Adulthood is experiencing many problems that must be faced, especially in middle adulthood. Middle adulthood can be said to start at 35-60 years old. The median age is filled with various responsibilities and roles that consume time and energy. This period is also a period that spans the problems of daily life faced. This period was eventually marked by physical and mental changes, especially in spirituality. The method used in this paper is qualitative, using a literature approach. A literature study is carried out by examining various sources regarding the topics discussed. Researchers use various study sources such as textbooks, scientific journals and scientific internet sources.

This article reviews the Implications of Multicultural Education on the Religious Mindset of the Millennial Generation. This article aims to explain the impact of implementing multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation. The writing of this article uses a type of qualitative research with library research methods. The results of this study are to determine the impact of the implementation of multicultural education on the religious mindset of the millennial generation, namely: (1) improving self understanding and self-concept well. (2) increase sensitivity in understanding other people. (3) respecting religious and cultural differences between groups regarding an event, values, and behavior. (4) open our minds in responding to various issues. (5) Stay away from stereotypical views and try to respect others. With multicultural education, a person will become a good human being and more tolerant of diversity, and not passionate about the religion he adheres to. Therefore, a religious mindset based on multicultural education needs to be instilled as early as possible. This includes an appreciation of the existence of cultural plurality, recognition of human dignity and rights, and development of human responsibility towards the inhabited earth.

Nowadays there are many visual media or other media that influence children's imagination. Which causes a decrease in children's imagination. The child's imagination begins to decline, this is due to the existence of visual media that makes it easier for someone to tell a story through several pictures, or to show the events of a story directly. This study aims to develop children's imagination of stories read, heard, or stories told by someone, and direct them in a positive direction, not in a negative direction. The research method used is the library research method or library research. The results obtained from this study are that a child's imagination can be developed using the story method with a variety of structured stories, using language that is easy to understand, attractive illustrations and designed in such a way. And there are several things that need attention in the story so that it is in a positive direction and not in a negative direction. In developing a child's imagination, it is necessary to pay attention to several things related to the child's imagination, such as the characteristics of the child and some stories that do not contain elements of a sad story.

Innovation is an idea, practice, item, event, or method that is felt or observed as something new for someone to create innovation in improving the quality of education in madrasas and developing a wide reach. This innovation can be developed through the creativity of female students to instill a spirit in every child. The aim of this research is to find out how innovative the Madrasah Head is in telling about student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year, and to find out the supporting and inhibiting factors in reading student creativity at Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Al Hudy Denpasar for the 2019/2020 academic year. This type of research is descriptive with a qualitative approach with three data collection techniques, namely: observation, documentation and interviews. The results of this research are that the madrasa head's innovation in developing student creativity at MI Al Hudy has gone quite well, as evidenced by the increase in students who are interested and interested in the field of crafts and the proof of their works, as well as supporting factors in developing student creativity in MI Al Hudy provides support from the madrasa head, professional teachers, support from student parents, regular training, a supportive environment and adequate madrasa facilities. Meanwhile, the inhibiting factors are families who do not fully have the same vision and mission in developing student creativity, the negative influence of social media or technology, limited time.

Background: Pregnancy is something that naturally happens to productive women. During pregnancy, changes occur in the mother, both physical and psychological. In general, the physical changes during pregnancy are, no menstruation, enlargement of the breasts, changes in the shape of the uterus, changes in the working system of the body's organs, enlargement of the stomach, weight gain, weakening of the relaxation of the muscles of the digestive tract, sensitivity to the senses, and the feet and hands begin to enlarge. The psychological changes in mothers in the first trimester are estimated to be 80%, resulting in feelings of disappointment, rejection, anxiety and sadness. In the second trimester, the mother's psychological life appears calmer and begins to adapt, and in the third trimester, changes in the mother's psychology seem more complex and increase again compared to the previous trimester, and this is none other than because the condition of the pregnancy is getting bigger. Psychological impacts on pregnant women include being sensitive, tending to be lazy, asking for more attention, easily jealous, and anxiety. Pregnant women will be more open to themselves and like to share their experiences with other people. Pregnant women will reflect on all their dreams, dreams, fantasies about objects, events or abstract concepts, such as death, life, success and happiness during pregnancy.Objective: Knowing how the knowledge of pregnant women about psychological changes in the first trimester is related to the attitude of pregnant women in facing pregnancy at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan City in 2022. The socialization and mentoring covered material and practice on videography and video editing techniques using simple technology, smartphones. Through this activity, partners are expected to be able to optimize social media in promoting the potential of their villages, events and business products in order to reach a wider market so that business development and progress can ultimately increase the income of the Segunung Traditional Village.

