One of the problems that often arise in an agreement is default, which can result in the creditor experiencing losses due to the debtor being in default. . In the first trial, the judge usually offers a peace deed. When agreed by the parties, a Deed of Peace is issued by the court. The judge's decision of peace deed has binding power for litigants and there is legal certainty and has executive power, namely the power to carry out what is stipulated in the decision by force by state instruments. Likewise with the decision of the District Court No. 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr. The problem is whether the decision number 29/Pdt.G.S/2019/PN.Unr can be appealed or cassed, how will it be resolved if the defendant in the peace deed does not comply with the contents of the deed. This research uses a normative juridical research type, which is carried out by studying legislation, theories and concepts related to the problems to be studied. From the results of the analysis, it is concluded that the legal force of the peace deed is regulated in Article 1858 of the Civil Code and Article 130 paragraphs (2) and (3) of the HIR. This Peace Deed is essentially irrevocable. Cancellation of the Peace Deed may be requested, if its contents are contrary to the law. The legal basis for the Supreme Court Decision Number 454 K/Pdt/1991. The Plaintiff and the Defendant must comply with the contents of the Deed of Reconciliation, because it is a mutual agreement. The Deed of Peace cannot be appealed or appealed. The legal basis is Article 130 paragraph (2) of HIR. If the defendant does not comply with the decision of the Peace Deed, it can be executed by force through the court. Badan Wakaf Indonesia (BWI) merupakan organisasi yang dibentuk untuk membantu memajukan pengelolaan tanah wakaf di Indonesia. BWI dapat membentuk perwakilan di provinsi, kabupaten atau kota sesuai dengan kebutuhan. Kecamatan Rangkasbitung merupakan salah satu wilayah yang berada di bawah naungan BWI perwakilan Kabupaten Lebak. Pendataan tanah wakaf di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung saat ini belum terorganisir dengan baik. Masih banyak tanah wakaf yang belum memiliki akta wakaf dan belum dikelola dengan baik. Hal ini menimbulkan kesulitan dalam pencarian lokasi tanah wakaf tersebut. Untuk membantu penyelesaian permasalahan tersebut maka perlu dibangun aplikasi Sistem Informasi Geografis (SIG) Pemetaan Tanah Wakaf berbasis Web di Kecamatan Rangkasbitung. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam membangun sistem ini adalah prototype. Aplikasi ini dirancang berbasis web dengan menggunakan framework Codeigniter, GeoJSON dan LeafletJS, untuk database menggunakan MySQL. Hasil dari analisis persebaran ini berupa peta digital web untuk pengetahui informasi lokasi tanah wakaf secara lebih tepat, sehingga dapat membantu untuk melakukan pencarian lokasi tanah wakaf menjadi lebih mudah. The use of young jackfruit which has low prices and abundant production is only as a basic ingredient for making traditional foods. Considering the benefits and nutritional content of young jackfruit, it is necessary to innovate the manufacture of young jackfruit cream soup with fusion techniques. The research objectives are 1) to know the process of making young jackfruit cream soup using fusion technique; 2) knowing the formula and thickening agent for young jackfruit cream soup; 3) find out the community's acceptance of young jackfruit soup cream. The experiment was carried out three times by making cream soup with 3 different thickeners, namely wheat flour with a roux system, pumpkin and potatoes. The experiment was carried out to obtain the best formula. The experimental results show how to make young jackfruit with fusion food processing techniques, starting with material selection, weighing ingredients, boiling young jackfruit, making spices, sauteing spices, boiling all ingredients, sorting bones, thickening with, wheat flour/ pumpkin/potatoes and blending. soup, filter soup. The right formula for young jackfruit cream soup is young jackfruit 120 g, pumpkin thickener 40 g(531)/roux flour 20 gr (351)/ potato 40 gr (253), 50 ml liquid milk, 2 g salt, 10 g onion, 4 g granulated sugar, 5 g margarine, 500 cc water and 140 g claws. The three experimental products were tested hedonic by 10 semi-trained people and code 531 was preferred because it has the characteristics of creamy soup with a creamy texture, savory taste, light brown color, and has the aroma of young jackfruit mixed with milk.

