The quality of a product is one of the most important factors in increasing the competitiveness of a product. Total Quality Management is an approach used in running a business to maximize the competitiveness of an organization through continuous improvement of its services, products, processes and environment. Total Quality Management according to Josep M. Juran Quality is the suitability of a product use (Fitness For Use) which is to meet customer needs and satisfaction. Josep is often referred to as "the Father of Quality" by using the concept of the Quality Trilogy thinking, namely Quality Planning, Quality Control and Quality Improvement. Integrated quality management (Total Quality Management) has success in the business world and impacted on other organizations including educational institutions to implement it. But there is still much debate about TQM applied in management education. Total Quality Management (TQM) needs to be done in every activity of the organization, so that the goals of the organization can be achieved and the investments made have not been in vain. With TQM, it can also be used to assess the ability of existing human resources (HR) to plan human resource improvements and organizational strategies in MTs Nurul Fajri.

Habituation in education is very much needed because psychologically, students model more behavior or figures they idolize, including their teachers. Habituation is also no less important in learning activities. This is because any knowledge or behavior gained by habituation will be very difficult to change or eliminate it so that this method is very useful in educating children. Moral development activities for students are carried out at Dharma Wanita Sumberrejo Kindergarten through the habituation method of learning Islamic Religious Education (PAI). The research method used is a service method that describes the phenomenon that occurs as it is, data sources are obtained through school leaders, teachers and parents of children. The analysis is carried out with reference to the stages of tabulation, coding and giving meaning to the data. The results of the service show that the implementation of child moral development through the habituation method already contains the main teachings of Islam, namely Akidah (faith), Sharia (Islamic) and Akhlak (Ihsan). The method of habituation given by means of getting used to the behavior or moral attitude of the child repeatedly and continuously. In addition to the habituation carried out by teachers in schools, the role of parents is actually important for children's habituation in practicing Islamic teachings that have been taught through habituation in schools, but this role will not be maximized when parental involvement is not full on the development of children's behavior and morals.

In choosing the right learning model, a teacher must pay attention to students' abilities and choose a learning model that can motivate them to learn and develop their potential so they can overcome problems in life. Problem-Based Learning is considered a learning model that can help students maximize their potential and develop skills in solving problems in everyday life. This study aims to critically analyze the application of problem-based learning models in the field of study of Islamic Religious Education. Through a literature study approach, this study focuses on a critical analysis of the basic concepts, principles, and procedures for applying the Problem-Based Learning method in learning Islamic Religious Education. The results of the research show that in order to implement PBL in the learning process, teachers should follow the procedures or implementation stages. The procedure for implementing PBL is divided into several steps, namely: problem orientation, organizing students to study (in groups), investigation or data collection, developing and presenting work results, and finally; evaluation and reflection.

This research is motivated by the achievement of work targets for employees of PT. MAS Silueta Indonesia Semarang which has not been maximized. This study aims to analyze leadership style (X1), work discipline (X2), and work environment (X3) on employee performance (Y) in the Office of Supervision and Service of Customs and Excise Middle Type Tanjung Emas Customs. The analytical method in this study is Multiple Linear Regression. Samples were taken using saturated sampling techniques, namely a number of 130 respondents. The results showed that leadership style has a positive effect on the performance of employees at PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. Work discipline has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. The work environment has a positive effect on the performance of employees of PT. MAS Silhouette Semarang. Based on the results of the research, suggestions can be given to improve the work leadership style at PT. MAS Silueta Semarang by frequently providing stimulus in the form of bonuses for those who excel and awards or promotions. Improving employee work discipline by evaluating employee discipline periodically. Give rewards to disciplined employees and threaten those who are not disciplined Improve the quality of the work environment because based on research the work environment does not affect employee performance. If the quality of the work environment has been improved, it is likely that employee performance will also increase.

The quality of coconut sap (nira) is a significant aspect of the manufacturing of palm sugar. Coconut nira deteriorates fast, and handling nira in the field is challenging due to the long duration of the tapping process, and coconut trees are high, making it tough to reach. The use of natural preservatives to nira help in the preservation of its quality prior to processing. The objectives of this study are to 1) develop a natural coconut nira preservatives formula from mangosteen yellow latex and 2) evaluate the dose of preservatives necessary to maximize nira's shelf life. The study employed a randomized complete analysis with four preservative concentrations of 0%, 1%, 1.5%, and 2%. and four different storage durations: zero hours, six hours, twelve hours, and twenty-four hours.  Chemical analysis of pH, total acid, total sugar, and reduced sugar was performed, as well as sensory evaluation. The study concluded that yellow mangosteen latex can help in the preservation of coconut nira. Preservative concentrations of 1.5% and 2% are still acceptable in 12 hours of storage. While a concentration of 1% is allowed for storage of up to 6 hours. If no preservatives are applied, nira should be processed shortly after harvesting. Nira's quality is deplorable after 24 hours of storage.

