Acid-base topic is considered as a difficult topic by high school students of SMAN 3 Padang Panjang. This is proofed by the result of their mark that showed 80.2% of 101 students do not past the test.  This is an indication that the students hava a learning difficulties. Learning difficulties is the condition where someone has an obstacle in learning about something. This research intend to identify the student’s learning difficulties on acid-base topic and  find out the factors of their learning difficulties. The method of this research is descriptive method. The sample of this research are 32 students of class XI IPA 3 SMAN 3 Padang Panjang. And from the research, researcher find out that the percentage of learning difficulties indication of the sample is 46.8% with the category is high enough. This learning difficulties are influenced by scheduling and implementation of learning factors.

The background of this research is that the performance in carrying out managerial functions, a school principal will experience several obstacles caused by various factors both from outside and from within. A school principal is able to carry out the managerial function of the principal, if in carrying out this function it is carried out properly, and can overcome various obstacles that arise properly and wisely. With qualified managerial competency skills, it is hoped that teacher professionalism will also increase teacher professionalism. The purpose of this study was to analyze and describe: 1) Implementation of the principal's managerial competencies in improving teacher professionalism; 2) The obstacles faced by school principals in implementing the principal's managerial competencies to improve teacher professionalism; 3) Efforts made by the principal in implementing the managerial competency of the principal to improve teacher professionalism. The research method used in the preparation of this thesis is descriptive with a qualitative approach. Data collection techniques were carried out through interviews, observation, and documentation studies. The informants in this study included school principals, supervisors, school committees, and teachers. The results of the study show that 1) The managerial competence of the principal in review has been well implemented so that it can improve teacher professionalism. However, there are aspects that need to be improved, namely managing school change and development towards an effective learning organization; 2) There are obstacles encountered in applying the managerial competence of school principals in improving teacher professionalism; 3) There are efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing the principal's managerial competencies to improve teacher professionalism. The first obstacle is the difference in tasks that are very different because.

To arrange the increase of Domestic Violence, the government make Act No. 23 of 2004 which specifically arrange the removal of Domestic Violence, as "a legal umbrella" that can give protection for the Domestic Violence vixtim’s. One example of law enforcement implementation according to Act No. 23 of 2004 that arrange the removal of Domestic Violence has been implemented by Polres Mojokerto in Case of Domestic Violence done by the defendant Boby Exzandro Wardhanny (BEW) Bin Suyatno to the victim, the defendant's wife, Iis Yuliatin (IY). The defendant had physically abused to the victim by grabbing and hitting the victim's right head that make pain in her right ear and bruises behind the right ear that stated in case register number : 75/Pid.Sus/2022/PN Mjk.

The emergence of the Covid-19 virus in 2019 caused an economic crisis for all regions in Indonesia. So an appeal was issued to prevent the occurrence of Covid-19. However, this implementation has affected various sectors, especially the economic sector. East Java Province is one of the provinces affected by the Covid-19 pandemic, so that the economy in East Java Province has experienced a decline. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Regional Original Revenue and Capital Expenditures on the Financial Performance of the Level II Regional Government of East Java Province for the 2018-2022 Period. The research methodology uses a quantitative research methodology, the sample used uses saturated sampling. Data analysis in this study used descriptive statistical analysis with Patrial Least Squares (PLS) software. The results of this study are that regional original income has a significant effect on local government financial performance and capital expenditure has no significant effect on local government financial performance.

The research subjects were fourth grade students at Muhammadiyah Kemiri Elementary School for the 2021/2022 academic year with a total of 25 students. This research data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, tests, documentation. Analysis of the data obtained is the result of observing the implementation of learning, observing students' activeness in each cycle and tests in cycle I and cycle II

Creative economic innovations are developing in two villages in Ciamis Regency, namely Ciomas Village, Panjalu District and Jelat Village, Baregbeg District, where there are Islamic boarding schools and religious tourism activities. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation, and literature studies. Data analysis techniques namely data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of the study show that it is true that there are creative economic innovations that are useful in the development of religious tourism in the two villages. In overcoming the perceived obstacles, the Village Government and Islamic Boarding School have made various efforts to overcome them at this time. As for those that have not been implemented, they are still due to deficiencies in one way or another in their implementation. There are two differences between the two villages that can be seen after conducting research, namely for Ciomas Village, the Village Government has not yet had a creative economy initiative that supports religious tourism but is willing to work together to help and succeed in innovation programs with residents and Islamic boarding schools. As for Jelat Village, the village government also has a program for the development of religious tourism in the area, but the enthusiastic residents are passive.

