Herbal plants or often known as TOGA family medicinal plants are very diverse, the benefits of this family of medicinal plants are very diverse, ranging from curing flu to other serious illnesses. In life from ancient times until now, there are known methods of treatment, both chemical and herbal/traditional. Bay leaf is a plant with the Latin name Syzygium polyanthum which is one of the herbs most often used in traditional Indonesian cooking. Not only delicious food, the benefits of bay leaves also penetrate the world of health and beauty in the form of leaf decoction and bay leaf extract. Bay leaf extract also has benefits as a natural insecticide. One way to improve the body's immune system is by consuming substances or substances that are immunomodulatory. Immunomodulators are substances or drugs that can modulate the function and activity of the immune system. Immunomodulators can be obtained from traditional medicinal plants, such as turmeric, ginger and galangal. These three plants are native to Indonesia and have been used for generations to relieve various diseases. The aim of this community service activity is to provide education to elderly people about the use of bay leaves and galangal in relation to immunity and natural insecticides at Posyandu Beringin V, West Kedungwuni District.

The comic "Lookism," is a narrative that follows the journey of Park Hyung Seok, a teenager who experiences bullying because of his appearance. His decision to change houses and schools brings about a drastic transformation when he wakes up with a perfect new body. Despite gaining a popular social life at a new school, Park Hyung Seok is still faced with the challenge of adapting to changes in his body and environment. The uniqueness of this story lies in the ability to return to one's original body, reminding that physical appearance is not everything. The main message of "Lookism" is the importance of self-acceptance and the realization that success in life does not only depend on appearance, but also on personality and abilities. This comic illustrates that every change brings new adventures. Life is a journey full of mysteries and challenges that shape a person's character. The comic "Lookism" teaches that true happiness and success in life lies in self-acceptance and the development of true personality and abilities.

Smoking is a habit that has serious negative impacts on human health and the surrounding environment. The importance of increasing public understanding of the risks of smoking is a crucial step in the effort to prevent smoking-related diseases. The education provided should include information about harmful substances in cigarettes and their effects on the human body. The purpose of this community service activity is to enhance public awareness of the health risks associated with smoking habits. This activity involves community participation and the delivery of education door-to-door in the Sebewe village, conducted from December 2023 to January 2024. The service encompasses the entire process, from preparation to evaluation. The method used in this community service activity is a socialization method to provide information to the community regarding disease prevention and risks associated with smoking habits. Evaluation results indicate that although the community is aware of the health risks caused by smoking, their knowledge of the dangers of smoking is still low. Therefore, it is hoped that this activity will increase awareness and knowledge in the community regarding disease prevention and risks associated with the habit of smoking.

The aim of this research was to determine the relationship between body mass index (BMI) and the menstrual cycle in adolescents at STIKARA SINTANG. The menstrual cycle is a clinical sign of female reproductive function. Menstruation is a complex process involving several hormones, sexual organs, and the nervous system. Body mass index is very influential on menstrual disorders because if a person experiences certain hormonal changes which are marked by a marked decrease in body weight (underweight, BMI < 18.5). The test used was the Chi-square test so the results were (p=0.05, pvalue =0.015), meaning there was a significant relationship between BMI and the menstrual cycle.