This study aims to determine the ritual process and the meaning and values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party. In this study using descriptive qualitative research methods, namely research that describes situations directly in the research place. Meanwhile, the data collection techniques used were observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study indicate that the process of the traditional mappadendang party ritual in Soppeng Regency is very structured and neatly arranged. Starting from determining the day of implementation and the duration or length of time for implementation. After the process of determining the time is complete, the family who will carry out the traditional party begins to arrange the arrangement of the mappadendang traditional party. For example, entertainment events and players who will pound the pestle on the mortar and the attributes used by players at the traditional party. The traditional party ended with a marked meal together by all the people who attended the traditional party. In the traditional mappadendang party there are meanings and values ​​contained in it, these meanings are applied in the form of actions such as gratitude to God and respecting and preserving the heritage of ancestors or ancestors. Likewise with the values ​​contained in the traditional mappadendang party, the values ​​of togetherness, kinship, entertainment, and religion are merged into one in a traditional party that continues to be preserved and becomes a way of life for the community.

The context of this research is that writing skills are very important for learning, because they can train students to think, channel their desires, emotions, and express their ideas.. The use of documentary film media tells true stories about natural events in accordance with explanatory text material that tells about natural or social phenomena that can occur, such as about water, plastic which is the source of human life. The objective of this research, the researcher wants to know is there any effect of documentary film media on the writing skill of the fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. While the research methodology used is quantitative by using a Quasi-Experimental design in the form of Nonequivalent Control Group Design. The research subjects were class V A as the experimental class and class V C as the control class at SDN Sedatigede II Sidoarjo with a total of 35 students. The data collection method used is an assessment in the form of a performance test with the task of writing an explanatory text. Using statistical analysis methods, the formulas used are normality test, homogeneity test and T-test. The test before and after using the media with the SPSS version 22 application were used. The results of this study were based on the results of the independent sample test data analysis, which showed the value of sig < 0.05, namely sig. (2-tailed) of 0.000. From these results, it was concluded that there was an effect of documentary film media on students' writing skills in the explanatory text material of fifth grade students of Sedatigede II Elementary School. This is reinforced by the significant difference in skill test scores in the experimental and control groups before and after treatment.

In line with that, Yudhi Herwibowo's novel Sang Penggesek Biola has an ideology of heroism that can be seen through the thoughts of the main characters

This study analyzes the intrinsic elements of a novel that is widely read by the Indonesian people because it contains Teenlit and Chicklit simultaneously. This research uses a type of literature study research. Data collection was carried out by the method of documentation from primary sources in the form of a novel entitled "The Forbidden Heaven". The data were analyzed by reading, recording, classifying, and analyzing the seven intrinsic elements. The results of this study show that; 1) The theme of the novel is quite interesting, and strongly inspiring with contradictory diction. 2) Characterization involves sixteen roles, consisting of the main character and auxiliary with the role of the protagonist and tritagonist. 3) The setting of setting presents several places in Jakarta, Bogor, Kuala Lumpur, and Palestine, but is more dominated by Betawi culture, campuses, and proselytizing organizations. 4) The plot presents a story of togetherness that results in love between Najma and Faisal, is separated by studies and eventually proposed by the one who is also the older brother. 5) The style of the novel language is more dominated by the language of the parable the diction used although less touching, but the reader can feel the emotions built with the spiritual narrative of ruhani. 6) Point of view, the author presents various events with a single and second-person first-person point of view, a singular and plural first-person point of view, as well as a mixture. 7) The main mandate of the novel includes three things, namely; a) Intelligent understanding between qadar and taqdir, through mujahadah, endeavor, prayer, and taqarrub because a soul mate is a difficult thing to predict and part of His (Allah) provisions, b) Keep learning and studying wherever and whenever the breath is still blowing, c) Being an inspirational human being, benefiting others, equip themselves for a more eternal hereafter.

