The current development of internet technology around the world is increasingly sophisticated, all levels of society can enjoy the benefits of this internet. The existence of social media has now become a primary need that cannot be separated from human life. The presence of increasingly diverse social media has become a place for young K-Pop fans to cyberbully on various applications, one of which is Twitter. The selection of topics in this article aims to find out the motives or reasons behind these young K-Pop fans carrying out acts of cyberbullying. In research on this topic, the author will use qualitative methods by collecting non-participatory observational data and in-depth interviews with two informants, whom the author has traced and indeed indicated to be perpetrators of cyberbullying on social media Twitter. The results of the study found that the motives of young KPOP fans to carry out cyberbullying on Twitter social media were due to the nature of fanaticism towards idols, feeling annoyed and angry when they saw posts/tweets that vilified idols, jealousy or envy of other idol fans, lack of understanding of ethics and norms -norms of behavior on social media, and feel satisfied and happy if they feel they have won the debate.

Criminal Profiling is an investigative technique to describe the profile of criminals in terms of demographics, psychology, modus operandi and incident settings. In this article, researchers are interested in carrying out Criminal Profiling on the murder and rape cases of Eno Farihah, to see an overview of the Criminal Profiling that occurred in that case, the factors of the murder and rape of the perpetrators, and the profiling of each perpetrator in the case concerned. The research method that researchers use is literature review and literature research. From the findings of the researchers it is known that the murder case of Eno Farihah by three perpetrators had different reasons. The RA perpetrator was the victim's boyfriend who was involved because the victim refused his invitation to have sex, while the RAr perpetrator was suspected because he was often ridiculed bitterly and blackly, then the last perpetrator IH was allegedly because of unrequited love. So that the perpetrators were charged under the applicable law with different legal sentences, the perpetrators RAr and IH were sentenced to death, while the perpetrators RA were sentenced to 10 years in prison because they were underage.

This study aims to clearly describe the regulation of regulations that examine changes in the Employment Copyright Act, the legal consequences that can be caused to companies if they do not provide severance pay at the time of Termination of Employment and Government Regulation no. 35 of 2021. The results of this study aim to analyze the effectiveness opportunities for High School Students to enter the Jakarta State University. This research method uses qualitative research methods. The sources used for this research are interviews, filling out questionnaires and collecting data from several relevant journals and articles. This research focuses more on how students get motivated and the driving factors related to entering State Universities. The results of this study explain that the data obtained from the interview results assume that the facility factors from the school, environmental factors within the school and external support are the dominant reasons for students to continue their education to State Universities.

Company dissolution and legal protection of shareholder rights are regulated based on Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning Limited Liability Companies in Indonesia. The journal discusses the procedure for dissolving a company, the reasons for dissolving, and options for filing a lawsuit against the court for dissolving a company when a dispute arises between shareholders. The author emphasizes the importance of legal protection for shareholders and the need for clear regulations in the Indonesian Limited Liability Company Law. Normative legal research methods (normative legal research). The results of this study indicate that the procedure for dissolving a company based on Law Number 40 of 2007 concerning limited liability companies can apply for the dissolution of a company through a district court. There are shareholder rights that must be protected and shareholders must exercise their rights through adequate procedures that have been determined by the company.

Presidential elections are carried out with activities called elections or general elections. Election activities are carried out once every five years by adhering to the principles of direct, public, free, confidential, honest and fair. But in reality, there are unpleasant activities when election activities are about to take place, one of which is bribery. This study aims to describe election activities in Indonesia as well as bribery activities in them and are related to Islamic views. This study uses a literacy study method with a qualitative approach. The results of this study indicate that there are causes, reasons and impacts when someone commits an act of bribery. In the view of Islam, bribery is an activity that is not justified because this activity is an act of consuming wealth incorrectly and vanity. From this case several solutions are needed to reduce bribery in Indonesia.