In this study, an electric motorcycle has been successfully designed using a 48 V 25 Ah Lithium Polymer Battery. With the advantages possessed by this battery, it is hoped that it can help get a high level of efficiency during testing. This battery will later bear the burden of a BLDC motor with a power of 3 KW. In this test, 2 tests were carried out, namely with and without load. The results obtained are the efficiency value at no-load is 12.35% at the maximum speed of 40 Km/hour and 17.2% at the same speed under load conditions. With these results, it proves that the faster the motorbike goes, the higher the efficiency value will be due to the smaller torque so that it saves battery power.

Assistance for tahfidz al-Qur'an in Dabung village, the formulation of the problem raised from this research is the effectiveness and maximization of tahfiẓ Al-Qur'an assistance in Dabung Geger Bangkalan village. The purpose of holding this Tahfiẓ al-Qur'an program mentoring activity is to increase the effectiveness and maximize the tahfiẓ al-Qur'an program in Dabung village. Because the program is filled with conveying methods for memorizing the Qur'an properly and correctly. The benefits expected in this service program are: Can be a motivation and additional knowledge for academics to be more active in developing education, Adding patterns of application methods in memorizing the Qur'an in Dabung Geger village. Encouraging the community to be more happy with al-Qur'an Koran. Alternative problem solving is done by establishing a new method in carrying out Tafiẓ al-Qur'an activities in the village of Dabung. The new method used is to divide the implementation time into two parts, as follows: The first is the rote deposit activity (04:30-06:00) and the joint murajaah activity (18:15-19:30).

Family communication that exists is very important in the personality of the child. Therefore, the patterns of communication and interaction carried out by a family are of great concern. The purpose of this study was to read and analyze and find answers to problems in family communication in shaping children's personalities. This research uses family communication factors variables which have four dimensions, namely communication sources, messages, media, and recipients. The approach in this research is a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Population and sample stated 34 people who are elementary school students. The results showed that something was lacking in the factors of family communication carried out by their families. This can be seen in the lowest intentions, namely messages with scientific indicators, while the communication that occurs face-to-face to their families is maximized.

Because to make a company superior, sophisticated technology will not be enough because it will be useless if the technology is sophisticated but users or employees are not competent enough to use the technology. But the current situation is very different, because the virus is rampant in the world, not only in Indonesia, 200 other countries are also infected with the virus, this will certainly greatly affect the work system, teaching system and other systems. Company training and development are disrupted and methods must change with the aim of adapting training and development in a pandemic situation like this. The method used in this study uses qualitative methods and uses a literature review approach. Meanwhile, the target audience is companies that have started using new methods in training and development. By holding research like this, it is hoped that it can become an example for other companies in changing their training methods and development during a pandemic like today

The pharmacy was established with the aim of being able to provide good pharmaceutical services to the community including being ready to provide drug consultation, supply of drugs and pharmaceutical supplies of good quality. Therefore, pharmacies need to innovate in carrying out promotional activities to provide information and attract people to want to buy and become loyal drug consumers. One of the factors influencing a pharmacy is that how the pharmacy can provide consumers to order drugs and receive goods easily, quickly, safely and comfortably. The Community Service Team of STIE AUB Surakarta wants to socialize and train and assist to create a drug consumer satisfaction model through improving the quality of order delivery to expand the drug market in large family pharmacies in Surakarta. The size of this Community Service activity can be seen from the output in the form of 1) Pharmacy survey in improving the quality of order delivery, 2) creation of order delivery models, 3) increased pharmacy market supply, 4) scientific articles. The problems that arise by partners are 1) the quality of drug order delivery has not been maximized, 2) there are no innovations in delivery models, 3) the market is still limited. The stages of the implementation of the service carried out by the team are socializing to the community in the process of ordering and sending drugs at pharmacies in Surakarta, training partners / pharmacies in creating order delivery models and training marketing management theories to partners in order to innovate wider markets. The results expected by the team are customer satisfaction and loyalty. The sprayer is one of the equipments that is often used in agriculture, especially in rice plants to control pests and diseases. The use of the nozzle rod on the electric sprayer still uses hands resulting in the spray distance on the rice being not constant. To answer this problem, the researcher will create an innovative robotic hand holding the nozzle rod on an electric sprayer that will direct the nozzle rod constantly. Servo MG996r as a rectifier of the motion of the nozzle stem which will determine the distance and area of ​​spraying on rice. To achieve maximum dispersion in rice with a 4:1 legowo system with a servo rod length of 50 cm and a spacing between rice of 25 cm, the servo must move forward and backward at an angle of 110° - 180° which can be seen on the LCD and the distance of the nozzle rod on the object can be up and down to 38 cm and up 24 cm from the starting position. The results obtained by the robotic hand holding the nose bridge can work optimally.

