Sustainable development is a development paradigm that is directly related to the balance of nature or the environment, just as the paradigm of sustainable development is a concept that is accepted as a political agenda of development for all countries in the world where the relationship between economy and ecology is important in the discussion of sustainable development itself. Sustainable development is development that meets the needs of the present without compromising the ability of future generations to meet their own needs The concept of sustainable development is a necessity to reconcile economic development, quality of life, and the environment in a diverse political framework that is interrelated at the international and global levels. Thus, it can be concluded that the meaning of sustainable development cannot be separated from environmental sustainability. A sustainable environment is expected to support human life. Sustainabledevelopment that is environmentally sound is able to improve the quality of life of present and future generations. Therefore, it is necessary to review the concept of local wisdom that exists in legislation and other Regulations that hierarchically exist under it to close loopholes and fence in such a way that the claims of local wisdom remain sacred and not easily perverted casually by the detractors of commercial economic interests for a moment. On the other hand, it is necessary to be aware of political elites and stakeholders to avoid intervention and political content of decisions taken by the government in intervening in cases of environmental damage under the pretext  of natural  disasters which are part of the bad side of law enforcement for environmental destruction, especially in the application of Strict Liability without having to prove a mistake.

The implementation of environmental law influenced the success of the Eco Town program in maintaining the sustainability of river ecosystems by providing a strong foundation for preserving the environment. The implementation of strict regulations related to environmental protection and river management is key in ensuring that development within Eco Town does not damage the river ecosystem. In several case studies such as the Ciliwung River and the Brantas River, the implementation of environmental law has recorded significant improvements in the sustainability of river ecosystems. The main challenges faced in implementing environmental laws to support Eco Town programs are resource limitations, especially in terms of funds, technology, and natural resources. These limitations may hinder the effectiveness of the program and affect the ability to address environmental problems such as industrial or domestic waste management, and maintain ecological balance. To overcome these challenges, concrete measures such as improved accessibility and technology transfer, sustainable management of natural resources, and investment in environmental infrastructure are needed. By ensuring a solid environmental law implementation and paying attention to these limitations, the Eco Town program can run more effectively and efficiently in maintaining the sustainability of the river ecosystem and realizing a vision of sustainable development.

This paper discusses efforts to maintain the trust and reputation of the Medical Tourism industry in Indonesia. The industry has grown rapidly in recent years, with many international patients coming to Indonesia for medical treatment. The success of this industry relies heavily on consumers' trust in the quality of medical services and the protection they receive throughout the treatment process. Medical ethics, licensing and consumer protection regulations play a key role in ensuring that international patients receive safe, quality and ethical care in Indonesia. Medical ethics regulations will regulate the behavior of medical professionals and direct the standards of care that must be adhered to. Licensing functions as a mechanism for monitoring and controlling the quality of medical facilities and existing medical practices. Meanwhile, consumer protection is important to ensure that patients' rights are maintained during the treatment process, including the right to accurate information, transparent procedures and fair dispute resolution. In the context of Medical Tourism, reputation plays a central role. A good reputation will attract more international patients and help build long-term relationships with satisfied patients. However, reputation is also susceptible to negative changes due to bad patient experiences or violations of medical ethics. Therefore, efforts to prevent, manage and recover from adverse situations are very important in maintaining the industry's reputation. In the Indonesian context, harmonization between medical ethics regulations, licensing and consumer protection needs to be improved to create an environment that supports the sustainable growth of the Medical Tourism industry. The involvement of all stakeholders, including governments, medical institutions and medical professional associations, is key to achieving this goal. By maintaining service quality, high medical ethics, and effective consumer protection, Medical Tourism Indonesia can continue to develop and maintain a good reputation in the eyes of the international community.

Rejoso, located in Nganjuk Regency, lacks adequate waste management facilities such as waste banks, composting, and landfills. Therefore, there is a pressing need to address waste management, particularly food waste. One effective method is converting organic waste, specifically leftover fruits and vegetables, into eco-enzyme. Members of the Tim Penggerak PKK can play a pivotal role in promoting organic waste management through eco-enzyme production. To facilitate this initiative, it is crucial to conduct a socialization, first and foremost, campaign on utilizing organic waste for eco-enzyme production among the Tim Penggerak PKK in Rejoso. This aims to foster sustainable and environmentally-friendly organic waste management practices. The approach involves three main activities: educating households on waste management, providing training on eco-enzyme production, and demonstrating the eco-enzyme production process.