Kelurahan Mlangsen, Kec. Blora, Kab. Blora is one of the locations with stunting cases. Mlangsen is one of the target areas for implementing the stunting reduction programme policy, because there are still many children suffering from stunting (short stature, stunted body). The role of the posyandu team is very important in reducing stunting in Mlangsen. The stunting reduction programme carried out by the Mlangsen posyandu team, is by providing counseling and counselling to prospective mothers and mothers of toddlers about nutritional health and child food management once a month by going from house to house, distributing PMT (Supplementary Feeding) for 3 months, giving Vitamin A and Zinc to toddlers. The purpose of this study was to analyse the stunting reduction program in Mlangsen, Blora sub-district, Blora district. The type of research used is descriptive research, with the population being identified and positive stunting families in Mlangsen as many as 22 informants, namely 12 identified stunting family informants and 10 stunting family informants.  The sampling technique used a census technique, the data collection technique was carried out by observation, interview, questionnaire & documentation.  The data analysis technique used uses complementary descriptive qualitative methods, in order to produce strong data analysis to respond to various kinds of questions and research objectives, besides that it is equipped with percentage data. The results of this study conclude that the level of efficiency in achieving the objectives and precisely the target group of the stunting reduction programme is good / high, namely 72.5% based on the cumulative score calculation. In addition, the use of posyandu team resources and the infrastructure used to generate awareness of families at risk of stunting. The Stunting Reduction Programme is doing the rights things (Druker). Meanwhile, Duncan's 3 important points of effectiveness in the Stunting Reduction Programme in Mlangsen, namely in achieving programme objectives, integrating the programme and the adaptability of families at risk of stunting, the level of effectiveness is also good/high.

Word Health Organization (WHO) Early marriage is a marriage carried out by a couple or one of the partners is still categorized as a teenager under 19 years of age. The aim of this research is to describe the quality of life of women who marry at an early age in Sumampeno Village, North Wakorumba District, North Buton Regency. This research is qualitative research with a phenomenological approach. The informants in this research consisted of 2 main informants, namely women who married at an early age, 2 key informants, namely female family members who married at an early age, and 1 supporting informant, namely the Head of Sumampeno Village. The data collection technique is by in-depth interviews and then the data is analyzed using the content analysis method. The physical domain of all informants felt pain. The sleep quality of all informants had poor sleep quality. The psychology domain, namely negative feelings, all informants experienced negative feelings. Body image/appearance means that all informants do not like their current body shape because of changes in body shape.

This study aims to determine: the effect of partial and simultaneous accountability and transparency on the management of APBDes. This type of research is quantitative. The population of this research is village officials, members, VCB (Village Consultative Body) and community leaders using a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection method by distributing questionnaires to respondents directly. The technique of determining the number of samples in the study used a random sampling technique. The analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis using the SPSS 25 program. The results of the study stated that: 1) accountability had a partial effect on the management of the APBDes with a contribution of 43.4%. 2) transparency has no partial effect on the management of the APBDes. 3) accountability and transparency simultaneously affect the management of APBDes with a contribution of 56.6%. APBDes management can be explained by the variation of the two independent variables of 43.4%. More attention is needed from the government of Sarireja Village, Tanjung Subdistrict so that the management of the APBDes can be more accountable and transparent.

Tomi Candra, 2024. "Sensory Quality of coffee using the Pour Over V60 Brewing Method". Final project. D4 Hospitality Management Study Program, Department of Tourism. Faculty of Tourism and Hospitality and Padang State University. This research purpose is to analyze the coffee quality using the pour over v60 brewing method in terms of Flavor, Aftertaste, Acidity and Body. As well as knowing the coffee sensory quality using the V60 pour over brewing method and providing information to the public and baristas about the coffee sensory quality using the V60 pour over brewing method. And what is the quality of Pasaman Arabica coffee using the V60 pour over method? This research type include in experiment by making comparisons. The comparison was carried out with 2 comparison aspects and 2 research subjects per comparison aspect, namely grind size and ratio between coffee and water. This research was conducted in the tourism department's barista laboratory on December 1-December 20 2023. The panelists in this research consisted of 3 panelists consisting of 1 tourism department lecturer and 2 expert baristas. Based on the experimental results and after being subjected to organoleptic tests, it was stated that the organoleptic test results after describing the sensory quality of coffee using the pour over v60 brewing method in terms of good flavour, very good aftertaste, quite good acidity and good body.

