The author chose this data source so that people can be more aware of concerns. There are two objectives in this study, the first is to find out what types of worries are contained in My Name is Khan movie, and the second is to analyze how the main character in My Name is Khan movie struggles against the stigmatization of Islam as a terrorist religion. Improved student learning about simple aircraft material became better. Some models and learning media on simple aircraft material are a reference to teachers in implementing the IPA learning process well and achieving the entire learning plan.

Empirical evidence demonstrates that the manner in which leaders lead and the level of motivation present in the work setting exert a substantial impact on enhancing employee performance. This knowledge provides a valuable foundation for the development of more efficient leadership methods and motivating programs that can be implemented in the workplace.

Apart from making it easier for people to do business and shop, Goto also has a positive impact on the development of the Indonesian economy. Tiktok is also an online platform that influences the development of Tokopedia. Tiktok not only accommodates Tokopedia product branding but is now also one of the sales channels for Tokopedia products on its TikTokshop page. This invites high enthusiasm from economic actors. This research was conducted to find out how GoTo developed after the merger and the influence of the Tiktok and Tokopedia collaboration on the Indonesian economy. The method used is descriptive qualitative so that the data collected is correct based on literature reviews and scientific publications.

This study was conducted at Company X in 2023. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of incentives and intellectual intelligence on the work efficiency of Company X employees in 2023. This research seeks to find out how social criticism is in cyber literature, the Whynesia monologue on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel. This research method uses descriptive qualitative methods. The data used are three cyber videos of Whynesia monologue literature on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel. This research data was collected using the listening and note-taking method. The results of the research show that Whynesia's cyber literary monologue on the Tretan Universe YouTube channel has deep social criticism regarding the phenomena currently occurring. Through the flow of the monologue delivered, the narrator presents a discourse of social criticism regarding social problems that occur in Indonesia. This monologue presents the importance of social criticism which acts as a tool to maintain societal stability. Strong and courageous monologues in conveying criticism, stimulate thinking about the importance of creating stable conditions in society, where people must express their voice or social criticism regarding problems in the environment. The implication of the findings is the importance of social criticism to maintain the stability of society and the importance of new media such as research objects to revive literary works as a medium for social criticism. Therefore, society must fight so that existing inequalities or problems can be voiced to create stability and regeneration of literary works as a medium used in society.

The aim of this research is the importance of maximizing calligraphy in improving maharatul kitabah (writing ability) in Arabic. As is known, calligraphy is the art of beautiful writing. By studying calligraphy, you can easily improve your Arabic writing to be better and in accordance with the rules of Arabic writing. This research explores the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) between workers and PT. Astra Autoparts. Using qualitative methods and a normative juridical approach, this research not only refers to regulations and related literature, but also involves observations and interviews with HRD and contract workers at the company. From an Islamic legal perspective, research emphasizes that PKWT must fulfill the principles of justice, equality and protection of workers' rights. The concept of "fair" (‘adl) is in focus, where respect for workers' rights and prevention of exploitation are key. It is hoped that the PKWT is in accordance with Law No. 6/2023 to create a fair work environment. The research results show that PT. Astra Otoparts has implemented PKWT in accordance with Government Regulation Number 35 of 2021 and Law no. 6/2023 concerning Job Creation. However, there are obstacles such as incompatibility of worker qualifications, lack of understanding of work contracts, lack of understanding of labor laws, and lack of understanding of government regulations regarding PKWT. Therefore, efforts are needed to increase understanding and conformity in the implementation of PKWT in order to create a fairer work environment.

This nearest neighbor classification algorithm is a classification method often used to classify objects based on available data. The application of the KNN algorithm can be carried out in various fields, such as analyzing the feasibility of credit granting, classifying online news materials or diagnosing diabetes. In this article, the researcher uses a literature review research method assisted by a descriptive analysis approach, to analyze the data and by describing the data that has been previously collected where the author describes data that has been obtained from various literary sources such as journals, data and others. This research aims to determine the application of Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling (POAC) in Islamic Business Management. This research uses a qualitative research method with a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach. The existing data sources come from indexed journal literature that has an ISSN (International Standard Serial Number) electronically which has been published via the internet with the code E-ISSN. Data collection was carried out via internet surfing from Google Scholar. The research data population is journals and books that focus on POAC (Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling). The results of this research state that the implementation of planning in Islamic business management must be in line with sharia values, ensuring that business objectives not only benefit the company, but also create social and economic benefits for society as a whole. The application of organizing in Islamic business management involves the creation of a fair and sustainable organizational structure. The separation of duties and responsibilities must reflect fairness, and strategic decisions must take into account their impact on society. Synergy between business interests and general welfare is the main key in the organizing process. The application of actuating in Islamic business management is the implementation of Islamic values in every company action such as work ethics, transparency and honesty and creating fair economic opportunities. The application of controlling in Islamic business management includes continuous monitoring of compliance with sharia principles. This includes ongoing evaluation of business sustainability and fair distribution of profits. Controls also ensure that the business operates in accordance with Islamic objectives and does not involve practices that are inconsistent with sharia law.
