Bureaucratic reform is one of the government's efforts to realize good governance and carry out reforms and fundamental changes in the governance system, especially from the institutional (organizational) aspects, management and human resources apparatus. Bureaucratic reform is the basis for changes in the life of the nation and state. Through bureaucratic reform, the provision of an efficient and effective government management system can be carried out. Public service is a reflection of the bureaucratic condition of a region, because public service is directly related to the real needs of the community and the government's role is to provide the needs of the public service itself. The protection of women and children from acts of violence is part of the public services provided by the government for women and children victims of violence. Violence against women and children is one of the issues that is of concern to the government. There is a trend of increasing cases of violence against women and children. The increase in incidents of violence has provided a solid basis for the government and stakeholders to accelerate progress on reducing violence against women and children.Protection of women and children as part of public services carried out by the government in the implementation of bureaucratic reform is carried out according to applicable regulations, to optimize the function of services for protecting women and children, it is necessary to optimize the role of service implementers, implementing human resources who have competence, collaboration of all relevant stakeholders, preparing tools which will serve as a guideline and carry out monitoring and evaluation functions.

This final assignment compared the results of durations in the CCPM method and the Critical Path Method (CPM) by conducting a case study of ship repairs at Galangan Kapal Madura Ltd. Initial project scheduling employed the traditional method of a Gantt chart, which was then broken down in more detail and complete relationships among activities into CPM form. The results were then compared with the duration in CCPM scheduling by eliminating multitasking and safety time for each activity as well as providing a buffer in progress. The CPM method lasted for 30 days at a cost of IDR 246,600,000.00, while the CCPM method lasted for 20 days at a cost of IDR 215,600,000.00. In conclusion, the CCPM method was the most effective.

Learning media can stimulate students to remember what they have learned. Currently, technology sophistication delivers information and knowledge quickly. However, based on observations and interviews with the Principal of  SDN Tamberu 1, information was obtained that most teachers were unable to use technology wisely even though the school had 6 laptop units,  wifi to support the learning process. Technology is only limited on telephone, WhatsApp, or other applications such as TikTok. The partner problems is the lack of teacher competence and the use of technology-based learning media. The aim of this service is to provide solutions and assistance in creating technology-based media, especially at SDN Tamberu 1 Pamekasan. The targeted output are (1) An increasing in partners' knowledge about technology-based media (2) Implementation of technology media in learning (3) articles in accredited national journals and electronic media, (4) videos in electronic media

Human resource readiness is an important asset and is the main determining factor in the performance of all activities and institutional activities, so that it can support employee career development. Career development is very important to support life achievements and quality of life as well as job satisfaction with each individual's current achievements. There are two factors in career development that can determine a person's career success, namely internal factors including motivation to progress, intellectual ability, interpersonal skills, level of education, and work experience. Meanwhile, factors that come from outside are the attitude of superiors, the weight of work, job vacancies and work productivity. The aim of this research is to determine the personal readiness of HR in the PKP-PK unit in career development at UPBU Tebelian Sintang and to find out the process, obstacles and solutions regarding HR readiness in career development at the unit (PKP-PK) at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. This study uses a qualitative method. The data collection techniques used were observation, interviews and documentation. The respondents in this research were PKP-PK unit personnel at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The observations in this research were to conduct reviews and observations at the PKP-PK unit at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The documentation in this research is activities that occurred in the PKP-PK area at UPBU Tebelian Sintang. The results of the discussion in this research are that Readiness is a process or action carried out by a person to be ready to change or respond to something that can make them ready to provide a certain response or response to a situation and employees in the PKP-PK unit have provided information that their level of readiness is sufficient. far above average. Tourism Village is one of the popular forms of tourist destinations developed in the Bali Province. Bongkasa Tourism Village, located in the Abiansemal District of Badung Regency, generates income from small and medium-sized businesses, villa accommodations, restaurants, and cafes. There are two main issues in the development of the community-based tourism village in Bongkasa Village, Badung Regency: 1. The underutilization of social media and digital marketing in promoting tourist attractions in Bongkasa Village, Badung Regency. 2. Some tourism-related businesses in Bongkasa Village are not operating professionally, lacking proper accounting and tax compliance for their operations.To address these issues, community engagement is necessary with the tourism-aware group in Bongkasa Village, focusing on the theme of "Enhancing the competitiveness of community-based tourist attractions through social media marketing and tax accounting analysis in Bongkasa Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, Bali Province." The community engagement aims to improve the professionalism of businesses and raise awareness among potential tourists about the cultural potential in Bongkasa Village, Abiansemal District, Badung Regency, Bali Province. The expected outcomes of this engagement include progress reports, journal publications, video documentation of the community engagement activities, online media publications, intellectual property rights for published articles, community's ability to use social media for efficient marketing, and their ability to maintain basic accounting records of business transactions.

