Reliable and high-performance Internet access is essential to support practical activities in the IBN Lampung Computer Laboratory. Dependence on a single ISP often leads to connection disruptions, reduced service quality, and interruptions in the learning process. This study aims to design and implement a Mikrotik-based load balancing system to improve Internet performance by utilizing two ISP links and providing an automatic failover mechanism when one link becomes unavailable. The research employs the Network Development Life Cycle (NDLC) approach, which includes network requirement analysis, multi-WAN topology design, implementation of load balancing and failover configurations on Mikrotik, and performance testing. The results show that the load balancing system successfully distributes traffic more evenly, enhances connection stability, and provides more consistent Internet speed. Additionally, the failover mechanism works effectively and ensures service continuity when an ISP experiences downtime. In conclusion, the implementation of a Mikrotik-based load balancing system effectively improves Internet access quality and supports smoother laboratory activities.

Technological developments, especially in agriculture, must develop because of the increase in population and climate change requires us to look for innovative sustainable solutions in agriculture because agriculture is a very basic field in human life. Therefore, our group which is a group of students who carry out service in Penjaringansari village made an agricultural innovation with an appropriate technology aquaponics system in catfish cultivation as one of its work programs.This service is carried out by the method of active participation approach of partner groups that is tailored to the needs of the community by our group. The initial stage carried out is catfish cultivation then combines with a hydroponic system in plants to form an aquaponics system. The treatment process is carried out by checking thoroughly regularly.This service program is expected to provide benefits for the people of Penjaringansari Village and can be implemented properly after the completion of KKN. This program aims to improve food security and community independence through limited land use in the yard.

Background; Hypertension is a "sillent killer" disease that is mostly experienced by the elderly. According to data from the World Health Organization (WHO) in 2021, the prevalence is 1.28 billion people with hypertension aged 30-79 years. The prevalence of the elderly in the world and Indonesia continues to increase because the elderly experience a decline in physical conditions, including the cardiovascular system, which increases the risk of degenerative diseases such as hypertension. Therefore, progressive muscle relaxation can be used as an alternative therapy for the elderly with hypertension. The Objectives of the research; Knowing the results of the implementation of progressive muscle relaxation on blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension. Method; This application uses a case study method by observing blood pressure in two elderly respondents. The instruments used are observation sheets, sphygmomanometer, and stopwatch. Results; After application for 20 minutes with a frequency of four times a week for two consecutive weeks showed a decrease in blood pressure in both respondents to prehypertension. Summary; Progressive muscle relaxation therapy can potentially reduce blood pressure in the elderly with hypertension.

This study examines the influence of civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement on legal awareness among students. Legal awareness is an essential aspect of citizenship, as it enables individuals to understand their rights, responsibilities, and the legal system governing their society. The research aims to explore how civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement contribute to the development of legal awareness among students. The study employs a quantitative research design and collects data through a survey questionnaire administered to a sample of students from various educational institutions. The questionnaire includes items that measure the participants' levels of civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness. Statistical analysis techniques such as correlation and regression analyses are used to examine the relationships between these variables. The findings reveal significant positive associations between civic knowledge, civil skills, citizen involvement, and legal awareness among students. Higher levels of civic knowledge are correlated with increased legal awareness, indicating that a solid understanding of civic principles, institutions, and democratic processes contributes to a better comprehension of legal rights and obligations. Similarly, possessing civil skills, such as critical thinking,problem-solving,and effective communication, positively influences legal awareness. These findings underscore the importance of civic education programs that focus on enhancing civic knowledge, civil skills, and citizen involvement to promote legal awareness among students. Such programs can be integrated into school curricula, extracurricular activities, and community initiatives to foster active citizenship and empower young individuals to be informed and engaged participants in society

Many studies have described meta-analysis on the overall effect of e-learning influence in learning. However, there has been no meta-analysis of the overall effect of STEM-based e-learning on Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS).  The purpose of this study investigates the effect of STEM-based e-learning on students' critical thinking skills in Indonesia. This type of research is a Systematic Literature Review (SL) and meta-analysis. Data sources came from 10 national and international journals published in 2018-2023. The process of searching for data sources through Google Scholar, ScienceDirect, Wiley, Eric, and Springer. Data analysis used the Hedge formula to calculate effect size with the help of the JSAP application. The findings show that the effect size value (ES = 0.793) is medium. This explains that STEM-based e-learning provides a very high positive impact and is effective in improving students' Higher Order Thinking Skills (HOTS). Furthermore, HOTS characteristics do not cause heterogeneity in the results of STEM-based e-learning research on students' Higher Order Thinking Skills. The findings suggest that educators should choose STEM-based e-learning as one of the learning models to improve students' Higher Order Thinking skills in Indonesia.