The purpose of this research is to promote t-shirt products from Sakukata.co, and to increase customer satisfaction with packaging design using the QFD method. This type of research is quantitative research. The population in this research are customers who have purchased Sakukata.co products at least once. The sample of this research was selected using Linear Time Function and obtained 40 respondents. This study used primary data from Sakukata.co and questionnaires, the data were analyzed using the Quality Function Deployment (QFD) method.The packaging attributes at Sakukata.co consist of the design, dimensions, capacity, shape, strength, and durability of the packaging. The Respon Teknis that must be in Sakukata.co is the packaging design is modern, simple, informative, elegant, and identical to Sakukata.co. The dimensions of the packaging are the same size as the product and can accommodate additional items for souvenirs (during the promo). Maximum packing capacity for 2 products. Ergonomic, and easy to open and close. The packaging material is not easily damaged, and can protect the product when it rains. Packaging design for primary, secondary and tertiary packaging.The results of the partial or simultaneous regression test show that the packaging attributes have a significant effect on customer satisfaction..

The Company has short-term and long-term. In the short term the company aims to maximize current profits, while in the long term it aims to increase the value of the company itself. This research aimed to examine and analyze the effect of profitability, company size, leverage, and CSR disclosure to the value of manufacturing companies listed on the IDX in 2015-2019. While, the sampling collection technique used purposive sampling with 10 samples which fulfilled the criteria. The data analysis technique used multiple regression linear with SPSS (Statistical Product and Service Solutions). In this research, the testing variable of profitability used Return On Asset (ROA), company size used total assets, leverage used Debt to Equity Ratio (DER), CSR used Corporate Social Disclousure Index (CSDI), and the value of the company used Tobins’Q. The research result concluded that: (1) profitability effect the value of the company, (2) company size did not effect the value of the company, (3) leverage did not effect the value of the company, (4) CSR disclosure effect the value of the company. The harmony and integrity of the household can be disturbed if behavior and self-control cannot be controlled, the bad result is negative behavior, namely anger and quarrels which can lead to acts of domestic violence. Likewise, neglect of the household is not a new thing, because the fact is that it often occurs in the reality of society. This study aims to explain the factors that cause household neglect, to explain the legal consequences for the husband who has neglected his wife, and, to explain the efforts that must be made to prevent neglect in the household again. The method used in this research is a normative juridical approach and a descriptive analytical research specification, data collection using techniques such as literature study, interviews, and documentation. The data source that has been used is secondary data. The results of this research indicate the factors that cause household neglect are; do not provide a living, make dependence; the existence of a patriarchal culture in society; low education and knowledge of women as wives. The provisions of the Marriage Law stipulate that the husband must be responsible, if it is violated then legal sanctions will apply. In cases of household neglect, a solution is usually found not to be penalized and not to be fined. Efforts that must be made so that household neglect does not occur again is by car; there must be awareness, there needs to be religious guidance, it is not enough to just provide material but cannot educate his wife well, there must be mental development because a husband to become a leader must be able to lead his wife to a better direction. Legal consequences / sanctions for a husband who has neglected his wife can be punished with a maximum imprisonment of three years or a maximum fine of Rp. 15 million based on articles 49 and 50 of Law no. 23 of 2004 concerning PKDRT. Efforts that must be made so that neglect of the household does not occur again is by means of citizen awareness that neglect is a criminal act, so that law enforcement must continue so that people understand that neglect is a criminal act, from the aspect of marriage there must be socialization from the general public .   Keywords: neglect, wife, violence, household, criminal.

