This research aims to describe the influence of the implementation of Creative Problem Solving learning on PAI learning outcomes. This research is a quasi-experiment with a research design using a posttest only control group design. The research population was 401 grade V students at PAKEM District Elementary School. The sample consisted of 120 students who were divided into two experimental classes and two control classes using group random sampling technique. The instrument used is the PAI learning outcomes questionnaire. Data analysis was carried out using ANOVA. The results of this research show that: a) there is a difference in social studies learning outcomes between students who take part in Creative Problem Solving learning and students who take part in conventional learning with a Fhit value of 22.284 > Ftab (3.93), b) there is an influence between the application of creative problem solving learning and multicultural attitudes towards PAI learning outcomes with a Fhit value of 66.428 < Ftab (3.97).

The rapid development of technology has attracted the attention of researchers to conduct research, especially on the impact of social media and changes in people's lifestyles on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products in Klaten City. This study aims to examine the empirical model: The influence of social media and lifestyle on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products in the city of Klaten. The research is a survey research, the data collected is secondary data and primary data by taking the people in the city of Klaten as the object of research. Data collection is in the form of a list of questions (questionnaires) both open and closed questions. In this study, it will be known how much influence social media has on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products. The results of the study using the IBM SPSS version 28.0 program stated that social media has a very strong influence on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products in the city of Klaten as evidenced by the number of consumers who buy and know Sophie Martin products through social media as much as 67.2% which can be seen from the results. research correlation test with a strong degree of correlation between social media and purchasing decisions. While the regression analysis states that lifestyle has no influence on purchasing decisions for Sophie Martin products. While the correlation analysis states that lifestyle affects 59% with the category of moderate degree of correlation.

The restaurant is the most visited place both for meeting friends orfor gathering with family to eat together. So we need a unique interior design to attract visitors. Taking into account the modern layout and interior so as to make visitors more comfortable to relax. The attractiveness of a restaurant can be made in various ways, such as a very unique and attractive interior or exterior design. The purpose of this research is to analyze the influence of interior design on the interest of restaurant visitors. Sampling in this study using simple random sampling technique. Sample random sampling is a technique where sampling is carried out directly at the place to be sampled. An example in this study is the 100 responses that were visitors to a multi-ethnic restaurant in Medan. The technique used in this study uses data analysis techniques to test the validity, reliability and regression tests to test the effect of independent variables on the dependent. Background: Many factors influence the completeness of basic immunization, such as parents, geographical location, vaccines, and health workers who provide immunization services. Even though the immunization program has been implemented well, there are still some immunization coverage that have not been achieved. Parents are the most important factor in scoring a child's complete immunization. Parents' participation in a health program is influenced by various factors and one of them is knowledge and attitudes towards the health program itself. Giving vaccines to children is the right way to anticipate the possibility of children being infected with diseases that are threatening at any time. Immunization functions to build a child's immunity against infectious diseases and dangerous diseases that can cause bodily defects. even death. Immunization given to children is the most effective way to protect children from tuberculosis (TB), diphtheria, pertussis (cocoon cough), tetanus (toothbrush). poliomyletis, measles, rubella and hepatitis B (Mai-imbi, 2021). During this time, parents had hepatitis B, meningitis, pneumonia and polio. VPD is a disease that is hoped to be eradicated or suppressed by implementing an immunization program Objective: Knowing the relationship between maternal attitudes and family support with the completeness of follow-up immunizations for young children at the Medan Amplas Community Health Center, Medan Amplas District in 2022. Method chi square test p value < 0.05 means H0 is rejected and Ha is accepted, the statistical test results show a significant relationship. Results: There is a relationship between the mother's attitude of family support and the completeness of advanced immunization for children in 2022. Suggestions are provided for research and for research sites and for educational institutions regarding perennial wound care.

This research is quantitative to answer questions about the influence of service quality and promotion on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. Data collection was conducted by distributing questionnaires to 100 Shopee marketplace customers at Panca Budi University. The model used is Multiple Regression and processed using SPSS. The research results indicate that service quality and promotion together (simultaneously) have a positive and significant impact on consumer purchase satisfaction. Service quality has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The promotion has a positive and significant impact on purchase satisfaction in the Shopee marketplace. The determinant coefficient, in this case, means that 82.5% of consumer purchase satisfaction can be obtained and explained by service quality and promotion.

