Internship is one component of the learning process in the Bachelor of Public Administration (S1) Study Programme of FISIP UNTAG Surabaya. With the development of MBKM- Merdeka Learning Independent Campus, one of which is MSIB Internships and Certified Independent Study is one of the Independent Campus programmes designed to ensure students get the main, best, and most up-to-date skills and competencies to face the world of the future. The Population and Civil Registration Office of Surabaya City is the place for internship implementation. This programme covers many programmes in population administration and civil registration. Students have the opportunity to choose and seek experience that suits their major on their campus. The researcher will discuss the Kalimasada programme (Kawasan Lingkungan Masyarakat Sadar Administrasi Kependudukan) in this MBKM Dispendukcapil Surabaya internship programme. Kalimasada is one of the Surabaya City Dispendukcapil's programmes to pioneer the creation of an orderly environment/village for civil registration by increasing the number of people who are aware of civil registration. The Population Administration Aware Community Neighbourhood Area (Kalimasada) program is designed to help Surabaya residents get more organised and effective population administration services. Klampid New Generation (KNG) is a platform site where people can access services such as birth certificates, moving in, moving out, and death certificates.

Female civil servants are absolutely prohibited from becoming second/third/fourth wives as regulated in Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990 concerning Marriage and Divorce Permits for Civil Servants, with the threat of sanctions for those who violate. Problems occur if the judge grants the request for polygamy with the prospective second wife's position as a civil servant with one of the judge's considerations which is not in accordance with the Legislative Regulations, namely ordering the prospective second wife to attach a Certificate of Giving Permission from Her Superior, as in the Decision of the Demak Religious Court Number 539/Pdt. G/2019/PA.Dmk. This research aims to determine the validity of the Certificate of Giving Permission from the Superior submitted by the prospective second wife in the decision in terms of the relevant Legislation. The approach method used in this research is normative juridical with research specifications, namely analytical descriptive, meaning that the events being researched are described using primary, secondary and tertiary legal materials. This research uses qualitative juridical analysis methods to produce descriptive data. The results obtained from this research are that the validity of the Certificate of Granting Superior Permission submitted by the prospective second wife should not have perfect legal force and can be canceled because it does not comply with the provisions in Article 4 paragraph (2) of Government Regulation Number 45 of 1990 concerning Marriage Permits and Divorce for Civil Servants.

This change in regulations regarding employment status creates new dynamics in the implementation of employee recruitment in various government agencies. This creates challenges in maintaining the quality and integrity of the state civil apparatus, along with efforts to increase the professionalism and effectiveness of the bureaucracy. To understand the impact of this change comprehensively, it is necessary to conduct in-depth research that can provide better insight into how the PPNPN recruitment discretion can influence the letter of the Minister of PANRB No. B/185/M.SM.02. 03/2022 concerning Employment Status in Central Government and Regional Government institutions, the contents of which are that honorary employees will completely expire on November 28 2023 and be replaced by PPPK. This regulation means that government officials no longer have discretionary authority to appoint honorary employees or PPNPN. Flexibility of authority for the government to meet the needs of supporting personnel through outsourcing mechanisms. Document Study research method: by reviewing existing related documents. The documentation study approach is research that analyzes the PANRB Minister's Letter and other related policy documents to understand the content, objectives and provisions of the regulations. Data collection through literature and qualitative analysis. The research results show that violations of the PANRB ministerial regulations will be subject to sanctions in accordance with the provisions of the regulations. To meet the shortage of ASN positions or other supporting staff, the leadership proposed the formation of CPNS and PPPK after mapping the positions. The recommendations from this research are the importance of the availability of human resources for civil servants for good public services, and changes in policy regarding the recruitment of honorary employees by the government or leadership.