The result of this study is there is a positive and significant effect of ethics health workers partially on patient satisfaction, there is a positive and partially significant effect of partially Service Quality on patient satisfaction, there is a simultaneous positive and significant effect of ethics health workers and Service Quality on patient satisfaction.

By looking at the problems contained in STMIK Rosma Karawang, a program is needed. To create a program requires a method. The method used is a waterfall as a software development method. The proposed database design is a DFD (Data Flow Diagram). Implementation of the program using Android Studio. With the design of the program is a solution to solve problems that exist in the presence system at STMIK Rosma Karawang, and can achieve an effective activity in supporting activities at STMIK Rosma Karawang.

The use of computer technology is more likely to meet the information needs of customers. Medical device information system at PT. MERAPI UTAMA PHARMA Semarang based on the web is expected to be useful, because with the information via the web like this, customers can place orders remotely and know the amount of stock available so they do not have to come directly to PT. MERAPI UTAMA PHARMA which can take a long time, and by using the web makes it easier for customers to place orders quickly by minimizing the risk of errors in writing item codes.

Indonesia is an agricultural country that has great potential for the development of tropical fruits, horticultural crops and vegetables. Vegetables are important foods that are needed by the body because they contain nutrients needed by the body. However, some sweet potatoes that contain nutrients have not been adequately studied and utilized, including sweet potato (Ipomoea batatas L) from the Convulvulaceae family (Suparman, 2007). Sweet potato plants (Ipomoea batatas L) from 1968 until now have been widely produced, even Indonesia was the fourth largest country that produced sweet potato plants.The objectives of this study were: 1) Knowing the process of making purple sweet potato Gel candy; 2) Knowing consumer acceptance of purple sweet potato Gel candy products; 3) Knowing the nutritional content of purple sweet potato Gel candy. The methods used in this research include literary, documentation, experimental, organoleptic, hedonic and nutritional content methods. The resulting data is then processed and evaluated and then presented in tables and diagrams with in-depth explanations.The results showed that the best formula composition is found in code 472 The characteristics of the purple sweet potato gel candy produced are sweet and sour taste, candy aroma, solid chewy texture, light purple color. The panelists' acceptance of the making of purple sweet potato gel candy through the hedonic test results showed that the most favored by the Panelists were the product code 472 with a composition of 60 grams of sweet potato, 75 grams of gelatin, 75 grams of sugar, 1 gram of himalaya salt.

ABSTRAK Sebagai langkah untuk mengoptimalisasi pengumpulan dana ZIS, dibutuhkan sebuah strategi untuk mempermudah donatur dalam menyalurkan dana zakat, infaq, dan sodaqoh. Sebagai sistem pembayaran nontunai yang praktis, Qris dijadikan media pengumpulan dana ZIS oleh BAZNAS Provinsi Bali dalam upaya meningkatkan minat para donatur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah (1) Bagaimanakah strategi pengumpulan dana ZIS melalui sistem berbayar nontunai Qris dalam meningkatkan minat donatur di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali? (2) Bagaimanakah sistem berbayar nontunai Qris mendukung strategi pengumpulan dana ZIS di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali? (3) Bagaimanakah cara menyelesaikan faktor penghambat dari pengumpulan dana ZIS melalui sistem berbayar nontunai Qris di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali? Adapun tujuan penelitian ini adalah (1) Untuk mengetahui strategi pengumpulan dana ZIS melalui sistem berbayar nontunai Qris dalam meningkatkan minat donatur di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali, (2) Untuk mengetahui Qris menjadi pendukung strategi pengumpulan dana ZIS di BAZNAS Provinsi Bali, (3) Untuk mengetahui penyelesaian dari faktor penghambat strategi pengumpulan dana ZIS melalui Qris. Untuk menguju validitas keabsahan data: (1) Kekuatan pengamatan, (2) Triangulasi dan, (3) Referensi. Untuk teknik analisa data meliputi: (1) Reduksi data, (2) Penyajian data dan, (3) Simpulan atau verifikasi.. Hasil akhir dari penelitian ini adalah BAZNAS Provinsi Bali dalam menyebarkan Qr Code Qris melalui media offline milik mereka yaitu: Majalah dan brosur. Adapun yang melalui media online mereka lakukan pada: (1) Broadcast Whatsapp; (2) Instagram; (3) dan juga Facebook. Upaya BAZNAS Provinsi Bali dalam meningkatkan minat donatur yaitu dengan cara: (1) Membuat donatur nyaman dengan mendoakan mereka setelah berdonasi; (2) Membangun kepercayaan mereka melalui label BAZNAS sebagai lembaga pemerintah dan melakukan publikasi terhadap pelaporan keuangan mereka. The objectives of this study are (1)To find out the strategy of collecting ZIS funds through the Qris non-cash paid sistem in increasing the interest of donors in BAZNAS Bali Province, (2) To find out Qris is a supporter of the ZIS fundraising strategy at BAZNAS Bali Province, (3) To determine the resolution of the inhibiting factors of the collection strategy ZIS funds via Qris. This research method uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. Informants will be selected using a purposive technique. Collecting data obtained based on facts and data in the field. Data sources are primary and secondary data sources through data collection techniques: (1) Observation, (2) Interview, and (3) Documentation. To validate the validity of the data: (1) The power of observation, (2) Triangulation and, (3) Reference. Data analysis techniques include: (1) data reduction, (2) data presentation and (3) conclusion or verification. The final results obtained in this study explain that BAZNAS Bali Province distributes Qr Code Qris through their offline media, namely: magazines and brochures. As for what they do through online media on: (1) Broadcast Whatsapp; (2) Instagram; (3) and also Facebook. The efforts of BAZNAS in Bali Province in increasing the interest of donors are by: (1) Making donors comfortable by praying for them after donating; (2) Build their trust through the BAZNAS label as a government agency and publish their financial reporting. The author hopes that this research will add libraries and tools for developing science.

