Technological developments that are currently happening have an impact on church planting, thus with digitalization it makes fulfillment of all aspects of human life, otherwise it will be left behind, and this acceleration is also triggered by the covid-19 virus, while the core problem that will be put forward is what Church Planting Strategy, what is the Success of Church Planting for Christian Youth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era, and seeing the Urgency of Church Planting for Christian Youth in the Industrial Revolution 4.0 Era. The purpose of writing this scientific paper is to put forward strategies and successes for Christian youth to carry out ministry in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0. The research method used is data collection qualitative method. The strategy and success of planting this church also includes the role of the Holy Spirit in every believer so that they continue to fulfill God's call. Therefore, we need Christian youth who open their hearts to serve God, especially in the era of the industrial revolution 4.0.

Church planting is not a new thing in the journey of Christianity and has an important role to play in the continuation of God's work on earth. Church planting is one aspect that plays an important role in the growth of the church as well as something that the church must do, not only the church, but all believers, considering this duty and responsibility is contained in the Great Commission. David Garrison suggests 4 classifications of church planting, namely rapidly multiplying, indigenous, church planting and in tribal groups. The segmentation of church planting is aimed at both unbelievers and believers who are immature in faith and unshepherded. Evangelism is not one of our efforts to separate them from their culture, we still live culturally and maintain that culture, but our job is to straighten their path from the wrong to the right path, namely the Lord Jesus Christ who is the Savior of mankind. We must keep and preserve the culture, but it is the wrong way and understanding that we must correct.

The main problem in this study is how culture encourages achievement motivation of students studying Social Sciences and how the form of achievement motivation of students learning Social Sciences in class V UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua. This study aims to find out the form of learning in encouraging student achievement motivation in social studies and to find out the form of achievement motivation of fifth grade students at UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua.This type of research is qualitative research and uses a qualitative descriptive approach. The subjects in this study were 2 class teachers and 5 students of class V UPT SDF Negeri Kakatua. Data collection techniques using: observation, interviews, and documentation. While the validity of the data in this study uses source triangulation.The results of the study show that: (1) the student learning culture has been implemented by the teacher who teaches in the class (2) student achievement motivation is important in achieving learning achievement The teacher's role is very important to improve student achievement by providing achievement motivation.Based on the results of the research above, it can be concluded (1) Student learning culture is something that needs to be implemented by teachers and carried out by students to support student behavior at school and outside school (2) achievement motivation needs to be given to students to support student achievement and student learning outcomes .

In this article we include material related to cyber counseling media which is useful for shaping the character or attitude of each student, in this case the development of information and communication technology has had a significant impact on various aspects of human life, including in the field of education . Students in today's digital era tend to be more accustomed to using technology and the internet in everyday life, so it is important to utilize this technology in education. Schools as educational institutions have an important role in shaping students' attitudes and personalities. One aspect that is important to note is the mental health of students. However, there are limitations to conventional counseling services provided by schools, such as limited time and counselors, and the difficulty of student access to counseling locations. Utilization of cyber counseling media can also shape students' modernization attitudes. Students will be accustomed to using technology in everyday life, including in obtaining counseling services. This can help students to improve digital literacy and technology skills which are important in today's digital era

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of Business Centers in Vocational High Schools (2) the effectiveness of the role of Business Centers as entrepreneurship learning units in Vocational High Schools, (3) Empowerment of Business Centers as a means of fostering entrepreneurial characteristics in students. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that the Management of Vocational High School Business Centers has an average of 3 sections. The first part is the photocopy room, used for the practical activities of students majoring in Office Administration and Sharia Banking, the second part is the production room, used for the practical activities of the marketing department, the third is the entrepreneurship room, used for students majoring in Marketing, but students majoring in Office Administration, Accounting, Banking Syariah is also actively involved in the management of the Business Center in the entrepreneurship space. (2) The role of the Business Center as an entrepreneurship learning unit in Vocational High Schools is very good as can be seen from the increasing enthusiasm of students in participating in entrepreneurship learning, with the Business Center students have a place to practice entrepreneurship theory that has been taught by the teacher. In addition, students become tenacious, creative and active in doing entrepreneurial assignments given by the teacher. (3) Empowerment of the Business Center as a means of cultivating entrepreneurial characteristics for students has gone well, it can be seen from some students, most of the students have been able to read business opportunities, and can manage sales finances. Thus it can foster the characteristics of an entrepreneurial spirit in students.

Education plays an important role in all aspects of human life. Education is the most effective tool to improve the quality of individuals to be more productive. Competition between formal educational institutions, especially at the Vocational High School (SMK) level, so that schools compete to improve the quality and quality of education to attract attention and seize market share and offer the services provided. Therefore, schools must design strong marketing strategies in order to make students interested and satisfied with the services provided. Several aspects that affect student satisfaction such as education costs, location and quality of service. This study aims to determine and analyze which factors are the most dominant influencing student satisfaction among education costs, location and service quality. The population in this study were 855 students at SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. With the Slovin formula, the number of samples obtained is 86 students of SMK PAB 2 Helvetia. Data were taken by distributing questionnaires to students which were then measured using a Likert scale. The data analysis technique used Multiple Linear Regression. This study uses SPSS 20 as data processing. The results showed that simultaneously the cost of education, location and service quality had a significant positive effect on student satisfaction. While partially the cost of education, location and service quality have a significant positive effect on student satisfaction.