This study aims to develop a leadership theory that builds innovative capabillity for organizations in the modern era. Innovative Capabillity is the mechanism that underlies the effect of transformational leadership on creativity. Innovative Capabillity aims to improve the performance of lecturer human resources who work in the education industry such as lecturers. This study involved 100 lecturer human resources. Data was collected using a questionnaire and analyzed using Smart PLS analysis. The results showed that there is a significant positive influence between Transformaional leadership on lecturer human resource performance and individual performance. In addition, Innovative Capabillity is also proven to moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and lecturer human resource performance. The implication is that transformational leadership will be proven to increase the performance of lecturers' human resources, if organizational leaders are able to build lecturers' innovation capabilities.

This study aims to analyze how much the influence of Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate on OCB and its impact on employee performance at PT. Central Mega Kencana. This study uses a survey method by distributing questionnaires to employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana as the respondent. Quantitative research methods with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM)analysis techniques with the application of AMOS version 22. The samples in this study were 145 respondents. The results showed that Intrinsic Motivation, Financial Compensation and Organizational Climate directly had a positive effect on employee performance. and OCB has a positive and significant effect on the performance of employees at PT. Central Mega Kencana.

Background: Family Planning (KB) is a program to balance the needs and population. Contraceptives are tools used to regulate pregnancy distance and control birth. Total Fertality Rate (TFR) in 2018 has not reached the national target of 2.31 children per woman. Knowledge and attitude of the female age couple influences in the use of contraceptives. Goals: To find out the level of knowledge and attitude towards the use of Contraceptives. Methods: This research uses analytic descriptive method with cross-sectional design, Data was collected through interview using questionnaire on 100 respondents. The analysis was conducted in univariate analysis and bivariate analysis with chi-square test with a significance level of 90% to see the relationship between the dependent and independent variables. Result: the level of knowledge and attitude of respondents in a good category, chi-square test results show a significant relation (p = 0.001) between the level of knowledge to the use of contraceptives. The relationship of attitudes towards the use of contraceptives has a significant relation (p=0.000). Conclusion: there is a significant relation between the level of knowledge and attitude of female age couple towards the use of contraceptives.

Banking is a service industry that is very important in advancing the economy of a country. The purpose of this study is to determine whether there is an effect of variable customer value, satisfaction and relational marketing on customer loyalty Priority Bank XYZ Main Branch Office Surabaya Cendana. The data used in this study is primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires, using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. There is an influence between the independent variable and the dependent variable, as evidenced by a significant value of 6,328.10-26 <0.05. Partially, the customer value variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, the customer satisfaction variable (X2) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty and the relationship marketing variable (X3) has a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty. The most dominant variable is the relational marketing variable (X3) because the partial correlation value in the coefficients table is 62.29% greater than the partial correlation value of the other independent variables. customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing simultaneously have a significant effect on verified customer loyalty, customer value variables, customer satisfaction, and relationship marketing partially have a significant effect on proven customer loyalty and relationship marketing variables have a dominant influence on proven customer loyalty the truth. Drugs are substances that can have certain effects on those who use them by inserting the drug into their bodies. This research aims to look at the factors that influence teenagers using drugs in Surbakti Village, Simpang Empat District, Karo Regency in 2022. The type of research used in this research is quantitative analytical with a cross sectional approach method where the sample is 30 respondents using simple random sampling techniques and the type of data used is primary data obtained directly from respondents and secondary data taken from the Village head's office. Based on the research results obtained, the chi-square statistical test results based on environment obtained p=0.977, namely there is no relationship between the environment and teenagers who use drugs. Based on personality, it was obtained that p=0.084, namely there is a relationship between personality and teenagers who use drugs. Based on family, it was found that p=0.163, namely there was no relationship between family and teenagers who used drugs. Based on education, it was found that p=0.104, namely there is a relationship between education and teenagers who use drugs. This means that p is smaller than the value of a (0.05) and thus Ho is accepted and Ha is rejected, which means there is no relationship between environment, personality, family and education and teenagers who use drugs.