Performance appraisal aims to determine progress and to increase the trust of external parties. There are two types of assessment of company performance, namely the assessment of financial performance and non-financial performance. Financial performance is an analysis carried out to see how far a company has carried out by using the rules of financial implementation properly and correctly. The research methodology used is based on data and data sources, data collection methods, operational definitions, and analytical methods. The analytical method used is financial ratio analysis which is a form of quantitative analysis. In 2020, the current ratio, quick ratio and cash ratio are respectively 115%, 66% and 52% and in 2021 they are 113%, 64% and 53%. The cash turnover ratios in 2020 and 2021 are 2 times and 4 times. Debt to Asset Ratio in 2020 and 2021 is 46% and 41%. Working capital turnover for 2020 and 2021 is 2 times and 4 times. Fixed asset turnover for 2020 and 2021 is 0.23 times, and 0.28 times. Meanwhile, total asset turnover for 2020 and 2021 is 0.12 times and 0.16 times. The net profit margin in 2020 and 2021 is 37% and 35%. After conducting research on the performance of the BRI Simpang Rimbo Besar Unit, it can be concluded that the performance of the BRI Simpang Rimbo Besar Unit for the periods of 2020 and 2021 from a liquidity standpoint is quite good as well as from a solvency perspective. is good enough. Changes in society will continue for as long as people interact with one another. The phenomenon of urbanization is one form of social change. This is because of geographical, biological, economic, and cultural factors, as well as shifts in social norms, influenced social change. Social change cannot be viewed solely from one perspective because it can result in shifts in numerous social society sectors. This indicates that social change will always occur within society as a whole. Naturally, this social change occurs not only as a result of the individuals who wish to change but also as a result of developments in various fields, particularly technology. Based on theories of social change, the author tries to describe the social changes that take place in society. The type research used is field research while the data collection thecnique is carried out by observation and interview. This research was conducted in Sampung village, Sampung district, Ponorogo Regency to know of the reason why people urbaniz and the impact of urbanization on social and environtmental origin. The result of this study concluded that, 1) the reason how people urbanizm because the economic case, geographical, population compesition, ideology, biological,  and new discoveries, 2) the impact of urbanization can improve the economic case and the spread of technology on the other hand it also results in a redaction in agricultural land and social tempest within the family.

News texts have an important role in life. Each sentence in the news text contains one or more information depending on the type of sentence used. The length of sentences in a news text makes it difficult for readers to digest the information presented. For this reason, this research is more focused on analyzing the phrases and sentences contained in news text excerpts. The goal is to make it easier for readers to understand the information in a sentence. Theoretically, this research is useful for adding insight into several types of phrases and sentences in Indonesian. The practical benefits obtained are in the form of ease in determining the core information of a phrase or sentence in a news text. This research is descriptive qualitative research that uses a pragmatic approach. The theoretical approach used in this research is the syntactic approach. The data used is in the form of news text excerpts from class VII Indonesian books which are suspected of having endocentric and exocentric phrases as well as single sentences and compound sentences. Retrieval of research data using literature study techniques, namely observing and noting. The data was then analyzed using the Miles and Huberman technique combined with the distribution method in sorting the data. The results of this study are presented informally. From the research results of five news texts in class VII Indonesian books, 50 data were found which included 7 coordinating endocentric phrases, 10 attributive endocentric phrases, 4 appositive endocentric phrases, 9 directive exocentric phrases, 2 non-directive exocentric phrases, and 8 single sentences and 10 sentences compound.

The teacher's job is to educate and teach students. Teaching and learning activities are certainly not easy. Unachieved learning is caused by many factors including less than optimal teacher delivery, unacceptable learning methods, less fun learning models, so students become bored and learning motivation decreases. Of course there is a special way for teachers to deal with this problem which is better known as Classroom Action Research (CAR), but the teacher's lack of knowledge in writing and compiling this PTK so that teachers rarely use PTK on the grounds that it is difficult and cannot do it. For this reason, the purpose of this community service is to assist teachers in writing PTK using the Mendeley application, which teachers generally do not know, for Middle and High School Al-Qur'an an-Nawawiy Sooko Mojokerto teachers. The method used in this activity is in the form of training through lectures, question and answer and discussion as well as direct practice. The expected result of this service is that teachers for each subject can submit PTK articles in National Journals with ISSNs, with a maximum target time of 1 (one) month from carrying out the service and mentoring.

