using the Fisher Scoring algorithm produces an equation that is not different from the Newton Raphson algorithm