The aim of the study was to find out the description of the knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes at RSIA Artha Mahinrus Medan in 2022.Background: One of the causes of high maternal morbidity and mortality is caused by premature rupture of membranes. Premature rupture of membranes is the rupture of the membranes before there are signs of labor and wait one hour before the start of labor. The incidence of premature rupture of membranes is close to 10% of all deliveries (Manuaba, 2013). Purpose: This study aims to describe or describe the knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes. Methods: The type of research used was descriptive with a cross-sectional approach, the population in the study There were 87 mothers giving birth with a sample of 53 respondents. The sample technique used was accidental sampling, the analysis used was univariate analysis. Results: The study concluded that the high knowledge of birth mothers is strongly influenced by education and experience. Where from 68 respondents with higher education who have good knowledge as many as 18 respondents (72.0%). Experienced birth mothers who had good knowledge were 23 respondents (60.5%). Conclusion: Knowledge of mothers about premature rupture of membranes during pregnancy is greatly supported by education and experience. Therefore it is suggested that all parties improve services, especially in providing information about the importance of preventing premature rupture of membranes.

Character education is increasingly relevant in the millennial era, where the younger generation faces complex global and local challenges. This research aims to explore the role and urgency of character education in facing these challenges. In the context of social and technological change, character education is an important basis for forming a strong and competitive generation. This research uses qualitative methods with literature review. The importance of character education in facing the challenges of globalization and the various perspectives of values in society are analyzed. The influence of technology and social media is also a new challenge in building the character of the millennial generation. Strategies to ensure effective character education in dealing with globalization and local currents are also discussed. This research provides in-depth and useful insights for education practitioners, policy makers, and all parties who care about the character building of quality and competitive millennial generations. Through a deep understanding of the importance of character education in the millennial era, it is hoped that the younger generation can grow as individuals with integrity, globally competitive and respect local values that strengthen national identity.

Indonesia is one of the countries known for its abundant agricultural products, agricultural products in Indonesia are very diverse, ranging from horticultural crops, spices, fruits and plantation crops. These agricultural products are spread throughout Indonesia. Kepahiang is located in the highlands of Bukit Barisan which is one of the districts in Bengkulu Province. The area of ​​Kepahiang Regency reaches approximately 710,110 hectares or 710.11 square kilometers (Kepahiang Regency Statistics Center, 2021), geographically Kepahiang Regency is located in the highlands with a cool climate. The agricultural sector plays an important role in the economy of Kepahiang Regency because it is the main sector that provides the largest role in the formation of the Gross Regional Domestic Product (GRDP). This research was conducted with the aim of knowing whether there is a positive and significant influence of agribusiness management on the productivity of red-picked coffee farmers in Bandung Jaya Village, Kabawetan District, Kepahiang Regency. There are two variables in this study, namely the independent variable is agribusiness management and the dependent variable is farmer productivity. The research population was red-picked coffee farmers in the village of Bandung Jaya who were members of a black civet farmer group, totaling 12 people. Data collection techniques used questionnaires and documentation. Data analysis techniques used simple linear regression questionnaires and tested the validity and reliability of the data. Based on the research that has been carried out, the results obtained are simple linear regression with the equation Y = 14.538 + 0.646 X and based on the validity test all statement items are said to be valid because (X) r count > r table (0.5760) and all statement items are said to be reliable because the value con'bach alpha > 0.60. Based on the calculations obtained, it is known that the agribusiness management variable has a significant positive effect on increasing the productivity of potato farmers and the results of the hypothesis can be accepted.

This research is a quantitative research type. Aims to determine the effect of employee discipline and supervision on employee performance at the Maluku Province Community and Village Empowerment Office against the background of problems regarding employee performance that have not been maximized. The sample in this study amounted to 41 respondents. The data collection techniques used were observation, questionnaires using multiple linear regression analysis models, and classical assumption tests. The results of this study indicated that the effect of employee discipline on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.3%. The effect of supervision on employee performance partially provided an effective contribution of 75.5%. Simultaneously, employee discipline and supervision made an effective contribution of 71% to employee performance, and 29% was influenced by other variables not examined by researchers. This is seen based on the value obtained from data processing using the SPSS version 26 application, which showed that the significance value (sig) of the T test and F test is smaller than the probability value of 0.05. In improving employee performance, of course, other variables are needed to encourage better employe performance.