Background: rheumatoid arthritis (reumatic) is the body's immune system that fails to distinguish its own tissue from foreign bodies, especially synovial tissue. Diet is the amount of food consumed by a person or group of people, while physical activity is body movement caused by the work of skeletal muscles and results in energy expenditure and energy (calorie burning). Purpose: to determine the relationship between diet and the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis (reumatic) in the elderly, to determine the relationship between physical activity and the incidence of rheumatoid arthritis (reumatic) in the elderly. .  Method: this type of research is quantitative with a cross-sectional research design. With a sample of 40 respondents. Results: There were 25 (62.5%) unhealthy eating habits and a p value of 0.002, so it could be concluded that there was a relationship between diet and the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis (rheumatism), and 27 (67.5%) light physical activity and a p value of 0.002. then it can be decided that there is a relationship between physical activity and the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis (reumatic). conclusion: there is a relationship between diet and physical activity with the occurrence of rheumatoid arthritis (reumatic) in the elderly in the working area of ​​the Cijagang Health Center with a p value of 0.002.

This research is an implementative research with SEO Web Design Methodology method, which emphasizes the delivery of information precisely and quickly. The Sukalaba Village Government Office, located in the Gunungsari subdistrict, is a government institution that serves the community. However, it faces challenges in its services, primarily related to the lack of easy access for the public to obtain information. This research aims to systematically and structurally develop the Sukalaba Village Government Service website. The process involves needs analysis, planning, content development, website design, implementation and testing, training, and launching. Through this approach, it is expected that the website will enhance service quality and increase transparency of information for the community. The website is expected to be an effective platform for the public to access essential information about their village and participate in its development. The creation of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has successfully improved service quality and information availability for the community. The interactive and responsive design ensures easy access to information through various devices. With the website's launch, the community now enjoys fast and convenient access to relevant village-related information, encouraging greater transparency and community participation in the development process. In conclusion, the development of the Sukalaba Village Government Service website has significantly improved service quality and information transparency for the community, benefiting both the village government and its residents.

Contraception as a form of prevention of pregnancy is one of the essences of family planning problems (KB) officially used by the National Family Planning Coordinating Board (BKKBN). One type of effective contraception that mothers choose is the type of injectable contraception. To determine the effect of DMPA injection use on weight gain in family planning acceptor in Puskesmas Tompobulu Gowa. Analytical observational with cross sectional study approach. This research was conducted at Puskesmas Tompobulu Kab. Gowa on 31 July - 31 August 2017. The sample in this study is total sampling with as many as 51 respondents of the instrument in this study is using a questionnaire. Statistical test using computerized system by using chi-square test at significance level 95% (α = 0,05). The Result of this research is p-value = 0.000 with significance level <0,05. This shows that there is significant influence between the duration of contraceptive use to weight gain. And obtained by p-value = 0,002 with significance level <0,05 this shows there is significant influence of physical activity activity to weight gain. The longer duration of use of DMPA injection will be more at risk of obesity on contraceptive injectors. The fewer activities performed by the KB acceptor will be more at risk of weight gain. This research is expected to be useful and become input for practice area in giving injection contraception service and observe acceptor body weight every time at visit.

To maintain, protect, and improve the quality of animal/livestock resources, animal/livestock health, animal welfare, and the provision of safe, healthy, whole, and halal (ASUH) food of animal origin, as well as maintaining peace or eliminating/preventing public unrest, it is necessary to provide guidance, regulation, control, and supervision of livestock businesses and animal health services. To create a conducive business climate and legal certainty in animal husbandry and animal health, it is necessary to regulate the mechanisms and procedures for licensing livestock and animal health businesses in the regions. The efficiency of public services at the Population and Civil Registration Agency of Nabire Regency is faced with obstacles such as less than optimal service of citizenship administrative requirements documents that affect the smoothness of citizenship administration. The printing of citizenship administrative requirements documents such as forms and letters is still done manually and requires additional time which greatly affects the duration of service with a fairly large population level. Conventional concepts that are commonly applied, such as creating documents using Microsoft Word, do not balance time consistency and people's patience and satisfaction in waiting for the administration process per person. The purpose of this research is to utilize existing computer technology resources, where the document service needs are implemented into an application so that the speed of access and printing of documents will be more efficient. The design of web-based applications here uses the Waterfall type SDLC (Software Development Life Cycle) method. The results of this study are a web-based application that is easy to operate and quickly delivers results, as a technological facility that can assist in citizenship administration service activities that were previously done manually, to be faster. To test the feasibility of the application runs well, a testing phase is held using Black Box Testing with the test results showing that each application feature can run properly according to its function so that the system is considered good and ready to use.  

This incoming and outgoing mail management application is designed to help simplify the work of agenda staff, where mail management is the daily work of agenda staff in connection with office activities. Incoming mail management includes receiving incoming mail, checking it, recording it in the mailbox and filing it. Meanwhile, outgoing mail is managed from drafting to sending. The working system of this application is divided into two parts, namely incoming mail and outgoing mail. For incoming mail agenda, just record the date of recording, letter number, letter code, letter date, letter source. In the outgoing letter, the concept of a cover letter is given in the form of a column, after completion it will automatically enter the outgoing letter agenda, and the agenda staff does not need to record it again in the outgoing letter book. 