The purpose of this research is to examine initiatives to enhance the quality of public services. in order to achieve service standards that are on par with international standards for the State Civil Apparatus (ASN). This study employs a qualitative method with a case study at a local government agency. that has been recognized as the agency with the best quality public services. In-depth interviews with government officials were used to acquire data., employees and customers, as well as analisis of documents related to the implemented public service improvement program. According to the study's findings, local government agencies have succeeded in improving the quality of public services by implementing a number of strategic initiatives and programs. Among them are the effective use of information technology to improve efficiency and effectiveness accessibility of public services, training and human resource development to improve employee skills and professionalism, and implementing strict service standards to measure and ensure customer satisfaction. This research aims to explain the challenges and prospects of bureaucratic neutrality in the 2024 Election in Bima Regency. This study utilizes a qualitative descriptive method and literature review. The research location is in Bima Regency, which is strategically situated to examine case studies and the issues at hand. Data collection techniques consist of literature review, observation, interviews, and documentation. After collecting complete data from the field, the next step is the data analysis phase. In this research, the data analysis technique employs the interactive model, consisting of three main elements: data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion/verification. The research findings indicate that maintaining bureaucratic neutrality in the 2024 Election in Bima Regency requires rigorous oversight, cooperation among relevant institutions, and the enhancement of bureaucratic human resources' quality. Civil servants (ASN) also need to understand the importance of maintaining their neutrality in the 2024 Election to prevent identity politicization, political funding, and the spread of hoaxes. Regulations and guidelines also play a crucial role in preserving bureaucratic neutrality during the elections.

Public services are government activities for the community. Public services try to create comfort for the community. This article discusses various public service innovations at the Population and Civil Registry Service. Updates on public services from the Batu Bara Regency Dukcapil Office, such as updates to Child Identity Card (KIA) Services, Moling E-KTP which is available in villages, children's playrooms, lataxi rooms. This research uses a qualitative method that collects data from the internet and describes how innovation develops from the development of public services at the Batu Bara Regency Population and Civil Registry Service. The aim of this research is to find out what public service innovations exist in the Batu Bara Regency Dukcapil Disdukcapil. The research results show that if technology develops in society, then public services must be accompanied by technical developments. With these various innovations, it is hoped that the Batu Bara Regency Population and Civil Registry Service can serve the people of Batu Bara well.

The primary objectives of this study are twofold: (1) To assess the influence of the work environment on the job satisfaction of non-state civil servants, and (2) To investigate the impact of compensation on job satisfaction among non-state civil apparatus employees. This research adopts a quantitative approach, involving data collection methods such as observation, documentation, and the distribution of surveys. The research encompasses the entire population of non-state civil apparatus employees at the Kolaka Transportation Service, with a sample size of 135 individuals selected through a census technique, enabling a comprehensive examination of the population. The analysis of data encompassed an assessment of the measurement model and an investigation of the structural model through the application of Smart PLS 4.0. The research findings reveal a positive and statistically significant correlation between the work environment and compensation variables and the job satisfaction of non-state civil servant employees.

Agencies or companies consider that an organization's success can be achieved only by having employees who have high competence. However, in reality, many highly competent employees cannot work optimally. This can be seen from the lack of employee enthusiasm for working (dedication) and low enthusiasm for completing work (vigor), so employee engagement with the organization is weak. This research aims to determine the influence of perceived organizational support and job characteristics on employee engagement. Data collection was carried out using the perceived organizational support scale created by Eisenberg (1986), the Hackman & Oldham (1976) job characteristics scale, and the Utrecht Work Engagement Scale created by Schaufeli et al. (2003). The results of this research show that perceptions of organizational support and job characteristics simultaneously influence employee engagement of Civil Servants in District X amounted to 61.6%, while changes in employee engagement were caused by other factors amounting to 38.4%.

Human resource management is one of the important factors in an agency. In order to achieve its goals, it requires quality human resources who are competent and qualified and consistent in every job. This research aims to determine the influence of work ethic and work enthusiasm on the work effectiveness of employees at the Regional Revenue, Financial and Asset Management Agency (BPPKAD) of Kediri city. The sample in this study was 70 respondents consisting of civil servants and honorary employees. The tool for testing this research is using SPSS 25. Using proportionate stratified random sampling technique. By using multiple linear regression analysis, t test and F test, the results of this research are that work ethic has a significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05, work enthusiasm has a significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.043 < 0.05. Work ethic and work spirit have a joint and significant effect on work effectiveness with a sig value of 0.000 < 0.05.

