Khatmil Qur'an is a culture in various Islamic boarding schools that study the Qur'an, but the agenda of each pesantren is different in line with the tradition of the pesantren. Interestingly at the Al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school, there is a cultural carnival that presents various cultural attributes from various regions in Indonesia. So this article aims to find answers to the big question, "how is Islamic education based on religious moderation through expressions of cultural carnivals on the haflah khatmil Qur'an agenda at the Al-Asya'ariyyah Islamic Boarding School, Wonosobo". Through field research it was found that the cultural carnival at the al-Asy'ariyyah Islamic boarding school was used as a strategy for the pesantren to provide education to the community, that cultural essences needed to be preserved because they conflicted with religion. The fact that the Koran actually instructed the Prophet Muhammad to teach Islam in a gentle and tolerant way. Thus, the expression of cultural carnivals in Islamic boarding schools is the maturity of the scholars in presenting the Qur'an and hadith as part of the embodiment of religious moderation-based education.

A woman's nature is to conceive and give birth. So when they get married they are required to have children. When they do not have children, there are stigmas that society gives to these women without seeing the cause. Such as barren women and less perfect women. This is called prejudice because it is not based on adequate knowledge, experience or evidence. Such conditions are inseparable from the social construction of women's gender roles, when a woman does not get pregnant, she will be stigmatized and reprimanded by family and society. Society will more often give a negative label to married couples who do not have children, especially to women who are the center of motherhood without seeing the causal factors or conditions that are being experienced by the married couple. In this study, researchers used qualitative research, with the research location in Sungai Besar Village, Lingga Regency. Determination of informants by pupose sampling, namely a sample that is chosen deliberately by considering that the selected informants are considered capable of providing the information needed. The informants in this study totaled sixteen informants, informants from married couples who did not have children, families and the community of Sungai Besar Village, Lingga Regency. Stunting is a lack of nutritional intake with a long duration, starting from pregnancy to 24 months. The prevalence of stunted children recorded at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control, and Family Planning Office increased by 1.3% in 2020 to 3.49% in 2021 and 3.91% in 2022. Based on these data, it can be seen that there has been an increase in stunting cases in Tanjungpinang City. The problem that will be the focus of discussion in this study is how to implement stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office. This study aims to analyze the implementation of stunting prevention programs in the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office. The research approach used in this study is explained using a qualitative approach. The theory used by researchers in implementation uses Soren C. Winter's theory which includes indicators: the behavior of relationships between organizations, the behavior of lower-level implementors (apparatus / bureaucrats) and the behavior of target groups. The implementation of the stunting alleviation program at the Tanjungpinang City Health, Population Control and Family Planning Office has been going well, but it is still not optimal. This is because there are still people who do not know about stunting, socialization carried out by puskesmas officers and posyandu cadres has not been thoroughly carried out. However, the response from the community itself is very good or positive, this is because puskesmas officers continue to provide assistance and check regularly. The commitment made by the health Office in collaboration with the Ministry of Religious Affairs made an MOU so that these brides-to-be get IEC (Educational Information Communication) and with the formation of the Stunting Reduction Acceleration Team at the Tanjungpinang City level, this is nothing but an effort to reduce stunting rates in Tanjungpinang City.

This study aims to determine the state of political literacy of the Keboansikepl community, as well as to understand the role of the KPU in the context of the state of political literacy. This study uses a qualitative-descriptive approach, to reveal phenomena related to political literacy based on the results of research documents conducted by the Sidoarjo Regency KPU. as well as information from informants from the KPU of East Java Province. The results of the study conclude that the state of political literacy in the Keboansikep community is still very limited only to literacy related to the electoral process and does not reflect education that is oriented towards strengthening the system of understanding and actualizing the rights and obligations of citizens. The new political education is carried out by the KPU through socialization activities, technical guidance (technical guidance) and voter education which it will carry out in the context of the agenda for the stages of the election that will be held as election organizers. The state does not yet have an educational program to improve systemic and sustainable political literacy. The disappointment of the voting community towards the attitude and performance of the leaders and representatives of the people from the general election results in an anomalous phenomenon where the public is known to have knowledge and understanding of politics but it is not consistent with their attitudes and behavior. In political education, the KPU plays a role in conveying information about the election events it holds and providing political education to the public which is only limited to the electoral context for the sake of increasing the percentage of voters turned out and decreasing the percentage of invalid votes

