This research was conducted in Gardu Village, Kiarapedes District, Purwakarta Regency, because in this village the practitioners practice sholawat wahidiyah. They routinely carry out mujadah activities (reading sholawat wahidiyah prayers and practicing them). In everyday life, people who practice sholawat wahidiyah also uphold ethical values in social relations. The type of research that will be carried out by researchers is a type of field research, namely by making direct observations in the field with qualitative methods. The form of activity carried out by Sholawat practitioners is the Usbuiyah mujahadah (mujahadah which is carried out once a week). While the social ethics contained in the Teachings of Sholawat Wahidiyah, namely in this teaching besides humans are taught to always increase faith, Islam, and ihsan so as to form akhlaqul karimah. Humans are also taught to relate well to fellow creatures of God, both to fellow humans (society and the surrounding environment) and to the universe.

The importance of education makes someone who lives in society experience growth that is oriented towards safety and the highest happiness in life. "Education is a demand in the life of children's growth, meaning that education is demanding all the natural strengths that exist in children so that they as humans and as members of society can achieve the highest safety and happiness." Apart from making someone achieve safety and high happiness, education will also lead someone to a peaceful life, who has faith and devotion to God Almighty, has noble morals, is skilled, socialist, intelligent and independent. The aim of this research is to determine the implementation of akhlakul karimah students at SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi in the school environment and to determine the supporting and inhibiting factors for the implementation of akhlakul karimah for students in Class XII Hospitality at SMK Negeri 2 Bukittinggi. This research is a descriptive qualitative research. The research location was at SMKN 2 Bukittinggi, the research subjects were teachers and students. This research was conducted in June 2022. Data collection techniques were observation, interviews, and documentation. The data validation technique is technical triangulation and time triangulation. Data analysis techniques are data reduction, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that the Akhlakul karimah students of SMKN 2 Bukittinggi had been implemented at SMKN 2 Bukittinggi. The steps in instilling akhlakul karimah students in the school environment are through habituation, evaluation of school regulations. Supporting factors for akhlakul karimah include the willingness of students, the example of teachers, and the environment. While the inhibiting factor is the lack of environmental student desire, facilities and infrastructure that are less supportive.

Christian Religious Education (PAK) is a divine and human effort carried out systematically and continuously, to transmit knowledge, values, attitudes and skills and behavior that are consistent with the Christian faith. Christian religious education is a joint political activity among pilgrims at a time that deliberately pays attention to God's activities in the present. Thus, it can be said that Christian religious education is very important in transmitting knowledge, values ​​and behavior that are consistent with the Christian faith in realizing the vision of the kingdom of God. According to Andreas, there are 2 research approaches that can be chosen, namely the positivist (quantitative) and naturalist (qualitative) approaches.  "Positivist research relies on quantification in collecting and analyzing data to test predetermined hypotheses." Therefore, researchers use a positivist (quantitative) approach. The design used in this research is a survey. A survey is research where the sample is taken from a population with a questionnaire as data collection. The location of the researcher's research was carried out at SD N Osiloa Kupang Tengah for the 2023/2024 academic year, the research period took place from March - May 2023. Based on research conducted by the researcher on the significance of Christian Religious Education (PAK) Teachers' Efforts towards increasing Passion for Reading the Bible in Class III Students At Osiloa State Primary School. The researcher will provide the following conclusions: Based on the research results, it is known that the calculated rs value in the data obtained is greater than the r table. R calculated = 0.999 and r table = 0.684, which means there is a significant relationship between variable There is a significant relationship between variable X: PAK Teacher Effort and variable Y: Students' Passion for Reading the Bible. Judging from the results of calculating the Terminant Coefficient (KP), it is: KP = r² x 100% = 0.647² x 100% = 41.9%. So PAK Teachers' efforts can influence Shiva's Passion for Reading the Bible by 41.9 percent.  

Basically, if a Christian who serves in government lives outside the control of absolute norms, then he tends to break the rules when carrying out his duties and responsibilities. The Bible teaches that sin is the greatest violation of God's law, so that humans are considered guilty before Him and deserve punishment (Romans 3:23 ; 6:23; Isaiah 59 :2). Acts of corruption are regarded as evil deeds in God's eyes, because they do not meet God's standards in leading (cf. Romans 13 :1-4) and should be God's servants who serve the interests of the people. In principle, followers of the Christian religion are called by God to sit in government with the aim that they can carry out their duties and responsibilities in accordance with the teachings of the Bible. To achieve this, adherents of Christianity are expected to prepare themselves to live in faith and holiness according to the teachings of the Bible. According to the author's opinion, it is very important to build faith from an early age before someone plunges into the world of government. This is so that they can be formed and matured in their faith so that they can become witnesses of Christ in community service. Saint Augustine once said, as Price explained, that if Christians live according to the values of the Bible, then they will show genuine love for others  