The creative economy in this study is the management of a business in making decisions and implementing them related to the allocation of limited resources among its various members by taking into account the abilities, efforts and desires of each. Even though at first the creative economy was carried out more by the community as a side job and to increase household income, in its development it has become the main source of income if done seriously. The purpose of this study was to find out the portrait of digital-based non-formal business education in improving the creative economy. The method used in this research is Systematic Literature Review (SLR) by collecting and analyzing journals related to keywords. Based on the literature study conducted, it was found that digital business knowledge can improve welfare by carrying out creative economic activities. Another fact is that it has a big role in the development of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises in Indonesia, especially in the context of poverty alleviation. Technological developments also have a positive impact on practical digital business opportunities. The results of this research have implications for the government and non-formal educational institutions to continue to make programs related to the digital-based creative economy, be it seminars, webinars, training or mentoring.

In writing this article, we discuss the integrity of PAK teachers in forming the spiritual character of students. Because nowadays, there are still some teachers who have not been able to show a Christlike attitude to life, so they are not a good role model for students. In fact, the integrity of an PAK teacher directs the behavior of students so that they are successful in following lessons in a certain knowledge environment. The results of the research show that there are several things that educators need to pay attention to in forming a child's spiritual character, namely: First, maintaining the sanctity of his life as God's partner in educating. Third, Christian religion teachers must prepare lessons as well as possible.Fourth, Christian religious teachers must be role models and have integrity and be friendly to students in the context of forming the spiritual character of students.  This study used the cauldron method qualitative with the library data used are the Bible, journals, articles and theological books that support the topic of discussion.

Several studies on family businesses have noted the very significant role of family businesses in a country's economic growth.  Gender roles in family companies, especially in Indonesia, are very important.  In addition to gender, there are other indicators related to problems in a family business, from several articles that have been found including business strategy, communication and the role of a woman in a family business.  From several articles reviewed, the majority of the research used a qualitative approach in discussing problems in family businesses. A notary is a public official who aims to serve the public in the field of legal services in making authentic deeds by the Law of the Republic of Indonesia Number 30 of 2004. This goal can be achieved if human resource management provides job descriptions and specifications to achieve employee work effectiveness one of which is the Notary Office of Ebony Kiki Haga, S.H., M.Kn, which requires employee work effectiveness in service activities. In this case, the administrative staff is the most important role related to the effectiveness of the notary's office. Work effectiveness has not been achieved properly because there is no defined job description and specifications, so there is often a miscommunication regarding the division of work. This research method uses descriptive qualitative. Data collection techniques using field methods (observation), interview methods, and documentation methods. The data analysis technique uses qualitative analysis, namely by reducing data, presenting data, and drawing conclusions, then testing the credibility of the data using the triangulation method. The result of this research is that the work effectiveness of administrative staff has met 3 (three) indicators of work effectiveness, after doing job analysis with the results being able to apply job descriptions and specifications for administrative staff.

Transkon Jaya has a warehouse section that handles spare parts inventory for vehicles or equipment that is rented, the inaccuracy of data in recording administration at the warehouse will have an impact on the company's operations. Based on the description above, the authors conducted a study entitled Analysis of Warehouse Administration Systems at the Warehouse Department at PT Transkon Jaya Tbk, Balikpapan City. The research method used in this research is Descriptive Qualitative Research which uses comparative analysis techniques through literature study, observation, and interviews. From the results of research and analysis, it can be concluded that the warehousing administration system in the Warehouse Department at PT. Transkon Jaya Tbk Balikpapan uses 2 (two) mechanisms, namely a computerized mechanism that uses the MYOB application and a manual mechanism. However, the application used is an accounting computer application, not an application specifically for inventory administration, which can provide information regarding the location of goods, the number of goods, the date of goods coming in, the date of goods left, and the amount of stock in the warehouse in real-time.

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) play an essential role in justice, increase people's income and encourage Indonesia's economic growth. However, in Palangkaraya City, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic, the contribution of MSMEs to improving the economy and people's income has not been proportional to the number. Therefore, this study aims to identify the factors driving and inhibiting the adoption of e-commerce technology among MSMEs in Palangkaraya City. In this study, researchers cite relevant literature and research sources to reveal the factors supporting or hindering e-commerce adoption among MSMEs. Consumer Support, Organizational Support, Knowledge Support, Technical Barriers, Financial Barriers, Legal Barriers, and Regulatory Barriers. The findings of this study can provide insights and recommendations to stakeholders to increase the competitiveness and market access of MSMEs in the digital era.