Each region must have a strategy for developing tourist attractions, this is used to realize progress in increasing tourist interest, such as Gosong Telaga Barat Village in North Singkil District which has the Lake Anak Laut tourist attraction. This research aims to describe the tourist attraction development strategy carried out by the village government for Lake Anak Laut tourism to increase visitor interest in Gosong Telaga Barat Village, North Singkil District. The method used in this research is a qualitative method that describes the subjects and objects studied from the strategy for developing the Lake Anak Laut tourist attraction in Gosong Telaga Barat Village, North Singkil District. The results of this research show that the village government's strategy in developing the Lake Anak Laut tourist attraction is to procure funds and land, build facilities and infrastructure, promote the tourist attraction, and preserve the environmental sustainability of the Lake Anak Laut tourist attraction. Meanwhile, the obstacles are the difficulty of procuring funds from the village budget and the lack of support from the tourism office and district government in the form of budget funds.

This research is a type of qualitative field research. To collect data, the methods of observation, interviews and documentation were used. Qualitative descriptive analysis is taken from facts or events and then a conclusion is drawn from the description obtained from the results, observations, interviews and documentation. The results of the research are: The leadership of the Madrasah Head in carrying out educational program innovations is going well because in the process he has implemented four educational management functions which are emphasized in the field of infrastructure, namely by carrying out planning (planning), organizing (deliberation and evaluation) carrying out motivating (mobilization). /action) and carrying out control (supervision). The planning, evaluation, motivation and supervision carried out by the head of the madrasah resulted in very significant changes and progress in improving the quality of education at MTs Tarbiyatus Shibyan, this was due to the process of innovating good education programs. So that the vision, mission and goals of the madrasah can be achieved optimally.    

Nowadays, in the era of globalization, in the era of progress, there is increasing interaction and integration between countries in economic, political, social and cultural terms. Not only men can work or trade but also women, whether they are married or not. In this regard, this research aims to find out what are the causal factors that make women work as traders at the Friday market, Kotabaru Seberida Village, Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau. Then what is the role of female traders in the Friday market as a wife and mother from an Islamic economic perspective? In this research the author used a qualitative approach. And the data sources used are primary and secondary data sources. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used are observation, interviews and documentation. Based on research results, there are 2 factors that cause women to work as traders in the Friday market, namely internal and external factors. Internal factors, self-will, meeting family economic needs, educational factors. External factors, large number of family dependents, family encouragement, cost of living. Meanwhile, the role of female traders as a wife and mother in an Islamic economic perspective. Not forgetting his role, being able to carry out his role even though not optimally, but still being able to maintain the integrity of his family and being able to educate his children well, even indirectly and at all times with his children, but always providing good exemplary examples in words and deeds, always reminding - positive things so as not to be influenced by negative associations, whereas in the Islamic economic perspective the role of female traders as a wife and mother, there is no prohibition for a woman to work as long as in her work she pays attention to ethical values, good morals, does not forget her physical and psychological nature, is able to dividing time between family demands and work demands, women are allowed to work.

Customisation of learning and the ability to track student progress through technology is an important focus in the effort to improve student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education. This research uses qualitative research methods with literature study data collection techniques to investigate the impact of using learning technology on student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences Education. The purpose of this research is to provide a deeper understanding of how learning technology can be optimised to improve student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences. The results of this study have the potential to provide relevant recommendations that can help improve Mathematics and Natural Sciences education in the current digital era. This research is expected to make a significant contribution to the understanding of how learning technology can be used more effectively in increasing student learning motivation in Mathematics and Natural Sciences, so that it can provide maximum benefits in preparing students to face global challenges in the future.

This research aims to increase knowledge and insight in the field of industrial economics and aims to analyze industrial competitive strategies in facing technological advances. The research method uses qualitative methods and library research. The data collection technique is to record important information in carrying out data analysis by means of data reduction, data presentation and drawing conclusions to obtain conclusions. The results of the research show that Indonesia's industrial strategy is to be able to survive in competition and import substitution must be increased to meet the needs of a growing society. increasing even though industry can be one of the strategies in the industrial sector that can be developed in the future in an effort to realize Indonesia's economic growth.

One of the appropriate leadership styles in dealing with change and addressing the proactive nature of employees is a transformational leadership style that brings change through a clear vision by involving subordinates in every activity. The right leadership style will make employees respectful at work and willing to contribute their best. With the implementation of the transformation leadership style in the company, it will create maximum employee performance which will affect the company's progress.

This research is aimed at finding out the Transparency of Management of Annual Responsible Village Deliberation Funds (MDPT) in BUMDesa Lancang Kuning, Rumbai Jaya Village. By using a qualitative approach supported by descriptive methods. Data was collected by interviewing, observing and documenting. This research uses data collection techniques by interviewing directors and secretaries regarding financial reports. A series of studies produced conclusions showing that the Annual Accountability Village Deliberation Fund Management (MDPT) was in accordance with SAK ETAP with the percentage of completion method recognized in reports from 2019 to 2021. BUMDesa Lancang Kuning Rumbai Jaya Village was guided by SAK ETAP in preparing the report because it makes performance easier and can help minimize errors in recording reports, which has a beneficial impact on the progress of the entity. BUMDesa will continue to try to be the best for financial reporting.  

