The Purpose of Research on Seba baduy conducted by STKIP Sheikh Manshur students in Lebak Regency, aims to get to know more closely the Baduy community in preserving their culture in Seba baduy activities. The research method used is descriptive with a functional approach through data collection techniques in the form of interviews and observations. The result of this research illustrates that Seba Baduy activity is the culmination of a ritual event conducted once a year which is intended to express gratitude to God and the government for the welfare of the Baduy community that has been produced in a period of one year. In addition, Seba Baduy activity has a ritual ceremony, this ceremony is a proof of customary recognition and aims to stay in touch between Kanekes community and the government both in the regency and province, namely to the regent and governor officials who informally become the leaders of Baduy community. The best time and date for the ceremony is chosen, especially after the harvest. The seba ceremony is a series of religious or belief systems of the Sunda Wiwitan religion adopted by the Kanekes community, so this ceremony must be carried out because it is an ancestral heirloom that must continue to be maintained and preserved which is passed on continuously to its children and grandchildren in a firm and binding manner. The Application of Justice Collaborator in the crime of premeditated murder is still considered unclear, this is based on the provisions in Law Number 31 of 2014 concerning the Protection of Witnesses and Victims, as well as SEMA Number 4 of 2011 which explains that a witness to a perpetrator who is a worker can appear in a confrontation at certain or special types of cases. These pros and cons reappear because a Justice Collaborator has the right to obtain leniency as a form of legal protection for perpetrator witnesses, even though the perpetrator is an important person in the case yet he is not an intellectual actor. Research shows several regulations governing Justice Collaborators, but they are not yet rigid and have finally expanded their meaning in their application. The provisions regarding the implementation of Justice Collaborator are considered to have an important existence in the criminal system.

Parties or companies that manage their customers' managed funds into various investment instruments are known as investment managers in mutual funds. Mutual funds are highly recommended for novice investors because of their low capital and risk compared to other types of investment. In managing mutual funds, the investment manager is responsible for the securities portfolio and the collective investment portfolio. The portfolio is intended to minimize the risks that occur when managing investments, with the existence of a portfolio it is expected that the returns expected by investors can be achieved optimally in managing mutual funds. In managing mutual funds, there are always mistakes in anticipating the return expected by investors. Default is one example of an error that occurs. There are two causes of default: debtor (customer) and force majeure (overmacht or force majeure).

This research focuses on a comprehensive comparison of phonemes between Sundanese and Indonesian languages. The analysis employs content analysis to delineate the intricate differences between the two languages. Sundanese, as revealed in the study, comprises seven vowel phonemes, whereas Indonesian has five primary vowels. Vowel classification in both languages involves lip position, tongue's front-back movement, and tongue height during pronunciation. Sundanese has 18 consonant phonemes, while Indonesian possesses 21 consonant phonemes. Interestingly, despite Sundanese having 29 vowels, some are unable to occur consecutively with other vowels. Conversely, in Indonesian, words with diphthongs, i.e., a sequence of two vowels in one syllable, are considered separate cases. Another significant difference is the presence of an additional phoneme in Sundanese, namely /é/, which is absent in Indonesian. The existence of this phoneme adds complexity to Sundanese phonological patterns. Additionally, noticeable differences in consonant phonemes exist, with Sundanese having only 18, while Indonesian has 21, creating intriguing phonetic diversity between the two languages.

This research aims to provide a comprehensive understanding of the various forms of parental involvement in supporting early childhood education, while identifying the facilitating and hindering factors for the success of parental involvement programs. Findings from this study illustrate the prevailing perception among parents that still places teachers as the primary determinants of a child's success, despite the significant role parents play as the primary educators for young children. Awareness of this challenge prompted the researcher to delve into more detailed and in-depth investigations. The research results delineate diverse forms of parental involvement, encompassing the supervision of children's study time, financial contributions through donations of toys and books, participation in school meetings, involvement in social service activities, and the repair of play equipment at school. Despite the existence of organized excursions, not all schools can conduct them due to significant cost constraints.Supporting and inhibiting factors in parental involvement encompass economic aspects, time constraints, the level of parental trust in teachers, and the lack of parental involvement programs initiated by schools. These findings offer valuable insights for enhancing parental participation in early childhood education by addressing and optimizing these factors, ultimately creating a more inclusive and empowered educational environment. Keywords: forms of parental involvement; early childhood education.