The registration of trademarks with the “first to file” constitutive system, adopted by Indonesia, is often abused by trademark owners with malicious intent by first registering their trademarks that are similar to well-known trademarks, knowing that the well-known trademarks have not been registered in Indonesia. This was the case with the “Starbucks” trademark owned by Starbucks Corporation in Decision Number 836 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2022. Starbucks Corporation filed a lawsuit for the cancellation of “Starbucks” trademark in class 34 owned by Sumatra Tobacco Trading Company on the grounds of similarity to a well-known trademark for a different class and the malicious intent to exploit the reputation of the “Starbucks" trademark owned by Starbucks Corporation. The first lawsuit filed by Starbucks Corporation was rejected by the panel of judges, which led to Starbucks Corporation filing a cassation request. The research results indicates that the panel of judges in Decision Number 836 K/Pdt.Sus-HKI/2022 is in accordance with Law Number 20 of 2016 concerning Trademarks and Geographical Indications. The legal consequences for all parties involved in the trademark dispute after the decision are the cancellation of the "Starbucks" trademark owned by Sumatra Tobacco Trading Company from the General Register, the cessation of the use of the "Starbucks" trademark in class 34 by the cassation respondent, and the strengthening of the "Starbucks" trademark owned by the cassation applicant, with its status as a well-known trademark being affirmed.  

The implementation of educational institutions between teachers and students has a very close relationship in improving student achievement. School as an educational institution that seeks to form a generation that is reliable, faithful and pious, has noble character and is skilled through general and religious education and the majority of its students receive religious education from their parents, so that their academic achievement is lacking, seen in the daily behavior of students who often take actions that are violates student rules and there are still those who are not orderly in participating in religious activities, so that teacher strategies in improving student learning achievement are needed to minimize bad acts or morals committed by students. The research approach is qualitative research, with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research are 1) Reflective strategies applied by the teacher in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar which are carried out by: a) the teacher brings different experiences into learning, b) helps students understand the material based on their experience c) the quality of assignments given by the teacher, demands the involvement of thought processes, and requires evaluation, d) the teacher conditions students in a learning environment including facilitators of implementation agendas, space and time of implementation, with a supportive learning environment, achievement student learning will be able to improve properly. 2) the espositoric strategy applied by the teacher in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar, by: a) preparing all material readiness, b) Emphasizing material through lecture and question and answer methods. c) giving a good example or role model to students, 3) heuristic strategies used by teachers in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar by activating a) teaching materials. b) Its implementation is preceded by an appreciation in advance and giving direction on the intent of the material objectives.

This study aims to determine the meaning of visual communication da'wah messages contained in uploads of the Instagram account @qomikin in terms of Charles Sanders Peirce's semiotic analysis in which there are 3 illustrative images of each of the main messages of da'wah namely faith, sharia, and morality so that the total images studied totaling 9 illustrative images. The type and research approach used is a qualitative method with a semiotic analysis approach. The data analysis technique used is Charles Sanders' semiotic analysis. The systematics of analyzing illustrative images includes the selection of illustrative images and then used as signs, then the signs found are then used as objects, and finally the objects that have been found in the illustrative images are interpreted and conclusions are drawn about the meaning of the da'wah messages. Aqidah includes the problem of monotheism which doubts Allah SWT as the provider of sustenance for His servants, thinks too much about worldly problems so that they forget to remember death, and finally, humans are sinners and Allah SWT's forgiveness is so wide for His servants who want to repent. Then the sharia-themed da'wah messages include riya issues or showing off good deeds to others through social media, always being tabayyun towards all news or information received, and finally, gentleness is a measure of the quality of a human being. Then lastly, the moral-themed da'wah message includes the problem of a person whose prayers want to be answered immediately but his obligations to God are not carried out optimally, humans as creatures who like to complain but are in a hurry and are even reluctant to pray, and lastly, the luck of humans who do tahajud and the virtues or benefits derived from the midnight prayer. The illustration images and subheadlines used by the Instagram account @qomikin are interrelated and very relevant to the da'wah message conveyed by the da'wah account owner.