Ibn Khaldun's thoughts on the philosophy of Islamic education reflect his valuable contribution in understanding the role of education in the formation and advancement of civilization. In his famous work, "Muqaddimah," Ibn Khaldun expresses a rich and relevant view of education in the Islamic context. Ibn Khaldun considers education as an important element in the formation of individual character and civilization. For him, Islamic education must include moral, ethical, and spiritual dimensions. Ibnu Khaldun argues that early education has a central role in forming the foundation of social life, and emphasizes the importance of providing good education to children from an early age. Apart from early education, Ibn Khaldun also recognized the importance of formal education in forming educated individuals. He recognized the value of knowledge and expertise in community development, and suggested that educational institutions such as madrasas and universities should provide knowledge that is scientific and skill-based. However, Ibn Khaldun also stressed the importance of experiential education in Islamic thought and understanding. He emphasizes that direct experience in social and political interactions brings a deeper understanding of the dynamics of society. According to him, this experience enables individuals to gain wisdom and contextual understanding which is crucial in understanding and applying Islamic teachings in everyday life. In his thoughts, Ibn Khaldun made education a means to achieve social justice and progress of civilization. He recognized the importance of acquiring knowledge and skills, but also emphasized the need for solid moral and spiritual education. For him, Islamic education must combine religious teachings with scientific understanding and practical experience to create individuals who are committed to the good and benefit of humanity.

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational capital on the firm life cycle. The sample used is a manufacturing company listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2009-2017 period, with a total of 580 observations of data from 116 companies and using a purposive sampling method. This study uses the independent variable organization capital which is proxied by OC/TA and the dependent variable company life cycle which is proxied by the dummy life cycle classification based on cash flow, retained earnings to total assets, and retained earnings to total equity. In addition, the control variables used are company size, market-to-book ratio, leverage, return on equity, company sales growth, capital expenditure, and asset turnover ratio. The analysis technique used is multinomial logistic regression. The results showed that organizational capital has a significant effect on the firm life cycle, where companies with high organizational capital are in the introduction and decline stages, while companies with low organizational capital are in the growth and maturity stages. Development requires quality human resources (HR). This human resource can act as a factor of labor production that can master technology so as to increase economic productivity. To achieve quality human resources requires the formation of human capital (human capital). The formation of this human capital is a way to obtain a number of people who have strong characters who can be used as important capital in development. This character can be in the form of level of expertise and level of community education. The concept of human capital investment that supports economic growth has existed since the days of Adam Smith (1776), Heinrich Von Thunen (1875) and other classical theorists before the 19th century who emphasized the importance of investment. human skills. Schultz (1961) and Deninson (1962) then showed that the development of the education sector with human resources as its core focus has contributed directly to a country's economic growth, through increasing the skills and productive capabilities of the workforce.  These findings and perspectives have stimulated the interest of a number of experts to research the economic value of education (Nurulpaik, 2005). Human capital is a stock of productive abilities and knowledge found in society. Alfred Marshal once said "the most valuable of all capital is that invested in human beings" (Becker, 1975). In this case human capital is a long-term investment in the development of human resources to increase productivity. The importance of human capital is that the knowledge that exists in human resources is the driving base in increasing productivity. Human capital can be distinguished from human resources management, but can also synergize. Human capital views humans more as intangible assets and human resources management views humans as costs or costs that are detrimental to the company. The concept of human capital emerged, due to a shift in the role of human resources. Human capital arises from the idea that humans are assets that have many advantages, namely human capabilities when used and disseminated will not decrease but increase both for the individual concerned and for the organization, humans are able to transform data into meaningful information. The concept of innovation has been continuously developed by a number of experts and institutions in the last 50 years. This is based on Resource Based Theory (Barney, 1991). In the perspective of Resource Based View (RBV), internal resources and the internal environment are the main keys for determining strategies to achieve high performance (Hitt et al., 2011). Resource Based Theory (RBT) focuses on the concept of attributes of excellence that are difficult to imitate as a source of superior performance and competitive advantage (Barney, 1991). Resources based theory is the company's resources as the main driver behind the company's performance and competitiveness. Based on this resources based theory, an organization can be assessed as a collection of physical resources, human resources, and organizational resources (Barney, 1991). Barney (1991) categorizes three types of resources: Physical capital resources (technology, plant and equipment) Human capital capital (training, experience, and insight), and Organizational resource capital (formal structure)

Community service carried out by tertiary institutions should be able to carry out the functions of developing, implementing and utilizing educational and research darma products. Even though until today there are still many tertiary institutions that still misinterpret community service, in fact, the people who are targeted ultimately have a wrong perception of the tertiary darma program, where people think they get assistance for free. This ultimately forms the perception that community service activities that have been carried out by PTN and PTS, tend to lead to community service activities which are carried out free of charge. The purpose of this writing is to explain theoretically how the concept of community service really is and how it is implemented in the midst of society. Based on the discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that tertiary education services to the community as an institutional implementation of science, technology and arts and culture through scientific methodology so as to accelerate the rate of growth in achieving national development goals.