Abstract Solo is a traffic lane for drug trafficking because of its position in the middle. Apart from being a route for drug trafficking, Solo is the city with the highest drug abuse in Central Java compared to other cities. The problem of drugs must be continuously communicated to all components of society, especially among the younger generation. For this reason, the Slamet Riyadi University Community Service Team conducts effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers as team partners so that they have the capacity to inform the younger generation about the dangers of drugs. The purpose of this service is to improve the competence (knowledge, attitudes and behavior) and integrity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers and to increase the communication capacity of Anti-Narcotics Volunteers so that they can work well and professionally, and show maximum performance. The activities carried out are effective communication training for anti-drug volunteers. The output of this service is the journal Senadimas UNISRI. Permasalahan narkoba harus terus dikomunikasikan kepada seluruh komponen masyarakat terutama para kalangan generasi muda. Untuk itu Tim Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat Universitas Slamet Riyadi melakukan pelatihan komunikasi efektif kepada para relawan anti narkoba sebagai mitra tim agar memiliki kapasitas untuk menginformasikan kepada generasi muda tentang bahaya narkoba. Tujuan dari pengabdian ini adalah meningkatkan kompetensi (pengetahuan, sikap dan perilaku) dan integritas Relawan Anti Narkotika serta untuk meningkatkan kapasitas komunikasi Relawan Anti Narkotika agar dapat bekerja dengan baik dan profesional, serta menunjukkan kinerja maksimal. This causes confusion in the community about product specifications which results in a lack of public interest in buying.This research is a type of development research that uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. Meanwhile, for making your own website design using the programming languages HTML, CSS, and Javascript. With the new website design owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal can expand its marketing reach without incurring higher costs, the promotion process is faster, the public is more interested and comfortable to access, as well as the products owned by PT. Nada Surya Tunggal is becoming better known by the wider community.

Irrigation is a land irrigation system by damming water sources. Irrigation as the provision, regulation and disposal of water to support agricultural needs. Irrigation is generally used by farmers, especially farmers in rice fields to irrigate and provide water supply to agricultural land, monitoring water stock in rice fields must be done frequently because rice water needs must be balanced with a lack of water supply or excess water supply in rice fields is not good for rice growth . So far, farmers have monitored irrigation channels manually, the location of the rice fields from the farmer's house often causes rice plants to experience scarcity because the floodgates are not opened when the water supply is running low or experiencing water supply. excess because the floodgates are opened for too long, this will greatly disturb the growth of rice plants. Making a monitoring and control system for irrigation channels using a water level sensor installed on the ESP 8266 microcontroller (Wemos D1), the system uses a programming language c. This tool can be used to open the irrigation door if the water supply in the rice fields is below the minimum limit and will close the water gate when the water supply has reached the maximum limit, the servo motor is used to open and close the floodgates. . . The monitoring results obtained will be displayed to users in real time through the android application interface and will be stored in the form of a text file on the storage media.

The purpose of this research is to find out the effectiveness of the Surakarta City GenRe Program in strengthening civic responsibility. The research method used in qualitative research with a case study method. GenRe Program is able to be a good forum for the formation of adolescent characters, especially in strengthening civic responsibility. This success can certainly be achieved by various factors. As for one of the factors that influence that is related to strategy. Some of the strategies needed are (1) Maximizing SDM by managing GenRe Program services; (2) Establishing and developing PIK R in several regions; (3) Developing the GenRe Program; (4) Increasing the GenRe program partnership; (5) Develop coaching and evaluation periodically. The Internet is creating a new face in interactive communication between sellers, consumers and business partners. This allows the company to be able to interact and work together continuously to be able to develop products, marketing, delivery and maximum service to get customer satisfaction. One type of business that is currently growing rapidly and is very popular with customers is food delivery services including go food, grab food and shopee food. This delivery service will increasingly compete according to the response from customers, influenced by the quality of service. The purpose of this study was to find out how service quality affects customer satisfaction, especially in online- based food delivery applications. The research used in this research is quantitative analysis method. The method used is to collect information obtained from questionnaires. Variable indicators were tested for validity and reliability. In testing this validity using the Pearson Correlation approach. The reliability test in this study used Cronbach, Alpha coefficient. The results of the study explain that the service variable partially has a positive effect on customer satisfaction. The influence of service quality provided by service providers and service partners is very well responded by application users.
