Technology and globalization have triggered increasingly fierce competition in the workplace, including in local government, such as Maros Regency. In the context of public service, improving employee performance is crucial, especially at the Public Service Mall, to provide effective services to the community and achieve competitive advantage. This study aims to analyze the influence of motivation and training on employee performance. The research method used is an associative quantitative approach involving 100 respondents. The research instrument was a questionnaire that had been tested for validity and reliability. Data analysis was conducted using descriptive analysis and correlation, while hypothesis testing was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed a negative influence of motivation and training on employee performance with an R-Square value of 0.114. The limitation of this study lies in its scope, which only covers one government office in Maros Regency and does not consider other variables or moderators that may affect employee performance more comprehensively.

This research aims to analyze management policies and management performance on green accounting with green economy and corporate social responsibility disclosure as intervening variables. The research method uses a descriptive quantitative research design. The research data utilizes financial reports of pharmaceutical sub-sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2022. The population used in this study is pharmaceutical companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2018 to 2022. Sample selection is done using purposive sampling method, resulting in a sample of 9 pharmaceutical sub-sector companies out of a total population of 11. The statistical data processing tool in this study uses SmartPLS software with outer model analysis consisting of convergent validity, construct reliability and validity, and discriminant validity. The inner model analysis in this study is used to test the hypotheses that have been made. The results obtained in this study indicate that the hypothesis testing directly shows only the green economy significantly influences CSRD, while management policies do not have a direct effect on green accounting, green economy, CSRD, or management performance. Additionally, management performance does not affect the green economy, green accounting, or CSRD, and the green economy does not affect green accounting or CSRD. Indirect hypothesis testing results show that the green economy cannot intervene in management policies or management performance on green accounting, and CSRD cannot intervene in management policies or management performance on green accounting.

This research is based on the low numeracy literacy skills of students, which are due to their unfamiliarity with solving numeracy literacy problems and the limited availability of such problems, making it difficult for teachers to provide numeracy literacy problems to students. Therefore, it is necessary to develop math problems that can measure students' numeracy literacy skills. The method applied in this research is Research and Development with the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, Evaluation) without implementing the fourth and fifth stages. The development process starts from the analysis stage, which includes curriculum analysis, needs analysis, and material and problem analysis. After that, in the design stage, a product prototype is designed, and in the development stage, the product is consulted with three experts as validators. Next, the product is tested on students to determine its validity and reliability. The results show that all problems have a validity coefficient greater than , which means that all developed problems fall into the valid category. The developed problems are also highly reliable, with a reliability coefficient of . Therefore, it is concluded that this development research produces 36 AKM-based problems to measure students' numeracy literacy skills in statistics that are valid and reliable.

In education, resilience is an important psychological concept especially for understanding how students cope with stress and challenges in their educational environment. This study focuses on five dimensions that contribute to students' level of resilience, including: perseverence, self-reliance, equanimity, existential aloness, and meaningfull life. Study aims to test the validity and reliability of a scale or instrument that measures the level of resilience in Vocational High School (SMK) students, using Structural Equation Modeling Partial Least Squares (SEM-PLS). This study involved 103 SMK students as research participants. Data were collected through a previously developed resilience scale. Data were analyzed using measurement model and structural model. The analysis showed that the resilience scale has good construct validity, with reliable indicators to measure the desired construct. The reliability of the instrument was also found to be high based on the calculated Cronbach's alpha coefficient. This study makes an important contribution to understanding the resilience of vocational students and validating an instrument that can be used to effectively measure this concept in an educational context. Practical implications of the findings include the development of more targeted educational programs to enhance students' resilience, so that they can face learning and life challenges more readily and effectively.

The Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) faces various challenges in ensuring secure communication, authentication, and data integrity due to its distributed nature and evolving threat landscape. To address these issues, this paper proposes the integration of blockchain authentication as a robust solution to enhance security and reliability in IIoT networks. By leveraging Federated Learning with blockchain technology, the proposed solution aims to improve authentication mechanisms by training models across multiple edge devices, increasing fault tolerance, and adaptability while reducing the risk of single points of failure. The use of blockchain technology ensures a tamper-proof and transparent ledger for securely storing authentication data and model updates, enhancing security and integrity in IIoT networks. The results and analysis demonstrate that the integration of Federated Learning and blockchain technology effectively addresses interoperability issues, performance optimization concerns, and security vulnerabilities within IIoT networks, offering a more efficient, secure, and scalable authentication alternative.

The aim of the research is to determine the effect of implementing Audio Visual Learning Media on science learning outcomes by conducting experiments on class VIII students at MTs Qotrun Nada Depok. The research model used is an experimental method with analysis of the mean difference between two samples. The sample used was 40 students from classes VII.1 and VII.2 as the experimental class and 40 students from classes VII.3 and VII.4 as the control class. Research data to test the hypothesis comes from test scores on Measurement Materials and quantities. The instruments used are validity and reliability. The results of the research are the results of learning science using Audio Visual Learning Media (experimental class), with an average score of 72.30 with a median of 70.59; mode 68.42; variance 177.07; and standard deviation 13.31. It can be concluded that students' science learning outcomes provide good results. The science learning outcomes of students who did not use Audio Visual Learning Media (control class) obtained an average score of 50.85 with a median of 43.75; mode 47.17; variant 190.85; and standard deviation 13.81. This shows that students' science learning outcomes provide quite good results. So it can be concluded that there is an influence of Audio Visual Learning Media on science learning outcomes. From the research results, it was found that tcount = 7.13 was higher than ttable = 1.996 at a significance level of 5%, so H0 was rejected and H1 was accepted. This means that there is a significant difference between students' science learning outcomes taught with Audio Visual Learning Media. Keywords: ,
