For this reason, the author makes the design of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system, using the ALFRED method approach, namely: 1. Administrative Value (Value of use in administration), 2. Legal Value (Value of use in the field of law), 3. Fiscal Value (Use value in finance), 4.Research Value (Use value in the field of research), 5.Educational Value (Value use in education), 6.Documentative Value (Use value in the field of documentation). Making prototype application product Electronic Filing System (e-filing) management system uses Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 software as a design media and as a programming language, and the SQL Server database as a storage media. This research was conducted using the Research & Development Method through a system design stage that was validated by experts and a prototype of a field-tested product involving users. The final result of this research is in the form of a prototype of an electronic filing system (e-filing) management system product that has been declared to function well so that it can produce information that is useful for the archiving process to the stage of making a report that can be done quickly and accurately in accordance with procedures that have been exist so as to make it easier to re-access archiving and provide public services with accurate and integrated information.

Radian Rent a Car Semarang, one of developing transportation service provider, faces obstacles in processing data and information since its customer is increasing year to year. The obstacles are spending many times to make report of car damage in mechanic division because weekly or monthly car maintenance data has to be checked one by one, there is not any accounting report that is directly given to the owner since it take long time to look for and reprocess the data, and taking long time to searching car’s receipt and maintenance archive as there are so many unprocessed data that are still in stack of archive. It is not impossible if the processing of tenant data and information use undergoing system, it will take long time to fix the emerged error. In order to increase the performance and to ease and accelerate data and information processing, the writer try to create multiuser based information system of car rental by using Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 software and database of its Microsoft Visual Foxpro to overcome the weakness of the undergoing system of car rental. Microsoft Visual Foxpro 9.0 is program that is designed to help the company to accelerate and ease data processing activity with minimal error level and efficient cost and power. The data include car data, tenant data, user data, and rental car data. This program is able to make data processing job be effective and efficient, to cut time spending to process the data, to minimize error input data, and to organize the data saved in one database

FMS information regarding pricing, promotion information, product specifications and ordering products for customers who are already registered. SMS Gateway application can also help customer service in its duty to serve customers with data that is clear and ter updates can be seen in the administration module. With the SMS Gateway Application to deliver information more quickly when customers need information, generate reports on the stock with a clear to the administration

At present the information of schools in various fields of education in the Tugu sub-district is still incomplete that only covers the TK / RA and SD / MI levels so that the wider community has not been able to obtain information on the level of education at SMP / MTs, SMA / SMK / MA and Higher Education, and to get this information the public must come directly to the Semarang City Education Office to find the data needed. The public cannot know quickly if there is a change in data or if there is a construction of a new school because the information is only written on the sub-district bulletin board. Tugu sub-district is a sub-district in the city of Semarang, Central Java province. Tugu sub-district region is bordered by the Java sea in the north, in the east by West Semarang Sub- district, in the south by Ngalian sub-district, and in the west by Kendal district. This study aims to determine the influence of regional financial information systems on the quality of local government financial reports and the influence of the government`s internal control system on the quality of local government financial reports on the quality of local government financial reports, This study was conducted at 24 Semarang City Government Offices with a sample of 76 respondents in the section head or financial staff using a purposive sample. Testing data using multiple linear regression analysis. The results of this study show that: regional financial information systems affect the quality of local government financial reports and internal control systems affect the quality of local government financial reports

The increase in Life Expectancy (UHH) has an impact on the increase in the elderly population and the problems due to aging. One of them is the system for regulating blood sugar levels which is disrupted due to changes in the body composition of the elderly in the form of increased fat composition from the body 14% to 30%. Efforts to prevent the incidence of Diabetes Mellitus is to achieve good nutritional status with anthropometric measurements, namely the division of body weight in kg with height in meters squared expressed in body mass index or BMI. This study aims to analyze the relationship between BMI and blood sugar levels in the elderly at the Sabar Narimo Posyandu, Lempuyangan Hamlet, Gebugan Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency. The research design used was descriptive observational with a cross sectional approach. The number of samples was 40 elderly who were taken by purposive sampling technique. The instrument used to measure BMI is a digital weight scale, and a microtoise that has been calibrated, while blood sugar levels are measured using a glucometer. Data were analyzed by Pearson Corellation test. The results of this study indicate the frequency distribution of blood sugar levels in the elderly at the Posyandu Sabar Narimo on average 139.92 mg/dl and an average BMI of 25.24 kg/m2. The results showed that BMI was related to the variable of blood sugar levels with a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.614 and a significance value (?) of 0.0234 then there is a relationship. The conclusion in this study is that there is a relationship between blood sugar and BMI in the elderly at the Sabar Narimo Posyandu, Lempuyangan Hamlet, Gebugan Village, Bergas District, Semarang Regency.

