The development of society during the colonial period experienced many difficulties for the Indonesian people. Where, during the colonial period the Indonesian people were very miserable where at the time of colonization there was colonialism and imperialism led by Europeans in the archipelago. Apart from the Europeans, there were also the Japanese who colonized Indonesia.In historical records, there are several countries that have occupied Indonesia, namely the Netherlands and Japan. These countries have systems or efforts to achieve their goals, such as during the Dutch colonial period the Dutch carried out a monopoly on the spice trade because Indonesia's natural resource wealth was so abundant and also the location of the Indonesian state was on the path of world trade which made European nations are interested in coming to Indonesia. Meanwhile, during the Japanese period, people were made into forced laborers. This forced labor made many Indonesian people sick and even died from malnutrition. Indonesian society is very influential on the social development of its people, with that there are stages of the formation of a society such as 1. There is a group of people 2. Having a permanent residence in an area or place that has a long term 3. With a long period of time it produces a culture such as values, knowledge and mutual understanding of other cultures.This research uses library research, which is useful for analyzing, studying, and finding things related to research. What is known as library research. Library Research is where someone uses the library to find data that will be examined. The purpose of this research is to find out more about the social development of society during the colonial period.

The Covid-19 pandemic has had a significant impact around the world, including in the health, social, economic and political fields. Therefore, implementing strategic management is very important in dealing with this pandemic. Strategic management is the process of planning, organizing, controlling, and making decisions in achieving long-term organizational goals. In the context of the Covid-19 pandemic, strategic management must be directed at efforts to minimize the negative impact of the pandemic, while maximizing the potential benefits that can be gained from this situation. The implementation of strategic management in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic can be done in several ways, among others, the first is Strengthening the health system: The first step in dealing with the Covid-19 pandemic is to strengthen the existing health system. This includes increasing hospital capacity, increasing the availability of medical equipment, and increasing the number of available medical personnel.

Introduction : Hypertension is a non-communicable disease which is a serious health problem because its prevalence continues to increase. Hypertension often does not show signs and symptoms, so it is often called the silent killer of death and is one of the main triggers for diseases such as heart disease, stroke and kidney disease. Method: Research design is a strategy used in research to achieve the goals of the researcher. The research design of the Nursing Final Scientific Work is pre-experimental with the pretest-posttests one group design approach. Results: showed that before giving Progressive Muscle, the blood pressure of Client 1 was 160/100 mmHg, Client 2 was 150/100 mmHg, and Client 3 was 180/100 mmHg. And after being given juice for 3 consecutive days, the blood pressure of client 1 was 130/100 mmHg, Client 2 was 130/90 mmHg, and Client 3 was 140/100 mmHg. Conclusion: The overall evaluation results after nursing actions are carried out, namely observing that the patient's blood pressure decreases, the patient can feel pain independently, as well as health education for patients and their families. Families can care for patients suffering from hypertension

Garbage is defined as waste that has a solid form originating from human and animal activities that are not utilized. This study aims to find out how the waste management system is with the existence of a waste bank in the Kedungsoko Village, Tulungagung Regency. The research technique used is by means of observation, field surveys, interviews and literature studies. The result of this research is that waste management at the Temporary Disposal Site (TPS) of Kedungsoko Village is carried out properly through the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank. The management stage is divided into the Waste Collection Stage, the Waste Processing Stage, and the Product Marketing Stage. Management constraints are limited tools so it is necessary to cooperate with partners. Overall management at the Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank is running effectively and is able to provide benefits to the surrounding community. The Makmur Banksa Garbage Bank can be used as a guideline for waste management for the community because of good and effective management.

In an effort to increase productivity to ensure smooth production processes, it is necessary to implement an appropriate maintenance system to reduce production machine downtime. The purpose of company maintenance is to keep production machines in good condition so that production operations can run efficiently and effectively. PT Yale Woodpallet Indonesia is a company in Indonesia that produces wooden pallets (wood pallet). This company often experiences problems with damage to machines due to suboptimal machine maintenance because the maintenance system is carried out to repair damaged components with new components resulting in downtime. Among these problems, this study aims to determine maintenance intervals to minimize maintenance costs by using modularity design and age replacement methods. Based on the analysis of the results obtained, it is known that the modularity design and age replacement methods can achieve optimal component replacement intervals for pallet machine components is 30,000 minutes, rotary screening components are 33,200 minutes and hopper components are 33,200 minutes. The total maintenance cost per year is Rp. 2,115,610,959, -. compared to the company's maintenance costs which have a value of Rp. 2,668,692,000, the maintenance system using the modularity design and age replacement method is more efficient by 1.27%.