Parents must play an important role in Christian Religion education, the first and foremost educational environment for a child, namely in the family. The method used in this study is the Systemic Literature Review Method, namely by finding facts with fixed interpretations. The results of the study show that the Role of Christian Parents in Religious Education: The Perspective of Church Leaders and Educators is as follows. The Perspective of Church Leaders: Church leaders believe that parents have a central role in teaching religion to their children. For example Models of Faith, Prayer and Family Service, Bible Education, Participation in the Church while from the perspective of educators it consists of Learning Support, Open Communication, Religious Experience

One important theme that is rarely discussed is the service towards children. In community life, children are often neglected and deemed unimportant in certain contexts. Children have the smallest place in the social order of life. This is also experienced by children within the Christian community. They are only seen as the future of the church, leading to their current existence being often ignored. This should certainly be a matter of concern for all parties, including parents, pastors, and even Christian teachers or educators. The challenges faced by children in the postmodern era have become increasingly complex. They will confront a reality that perceives no absolute truth, as all truths are considered relative. Therefore, the core focus of this paper is to discuss the steps or roles that Christian religious education teachers take in preparing children, especially Christian children, to face this postmodern era. In the discussion, the author presents various challenges and needs of children in the postmodern era, as well as what a Christian educator should do. The method used by the author in this article is a literary method with a descriptive approach. The author gathers various data sources related to the discussed topic and analyzes them to find a comprehensive and accurate understanding. Through this research, it is found that a Christian religious education teacher is responsible for nurturing and guiding children to know Christ, so that they have faith, acknowledge Jesus as Lord and Savior, and experience a renewal of life.

This paper aims to describe the safety of babies in the Perspective of John Calvin and the Implications for Toraja Church members. The diversity of views on the direction of infant safety in the understanding of Church members has encouraged the author to study infant safety in the view of Jhon Calvin because the Toraja Church is a Calvinist sect. There are those who think that a baby who is born and then dies is still safe even though he has not acknowledged God as his savior. It is like a white paper without blemishes. Another understanding says that all babies who are born and then die He is a sinful human because from the womb he has been conceived and begotten in sin, and regarding salvation it is in God's Sovereignty. The research method used in this paper is literature review. The author seeks and collects the writings of John Calvin, especially on death and salvation, then compiles them. According to John Calvin, salvation is a belief based on faith in Christ. In John Calvin's view, the safety of babies is in God's Sovereignty

The vital role of God's servant in leading the congregation towards spiritual health. God's servant has an important responsibility in leading the congregation towards spiritual health in building a strong community in Christ. God's servant plays a leadership role in directing the congregation towards spiritual health. Spiritual health is an important goal in the life of a quality church that involves providing accurate teaching, encouraging congregations to study God's Word, and helping to apply the principles of faith in daily life.

The Islamic Student Association (HMI) is an umbrella organization with a clear model of being Indonesian and Islamic, providing a platform to train and develop leaders with honesty and quality determination, faith and responsibility. The factors that provide direction within the organization to adopt an Enterprise Architecture (EA) system are aimed at enhancing what the organization needs. Enterprise architecture or what can be called Enterprise Architecture (EA) is a description of the task in question consisting of knowledge, actions, direction from the organization and architectural performance parameters in the description of the design or plan and development of an integrated system. TOGAF (The Open Group Architecture Framework) is a framework that is widely used in creating enterprise or organizational architectures. TOGAF offers methods and tools for creating, running, implementing, and maintaining enterprise architectures in existing systems. The results of this study are in the form of a blueprint that is expected to be useful for organizations as material to assist IT development in HMI.

Interfaith marriage is a complex issue and often becomes a subject of debate in Indonesian society. In both legal and religious contexts, this type of marriage faces various challenges, particularly from the perspective of Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) and the Indonesian Marriage Law. This journal aims to analyze the problems surrounding interfaith marriage in Indonesia by examining Islamic legal views, regulatory frameworks, and the resulting social implications. From the fiqh perspective, the majority of scholars agree that a Muslim woman is not permitted to marry a non-Muslim man, whereas the marriage of a Muslim man to a woman from the People of the Book (Ahl al-Kitab) remains a topic of debate, depending on social context and public interest (maslahah). This reflects how Islamic law prioritizes the stability of faith (aqidah), household leadership, and the continuation of religious values in the upbringing of children. From the standpoint of national law, Indonesia’s Marriage Law No. 1 of 1974 places the validity of a marriage under the religious laws of the respective parties, making it difficult for interfaith marriages to be officially registered. As a result, such couples often face administrative barriers, issues in inheritance law, child custody rights, and social discrimination. This study concludes that a fair and constructive approach is necessary in addressing this issue, while preserving religious principles and maintaining social harmony in Indonesian society.  