Engaging inclusive and sustainable community participation is also a key step in achieving environmental justice, with efforts to improve accessibility of environmental information to the public and address challenges such as information gaps and access limitations. Furthermore, addressing the equitable distribution of environmental burdens and benefits among all members of society is a primary focus, by applying the principles of environmental justice and strengthening community involvement in environmental decision-making to reduce social and economic inequalities. Finally, creating an adaptive and responsive environmental legal system is increasingly important as environmental issues continue to evolve in complexity, requiring flexible environmental regulations, monitoring institutions capable of keeping pace with technological and environmental advancements, and collaboration among stakeholders to effectively address future challenges in a comprehensive manner.

According to Local Regulation No. 6/2009 on the 2009-2029 Sidoarjo District Spatial Plan (RTRW), public green open space (RTH) is designed for recreation, nature conservation and greening. RTH is an important component of Sidoarjo District's spatial planning, especially in urban ecosystems The purpose of this research is to evaluate the level of compliance of RTH utilization in Tanjung Puri Park with the provisions of Sidoarjo District Spatial Plan No. 6/2009. This evaluation was conducted to support sustainable development in Sidoarjo Regency. The results of this study provide the fact that, Green Open Space (RTH) Taman Tanjung Puri does not meet the standards of the Sidoarjo Regency Spatial Plan properly. This is due to the type of green space and its function not in accordance with the plan, as well as the lack of infrastructure and facilities. On the other hand, Tanjung Puri Park is still underutilized as a public space. This situation is also caused by a lack of budget, management facilities and infrastructure, poor public understanding of the park's existence and purpose, and low community involvement. The conclusion obtained in this study is that the potential of Tanjung Puri Park as a public space is hampered by a lack of planning. Taman Tanjung Puri has great potential to provide various environmental, social, and economic benefits, but it’s utilization has not been optimal due to the lack of supporting facilities, inconsistent maintenance, low community participation, and fragmented management being the inhibiting factors.

. The evolution of regulations related to Rooftop Solar Power (PLTS) utilization in Indonesia reflects changes in the government's approach to solar energy usage. From the Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 49 of 2018, which underwent several revisions, to the issuance of Minister of Energy and Mineral Resources Regulation No. 2 of 2024, there has been a significant transformation in policy orientation. While initially aimed at promoting the adoption of Rooftop Solar Power at the community level, the latest regulations emphasize more on governance and the overall development of the renewable energy industry. The removal of incentives, such as the electricity export-import mechanism and adjustments in carbon economy regulations, may have negative impacts on the economy and attractiveness of Rooftop Solar Power for the public. However, these adjustments also have the potential to create a more robust ecosystem for the overall growth of the renewable energy industry. As part of efforts towards achieving national renewable energy targets, these regulatory adjustments are expected to encourage innovation in more environmentally friendly energy technologies and increase public participation in the transition towards more sustainable energy sources.

How Christian teachings teach human responsibility to protect and care for the environment, by citing biblical teachings that support sustainable social justice. This can also include efforts by churches and Christian communities to promote ecological practices and promote some of their missions. In the context of Christian teachings, it is important to explain that the concept of environmental responsibility comes from the belief that God created the universe and empowered humans to protect it (Genesis 2:15). This encourages Christians to take responsibility for their actions towards nature and living creatures. Many Christian denominations emphasize the importance of preserving the environment as part of their moral and ethical obligations. They view environmental destruction as a violation of God's obligation to protect the earth. Awareness of the importance of the environment is a process that must be initiated for the survival of future generations, so that it is not affected by irresponsible human behavior today. The aim of environmental education is to introduce different values and clarify concepts in order to develop the attitudes and skills needed to understand and appreciate the interrelationships of humans, culture and the biophysical environment. The aim of this research is to dig deeper into the development of environmental awareness in Christian education.