The Review of the DPR's Check and Balances Constitution on the Prerogative of the President in Appointing State Officials discusses the role of the DPR in limiting the president's prerogative in appointing state officials in Indonesia. The research was conducted using a normative approach with a focus on examining relevant laws and regulations. In practice, there are still deficiencies in the system for appointing state officials in Indonesia, where the DPR is often less active in limiting the president's prerogative and only giving approval without conducting a more in-depth evaluation of candidates for state office. Although efforts have been made to strengthen the mechanism of checks and balances in appointing state officials during President Jokowi's administration, there are still challenges and obstacles that need to be overcome, such as the lack of openness and transparency in the selection of candidates for state officials. Therefore, close collaboration between the government, DPR and civil society is needed in strengthening the check and balance mechanism in the appointment of state officials in Indonesia, in order to create a more transparent, accountable and high integrity appointment system for state officials.

Angkot is one of the conventional forms of transportation that is often used by the public for mobility because the prices are affordable with a variety of routes and a lot of cargo. We can find Angkots easily in various city centers with units that are often many so they can be easily found. But at present, conventional transportation and online transportation, giving rise to many policies and also considerations from various parties involed in contributing betwen online and conventional parties. In all aspects, online transportation is far superios in all aspect, online transportation is far superior in all respects and in line with the deveplopment of the current era of globalization. So that the party that suffetrs the most is conventional transportation because with the times that continue to roll, angkot drivers need to survive and find solutions by taking rationalist actions to maintain the existence of angkot. Actions ned to be taken not only by the angkot driver as a party involed in this dynamic, but the intervention of the local goverment and also the trasportation agency is very important for the contribution of the angkot to balnce the social system in society. So that rationalist actions and also the role of local goverment are very important in supporting conventional transportations operations.

This study aims to determine the environmental impact and natural damage from the production activities of the industrial sector grouping the areas of Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency for public health in managing environmental cases of alleged waste pollution and natural damage in Mojokerto Regency. The method in this study uses a qualitative approach through observational data collection techniques and also uses a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. According to (Kitchenham & Charter, 2007) SLR is the process of identifying, evaluating, and interpreting all research evidence to answer certain research questions. The results showed that grouping industrial production activities had an impact on the provision of jobs and also infrastructure development in Ngoro Subdistrict and also had an impact on the environment such as waste that was disposed of polluting the watershed and causing fish to die due to contamination of the waste content and polluted residents' well water. In handling these impacts, it is expected that industrial companies in Ngoro can carry out routine monitoring and evaluation activities to see developments in environmental and community conditions, in this case the implementation of policies related to handling the impacts of industrial production activities carried out by companies for public health, especially around Ngoro District, Mojokerto Regency.

CV. Daya Patra Sentosa is a company that produces paving. Of the several types of products available, T6 paving, T8 paving, and hexagon paving are the types of products with the most demand. CV. Daya Patra Sentosa has problems in production scheduling, namely there are frequent delays in product delivery because they do not yet have an optimal production scheduling system and still use FCFS rules. The purpose of this study is to provide alternative production scheduling suggestions in order to obtain optimal production processing time and prevent delays in product delivery. These problems are solved by the method of Campbell Dudek Smith and Palmer. These two methods are compared to find out the production process time and get the optimal choice of production time. The calculation results show that the application of the method applied by the company, namely FCFS is 12342.9 minutes, the Campbell Dudek Smith method is 11953.9 minutes, and the Palmer method is 12023 minutes. It can be seen that the Campbell-Dudek-Smith method provides a shorter time of 389 minutes (3.15%) to the company's schedule.

The purpose of this research is to analyze the law of democracy in the implementation of presidential and regional elections in a presidential system country. This research method is normative juridical research with the basis of research using a statutory approach. The results of this study are that the Presidential System, especially in Indonesia, is still often weakened by the provisions of public office and the constitution on the powers of the head of state and the law, supervision in the general election system must certainly be carried out as cleanly as possible in order to create leaders who really have high integrity.

Superior companies need good management, including supply chain management which must also run well to prevent things that have a negative impact on the company. Good supply chain management provides advantages for companies, one of which is for AirAsia so that valuable resources are needed. This research discusses what the ERP system looks like at AirAsia and how this ERP system can maximize supply chain performance that is currently running. This research uses a type of qualitative research and data analysis was carried out using a qualitative descriptive technique. The conclusion drawn from the results of this research analysis is that the ERP system has succeeded in improving the performance of supply chain management at AirAsia so that it is effective in increasing efficiency in AirAsia's own operations as a low-cost airline with the best quality in the world.