Marriage is a bond between two men and women to form a happy and eternal household. The formation of a household is symbolic, that humans have a goal to develop life, this symbol can be realized when both parties bind themselves to move together under any circumstances. Marriage, which is symbolized as a bond and agreement, legally can be reviewed when the main goal is not fulfilled due to inconsistencies between the two parties deviating from the original purpose of forming a family. The review of the marriage agreement may end with a legal process or due to natural causes such as the death of one of them. Marriage, which was originally intended to form a happy and eternal household, could be broken up because the husband and wife are not committed to living life together. The principle of marriage, both according to Islamic Shari'at and Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage contains the principle of monogamy, namely a man may only be paired with a woman and vice versa, but under certain conditions, Islamic Shari'at and the Law The law provides space and opportunities for a man to have more than one wife, namely polygamy. In practice, polygamous marriages still have pros and cons. There are pros and cons of opinion on polygamous marriages due to irregularities in its implementation. These deviations will be the object of research.

Understanding the concept plays a very important role in learning, so that it becomes the basis for achieving learning outcomes. Choosing the right learning model can affect students' understanding of a concept. The product-based Science Technology Society (STS) learning model is likely to improve students' conceptual understanding. This study is a qualitative study with a pre-experimental method and a pre- and post-test using a single-group design. An observation point and a test device were used as research tools. The results showed that  students' understanding of the concepts improved significantly with the implementation of the product-based Science Technology Society (STS) model. This is taken into account by the T-test results  where the t-table  results are less than the t-number. Therefore, it can be concluded that  the use of product-based models of science technology and society (STS) significantly affects students' understanding of concepts.

This study is titled Ticket Reservation Information System For a Website-Based Tourist Destination  a Case Study of Bale Rantjah Park. The aim of this research is to design and develop a ticket reservation information system to facilitate visitors in booking tickets, enhance ticket management for Bale Rantjah Park, and modernize the conventional ticket reservation system. The research employs a qualitative descriptive approach, utilizing data collection methods such as observation, interviews, and literature review.  The outcome of this study is a web-based ticket reservation information system that enables visitors to easily make online ticket bookings. Users can access information about the tourist destination, make reservations by selecting the amount of tickets and visit dates, and proceed with online payments. Administrators can manage visitor data and transactions, as well as generate revenue reports. In conclusion, this web-based ticket reservation information system offers advantages and convenience for both visitors and the management of Bale Rantjah Park. The implementation of this system is expected to streamline ticket reservations and data management, provide an improved experience for visitors, and support the growth of the tourism business.

The diversity, including religious diversity, in Indonesia is an undeniable reality. As a system of beliefs and a religious system, religion plays a crucial role in creating a just and civilized way of life for all humanity in the world. Throughout the journey of mankind, religions have been an ever-flowing source of motivation and inspiration, and they will continue to evolve alongside human development. This article discusses the importance of building religious tolerance through Christian education, focusing on the correct perspective towards every religious practitioner and the Christian way of life in relation to other religious communities.The research methodology employed is descriptive. Through a deep understanding of the values of tolerance embedded in the Bible, this article explores the definition of tolerance, the perspectives of Biblical figures on religious plurality, the implementation of tolerance within various religions, factors contributing to intolerance, and efforts towards sustainable development of tolerance.