This research was motivated by the rules that govern that to become a homeroom teacher, we cannot choose which level we want, because it is actually determined by the principal. For this reason, as prospective teachers, it is necessary to prepare themselves, one of which is by knowing how the attitudes and characteristics of children at each level of elementary school, in this case the differences in characteristics between low-grade students and high-grade students. This research uses the literature review method, by reviewing from various sources, such as journals and books. Hopefully this research can contribute to prospective class teachers to know what things must be prepared to become class teachers.  

The author's reason for raising this issue into a scientific work in the form of a thesis is because there are differences of opinion among judges at the Padang Panjang Religious Court regarding the itsbat of marriage for underage marriages in determining number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP which is the woman's party. when he got married he was 16 years old. First, the marriage certificate must be rejected because it has violated the law on marriage registration and the minimum age for marriage is 19 years. Second, the itsbat of marriage can be accepted on the grounds that it is mashlahah murslahah. How does the mashlahah mursalah analysis of this determination be explored by the author in this study. The author gives limitations on the problem regarding the legal considerations of the Panel of Judges regarding Determination Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP and the analysis of mashlahah mursalah in determining number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP regarding itsbat marriage for underage marriages. This research is an analytical descriptive research by conducting an analysis of the determination of judges in the case of itsbat marriage for underage marriages, the research uses a normative juridical research type. This is because this legal research aims to examine legal principles, using qualitative data, namely data presented in the form of verbal words, not in the form of numbers. Primary data sources were obtained from Decree Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP, Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning marriage and the Compilation of Islamic Law. In collecting data, it is done by taking inventory of data, classifying data, and then analyzing it by conducting a study of cases related to the issues faced in the determination of number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP and the laws and regulations using maslahah mursalah to then draw conclusions from the results of the analysis. From the results of the research that the authors conducted, it was found that: First, the basis for the legal considerations of the Panel of Judges in granting the application for itsbat marriage for underage marriages contained in the stipulation Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP is Article 8 Law Number 1 of 1974 concerning the prohibition of marriage between two people who are related by blood, are related to semenda and are related to breastfeeding. Article 14 KHI regarding the pillars of marriage, namely the existence of a prospective husband, prospective wife, marriage guardian, two witnesses and consent and qabul. And for the benefit of the parties and the child, this is also in accordance with the rules of fiqh which reads "rejecting adversity must take precedence over taking benefit". Second, the legal considerations of the panel of judges in determining Number 4/Pdt.P/2022/PA.PP found mashlahah mursalah because by granting the itsbat of marriage for underage marriages, the couple can register their marriage at the Office of Religious Affairs because marriage registration aims to realize The purpose of law is for society to create order, certainty and legal protection, so that the civil rights of husbands, wives and children can be fulfilled.

The New Testament is the main source in understanding Christology which is the science of theology that talks about Christ the Messiah. How could the author of Hebrews understand Isaiah 8:17-18 as the relationship between Jesus to the Father and his solidarity with the children who have been given to Him, while there clearly talks about the life of the prophet Isaiah and his children who still choose to cling to God even though they are in the midst of an unbelieving nation. For this reason, in interpreting Hebrews 2:13 we use an approach using steps of interpretation (understanding the use of the Old Testament into the New Testament).