Diskless server is a cluster computer network which uses SSH (Secure Shell) protocol to grant the client an access to the host's directory and modify it's content so that the client don't need a hardisk (Thin Client). One way to design a diskless server is by utilizing "Linux Terminal Server Project", an open source-based script for Linux. However, using Linux has it own drawback, such as it can't cross platform for running an aplication based on Windows system which are commonly used. This drawback can be overcomed by using a compatibility layer that converts a windows-based application's source code. The data which will be monitored is the compatibility layer implementation's result, and the throughput, packet loss, delay, and jitter. The result of measurement from those four parameters resulting in "Excellent" for throughput, "Perfect" for packet loss and delay, and "Good" for jitter.

Penerapan EWS yang baik diharapkan akan terjadi penurunan mortalitas, penurunan angka kejadian code blue, peningkatan admisi HCU, penurunan admisi ICU, dan penurunan length of stay pasien. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui adanya hubungan penerapan sistem National Early Warning Score (NEWS) denganpenilaianmortalitas pasien di Intalasi Gawat Darurat Rumah Sakit TK.II Robert Wolter Monginsidi Manado. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan Deskriptif Analitik dengan pendekatan Cross Sectional dimana variable independen dan dependen diteliti secara bersamaan. Sampel responden sebanyak 20 orang dengan menggunakan total sampling. Pengumpulan data menggunakan lembar observasi. Di analisa dengan uji statistic Chi Square. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada penerapan sistem National Early Warning Score (NEWS) dengan penilaian mortalitas pasien di Intalasi GawatDarurat Rumah Sakit TK.II Robert Wolter Monginsidi Manado dengan nilai ? < ? atau 0,031 < 0,05. Kesimpulan penelitian ini ada hubungan penerapan NEWS dengan penilaian mortalitas pasien di instalasi gawat darurat Rumah Sakit TK.II Robert Wolter Monginsidi Manado. Saran penelitian ini diharapkan pihak Rumah Sakit dapat meningkatkan penerapan NEWS sehingga dapat meningkatkan mortalitas pasien.

STEKOM College which has branch campuses in several places. Employee performance appraisals are carried out by superiors and branch campus coordinators using Ms. Excel. The results of the performance assessment are sent to the staffing department via e-mail. The personnel department will recap the results of the performance appraisal to be conveyed to the leadership. This assessment process takes a long time and tends to be inefficient. In this study, a web-based Employee Performance Appraisal System was developed that can be accessed online by relevant appraisers at the central campus and STEKOM branch campuses. The System Development Method uses a Research and Development (R&D) approach. Assessment elements include 6 (six) aspects, namely: Service Orientation, Integrity, Commitment, Discipline, Cooperation and Leadership. The results of the performance appraisal of educators (lecturers) apart from being used internally as a measurement of lecturers' work behavior, can also be used externally for the assessment of work behavior when the lecturer makes Employee Performance Targets (SKP), as well as being used to assess the performance of education personnel. System modeling uses the Unified Modeling Language (UML). Making the source code program using the Hypertext Preprocessor (PHP) programming language with a web-based MySQL database using Notepad ++ software. The results obtained from the use of the employee performance appraisal system, performance reports can be obtained more quickly, making it easier for the staffing department to obtain data on employee performance appraisals effectively and efficiently.

