Stunting is a condition of failure to thrive in children, in Indonesia it is still a serious problem with a fairly high prevalence. The government is trying to reduce stunting rates with various health programs, and early detection through routine measurements is very important. This research uses the Extreme Gradient Boosting (XGBoost) algorithm to classify stunting status in children under five years. This study uses a relevant dataset containing anthropometric information on children, such as gender, age, birth weight and length, current weight and length, and breastfeeding status. The research stages include dataset search, preprocessing, classification, evaluation, and implementation in a local web-based prediction program. The XGBoost algorithm was chosen because of its advantages in speed, scalability, and efficiency. After preprocessing and data sharing, the model was trained and tested, resulting in 86% accuracy, 89% precision, 95% recall, and 92% F1-score. Evaluation using the confusion matrix and classification report shows that this model is quite effective in classifying stunting status.

. In the city of Surabaya, a large number of female online ojek drivers face problems such as prejudice, non-disclosure, and dangerous working conditions. While there are laws against violence, the quantity of sexual incidents suggests a lack of consistency in their application. By providing skills development, legal support, and psychological counseling, the Gerakan Sayang Perempuan Ojek Online (GASPOL) initiative seeks to strengthen safety and self-determination for female online ojek drivers. This research uses descriptive qualitative methodology and collects data through observation, documentation, and interviews. William N. Dunn developed evaluation criteria for the GASPOL program, which include effectiveness, efficiency, adequacy, alignment, responsiveness, and accuracy. The GASPOL program met the needs of the participants, was efficient in using resources, and effective in improving the safety and competence of women drivers. In addition, the program was sensitive to feedback from participants and successfully distributed benefits equitably. Despite the success of the program, there are still challenges that influence public opinion, such as gender bias. To increase acceptance of women drivers, more outreach and education is needed.   Keywords: , , , , (Times New Roman, size 10 font Italic)

It is very important for vocational school students to understand data processing so that they can improve their performance in the industrial sector. As a strategy for preparing vocational school students for the world of work, training in using Microsoft Office Excel 2013 for data processing is very useful. At SMKN 1 Praya Tengah, students are involved as partners in this training. The program begins with a pre-test to measure students' initial abilities, followed by scheduling training with partners, creating material based on pre-test results, implementing training, and closing with an evaluation of learning outcomes. The results show students' ability to use various formulas in Microsoft Office Excel 2013 to process data. This Community Empowerment Program involves delivering education on handwashing techniques and raising awareness about the dangers of drugs to children living in the Ar-Ridho Orphanage. Consisting of three stages, namely planning, implementation, and evaluation, this service successfully generated enthusiasm among the participants during the delivery of the materials and handwashing practice sessions. Good information absorption occurred because the material was tailored to their age. Socialization about drugs was also conducted with the aim of providing understanding of their dangers and encouraging them to stay away from drugs from an early age. This activity combines delivering material about drugs with interactive games and quizzes, strengthening the children's understanding of the risks of drug abuse. The results are expected to enhance their understanding and foster a spirit to stay away from drug abuse. Throughout the socialization process, the participants showed enthusiasm both when listening to the material and when practicing proper handwashing. This is because of the use of strategies, methods, and media tailored to their age, allowing participants to understand the socialization material well during this service. Therefore, there is a need for ongoing supervision from the caretakers at the orphanage to ensure the absorption of the taught material.

This research explores the vital role of business legality in supporting the growth and sustainability of Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Indonesia. Through a combination of interview and direct observation approaches, we investigate the challenges faced by MSMEs in obtaining appropriate business legality and its impact on market access and financing. The findings indicate that a lack of understanding of the importance of business legality, complex licensing processes, and the need for specific requirements are major obstacles for MSMEs, especially those operating at the micro and small levels. Furthermore, we conclude that complete and legally valid business legality forms a solid foundation for the growth of MSMEs, enabling broader access to formal markets and financial resources. The approach of mentoring in obtaining the Business Identification Number (NIB) emerges as an effective solution in assisting MSMEs in overcoming challenges related to business legality. Comprehensive mentoring programs, ranging from education about the registration process to practical assistance in gathering required documents, provide much-needed support for MSMEs like Bu Siti in navigating complex registration processes. Evaluation and feedback, as well as effective information dissemination, also prove crucial in increasing MSMEs' awareness and understanding of licensing procedures and the benefits of having complete business legality. Thus, collaborative efforts from various parties can help create a more conducive environment for the growth of MSMEs in Indonesia.