The need for land continues to increase so that it often causes very complex problems. To deal with these land issues, the government issued Law no. 5 of 1960 concerning Basic Agrarian Principles which later became known as the UUPA, the birth of the UUPA was a new milestone for this nation in land law. In line with that, the government then issued government regulation No. 24 of 1997 concerning land registration which reaffirmed the importance of the community registering their land, land registration functions to find out the status of the land parcels, who owns it, what rights are it, how much area, what is it used for. The importance of systematic, good and correct land registration through adjudication aims to reduce problems that arise with regard to land. The research method used by the writer is a juridical empirical approach with the intention of proving or testing to ensure the truth and rationalizing it through the results of research and experiences that have been found in everyday life. The results of the research found that more people register their land in a sporadic manner, because the community considers that systematic land registration does not necessarily occur every year, even though it is expensive for the community to register their land in order to obtain the rights to the land they own.   Keywords: PP No. 24 of 1997, land registration, adjudication

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the internal control system for the management of fixed assets and assess the obstacles faced in managing fixed assets in the Government of Brebes Regency. This type of research is a case study with a qualitative approach using descriptive methods. Effectiveness is assessed using 5 (five) elements of the Internal Control System by giving weight to each element. Assessment is done by assessing the results of interviews using the Internal Control Questionnaire (ICQ) test list that refers to PP No. 60 of 2008 and equipped with observations and documents. Based on the results of the interview completed with the results of observations and documents, the results obtained were the elements of the control environment were given a weight of 30% so as to obtain a value of 27.27%. Risk assessment is given a weighting of 20% so as to obtain a value of 8.57%. Control activities are given a weighting of 25% so as to obtain a value of 19.70%. Information and communication are given a weight of 10% so that they get a value of 7.88%. Monitoring was given a weighting of 15% so that it obtained a score of 10.18%. The total value of 5 (five) elements of the internal control system in the Government of Brebes Regency is 73.60% which are classified as effective criteria.  Keywords: management of fixed assets, internal control systems (spi).

This study aims to examine and analyze the influence of competence of human resources, regional financial accounting system, government accounting standards, internal control, the quality of local financial statements at the Regional Work Unit Unit in Semarang City. This study uses primary data obtained by spreading the questionnaire in the Regional Work Unit Unit of Semarang City. Respondents in this research are Echelon III and Echelon IV. Sampling method using purposive sampling with the help of software SPSS version 16. The increase in motorized vehicles in urban areas is followed by an increase in cases of motorcycle theft due to the lack of public awareness about the motorcycle security system. The intensity of motorcycle theft with its disclosure is still far in comparison. Crime will also increase, such as cases of theft of motor vehicles, especially motorbikes. Cases of motorcycle theft still often occur, this happens because there is still a lack of security systems contained in motorized vehicles that only use ignition. the existence of an alternative safety system is needed because the average key of a conventional motorcycle is easily penetrated by thieves. A double motorcycle safety device (Doble Smart Lock) composed of an RFID and Personal Identification Number (PIN) and an ATMega microcontroller. This system serves to provide two-stage security. The first stage is a microcontroller in the form of a PIN and the second stage is an RFID system. If the first stage breaks then it will enter the second stage, namely the RFID system The results in the form of a main tool for motorcycle management consists of: Power supply, RFID Card, RFID Reader, Personal Identification Number (PIN), IC / Microcontroller ATMega and already running. The system testing process shows the number 3 in the expert validation test and the number 3 in the expert validation trial. Based on the above calculation, it can be concluded that the validation results from the expert show that the value of 3 is between 2 - 3, which is classified in the valid category. The system process shows the number 3 in the expert validation and the number 2.9 in the validation trial of the user. Based on the above calculation, it can be concluded that the validation results from the user point to a value of 2.9 between 2 - 3 which is classified in the valid category.