Penjualan yang tidak menentu setiap bulannya, membuat perusahaan kesulitan dalam menentukan target penjualan pada awal tahun dan juga dalam menentukan top product di tahun tersebut. Dengan masalah tersebut, perusahaan membutuhkan solusi yang dapat meramalkan penjualan di tahun mendatang, serta menentukan tipe rumah apa yang bisa menjadi top product hingga penjualan paling sedikit, sehingga dapat memperbaiki kualitas rumah dan menguntungkan perusahaan. Peramalan penjualan atau forecasting adalah metode analisa perhitungan dengan hasil perkiraan peristiwa di masa depan yang membutuhkan data masa lalu sebagai referensi dan memakai pendekatan kualitatif ataupun kuantitatif. Forecasting yang digunakan dalam hal ini menggunakan metode Double Exponential Smoothing. Selain di ramalkan penjualannya, juga dilakukan proses perangkingan produk perumahan terbaik yang dihitung menggunakan metode simple additive weighting (SAW). Dengan menggabungkan forecasting dan perangkingan produk, diharapkan mampu mengatasi salah satu masalah penjualan yang dialami oleh perusahaan Citragrand Semarang. Kedua metode ini dibuat dengan berbasis website yang dibangun dengan bahasa permrogaman PHP dan framework Codeigniter sebagai server program. Hasil dari sistem ini yaitu Sistem Pendukung keputusan dan peramalan dengan tujuan mendapatkan hasil top product dan peramalan penjualan untuk tahun berikutnya.

QR Code is a two-dimensional matrix code or barcode that comes from the word "Quick Response", where the contents of the code can be deciphered quickly and precisely, Optimizing the use of applications in this case QR code to facilitate monitoring and control of promotional materials in the field which will help merchandiser to help make it easier to do work in the field and directly connected to the admin computer at the head office, so it will be easy, fast, and accurate.

(2) Whether the decision is free from legal charges based on case No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Cassation Decision No.898 K / Pid.Sus / 2008 can legal remedies be made? The type of research used in this research is the type of normative legal research on certain legal events. The application can be realized through concrete actions and legal documents, the results of the application will create an understanding of the realization of the implementation of the normative legal provisions that have been studied properly or not. Based on the results of research and discussion is a decision based on case No. 942 / Pid. b / 2005 / PN.Smg which uses Law No. 31/1999 jo. UU no. 20 of 2001 as a basis for conviction, in the judicial process it turned out that the elements of the articles charged by the Public Prosecutor were proven proven, but because the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II were carried out at the orders of their superiors, based on article 51 paragraph 1 of the Criminal Code, so that the actions of Defendant I and Defendant II cannot be held accountable by Defendant I and Defendant II because it is an act to carry out a position order given by his superior, namely the Mayor of Semarang and was decided to be released from the lawsuit. Against the decision to release based on the District Court Decision No. 942 / Pid. B / 2005 / PN.Smg Jo. Perfect globalization connects the entire digital community, one of which is a business sector called E-COMMERCE.E-COMMERCE has a difference from conventional sale and purchase agreements and brings different legal consequences and there are also some problems that are not yet commonly describedthis is a problem that is not immediately anticipated to cause problems in the future. Based on the description, the research is carried out with the title: “SALE AND PURCHASE AGREEMENT VIA INTERNET E-COMMERCE IN TERMS OF CIVIL LAW ASPECTS”.                The formulation of the problem in this study is: (1) What is the validity of the SELLING BUY agreement through the internet if it is involved with Article 1320 of the Civil Code? (2) What is the legal consequence if there is a default in the purchase agreement through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? (3) Solution if there is a default in buying transactions through the internet (E-COMMERCE)? The method used is a normative juridical approach. To approach the problem in this study the author uses descriptive analytical research specifications. Data collection uses secondary data. The method of presenting data in this study was carried out in a descriptive manner. The analysis used in this sketch is qualitative descriptive.             The results of the study indicate: (1) The validity of the agreement through the internet must have the same validity as the agreement that can be proven and in accordance with the provisions in Article 1320 BW. (2) The legal consequences of wanprestasi are compensation. the wanprestasi can be in the form of agreement fulfillment, contract fulfillment and compensation, ordinary compensation, cancellation of the agreement.(3) Solution if there is a wanprestasi in the sale and purchase agreement through: Litigation, Non Litigation, online site (kredibel.co.id, lapor.go.id, cek rekening.id), report directly to the police station and report to the bank.

