PT GMP Sukses Makmur Indonesia is a company engaged in the production of Bubble Wrap (bubbled plastic). This company produces 818,680 rolls with an average monthly production of 68,223 rolls. The problem that often arises at Pt Gmp Sukses Makmur Indonesia is the high production machine delay time with a downtime of 705.43 hours and a breakdown of 663.33 hours in one year, so the engine performance is less effective. This can lead to not achieving production targets which cause losses. The purpose of this study is to determine the effectiveness of the Bubble Wrap production machine using the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) measuring tool and to find the causes of the problems that have been carried out using the ORE method on Bubble Wrap production machines during the period September 2021 – August 2022. ORE is a method that is useful in measuring the effectiveness of production time by taking into account the resources which include humans, machines, materials and methods. In the ORE method there are seven factors that are measured including readiness, availability of facility, changover efficiency, availability of material, availability of manpower, performance efficiency, dan quality rate. The results of measuring machine effectiveness using the Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE) method for Ektruder machines were 76.41%, Crushers 99.59%, Cooling 98.99%, Mixers 99.79%, and Air Compressors 98.88%. Based on the method used, it is known that in the Bubble Wrap production process, the extruder machine does not meet the ORE standard of 85%, while the influencing factors are performance efficiency and quality rate. where the value of performance efficiency and Quality rate does not meet the standard so that it affects the high value of Overall Resource Effectiveness (ORE).

This study intends to investigate the relationship between motivation and student learning outcomes. Impact measures in several studies that examined the relationship between the influence of motivation on student learning outcomes were analyzed using a meta-analysis procedure. Empirical data were collected using electronic search engines such as Google Scholar, Garuda Portal, and national journal URLs. The effect size is used as a starting point for data analysis. A systematic review of research findings in Indonesia's national e-journal was used, with 18 articles selected as a sample that met the criteria. The results of calculating the combined effect size obtained a p-value of less than 0.001 and an estimated value of 0.825. A meta-analysis study found that motivation and learning outcomes had a significant relationship, with the strength of the relationship in the high category. The variance of the studies analyzed is also very high, with I2 test results far exceeding 50%, implying that this study is heterogeneous, with a significant estimate value in the SMK subgroup category (estimated value 1,031) with a p-value of 0.001 and the SMP subgroup (estimated value 1.186) with a p-value of 0.005.

Education is defined as a form of mentoring and developing the potential of students who are directed and embedded in personality, then can be applied in everyday life. Character literally comes from the Latin character, which means, among other things: character, character, psychological traits, character, personality or morals. Someone who behaves dishonestly, is cruel, likes to steal, is said to be a person with bad character. Meanwhile, someone who likes to be honest, helpful, polite, can be said to be someone who has good character. So, the term character is more reflected in a person's personality. Lickona states that character education is a deliberate effort to help someone so that he can understand, pay attention to and carry out core ethical values.

The current era of globalization demands that manual data processing is no longer relevant and accurate for companies. This is because errors that occur due to manual processing can no longer be neutralized. Where the information generated by these errors, becomes inaccurate anymore to be used as a basis for decision making. That is why currently the existence of SIA is becoming increasingly important for a company. Initially the existence of this information system was to collect, process, store, calculate, analyze, and disseminate information for specific purposes. However, currently SIA has a very important impact on the company, namely providing added value to its users because it will ultimately have an impact on improving the company's overall performance.

The sample collection technique used a simple random sampling technique. This analysis used a contingency coefficient with an error rate (α = 0.05). The results showed that at term pregnancy there were 66% of mothers who experienced PROM in the age group < 20 years and > 35 years and at term pregnancy there were 71% experiencing PROM in the primipara and grandemultipara groups. From the results of statistical analysis were using SPSS, it was found that the P value < 0.05 for the age and parity groups, where these results indicated there is a relationship between maternal age (< 20 and > 35 years) and maternal parity (primipara and grade multipara) with the incidence of PROM. It is hoped that midwives as health service providers for pregnant, maternity and postpartum women can further enhance their role in providing counseling to women, both adolescents and women of childbearing age, about a safe reproductive age for pregnancy and childbirth.

This writing aims to knowing the process of making tucking techniques using denim fabric on a croptop. Tucking technique is a fold that reduces the size of the fabric, it is usually folded in one direction or another. Method used in this paper is a qualitative method. The process of fabric manipulation with tucking technique using the denim fabric begins by determining the tucking technique that will be used. The tucking techniques used are pin tucks, bow-tied tucks and undulating tucks. After determining the technique that will be used, then prepare the tools and materials. The conclusion of the process of  making fabric manipulation with the tucking technique using denim fabric on the croptop is that tucking is made with great care in the measurement of each fold so that the results are accurate. The use of denim fabric with tucking technique can form the appropriate wave, the great is caused to make it look neater and less wrinkled. In the tucking process, you must pay attention to the fabric needs, so that when folded it is according to the pattern and it should be marked  so that it does not slide the folds. The choice of material should be considered well in the making of tucking, because the thickness of the material and the the composition of the material greatly affects the result of the tucking wave.

This study aims to find out whether there is an influence of the Problem Based Learning-Computational Thinking (PBL-CT) model on analytical thinking skills in terms of students' interest in Natural Sciences subjects. This research was conducted at the Kalam Kudus Christian Middle School in Malang in the 2022/2023 academic year. The design used in this study was a non-equivalent group design quasi-experiment. Retrieval of data using ten essay questions which are made according to indicators of analytical thinking ability and students' interest in science is measured by using a questionnaire.  Data analysis was carried out by the Two Way Anova parametric test. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, the results were obtained: (1) there were differences in analytical thinking skills between students who were taught using the Problem Based Learning and Problem Based Learning - Computational Thinking (PBL-CT) learning models with a significance <0.05. (2) there is no difference in the ability to think analytically between students who have a high, medium, and low interest in learning science as shown by a significance value of 0.748 > 0.05. (3) there is an interaction between Problem Based Learning - Computational Thinking (PBL-CT) on students' analytical thinking skills in terms of students' interest in natural science subjects with a significance value of <0.05