Word includes: (a) vocabulary; (b) diction; (c) figurative language; (d) imagery; and (e) linguistic factors. 4. Phrase that includes: (a) nominal phrases; (b) verbal phrase; (c) the numeral phrase; (d) the adverb phrase; and (e) the prepositional phrase. 5. Sentence/array includes: (a) declarative sentences; (b) interrogative sentences; (c) the imperative sentence; and (d) the exclamatory sentence. 6. The discourse that includes: (a) cohesion and (b) coherence. Because of front office as central therefore front office will be brandage of image of the hotel . that’s why front office staff  must have an experience and  out standing skill because customer need good service expectation  is priority. Hotel X in Surabaya can operates day to day operational  well. It showed  by result of hotel occupancy in stability over the everages. in case of this we conclude  that good sevice is one of main factor will cause effect relationship of level about high of occupancy  Hotel goes running well ,eventhough human resource minimizely. base in the above mater, impact of effect in the level on hotel occupancy in Surabaya because of  good service to the guest.  

Background: Dysmenorrhea is discomfort in the lower abdomen spreading to the waist which is often experienced by young women aged 12-18 years or even almost all women during menstruation, usually often felt before menstruation or during menstruation. Benson relaxation technique is one of the complementary therapies developed as a relaxation technique that is simple and easy to implement and is a combination of relaxation response techniques with individual belief systems or faith factors. Purpose : Knowing changes in the level of dysmenorrhea in adolescents before and after doing benson relaxation therapy. Method: this application with descriptive research methods and observing events or events that have occurred. Descriptive research is research conducted to describe or describe an event that occurs. Results: handling dysmenorrhea with benson relaxation therapy given for 2 days with 1 time a day for 15 minutes can affect the patient's level of dysmenorrhea so that there are changes in the patient's pain scale. Conclusion: Benson relaxation therapy can reduce the level of dysmenorrhea in adolescents who are experiencing menstrual pain.  

This study discusses the change in the choreography of the traditional Molapi Saronde dance to the Saronde Kreasi dance in the city of Gorontalo. This research will focus on the changes that occur in the choreography of the Molapi Saronde dance, the creation of the Saronde dance, because along with the times, the dance which was usually only performed at traditional weddings among kings (nobles) has now become a public dance that can be held for entertainment events such as welcoming guests. The purpose of this research is to find out the changes that exist in the traditional Molapi Saronde dance to the creation of the Saronde dance and to analyze further about the changes in the choreographic movement of the Molapi Saronde dance related to the traditional values ​​that exist in Gorontalo. this research is qualitative. Benefits This research provides new knowledge to the millennial generation and tourists who want to know the meaning of each choreographic change in the Molapi Saronde dance and the Saronde Kreasi dance. The results of this study determine the changes and differences in the traditional dance from the Molapi Saronde to the Saronde Kreasi dance.