The purpose of this research is to implement the internet of things (IoT) system into a food court place to reduce its service time and cost. The IoT will handle the security and the payment of this self-service food court. Thus, there will be no need for waiter and cashier employees. We created a mobile and server side application and also a food container boxes equipped with the IoT devices to handle this food court service operations. Each food container has a quick response (QR) code for its identification. These food containers only can be opened by smartphone through the food court app by scanning the container’s QR code, while the IoT system will get the user identification and measure how many foods that the buyer took. Then, the payment will be handled back through the mobile application.

Weather forecasts are made by collecting as much data as possible about the current state of the atmosphere (particularly the temperature, humidity, and wind) and using an understanding of atmospheric processes (through meteorology) to determine how the atmosphere evolves in the future. There are several reasons why weather forecasts are important. It forewarns the people about future weather conditions so that people can plan their activities accordingly. It warns people about the impending severe weather conditions and other weather hazards such as thunderstorms, hurricanes, and heavy rainfalls. Thus far, accurate weather predictions have been able to save the lives of many. At its core, Twitter is a real-time public broadcast channel. These characteristics make Twitter a natural platform for public safety communication and early-warning systems.  Furthermore, Twitter became an essential source for up-to-date meteorological data and agency announcements. OpenWeatherMap processes all data in a way that it attempts to provide accurate online weather forecast data and weather maps, such as those for clouds and preciptations Besides, we will use Phyton programming language to get real-time weather data from OpenWeatherMap and post the information to our social media Twitter. Finally, OAuth and Tweepy are a very powerful library that enables the Python code to communicate with Twitter. Tweets about the weather could prove useful to anybody wanting to use it.  

Vigilantism itself is an offense that still often occurs in the community around us. This violates the provisions of article 170 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code, article 351 paragraph (2) and (3) of the Criminal Code, article 354 paragraph (1) and (2) of the Criminal Code. Violations of vigilantism are not justified because it is as if the community as the perpetrators of vigilantism ignores the legal process in force in Indonesia. Then there needs to be protection for the suspect or victim of vigilantism even though he is a criminal. It aims to achieve justice and legal processes in this country. The formulation of the problem of this research is What are the factors - factors that cause the occurrence of vigilante actions, How is law enforcement against perpetrators of vigilante acts (Study in the Legal Area of ​​the West Semarang District Police). The type of research used in this study is juridical normative. The research specifications are analytical descriptive. This study uses two sources of cracked data: primary data and secondary data. The method of presenting data in research is done in a descriptive way. The analysis used in writing this thesis is qualitative. The results showed that, the factors that caused the act of vigilantism were spontaneous arising from a group of people who came from social pressure factors, lack of public trust in law enforcement officials, lack of knowledge of people who conduct vigilante about the law and busy people capture the moment of vigilante with a cellphone rather than having to break up. Law enforcement against perpetrators of vigilante conduct (Studies in the Legal Area of ​​the West Semarang District Police) by conducting, overcoming, and minimizing the occurrence of vigilante acts both from the policy of penal policy (repressive) in accordance with article 27 paragraph (1) of the 1945 Constitution, article 170 paragraph (1) and (2) KUHP, article 351 paragraph (2) and (3) KUHP, article 338 KUHP article 354 paragraph (1) and (2) as well as non-penal (preventive) is done by conducting counseling to the community in the area - areas considered to be the scene of vigilantism and carrying out routine patrols.   Keywords: Factors, Enforcement, Self-Performing Judges.