This study aims to find out the method of service of servants of God in the Indonesian Faithful Christian Church (GKSI) Hepzhibah Tangerang congregation in serving urban congregations for the blessing of marriage in the church. Pros and cons began to emerge about this service method. Is this in accordance with church rules and the Bible? Through this study, the researcher will explain the steps taken by GKSI Hepzhibah's servants of God in handling this ministry. The result is that the ministry is still within reasonable limits without violating the principles of the Bible or the GKSI Articles of Association or Bylaws. All members who have received this service feel joyful to be served by the church. They are no longer abandoned like sheep without a shepherd. They also actively attended Sunday worship after they received the marriage blessing service and became active members of GKSI Hepzhibah.

As prospective managers of Islamic educational institutions we must know the hadith relating to management itself. The method used is a qualitative approach. The data collection technique used in this research is library research. The results and discussion of this article are this is related to human resource management in perfect Islam. The review of hadith can be interpreted as a process of managing and realizing human and Muslim society to truly believe in and fear Allah and are expected to be able to carry out full responsibility duties, reproduce scholars who have Islamic qualities , faith, knowledge, and noble character for the sake of building himself and his society seen from the perspective of the hadith of the Prophet Adapu the conclusion of this article is Management of the Prophet Muhammad and Khulafaurrasyiddin Management of human resources at the time of the Prophet placed a person seen from being able or not knya completed a mandate given especially in the field of management. That he put the right person in the right position or "the right man in the right place". Placing someone according to their expertise is one of the characteristics of Islamic professionalism. And put more emphasis on the professionalism of an employee.. Rasulullah and his friends really implemented these noble values in their leadership.

The family is an institution formed by God on this earth, but often believers do not involve God in their household when problems arise in the family. Parents should educate their children gently, but there are parents who educate their children in a harsh tone. Christian parents educate their children based on the word of God, but there are parents who educate their children not based on the word of God. Parents should educate their children with love, but there are parents who educate not based on love, and often even embarrass their children in public. Educating children in the family has a target to glorify God, but there are parents who don't understand that. The purpose of this research is to find out the theological studies on how parents educate their children in Christian families. The methodology used in this research is qualitative with a library research approach to find articles that are relevant to the topic of discussion. The results of this research are educating with good examples, educating with faith, educating with love, educating patiently, educating meekly, educating humbly, educating by not being angry and educating by forgiving. As a conclusion from this research, parents need to set a good example, through faith, love, patience and gentleness.

The main focus of this study is to introduce the basic concepts and principles of Christian education philosophy that are relevant to understanding the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers. This study also identifies the contribution of Christian educational philosophy to the development of an independent Christian curriculum. This study uses a descriptive analysis method to study the relevant concepts and principles of Christian education philosophy. Various theoretical sources, such as Christian educational philosophy literature and the Bible, are used to support the analysis. This research reveals that the vision and mission of Christian religious education teachers emphasize the recognition of God's divinity, love as the main principle, the integration of faith and knowledge, the formation of Christian character, and the spiritual dimension of education. In implementing their vision and mission, Christian religious education teachers can use content selection that supports Christian values, integrated teaching strategies, and relevant assessments. In this way, they can create learning experiences that reflect their vision and mission and help students develop strong Christian character.

Identity politics is a political tactic in which people or groups organize themselves based on certain traits such as religion, culture, race, gender, sexual orientation, or even hobbies. This can happen due to discrimination or injustice in society that makes the person or group feel the need to form a similar group for support and protection. In the context of society, identity politics can appear in various forms such as feminist movements, anti-racism movements, or LGBT movements. However, we must also beware of the dangers of identity politics that can divide society and create conflicts between different groups. The basis of Christian belief also teaches us to live in peace and harmony with fellow human beings. We are taught to forgive and give others a second chance. In the context of identity politics, these values and principles can help us build inclusive and peaceful societies where every individual feels valued and accepted.

This study aims to analyze the responsibilities of directors in a company through a legal approach. In this context, the responsibility of directors refers to the legal obligations attached to directors in carrying out their duties and functions in a company. This study uses the literature analysis method to collect data from various legal sources, such as laws, court decisions, and related literature. The results of the research show that the responsibility of directors in a company has a strong legal basis. The directors have an obligation to act in good faith, carry out the functions of managing the company, and protect the interests of the company and its shareholders. They must make rational decisions, based on careful consideration and adequate information. However, there are several issues that need to be considered regarding the responsibilities of directors in the company. One of them is the potential problem of law violations by the directors, whether intentional or unintentional. In this regard, there needs to be an effective oversight and accountability mechanism in place to ensure that directors are held accountable for their actions.