This study aims to determine the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition and the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency. This research uses a qualitative approach with a descriptive type of research. The subjects in this study were the community of cultural actors, namely members of the Banjar Begawe and the informants in this study were the head of the Banjar Begawe and religious leaders. Data collection techniques in this study using observation, interviews, and documentation. The data analysis techniques used are data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results of this study regarding the implementation of the banjar begawe tradition and the implementation of Pancasila values ​​in East Suwangi Village, Sakra District, East Lombok Regency, among others, are as follows: the implementation process includes, preparation stage, implementation stage, stage, closing. The preparatory stage consists of deliberation, and preparing tools and materials. The implementation stage consists of a begawe (party) event. The closing stage consists of praying and remembrance together and eating together. Design and Analysis of the Use of a Project Management Information System Based on Free Open-Source Software (Foss) in Large-Scale Companies in Central Java. To increase knowledge about project communication management and organizational communication in the cigarette industry at PT. Aman Indah Makmur, especially with regard to the use of FOSS as a tool for internal interaction and communication. Design and Analysis of the Use of a Project Management Information System Based on Free Open-Source Software (Foss) in Large-Scale Companies in Central Java. Qualitative methods were used, literature research, online ethnography, and observations were carried out to better understand important events where FOSS Google Spreadsheet users interacted, communicated, and collaborated. As the Collaboration Metric Model shows, FOSS Google Sheets can be an effective and efficient tool in large companies with 50 to 100 employees.

Background: The National Disaster Management Agency noted that in the period of 2020 there have been 2,925 natural disasters. Aceh is a province that is prone to disasters such as being prone to flash floods, landslides, and earthquakes. This series of natural phenomena has made the people of Aceh familiar with various disasters. One of the ways to prevent the number of victims in a disaster is to have volunteers around the community, namely health cadres. Health cadres are trained as monitors, reminders and advocates to promote health so that it is possible for cadres to have the ability to perform basic life support in the event of an emergency. Purpose: to increase the knowledge and skills of health cadres about BHD training in the community during an emergency. Methods: BHD training activities are carried out for cadres who have not received training. Socialization to cadres about BHD through lectures, questions and answers, and demonstrations using Phantom BHD. The activity was carried out in 3 sessions with the details of the activities. They were pretest activity in the form of filling out questionnaires by the participants, providing material on BHD that must be accepted by cadres, and posttest on the knowledge and understanding of cadres about material that has been given. Results: The results obtained were an increase in the knowledge of cadres from a low level of knowledge of 5.7% to a high level of 68.6%. This shows that there is a change in the level of knowledge and understanding of cadres about basic life support. Conclusion: After this community service, the ability of cadres to carry out basic life support increases so that it is expected to increase life expectancy in the community in the event of an emergency

Community welfare is an indicator of developme t goals. In its implementation, economic development will be faced with various problems that can hinder the success of such development. One of the complex problems related to the prosperity of the population is poverty. High poverty can have an impact on the emergence of various other social problems. It is difficult to know the exact cause and how effective control is to reduce poverty in Pandeglang Regency. The use of analytical tools in this study was carried out to identify and determine specific problems as a factor in the occurrence of poverty in Pandeglang Regency. In addition, this analysis method will contain information about events that must be considered in the scope of poverty alleviation that occurred in Pandeglang district. The final part of this journal discusses the design of poverty control procedures in Pandeglang Regency in approximately five years. Finally, it is hoped that the final results of this research will be very important to prevent poverty in Pandeglang Regency.

Malpractice is the failure to use skills and knowledge that are common or fulfill the rules in their actions as a medical profession according to standards in the same environment. If it's true that a veterinarian has committed malpractice, can he be penalized? With the normative juridical method, it is answered that veterinarians who commit malpractice can be subject to legal sanctions in accordance with the Civil Code. There are elements that must be met to determine that an event is malpractice.

In connection with the problems above, the researchers tried to design an application entitled Beber Village Community Complaints. In designing this application, the author uses the SDLC Waterfall model method, which is carried out step by step in accordance with the procedures in the Waterfall method. The admin application is built using the Codeigniter Framework version 3 with the PHP programming language. While the client/user uses Android which is built with the Flutter Framework which uses the Dart programming language. The resulting application is in the form of a Client Server. Adam uses the WEB Service view while the client/user uses the Android version. This application will exchange information between the community and the village and between the village and the community. This application aims to make it easier for both the community and the village in exchanging information, which then the information data can be stored intact in the database