In the process of providing social assistance to the community, of course, it cannot be separated from the process of inputting proposed data. At the Nabire Regency Social Welfare Office, the process of inputting proposed social assistance data uses Microsoft Office Excel, the data input process using Microsoft Office Excel is considered to be inefficient because the data that has been input can be lost, so the admin often inputs data repeatedly. an application in the process of inputting data. Data input using this application will be stored in the PhpMyAdmin database. In making this application using a system design use case diagrams that explain the duties and functions of each actor. The tools used in making this application are Visual Studio Code, PhpMyAdmin, Xampp. This social assistance proposal data application can simplify the inputting process and the data can be printed in the form of a hard copy file.

In a modern era like this, it is important for field rental businesses to move towards digital marketing so that they can survive and develop in a time when the need for the internet in everyday life is very high. The purpose of this application is to design a field ordering application that can be easily and quickly accessed by customers via gadgets, so that this application can later be accepted by users from all walks of life (Saktiadji et al., 2023). And this application also provides cash and non-cash payments depending on the user, the system in this application can also make reservations in advance without coming directly to the field you want to rent. Everything can be done just by going through this application and you don't need to move from your place. With the existing system in this application, it is expected to increase the attractiveness and convenience of application users. And this application is also an alternative to additional income for sports field rental businesses.

Drug storage is one of the security activities for drugs that have been received. Storage of drugs in pharmacy installations is part of the integrity or feasibility of drugs before they are given to patients. Because errors in drug storage can make the dose or potency of the drug decrease and cause losses to the hospital. This research includes non-experimental research in the form of quantitative descriptive research conducted by observation and interviews related to the process of storing pharmaceutical preparations through an evaluation based on the Minister of Health of the Republic of Indonesia No. 72 of 2016, and the Director General of Binfar in 2010 and analysis of drug storage indicators. The average result of conformity to the Permenkes is 86%, the average is obtained from 70% storage requirements, 100% storage components, 100% storage systems, 80% storage methods and 80% storage equipment. The average result of conformity at the Director General of Binfar is 93%, the average is obtained from the spatial arrangement of 100%, preparation of 100% drug stock and 80% storage facilities. And the average results of storage indicators are 40%, with a TOR value of 5,1 times a year, warehouse arrangement is based on FIFO/FEFO, the percentage of expired/damaged drugs is 0.25%, and the percentage of empty drugs is 92%, the percentage of drugs dead by 0.04%. Based on the evaluation of the suitability of drug storage in the Pharmacy Warehouse of RSUD dr. Soekardjo, City of Tasikmalaya, it is necessary to increase the suitability of drug storage.

The results of a preliminary study conducted by researchers using the DASS 21 questionnaire and stress impact questionnaire on 10 workers at PT Nindya Citra Kharisma KSO's Manggarai "Mainline 1" project in 2023, found that there were workers who experienced stress with the most impact felt feeling easily tired. The purpose of this study is to determine the relationship between working time and fatigue with work stress. This study used a cross sectional design with a population of 60 people and the sampling method used was a total sampling of 50 people. Data analysis using univariate and bivariate analysis with chi square test. The results of the analysis showed that as many as 29 (58%) workers experienced stress. There is no relationship between years of service (p value = 1,000; PR = 0.967) with work stress and there is a relationship between fatigue and work stress (p value = 0.45; PR 2,057). It can be concluded that fatigue is related to work stress while working period are not related to work stress. Researchers suggest that a work fatigue and stress control program be held through a shift work system so that the duration of work does not exceed NAB (8 hours / day).

In writing this paper, the author utilizes methodology, during the Onshore Practice, the author collects materials from field observation methods and library methods. This is intended to gain a deeper understanding of the Implementation of the ISM Code on the MV Eastern Fair Ship at PT. Pelayaran Multi Jaya Samudera Belawan. The ISM Code is an International regulation developed by the International Maritime Oeganization (IMO) to ensure the safety of ship operation and the protection of the marine environment. By integrating the principles of the ISM Code into their operations, shipping companies can create a safer and more efficient environment for both ship crew and onshore personnel. Safety onboard is a shared responsibility. Safety plays a crucial role in the overall operation of ships. Facts shw that as much as 80% of all accidents can be attributed to human error. Furthermore, about 75-80% of these human errors can be linked to poor management systems. Safety encompasses the ship, crew, cargo, and the marine environment. The Implementation of the ISM Code plays a crucial role in ensuring that everything runs smoothly in terms of safety.

Strategy is a way or method that is chosen or it can also be interpreted as a way to achieve a goal in education. The definition of a learning strategy can be interpreted as a plan that contains a series of activities designed to achieve certain educational goals. The learning strategy includes specific learning approaches, models, methods and techniques. This research is a qualitative method, which is a method that aims to make a systematic, factual, accurate description, picture or painting of the properties and relationships between the phenomena investigated. In other words, descriptive research takes the problem or focuses on actual problems as they were at the time the research was carried out. What was collected was in the form of primary data and secondary data about teacher strategies in online learning, the techniques used in data collection were observations, interviews and documentation studies. Research leads to the methods used by teachers in online learning activities using platforms such as WhatsApp, email, and technology-based zoom.