: The health of adolescents is a valuable asset for the nation's future. They play a crucial role in the continuity of development and progress of the country. Focusing on the health and nutrition of adolescents is key to optimizing Indonesia's demographic dividend potential by 2030. This study aims to conduct Hb level examinations among students of SMPN 2 Nekamese as an initial step in early detection of anemia cases. Additionally, education on a healthy diet rich in iron, vitamins, and essential nutrients is provided to prevent anemia. The method used involves socialization and Hb level examinations using a POCT device. The research results indicate that out of 36 adolescents examined, 5 of them had Hb levels below the normal range (normally 10-15 grams/dL). The conclusion of this study is that students of SMP N. 2 Nekamese have received important information about the significance of health and nutrition, as well as preventive measures against anemia. These efforts involve various stakeholders, including Poltekkes Kemenkes and local health centers, in providing blood supplements and regular health check-ups to support the well-being of a productive and competitive young generation.  

This community outreach initiative is driven by the limited awareness among the community regarding the abundant breadfruit potential thriving in the city of Ambon, which serves as an attractive resource for supporting tourism and providing a positive economic impact on the local population. Breadfruit trees are widespread along the streets and in residents' yards, possessing significant historical value for the people of Ambon. Breadfruit has long been an integral part of Ambonese culture and traditions. Consequently, empowering the community through socialization and holistic training methods is of utmost importance. This project was conducted in the village of Latuhalat, Nusaniwe District, Ambon City, Maluku Province, and was attended by local government officials, community leaders, community groups who own breadfruit trees, as well as entrepreneurs/producers and sellers of breadfruit-based products. The project progressed smoothly and effectively, resulting in increased participant understanding and knowledge, fostering awareness about the promotion and marketing of breadfruit products, and further enhancing the community's ability to manage the local breadfruit potential in support of sustainable tourism development.

At that time the government established the Merdeka curriculum for all schools deemed ready to implement this curriculum, various technical guidance that is currently needed for school principals as well as teachers and educational staff in implementing the Merdeka curriculum, it can be implemented through technical guidance, which is carried out online. This article aims to describe the dual face of digital transformation. On the one hand, the communication and information technology revolution which has now reached the digitalization stage makes it very easy for humans to communicate and carry out their work. However, on the other hand, this progress also brings problems to humanity. By applying critical analytical studies, this research finds that the problems caused by the technological revolution are not only related to negative impacts as a consequence of the limitations and misuse of the technology, but are also related to more systemic impacts. Digital transformation has been inevitably connected to the capitalist system and the way how market works, which in practice makes the majority of humanity mere objects of exploitation and alienation. Recognizing this serious problem, this research also recommends that the ongoing technological revolution be addressed more critically and wisely.

PT Jaya Kencana is a company engaged in the field of mechanical and electrical contractors. One of the divisions at PT Jaya Kencana is engaged in the elevator escalator service division. This division is a division that offers elevator and escalator maintenance services. Where in this division the level of customer satisfaction is needed for the progress of the company. The independent variables in this study are marketing relationships and technician performance. The dependent variable in this study is customer satisfaction. The research uses statistical quantitative methods by determining the minimum number of samples using the slovin formula. The sample in this study was 101 respondents. Marketing relationship has a t count > t table (3.932 > 1.9844) with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, which means that marketing relationships have an effect on customer satisfaction. Technician performance has a t count > t table (5.530 > 1.9844) with a significant value of 0.00 <0.05, which means that technician performance has an effect on customer satisfaction. Marketing relationship and technician performance have a significant value of 000 <0.05 and F count > F table (160.776 > 3.94), which means that marketing relationship and technician performance have a significant simultaneous effect on customer satisfaction. The results of this study can be used as input for related companies and can be used as an evaluation to increase company customer satisfaction.

The progress of a company cannot be separated from the role of human resources which makes people superior and hopefully able to achieve what they want. When employees in a company do not perform well and competently, it results in the company's operations not being as effective or efficient as possible. One of them is related to Work Ethics, Work Discipline and Employee Performance. The aim of this research is to determine the influence of work ethic, work discipline and employee performance at Ud. Madyo Lancar. The sample for this research consisted of 35 employees, with a sampling technique using saturated samples. This research uses a quantitative approach method, then the data obtained is processed using SPSS 25. The research results show that work ethic does not have a significant effect on employee performance variables, with a t test value of 0.543 and a significance value of 0.951 > 0.05. Work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance variables as shown by the t test value of 30.327 with a significance of 0.000 <0.05.

With manual recording, books are easily damaged or torn, data in the warehouse records is sometimes not the same as the physical goods that exist, and there is no data security. With the above problems, the author created a system that can reduce weaknesses by creating a systematic application in the database.
