The implementation of learning using e-learning must be supported by several readiness factors. Organizational readiness factors, such as regulations, infrastructure, technology, and policies, have a significant effect on learning outcomes using e-learning. However, the human element in its use is also the most important factor in online learning. This research was conducted to measure the readiness of lecturers using e-learning on several factors, namely; Technology access factor, skill and training factor, instructor attitude factor. The sample of this study was 100 active lecturers. Univariate data analysis was performed by calculating the average readiness index and frequency and identifying categories of readiness intervals for using e-learning. The results of this study show the readiness of lecturers in using e-learning assessed from technology mastery factors, skill and training factors, and instructor attitude factors. However, for a very mature level, refinement and development of all these factors are still necessary. In addition, the training aspect is considered quite ready, but management must open training opportunities for lecturers to run online classes.

There have always been ups and downs in regional governance, with a number of autonomy issues and less-than-perfect institutional working relationships between the Centre and the regions. Instead of being resolved by the 2014 Local Government Law, Law No. 23/2014, these issues have further complicated the relationship between local authorities and the central government. This research aims to analyze the review of the principles of regional government and the implementation of the SOTK. This research uses a normative juridical method that focuses on legal precedents, relevant laws, and regulations. The result of this research is that regional autonomy is based on the idea that autonomous regions have the authority as well as the rights and obligations in managing their own local interests in accordance with the law. In Indonesia, local governance is guided by three basic principles, namely 1) The principle of decentralization. 2) The idea behind de-concentration. 3) Assistance tasks as a concept. There are three parts to the model of how local governments and the federal government work together, namely 1) agency model, 2) the interaction Model, and 3) the relative Autonomy Model The structure of each region will include various interventions. However, the drafting guidelines from the government make the SOTK look uniform, centralized and rigid, so despite the differences, each region's SOTK still has some similarities.

This study aims to see the effect of disclosure of corporate social responsibility based on Islamic law on financial performance. This study uses a quantitative approach with a sample size of 8 out of 11 Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia taken using a purposive sample. The data collection process is carried out by downloading the annual financial statements of Islamic commercial banks from the annual financial statements, information on corporate social responsibility disclosures based on the Islamic Social Reporting (ISR) consists of 38 items, the zakat variable is measured by 2.5% of the profit before taxes, while the financial performance is seen from the value of Return on Assets (ROA) and Return On Equity (ROE) of each company. Path analysis is used to see the direct and indirect relationship of the disclosure of corporate social responsibility based on Islamic Social Reporting to financial performance, where zakat is a mediation. Path analysis shows that the disclosure of corporate social responsibility using ISR has a direct effect on financial performance (P < 0.001; R2 = 0.33), zakat on financial performance also affects financial performance (P < 0.001; R2 = 0.24). So it can be concluded that the disclosure of social responsibility using Islamic Social Reporting and the implementation of zakat in Islamic commercial banks in Indonesia can be used as steps to improve the company's financial performance.

Regional finance is a right and obligation. Rights are regional rights to seek regional revenue sources in the form of collecting regional taxes, regional levies or other sources of revenue in accordance with applicable laws and regulations. Meanwhile, the obligation is the obligation of the region to issue money in order to carry out all regional government affairs. In its implementation, the financial management carried out by each region is accountable to the Supreme Audit Board (BPK). Regions that are categorized as good in financial management will receive an award in the form of an unqualified opinion (WTP). The Principle of Accountability in realizing WTP-based management can be interpreted as an effort to be accountable by creating oversight through the distribution of power in various government institutions so as to reduce the accumulation of power while creating conditions of mutual supervision.

Mr. Joko Widodo, The President of the Republic of Indonesia, has recently been inseparable from various hot issues that have been debated in the community during his tenure for two terms. In recent years, there have been  discussions for postponing elections  made by a range of political figures, and people who support the issue. The big impact caused by this discourse includes demonstrations and resistance from the community. The stability of a country is also affected by an increasingly tense political situation. The danger of democracy allowing its people's freedom to speak raises political turmoil, which can undermine the values of constitutional sovereignty and democracy. The article investigates Indonesia's laws governing the delay of national elections and the recommendations for the implementation of the discourse on postponing the general election against the sovereignty of the constitution and democracy as well as the consequences of its implementation. The study's methodology is normative juridical with a legislative and conceptual focus. Data were gathered through a literature review of secondary legal materials, such as the general election law, secondary sources in the form of journals and books, and tertiary sources in the form of articles from websites. The conclusion of the findings of this article in the form of a constitution does not regulate or require the prorogation of the general elected. However, to strive for the agenda, there is a method of forming a Government Regulation in Lieu of Law that involves a mismatch in the periodization of the position of state stakeholder described in the 1945 Constitution and is an indication of contraindications to constitutional sovereignty. Constitutional amendments are the second option that can pose a threat to the sustainability of electoral principles that are part of a form of democratic sovereignty.

Based on the choice of the community, this leader will be elected through the democratic system of elections, but there are still many problems that often occur in its implementation. The purpose of this research is to analyze the law of democracy in the implementation of presidential and regional elections in a presidential system country. National treatment is one of the fundamental standards in the implementation of foreign direct investment. An important element determining the applicability of national treatment standard is the existence of ‘like circumstances’ between foreign and domestic investors. However, the application of ‘like circumstances’ concept is often inconsistent, due to the absence of touchstones necessary to determine the ‘like circumstances’ itself. This study analyzes the significance of the application of ‘like circumstances’ concept in national treatment standard and its regulation in national treatment clauses in international investment agreements, showing that the absence of provisions on the touchstones to determine ‘like circumstances’ might contribute to the inconsistency of the application of national treatment standard, thus the insertion of the touchstones to determine ‘like circumstances’ is necessary.

Pharmaceutical preparations is a term that covers all forms of pharmaceutical preparations ranging from drugs, medicinal ingredients, traditional medicines to cosmetics. This term has been regulated in Government Regulation of the Republic of Indonesia Number 51 of 2009 concerning Pharmaceutical Work. Management of pharmaceutical preparations is a cycle of activities starting from the selection, scheduling needs, receiving, storage, distribution, destruction and withdrawal, control, which is necessary for pharmaceutical service activities. The method used in this study is a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) of ten national journals which were obtained using online database facilities via the Google Scholar, Refseek, and Sciencegate pages. Journals were selected based on publications published between 2018 and 2023. There were obstacles in the implementation of pharmaceutical preparations, including planning that was still conservative, from delays in drug procurement in demand and distribution, resulting in empty drug supplies. However, not all aspects are problematic. There are many other aspects of the mechanism of pharmaceutical preparation that are carefully programmed and procedurally appropriate. This matter needs to be done routinely and continuously, and with written commitments for pharmaceutical preparations in Indonesia in supporting SKN it can be categorized as quite good.