In practice, journalism has a great influence on the news that is disseminated, the use of journalistic codes of ethics is used to guide the process of retrieving and disseminating the information collected. In this urnal examines the formulation of Islamic journalistic ethics. The rules in carrying out journalistic duties are inseparable from the teachings of Islam which are guided by the Qur'an. So far, some Journalism has made western press theory a guide to the implementation of journalistic duties rather than press theory in an Islamic perspective. Thus, the purpose of this activity is expected to add insight to readers about the implementation of journalism in accordance with Islamic law and can be applied in journalism activities. This research also used supporting documents from both several existing books and journals. The results showed that the formulation of Journalistic Ethics According to an Islamic Perspective needs to be continuously socialized in various activities, both lectures and journalistic trainings, especially on Islamic campuses.

This study investigated the role of financial literacy and social influence in the actual usage of digital payment as a fintech service systems in an effort to gather information and the degree of risk that users will experience, taking into account the advantages received. This study utilized a descriptive qualitative strategy coupled with a literature review method for data collection, namely the acquisition of data from publications and journals pertaining to the usage of digital payment systems. The data analysis technique employs the approach of deriving conclusions by objectively, systematically, and generally recognizing the many specific qualities of a message. The findings indicated that financial literacy and social influence have a substantial impact on the utilization of digital payment systems. The usage of digital payment services as a type of risky financial behavior raises knowledge and comprehension of financial goods, which will affect judgments on whether or not to utilize these products. This study is limited to a literature review and paves the way for future empirical studies to analyze the elements and dimensions of financial literacy and social influence in the usage of digital payment services in more depth.

The purpose of this research is to examine 1. What factors attract foreign buyers to import cashew nuts from Indonesia?.2. What are the obstacles faced by foreign buyers in the process of importing cashew nuts from Indonesia?.3. What are the stages of the process carried out by buyers to import cashews from Indonesia?.4. What is the solution to these obstacles? This research was made using a qualitative descriptive analysis type of research regarding the marketing process of the cashew nut export sales business. (2) Currency differences. (3) Obstacles in the Form of Regulations. (4) International trade barriers are seen from economic institutions, namely: The influence of economic organizations, Anti-dumping regulations that increase import duty rates, Embargoes related to the prohibition of trade between countries. What is the solution to these obstacles? (1). Solution for difficult payments, by L/C. (2) The solution when the currency, using the USA currency or by agreement, is exchanged to the value of the destination country. (3) The solution to obstacles in the form of regulation, is to instinctively follow market trends. (4) Solutions to barriers to economic institutions, exporters take advantage of facilities from countries that are members of economic organizations, export at competitive prices, and resolve trade embargo issues between countries.

This study focuses on location, product innovation, and service quality affecting consumer satisfaction. In addition, the investigated question is “Do location, product innovation, and service quality have an influence on customer satisfaction at Café Maballo?” Furthermore, the objective of this study was to find out to what extent the effect of location, innovation, and service quality on consumer satisfaction at Café Maballo. The employed data collection method was a questionnaire. The collected data were then analyzed using a validity test, reliability test, normality test, hypothesis testing, multiple regression analysis, t-test, F test, and coefficient of determination (R2). To facilitate the data processing, researchers used SPSS v. 25. The results of the t-test examining the effect of location on customer satisfaction showed that t_count was > t_table (0.734 > 1.66792) with a significant level below 0.1 (i.e., 0.000). Thus, the location does not have a significant effect on customer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Furthermore, H_O is accepted, meaning that the location does not partially affect customer satisfaction. In addition, the results of the t-test examining the effect of innovation on customer satisfaction presented that t_count  was > t_table (3.253 < 1.66792), indicating that innovation has a positive and significant influence on customer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Additionally, the results of the t-test examining the effect of service quality on satisfaction revealed that t_count  was > t_table (3.455 > 1.66792). Therefore, H_a is accepted, meaning that service quality affects consumer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Apart from that, the results of the F test showed that F_count  was > F_table (19.203 > 3.13), indicating that location, innovation, and service quality simultaneously influence customer satisfaction at Café Maballo. Furthermore, the coefficient of determination presented an R-squared of 0.462 or 46%. This shows that the percentage of the influence of the independent variables on the dependent variable is 46% while the remaining 54% is from the influence of other variables not observed in this study.
