This literature study examines how Online Customer Reviews influence Purchase Decisions at ShopeeFood. To gather more information about the items to be purchased and reduce the risks and negative impacts received when making online purchases, customer reviews can be used as a reference. This literature study aims to analyze and synthesize previous research findings regarding the role of online customer reviews on purchasing decisions and identify other factors that influence online customer reviews on purchasing decisions at ShopeeFood. This study was conducted using a literature reflection method that analyzed various related sources. The results obtained from this study indicate that online customer reviews have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at ShopeeFood.

The purpose of this research is to see how the Literacy Warkop location influences student buyer interest at Sultan Ageng Tirtayasa University (Untirta). Factors such as comfort, accessibility and atmosphere were studied through a survey conducted by twenty students. In this current era of globalization, a coffee shop is not only a place to enjoy coffee, but also a place to interact socially and intellectually. It is hoped that the location of the literacy shop near the library or academic building will increase student accessibility and comfort. The research results show that students' buying interest is greatly influenced by the right purchase location. The buyer's desire to buy something which is influenced by internal and external factors is called buying interest. This research helps business people determine location placement methods to attract student attention. Therefore, location maintenance is very important for the success of literacy warkop in attracting student customers.

This article discusses the effect of digital advertising on consumers' purchasing interests, focusing on Angkringan Sedulur in Pekanbaru. This study shows that informative, attractive, and easily accessible digital advertising can increase consumers' purchasing interest, although its influence is still relatively weak compared to other factors. Through a case study of Shopee and Tokopedia users, it was found that effective digital marketing strategies can increase brand awareness and encourage purchasing. Therefore, Angkringan Sedulur is advised to develop innovative and relevant digital advertising, as well as utilize social media to reach more customers. This study emphasizes the importance of regular evaluation of the effectiveness of digital advertising to increase sales and customer loyalty.

Globalization and increasing competition cause companies to compete with each other to get the attention of consumers, so that companies are required to be innovative and creative in responding to various changes in the dynamic environment. The main objectives of this study are to determine and analyze the significant influence between Product Quality and Brand Image on Customer Satisfaction on Nike Basketball Shoes. This research was a quantitive research using IBM SPSS Statistics 25 for analytics. The sampling technique used was using accidental sampling techniques. Online questionnaires were distributed to 100 respondents in a population of Malang City who were a student, self employed and coach as main job. The results of this study indicate that the higher the Product Quality and Brand Image, the higher the Customer Satisfaction. Each variable partially affects Customer Satisfaction and shows that Product Quality and Brand Image variables affects Customer Satisfaction. It also shows that Product Quality  and Brand Image simultaneously have a positive effect on Customer Satisfaction. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that the Product Quality and Brand Image variables have effects on Customer Satisfaction.

The purpose of this study is to ascertain how customer satisfaction at the Honda Sinar Wijaya Motor Kediri dealer is impacted by factors such as location, pricing, and service quality. Quantitative research is what this kind of study is. Primary and secondary data are the methods of data collecting that are employed. At the Honda Sinar Wijaya Motor Kediri Dealer, 77 respondents provided samples for the study through the use of the incidental sampling technique. Literature reviews, interviews, and questionnaires were used to gather the research data. Multiple linear regression analysis is the method of analysis that is employed. The t-test of the service quality variable showed a significant partial influence on customer satisfaction with a sig result of 0.001 <0.05, and the study's multiple linear regression equation was Y = 19,414 + 0.375X1 + 0.521X2 + 0.291X3. With a sig value of 0.001>0.05, price has a strong partial impact on customer satisfaction. With a sig. value of 0.017>0.05, location has a strong partial impact on customer satisfaction. With a significance value of 0.000 <0.05, the F test yielded the F count result. According to the analysis's findings, customer satisfaction at the Honda Sinar Wijaya Motor Kediri Dealer is significantly impacted by pricing, location, and service quality all at the same time.

Current technological advances have made the need for information technology very necessary. With the existence of web-based geographic information system technology, it can help PT. Telkom Indonesia Tbk Prabumulih City Branch to digitize every Indibiz customer and target area for Indibiz products. The aim of this research is to create a web-based Indibiz customer mapping information system and to improve technician performance in matters concerning Indibiz. The research method used is descriptive qualitative, the Waterfall method as a system development method and UML as a design tool. The application was built using a website with the php programming language, a mysql database, and printing data using pdf files.