The development of this philosophy not only reflects changes in human views of the world, but also emerges as a response to intellectual challenges, social changes, and scientific developments that have occurred from time to time. The earliest period in the history of the development of philosophy is the philosophy of ancient Greece. In ancient Greece, philosophers such as Thales, Socrates, Plato, and Aristotle introduced fundamental questions about the universe, ethics, politics, and knowledge. They try to understand the universe and human place in it through reason and reason. After the Greek classical period, philosophy underwent changes during the medieval period. During this time, Patristic and Scholastic philosophy became dominant. Patristic philosophy is closely related to early Christian thought and the influence of Church Fathers such as St. Augustine. At the same time, Scholastic philosophy, influenced by the work of Aristotle, attempted to integrate philosophy with Christian theology. The next period in the history of philosophy is the Age of Enlightenment, during which philosophy underwent major shifts. Philosophers such as Descartes, Kant, and Voltaire advocated ideas of rationality, freedom, and scientific progress. They challenge traditional dogma and authority and advance knowledge through rational thinking and the scientific method. The development of modern philosophy also includes schools such as German idealism led by figures such as Kant, Hegel, and Schopenhauer. They focus on thinking about consciousness, ideals, and oneness in search of an understanding of reality. In the 19th and early 20th centuries, important schools such as empiricism and utilitarianism emerged. Philosophers such as John Locke, David Hume, and Jeremy Bentham stressed the importance of experience and utility as the foundations of knowledge and ethics. Then, pragmatism and the analytic school, pioneered by figures such as William James, Bertrand Russell, and Ludwig Wittgenstein, put forward the practical use of knowledge and language in achieving a better understanding. Contemporary philosophy involves various schools of thought. Schools such as phenomenology (Husserl), existentialism (Sartre, Camus), hermeneutics (Gadamer, Ricoeur), and structure.      

This research is motivated by the results of observations and experiences of researchers, that in a lesson you will definitely find various student characters. One of them is learning to write cursive letters. This study aims to analyze the character of class I students when learning to write cursive letters at SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek. This study used a qualitative descriptive method with data collection using literature study as well as direct observation when learning to write cursive letters took place in class I SDN Jelegong 01 Rancaekek. Based on the results of observations, researchers found various characters shown by students when learning to write cursive letters took place. Among them, there were those who refused to write cursive letters and chose to write in printed letters, some did not even want to write at all and not a few students were happy when this learning was carried out. The need for teacher guidance to students who do not master these skills is one reason that needs more attention. Because one of the characteristics of low grade students is to think something is not important when they are unable to master or solve it. Therefore, guidance from the teacher is very important so that students are able to catch up and are willing to do something that they think is not important because the student cannot.  

Rejection is a speech delivered by the interlocutor as a rejection reaction to the speech spoken by another person. Rejection utterances will be threatening and slap the speaker's face if delivered with impolite sentences. This research was conducted to find out the forms of speech acts of refusal in the Dayak Maanyan language. Based on the research, the research results obtained by the researcher are (1) There are five forms of speech acts of refusal in Ma'anyan Dayak language in residential areas, namely: (a) expressive refusal speech acts using the word puang 'no' in Ma'anyan language (b ) expressive refusal speech acts using reasons in Ma'anyan language, (c) expressive refusal speech acts using thank you in Ma'anyan language, (d) expressive refusal speech acts using praise in Ma'anyan language, (e) expressive refusal speech acts using criticism in Ma'anyan. This is caused by the context spoken by the interlocutor. The most frequent speech acts are caused by the influence of the age of the interlocutor and also the topic of conversation triggers rejection.

This study aims to analyze the satisfaction of UIN Sultan Maulana Hasanuddin Banten students with the use of Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN) and Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI). This study used the ndust method by taking samples as many Students who use banking services at both banks. The data were analyzed using descriptive and t-test difference test. The results showed that the majority of students who were respondents preferred to use banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) rather than at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). The main reason stated is because Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) provides better services and is more in accordance with sharia principles. Overall, the level of student satisfaction with the use of banking services at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) is higher than at Bank Tabungan Negara (BTN). However, the results of the t-test difference test showed that there was no significant difference between the satisfaction of students who used banking services at the two banks. This research provides useful information for both banks to improve services and increase customer satisfaction, especially among students. In addition, this research can also be a reference for future research on customer satisfaction in the banking industry.  

The example of faith from parents greatly impacts the firmness of the faith of children when they are adults. Therefore, the purpose of this research is to help parents implement their exemplary faith effectively. For this reason, the researcher examines the exemplary figures of Ayub and Yusuf in setting an example of their faith when they were in a downturn. So that their example can be used as a reference for Christian parents in particular. In addition to the exemplary faith of Bible figures, the author also examines the psychology of child development. This is meant to help parents to be able to provide an example of their faith in accordance with the development of their child so that the example becomes effective and has a significant impact. This research also provides knowledge on how parents implement this example holistically based on Bible knowledge and also the psychology of child development. So that the right ways are known for parents in giving exemplary faith to their children.