Rule of Law is a basic principle in a legal system where the law applies equally to everyone, including the government and citizens, and no person or party is excluded from the law. It also emphasises that legal decisions must be based on existing laws and must be implemented fairly and consistently. The law is the highest norm that binds all other legal norms, thus becoming the foundation for state power and legal regulation within a country. The rule of law and the law are closely interrelated in a country's legal system. In a well-functioning legal system, the rule of law and the law work together to create justice and security for all citizens. The rule of law helps ensure that the government does not abuse its power or violate the rights of individuals. The purpose of this research is to analyse Law No. 11 of 2008 which has been amended into Law No. 19 of 2016 regarding Electronic Information and Transactions (ITE Law) which is not in accordance with the principles of The Rule of Law and how this ITE Law can reflect the principles of The Rule of Law. This research method is library research. The results of this study are the development of technology and information today makes the government then issue Law Number 11 of 2008 (ITE Law) concerning the use of technology as well as information, ITE Law prohibits all forms of criminal acts that violate using technology and information, such as information disseminated will get bad treatment for the community. In practice in Indonesia, there are several cases that contradict the principle of The Rule of Law, for example, the ITE Law can cause confusion due to the increasing total every year of technology and information users, so the use of technological facilities is also increasingly widespread plus the ITE Law until now has not been widely socialised to the public.

This study aims to find out the model of waste handling in Ngampel Kulon village, Ngampel District, Kendal Regency, the purpose of this study is to find out the impact of handling waste management using a waste bank system, the method of this research is field research, meaning that the data used as a reference in this study are field facts that are directly related to the research site,  The results of this study are known that the waste bank system developed by empowering Karang Taruna has been able to make a positive contribution to the community to care about the household waste produced, then other results explain that handling the waste can help the economy of villagers, although not too large a contribution, in terms of education, sanitation, economy, social and culture, in terms of education,  from the efforts of educating citizens to carefully select garbage and know . environment.

The purpose of this writing is to identify, study and analyze procedural diversion for children in conflict with the law in the Juvenile Criminal Justice System. In this paper the author uses the normative juridical method. In the conclusion of the discussion, children who are in conflict with the law are considered as legal subjects who are not competent and do not understand what they are doing. Investigation of child cases is carried out by investigators appointed by Decree of the Head of the Indonesian National Police or other officials appointed by the Head of the Indonesian National Police. If the Diversion succeeds in reaching an agreement, the Investigator will submit the Minutes of Diversion along with the Diversion Agreement to the head of the district court for stipulation. Meanwhile, if the Diversion process fails, the Investigator must continue the investigation and transfer the case to the Public Prosecutor by attaching the Minutes of Diversion and minutes of community research. Arrested children must be entrusted to the LPKS. The cost for each child placed in the LPKS is borne by the budget of the ministry that administers government affairs in the social sector. The role of diversion as an effort to protect the rights of children's rights is expected to solve the problems of children who are in conflict with the law. When a child is faced with a formal criminal justice process, it is certain that the child will lose his freedom. By diverting, the freedom of children is still guaranteed, and the deprivation of independence for them can be avoided. Diversion is a very meaningful effort to provide protection for children who are in conflict with the law so that they can fulfill the basic rights of children.

The purpose of this research is to describe implementation of the strategy of the principal by building teacher collaboration, as well as the result of character enhancement in improving the character of student islamic Al-Anwar Bunder Pancoran Bondowoso. The research method used is with a qualitative approach that result narrative data in the form of natural explanations. Methods of data collection using observation, interview, and documentation. While the method of analysis uses an interactive model analysis method. Meanwhile the presentation of the data by drawing a conclusion, and to get the validity of the data using data validity with triangulation techniques. Based on research results, then it can be found that strategy of the madrasa principal in improving the character of student islamic Al-Anwar Bunder Pancoran Bondowoso school namely through teacher cooperation strategies, as well as parets, this collaboration can be through social media, or through the advice of the teacher. As well as character that is implanted in the form of a religious character, honest, and disciplined, because these characters can print student sho have noble character, who has a quality personality, have an awereness of discipline and likes to practice the sunnah of the prophet that is to have a balance of morals and knowledge.

The goal of this development is to create a sales system that is responsive, intuitive and integrated with the inventory system. The development method used includes analysis of user needs, responsive user interface design, and integration with an accurate inventory system. The result of this development is a website-based Sarto Sapi kiosk sales system that is equipped with product search features, shopping carts, and a secure online payment system. This system also allows kiosk owners to manage and update products, as well as track sales and financial reports. The output of this development is increased operational efficiency and growth of the Sarto Sapi kiosk business through the adoption of modern website technology..