PT Astra International BMW Semarang is a company operating in the automotive sector with 3 supporting pillars, namely Sales, Aftersales and Spare Parts for BMW car units. The availability of spare parts is one of the determining factors for consumer satisfaction with the company because if the spare parts stock is empty it will cause consumer disappointment with the company. By using spare parts sales transaction data for the period January 2019 – June 2023, totaling 52,162, it will be utilized using data mining association techniques with the a priori algorithm and the eclat algorithm. The problem in this research is how to find out consumer purchasing patterns so that there is no shortage or empty stock of spare parts in the warehouse. This research aims to determine the association of spare parts purchasing patterns in sales transactions so that partman get recommendations in making decisions about providing priority types of spare parts. This research methodology uses CRISP-DM (Cross-Industry Standard Process for Data Mining) and is implemented with the R programming language with R studio software. In 3 trials using the Apriori algorithm and 3 trials with the Eclat algorithm, The result with the highest confidence appears in a combination of 3 itemsets with minimum support 0.01 and confidence 0.9, namely if a customer buys B11.42.8.593.186 (Set oil-filter Mx) and B83.12.5.A1A.683 (Washer Cleaner) then they will also buy Z99000000333 ( BMW Engine Oil) with confidence 1.00 or 100%. From the results of this association's analysis, it can be used as advice for the management of PT Astra International BMW Semarang in managing spare parts stock.

This study aims to analyze the sentiment of iPhone product reviews fromAmazon using the BERT (Bidirectional Encoder Representations from Transformers) model to classify reviews as either positive or negative. The dataset, sourced from Kaggle, includes text reviews and star ratings, where high ratings indicate positive sentiment and low ratings indicate negative sentiment. After text preprocessing steps, including data cleaning, tokenization, and sentiment labeling, the BERT model was fine-tuned for sentiment classification, with the data split into training, validation, and test sets. Evaluation results demonstrate that the BERT model achieves a high classification accuracy, with an accuracy rate of 93.9% and a balanced F1 score between precision and recall. Confusion matrix evaluation also indicates that the model consistently identifies both positive and negative sentiments. This study shows that Transformer-based models like BERT are highly effective in understanding customer opinions in e-commerce, with broad application potential for data-driven decision-making in marketing strategies and product development.

The main function of operations management is to create quality products or services, at efficient costs, at the right time, and in accordance with market demand. This research is quantitative research that works with numbers and the data is in the form of numbers which are then analyzed using statistics to test hypotheses or to answer specific research questions and to make predictions. This research approach is explanatory research where data collection is carried out simultaneously in one stage (one shot study} or in a cross-section through a questionnaire. One of the main impacts of operations management what is good is increasing the efficiency of the production process by designing and managing efficient production processes, companies can optimize the use of available resources, reduce waste, and increase output without increasing significant costs. Effective operations management has a significant impact on various aspects of company performance, including operational efficiency, cost control, product quality and service, and customer satisfaction. By implementing good operations management principles, companies can increase their competitiveness, reduce waste, and improve the customer experience.

This research aims to evaluate and examine the authority of banks in protecting customers from banking crimes based on Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 21 of 2011 concerning the Financial Services Authority which still does not fully cover the principle of justice. This research also aims to reconstruct the legal role of banks in providing protection to customers from banking crimes with the principle of justice. The approach method used in this research is a normative legal approach (normative juridical), which refers to legal research that uses analysis of library materials or secondary data. The results show that banking, as an institution that relies on public trust, must provide guarantees to the public. Banks must also be able to maintain the confidentiality of information regarding customers and their savings. Therefore, it is important to continue to supervise and develop banking institutions so that they can function efficiently, fairly, competitively, and can maintain and protect funds deposited by customers.

This study aims to determine and analyze the application of the balanced scorecard method as a benchmark for performance measurement at CV. Sumber Pinus Jaya. The research method used is a qualitative method, because this study does not aim to prove a hypothesis but rather aims to reveal facts and circumstances that occur at the time of the study. From the results of the discussion, it shows that the balanced scorecard method translates performance measures that have four indicators, namely in the financial perspective shows fluctuating numbers, the customer perspective shows good results, the internal business process perspective shows that the company has carried out an innovation process such as the concept of making furniture following current developments, the growth and learning perspective shows good company performance conditions because it can improve the quality of its employees. From the discussion above, it can be concluded that the use of the balanced scorecard method can be used as a benchmark for the success of a company. In order to be applied properly to the company, improvement efforts are needed both internally and externally.