The implementation of educational institutions between teachers and students has a very close relationship in improving student achievement. School as an educational institution that seeks to form a generation that is reliable, faithful and pious, has noble character and is skilled through general and religious education and the majority of its students receive religious education from their parents, so that their academic achievement is lacking, seen in the daily behavior of students who often take actions that are violates student rules and there are still those who are not orderly in participating in religious activities, so that teacher strategies in improving student learning achievement are needed to minimize bad acts or morals committed by students. The research approach is qualitative research, with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques are participant observation, in-depth interviews and documentation. The analysis technique used is data reduction, data presentation and conclusion. The results of the research are 1) Reflective strategies applied by the teacher in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar which are carried out by: a) the teacher brings different experiences into learning, b) helps students understand the material based on their experience c) the quality of assignments given by the teacher, demands the involvement of thought processes, and requires evaluation, d) the teacher conditions students in a learning environment including facilitators of implementation agendas, space and time of implementation, with a supportive learning environment, achievement student learning will be able to improve properly. 2) the espositoric strategy applied by the teacher in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar, by: a) preparing all material readiness, b) Emphasizing material through lecture and question and answer methods. c) giving a good example or role model to students, 3) heuristic strategies used by teachers in learning to improve student achievement in PAI subjects at MA Ma'arif Bakung Udanawu Blitar by activating a) teaching materials. b) Its implementation is preceded by an appreciation in advance and giving direction on the intent of the material objectives.

Nursing service is part of the health service system in hospitals which has the function of maintaining the quality of service, which is often used as a barometer by the community, in assessing the quality of hospitals, thus demanding the professionalism of nurses in their work as shown by the results of the performance of nurses, both implementing and nursing nurses. management in providing nursing care to clients. Maximum implementation of nurse work in quality health services occurs when the nursing care implementation system supports professional nursing practice according to standards (RI Law No. 38, 2014). Motivation is the factors that exist within a person that move and direct his behavior or encouragement that causes him to do something or do something to satisfy individual needs to achieve certain goals (Rini, 2015).

The solutions for the problem of less optimal strategy implementation in BBI Sukamaju need to be found, and as the first step, efforts are needed to evaluate the chosen strategy, to review and to re-evaluate the situations (strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and business threats), and also to update the formulated strategy so that it suits the developments of the external environment in order to support the efforts of function development of Balai Benih Ikan (BBI) on Dinas Peternakan dan Perikanan Kabupaten Ciamis at Supplying of Quality Fish Seeds in Ciamis Regency. This study explains the steps for choosing the right strategy based on the Routweer concept approach by comparing the performance of the strategy before the new strategy is introduced, which is the development strategy or known by the name Restructurisation. By using a semi-structured interview method, SWOT analysis and QSPM, there will be found an effective strategy that can help achieve the organization’s objectives effectively and efficiently to support the vision, mission and the goals of regional development. From this research, based on QSPM calculation results, it can be concluded that the strategy improves coordination with various work partners (7,8), increases the partnership with UPR to increase the seed production, increases the cooperation with universities, research institutes and other partners (6,25), and becomes a priority strategy.

The purpose of this study is to find out the settlement of this crime of theft by using the concept of Restorative Justice, as well as what are the considerations of the Police and Complainants in implementing this Restorative Justice against the perpetrators of the Teak Wood Theft Crime. The method used in this research is empirical juridical research which is the implementation of normative legal provisions in the form of (laws) as well as based on legal reality in society (empirical). The data used in this study are primary data and secondary data, primary data is data obtained from respondents through interviews, and secondary data is data obtained from books, journals, legislation, websites. The results of this study can be concluded that the crime of theft is an ordinary offense that can be resolved through discretionary Restorative Justice or decision-making carried out by the Police based on KAPOLRI regulation Number 8 of 2021 concerning Handling of Crimes Based on Restorative Justice. By revoking the report from the complainant or peacefully from both parties, the Investigator then re-examines both the victim and the witness with a statement revoking the Minutes of Examination. The revocation resulted in the non-fulfillment of the elements of evidence, so that the Investigator could stop his investigation with the consideration of the victim and the Investigator. According to the data the author obtained from the Special Criminal Investigation Unit of the Blitar District Police, from 2021 to 2023 as of June there were 24 Illegal Logging cases at the Blitar District Police, and only 3 cases were resolved through Restorative Justice, with a percentage calculation of 12.5% ​​only . Even though Restorative Justice can be carried out, it must still meet the material and formal requirements based on the Chief of Police Regulation Number 8 of 2021, especially when it comes to the environment.