The problem of self-love is still a social issue in society. Somethinc complements management company by creating a #RespectMyBody campaign as a form of concern for that issue. Through this campaign, Somethinc invites people to take care of their bodies as a form of appreciation and self-love. Through the #RespectMyBody campaign, Somethinc released a new product in the form of bodycare. Therefore, it is necessary to rebuild brand awareness. The purpose of this research is to find out how much influence the message of the #RespectMyBody public relations campaign has on bodycare Something brand awareness. The theory used in this research is Persuasive Public Relations Campaign Messages (Message Structure, Message Content, Framing, Language, Emotional Attraction). As well as Brand Awareness (Brand Recall, Brand Recognition, Purchase Decision, Consumption). This study uses a quantitative approach and survey method by distributing questionnaires to 98 samples determined using Taro Yamane calculations with probability sampling techniques. The measurement results for the X variable were 3.66 and the Y variable was 3.64. Meanwhile, the influence is 62.3%, while the remainder is 37.7%. By proving that there is an influence, the results of the hypothesis test obtained tcount 20.326 > ttable 1.661, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted, which means the regression coefficient is significant, namely that there is an influence between the #RespectMyBody public relations campaign message on Somethinc bodycare brand awareness.

Increased food production requires fertilizers and pesticides. Fertilizers are used to increase soil fertility and pesticides are used to eradicate pests in food crops and plantations. Problems of farmers in Pucak Village, Kec. Tompobulu as a partner does not know the level of exposure to pesticides, does not know the impact of pesticides on health problems and does not have Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) when spraying. The solutions are: (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of the use of fertilizers and pesticides on the incidence of dermatitis, (2) Provision of PPE in the form of masks and gloves in fertilizing and spraying pesticides. The results of community service are (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of using fertilizers and pesticides on the incidence of dermatitis, which is carried out by conducting home visits. Farmers experienced an average increase in knowledge of safe and healthy fertilizing and pesticide spraying management, (2) Provision of PPE, especially hats, masks and gloves to farmers. The solutions are: (1) Counseling on preventing fertilizer exposure to farmers, (2) Providing micronutrient supplementation (Calcium, Magnesium, Zinc, Boron and Vitamin D) to increase body immunity and detoxify fertilizer poisons, (3) Providing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) in the form of masks and gloves when carrying out inorganic fertilization on farmers. The results of community service are (1) Counseling on prevention and the impact of using organic fertilizer on health, which is carried out by conducting home visits. Uric acid is a metabolic waste in the form of purine crystals that are naturally present in the blood. Normal uric acid levels in the blood of adult men are 3.5 – 7.2 mm/dl and in women 2.6 – 6.0 mg/dl. Purine substances are natural substances which are one of a group of chemical structures that make up DNA and RNA derived from the body's own production and from food. This study aims to determine the relationship of knowledge and behavior of the elderly to the prevention of increased gout at the Tampahan Health Center, Tampahan District, Toba Regency. This research was conducted from  Oktober to Desember 2023. Behavioral relationships. This research is a quantitative study using a Cross-sectional Design. The population in this study were all gout sufferers who came for treatment at the Tampahan Health Center, Tampahan  District, Toba Regency. The sample size was 35 respondents using a questionnaire. Data analysis used Chi-square test with significance level = 0.05. From the results of research on 35 respondents showed that the majority were knowledgeable enough as many as 20 people (57.1%), the majority of behavior was in the good category as many as 17 people (48.6%). While the majority for prevention in the good category were 27 people (80.0%). There is no relationship between the knowledge of the elderly about gout and the prevention of increased gout where X2 count < X2 table and there is a relationship between the behavior of the elderly with gout on the prevention of increased gout where the chi-square test X2 count > X2 table. For the elderly with gout to further increase their knowledge about preventing an increase in uric acid and pay attention to their health, especially in reducing consumption of high-protein foods and diligently self-examination to the health center.

Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) is a condition in which kidney function decreases so that it is no longer able to filtrate the body's metabolic waste and maintain electrolyte fluid balance. In CKD an increased amount of fluid can result in edema. Edema is a condition of blocked veins due to an increase in intravascular hydrostatic pressure that causes enlargement or buildup of plasma fluid into the interstitium space. Therapy that can be applied to reduce edema in CKD is with Ankle Pump Exercise and Elevation 30⁰. This therapy is done by pumping the ankle and elevating the foot for 5-10 minutes. The goal of this study was to identify Ankle Pump Exercise and 30⁰ Elevation interventions to reduce edema in CKD patients in the ICU. The type / research design used is a descriptive method with a case study approach. The subjects of this case study were patients who met the inclusion criteria, namely patients with edema and were willing to be respondents. The data collection instrument uses the format of Nursing Care. The results of this study showed that Ankle Pump Exercise and 30⁰ Elevation interventions effectively reduced edema in CKD patients. Based on the results of the case study, it can be concluded that the application of a combination therapy of ankle pump exercise and 30⁰ foot elevais has been proven effective in reducing the degree of edema in Chronic Kidney Disease (CKD) patients.

Organic vegetable farming has attracted attention with the development of agricultural science that has been practiced by humans. Every year there is a shift in the landscape of organic farming in Indonesia. CV. Reja Mayur is a company that sells organic agricultural products under the name Twelve's Organic. Marketing is a comprehensive and planned activity of a company that makes various efforts to meet market demand. Marketing channels are generally a collection of organizations and institutions involved in the distribution of goods and services. The purpose of this study is to describe the marketing distribution flow of organic vegetables at CV Reja Mayur. Descriptive analysis is the analysis method used in this research. Interviews and active participants were the data collection methods used. Three marketing distribution channels were identified by the findings of this study: farmer-consumer, farmer-supermarket (hokky)-consumer, and farmer-retailer-consumer.

There are various kinds of attitudes and the practice of Muslims in praying for corpses as in determine who the person has the right to be the imam in prayer corpses, and whether or not it is permissible to pray over the bodies of those who commit immoral acts such as the bodies of adulterers and the bodies of corruptors who have given birth polemics and debates among scientific experts today. Various The various attitudes of the Muslims mentioned above are also based on the hadiths of the Prophet Muhammad, the qualities of which are authentic, hasan and dhaif. Therefore, this research will discuss how proof is and an understanding of the hadith regarding funeral prayers which is more focused on hadiths about who is the person who has the right to lead the funeral prayer and hadith about the Apostle not praying for the bodies of those who commit immoral acts, such as bodies of adulterers and bodies of corruptors.

Technological developments have brought significant changes in lifestyle, especially among Generation Z (Gen Z). One phenomenon is the popularity of online games such as Mobile Legends. This research aims to investigate the influence of the intensity of playing Mobile Legends on the language behavior of Gen Z. In this research, the author used a descriptive study research method with a quantitative approach, and used a Google Form questionnaire as a data collection medium. This research involved an online survey of teenagers aged 11 to 26 years using Google Form which was distributed using social media. The research results show that the Mobile Legends game has a significant impact on various aspects of teenagers' lives, including physical responses, body movements, facial expressions, imitation of character movements, and use of typical terms.

Introduction: Hypertension in pregnancy can be influenced by several factors (multiple causes). Pregnant women with hypertension will feel more anxious than pregnant women who do not have comorbidities.Objective: to determine the factors associated with hypertension in pregnant women at Permata Medika Hospital. Method: using observational analytical methods with a cross sectional approach. Sample: The population in this study were 100 pregnant women at Permata Medika Hospital whose gestational age was 20-40 weeks with a sample of 50 respondents. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire. The data analysis used is Chi-square analysis. Results: there is a relationship between body mass index and hypertension in pregnant women at Permata Medika Hospital with a p-value of 0.000 > 0.05. There is a relationship between age and hypertension in pregnant women at Permata Medika Hospital, there is no relationship between parity and hypertension in pregnant women at Permata Medika Hospital.