This research aims to explore people's preferences in choosing between conventional and Islamic banks, focusing on the factors that influence customer decisions. The research method uses a descriptive qualitative approach by collecting primary data through Google Form questionnaires and secondary data through literature studies. The results show that although 80% of respondents understand the differences between conventional and Islamic banks, 83% still choose conventional banks. The main reasons include ease of infrastructure access, wider ATM availability, and integration with educational institutions and workplaces. Interestingly, 63% of respondents cite religion as a key consideration, and 70% consider the usury aspect of bank selection.Islamic banks are considered to have the advantage of applying the principles of fairness, transparency, and avoiding usury. However, obstacles such as limited ATM networks and lack of cooperation with companies are the main challenges in attracting customers.The study suggests Islamic banks to expand their networks, improve public education, and develop more innovative financial products that still comply with sharia principles.

The research results show that the combination of these factors significantly influences purchasing decisions and customer loyalty. This research aims to analyze the influence of micro and macro marketing environments on the business strategy of Epson, a global technology company focused on innovation and sustainability. With a qualitative approach through the literature review method, this research examines various literatures from relevant national and international journals, including the works of academics such as Hendra Riofita. The micro marketing environment, which includes customers, suppliers, competitors, and distribution partners, is analyzed to understand its direct relationship with Epson's business operations. Meanwhile, macro-environmental factors such as technological developments, regulations, and socio-cultural changes are evaluated as external elements that influence the company's strategy. The analysis results show that Epson successfully utilizes innovation, digital marketing, and a sustainability-oriented approach to face global market challenges. The combination of these strategies allows Epson to maintain competitiveness, build customer loyalty, and strengthen its brand image.

This study aims to analyze the strategy of improving employee performance at PT XYZ, a state-owned company that plays a vital role in the provision of electricity in Indonesia. In the context of increasingly fierce competition and increasing customer demands, SWOT analysis is used to identify the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats facing companies. The results of the analysis show that internal strengths, such as technical expertise, can be leveraged to develop more innovative products and services. This study also emphasizes the importance of improving service quality as a key factor in increasing customer satisfaction. Thus, the recommendations produced are expected to assist PT XYZ in formulating an effective strategy to achieve its business goals. The results of this research make a significant contribution to the development of human resources and the improvement of company performance.

This program aims to increase the income of MSME housewives through innovation and modification of donut topping products. This program is designed to empower housewives with new skills in making and marketing more interesting and varied donuts. Through training and mentoring, it is hoped that housewives can improve the quality of their products, attract more customers, and ultimately increase family income. The method used to develop the Skills Training Program is the Participatory Action Research (PAR) approach. This approach involves the active participation of SME owners, namely housewives, as program stakeholders. Data collection techniques include interviews, surveys and observations, while the data collected will be analyzed qualitatively by coding data and compiling narratives to identify relevant problems and solutions. The result of this work, namely the UKM skills improvement program for housewives, is a comprehensive initiative that involves the active participation of UKM owners and stakeholders. This includes technical, managerial, financial and financial literacy training to increase production and competitiveness of SMEs. The program also covers aspects such as information technology, social skills, environmental sustainability and collaboration to empower SMEs as a whole. With this holistic approach, it is hoped that SMEs can develop and contribute to local economic growth and have wider market opportunities, especially for housewives in general.

 Ships with efficient port time reflect success in various aspects such as port operations, including time management, coordination between related parties, readiness of facilities and equipment, and workforce reliability. These efficiencies not only benefit port operators and shipping companies, but also contribute to smooth logistics supply chains, lower costs and increase economic competitiveness. Researchers determine 2 (two) types of data, namely secondary data and primary data, which will be processed through interviews and literature. By knowing each of the port time components above, we can understand the key to increasing operational efficiency, reducing costs, and ensuring smooth port and ship operations. The approach used in this study is to conduct training and workshops involving professionals in the field of digital marketing. This study shows that social media optimization can be the key to increasing the competitiveness and success of MSMEs in the digital era.