This study aims to find out how far the implementation of the Pangandaran Regency Regional Regulation Number 5 of 2015 concerning the Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency, what are the obstacles and to find out what efforts have been made by the Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency to overcome these obstacles . The Pangandaran Regency National Amil Zakat Agency, hereinafter referred to as Regency BAZNAS, is an institution that carries out national zakat management in Pangandaran Regency. BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency is a Zakat Management organization formed by the Government with the task of collecting, distributing and utilizing zakat in accordance with Islamic religious provisions and applicable laws and regulations. In this study the method used was a qualitative approach with data collection techniques using observation and interviews. From the results of the research and discussion, it shows that the implementation of the Regional Regulation of Pangandaran Regency Number 5 of 2015 concerning Management of Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh for Poverty Alleviation in Pangandaran Regency has not been carried out properly. This is evidenced by the lack of effective communication between the BAZNAS of Pangandaran Regency and the Regional Head as a political position as well as the regional Secretariat whose job is to assist regional heads in formulating policies and coordinating regional offices and regional technical institutions. The absence of strict sanctions from the regional head to civil servants who do not comply with these regulations has hindered poverty alleviation from Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh funds collected by BAZNAS. Zakat, Infaq and Shodaqoh carried out by BAZNAS did not reach the target, as a result the assistance distributed by BAZNAS tended to be consumptive funds with little value. Lack of quality and quantity of Human Resources for BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency, so when the aid funds were channeled for business capital assistance, BAZNAS Pangandaran Regency did not provide assistance and utilization of beneficiaries, so that the funds received were ultimately not optimal for poverty alleviation, and led to when the business capital runs out, in the end the business closes.

Madrasas have a dual role, namely as a place to gain knowledge and form the character of akhlakul karimah. Madrasas also remain in the main challenge to always improve quality institutionally through developing madrasas into quality educational institutions. This study seeks to describe the implementation of quality development strategies at MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis. The study used a qualitative descriptive method with the research subjects being the Head of Madrasah, Deputy Head of Madrasah, Teachers, and Students. To obtain data used techniques of observation, interviews, and documentation studies. The collected data were analyzed through data reduction, data presentation, drawing conclusions, and triangulation. The results of the study show that the implementation of the development strategy carried out by MAN 1 Ciamis and MAN 2 Ciamis are: 1) development of superior programs according to the characteristics of madrasas; 2) student program by selecting the acceptance of new students and the development of talent interests; 3) human resource development program with attention to HR recruitment and competency development through training; 4) infrastructure development program to support learning activities.

The purpose of this study is to find out the explanation related to the implementation of work for a certain time and what obstacles occur in the implementation of work agreements for a certain time at Hungrypedia Gorontalo. The type of research conducted in this research is to use normative research methods. The process of implementing a specific time work agreement at Hungrypedia Gorontalo involves explaining the contents of the agreement to workers and workers who have understood and agreed to it. The current obstacle at Hungrypedia Gorontalo is a work schedule problem.

Kampung Depet Indah is one of the villages in the Celala District, Central Aceh District. Kampung Depet Indah is located in an area that is remote in the District of Celala with its vast natural potential with agricultural land and plantations. Based on the results of surveys conducted on several farms and plantations, there are still many farmers who on average use chemical fertilizers as a source of additional or substitute nutrients needed by plants to support growth. One of the work programs being carried out is the manufacture of liquid organic fertilizer (POC) from banana peel waste, where POC itself is a liquid organic fertilizer that can be used by farmers as a provider of nutrients for plants and crops. The implementation of making POC up to the socialization stage to the community consists of several stages which include: (1) Preparation of tools and materials (2) Making POC as a sample (3) Making POC posters (4) Socializing POC to the community (5) Question and answer session.

This  study  aims  to  describe  and  analyze  the  principles  of  Good  Corporate Governance in managing village funds at the Tenggak Village Government, Sidoharjo District, Sragen Regency. This type of research uses a descriptive method with a qualitative approach. This  research  design  is  considered  as  the  most  suitable  application  to  explain  the  good governance  principles  in  the  Tenggak  Village  government  in  depth  according  to  the  actual phenomena.  Data  collection  techniques  carried  out  containe  of  interviews,  observation  and documentation.  The  results  of  this  study  indicate  that  the  principles  of  responsibility, independence, and justice have been applied properly. Therefore the principle of transparency has not been applicated properly and the principle of accountability has not met the existing research indicators. The final result indicated that the principles of good corporate governance have  not  been  implemented  properly  in  village  fund  management  in  Tenggak village governance.