In Pekalongan, precisely in the village of Soko Kembang, Petungkriyono sub-district, as many as 31 units of PLTS were made. This PLTS works stand alone, with the SHS system. Each SHS unit consists of a 50 Wp solar panel, three light points, a 70Ah battery, and a Box Control Unit. Based on preliminary field studies, the use of SHS is very useful and helps the community at night especially students and mothers who have small children and helping residents of Soko Kembang village, a remote village that had previously relied on lighting from oil lamps and rental generators. The use of solar power plants has an impact on the economic life of the community, which is assessed from an increase in the people's economy. This is evidenced by the high payback.

Currently the development of information technology is growing rapidly. Therefore the application of information systems in agencies and companies is needed because information technology makes the performance will be implemented well and can handle a variety of data processing. One company that requires information technology is PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran. Inventory system used at PT. Makmur Santosa Ungaran Poliplas is still in the form of notes in the form of spreadsheets that are concurrently daily, making it vulnerable to errors in planning raw material requirements, and the uncontrolled use of production raw materials such as dyes. Therefore we need an adequate raw material planning information system to process data and make raw material planning reports automatically. The purpose of this study is to determine the amount and time of raw materials that must be available for the smooth production process. The problem formulated is when the raw material must be available at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa with the right amount and time. The method used in this research is Material Requirement Planning (MRP). The results of this study indicate that the implementation of a computerized system at PT. Poliplas Makmur Santosa Ungaran can support the smooth production related to the availability of the right material, with the right amount and time so that data storage can be more safe and efficient, the program used to make this application uses the VB programming language. NET and SQL Server 2008 as database management.

This company has a very rapid development, this is evidenced in 2017 the stock inventory increased by 25%. Motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. Nusantara is an accounting information system created to overcome data processing problems which are still in the form of manual bookkeeping so that the data is less valid and less effective time to present reports and even data storage has not been recorded which results in easy data loss. Existing problems can be overcome by creating an accounting information system Monitoring Inventory and making a data storage information system that is valid and effective. Designing a good computerized system that is expected to assist officers in presenting reports quickly and accurately. Data collection methods used are the questionnaire method and Likert scale. The method of designing a motorcycle inventory monitoring information system is made using the methodology of R&D, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the PHP and MySQL programming languages ​​as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the motorcycle inventory monitoring information system with a web-based average method at PT. The archipelago can be used to solve inventory processing problems that include data collection of data, supplier data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, and inventory using the average method can make reports that are valid, effective and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and risk error will be minimal.

Based on observations, the learning method used at SD N JatisariSemarang in the form of lectures, discussions, questions and answers with the book media. Learning methodswhich so far has not been implemented enough to have an impact on the level of student understanding ofmaterial taught. The method used was less successful so students felt boredand saturated. Efforts to overcome the problems of the learning process need a solutionwith new methods that can be developed. This research uses the concept of mediainteractive Talking Stick method by adding interaction and bringing interesting featuresas well as a system for better and more varied enjoyment through prominent figureshas a good character and at the same time has a history of using puppet media.From the results of the analysis, the concept of the media chosen as interactive media is character recognitionPandawa puppets in the form of a cartoon Manga (Japanese style cartoon) so it becomesmore attractive without reducing the value of local kerifan contained therein. The strength of the mediathis is modifying wayang recognition products through digital services on a system-based basiscomputers that respond to user actions, besides that the product has other advantages, namely the teachercan change or replace evaluation questions. The results are from student questionnaire data beforeusing learning media that is in the average category 41% - 60% includedin a fairly low category, while from the data the value of students after using the mediain the category 81% - 100% included in the very high category.

Sisfo Monitoring of Goods Inventory in Shop Based on Visual Basic 6.0 Multiuser with FIFO method Studin Case in Cimory on the valley Ssemarang Regency is an information system created to overcome the problem of data processing which is still in manual bookkeeping so it takes a long time and results are inaccurate or recap The data does not even have data storage yet undatabase which results in easy data loss. The existing problems can be overcome by making Monitoring of inventory and making data storage information systems more secure and efficient. The design method of monitoring inventory of goods made using the R&D methodology, Flowchat, DFD, ERD and Normalization. The program used to create this application uses the programming language Microsoft Visual Basic 6.0 and MySQL as Database management. The results of this study indicate that the monitoring of inventory of goods applied in Cimory on the valley Semarang Regency can be used to solve data processing problems in the warehouse which include data data collection, data entry of goods, data collection of goods out, data collection of suppliers and customer data collection can make accurate reports , fast and efficient so that reports can be accounted for and the risk of loss of goods will be minimal.