This research aimed to (1) determine the description of employee performance, work ethic and capabilities of Human Resources at the Civil Registry and Population Office of Sikka Regency, and (2) determine the influence of work ethic and Human Resources capabilities on employee performance both partially and simultaneously. The population in this research were 55 employees who worked at the Civil Registry and Population Office of Sikka Regency. The sample used the saturated sample technique. Data was collected through census or saturated sampling. Data were collected through questionnaires and analyzed using a descriptive method, namely multiple linear regression. Hypothesis testing through the F test and t-test. The findings of the descriptive analysis revealed that the variables of employee performance, work ethic, and Human Resources capabilities were quite good. The results of the t-test showed that the work ethic variable had no significant influence and the ability of Human Resources had a significant value on employee performance. The results of the F test showed that the variables of work ethic and Human Resources capabilities simultaneously had a significant influence on employee performance. The coefficient of determination was 0.477 which indicated the contribution of the work ethic and Human Resources variables on employee performance of the Civil Registry and Population Office of Sikka Regency was 22.7%

Student management is an arrangement or regulation of all activities related to students from entry to graduation. Student management aims to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of school services so that the knowledge, skills and attitudes of students develop through the channeling of aspirations, hopes and fulfillment of needs. One of the student management services is extracurricular activities, namely curricular activities carried out by students outside of class hours. This activity aims to develop and actualize the potential of students optimally, strengthen the personality of students to avoid negative influences, and prepare students to become citizens who are noble, democratic, respect human rights in order to create civil society. This research includes field research using a qualitative approach. In data collection. The author uses interview, observation, and documentary methods, and data analysis techniques use triangulation techniques, diligent and objective observation, and peer checking through discussion. The results showed: (1) Student Management at SMA A. Wahid Hasyim Tebuireng Jombang was carried out as much as possible to facilitate and serve students so that they could produce students who were in accordance with educational goals and in accordance with what was expected by their environment; 2. Monopolistic competition is a profound issue in civil law and has the potential to threaten the business ecosystem and consumer rights. This journal aims to investigate efforts to control monopolistic competition through a civil law perspective, with an emphasis on the protection of consumers and small entrepreneurs. The study utilizes an analytical and comparative law approach to identify the applicable legal framework in various jurisdictions, focusing on recent cases involving monopolistic competition. The findings of this study show that civil law has a significant role to play in the control of monopolistic competition by protecting consumer rights and regulating business practices that may hinder competition. The research also highlights the challenges faced in applying civil law in monopolistic competition cases and striking the right balance between consumer protection, small entrepreneurs, and economic sustainability. Legislative and judicial efforts undertaken by various countries are also analyzed to assess the effectiveness of monopoly competition control in supporting a fair and competitive economy. The results of this study provide a deeper understanding of the role of civil law in the control of monopolistic competition and its implications for the protection of consumers and small businesses. The practical implication of this research is the importance of strict supervision of monopolistic practices, strong consumer protection policies, and cooperation between various related parties to maintain a healthy business ecosystem.

This research aims to determine the effect of implementing work from home (WFH) on employee performance levels at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Service. The number of samples in this study was 60 people and the research method used data collection techniques using questionnaires. The results of data analysis based on a simple regression test and partial hypothesis testing (t test) show that the calculated t has a value of 7,642 which is > than the t table (2,001). Work From Home has a positive influence on the performance of employees at the Polewali Mandar Regency Population and Civil Registration Office. Conclusion: So, Ha is accepted and H0 is rejected.

Civil Servants (PNS) are elements of the state apparatus whose duty is to provide services to the public in a professional, honest, fair and equitable manner in the implementation of state, government and development tasks. Meanwhile, Honorary Personnel has lively developed into a new paradigm in the agency environment in addition to other honorary personnel after Civil Servants even though basically the work done is almost the same as Civil Servants in general, the only difference is that Non-Civil Servants (honorary) employees rarely occupy important structural positions in the agency. Because they only help those who are assigned directly by the superiors and heads of sections of an agency. So that both civil servants and non-civil servants in the XXX City Education Office must have quality performance that is able to carry out their duties as government officials in accordance with the duties assigned.  The purpose of this study was to determine how the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, whether there are differences in performance between civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, and what factors affect the performance of civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office. The research method used is quantitative method and the data collection method in this study is by distributing questionnaires. the sample in this study were civil servants and non-civil servants at the XXX City Education Office, namely 42 civil servants and 42 non-civil servants. The data analysis technique in this study uses Satistical Product and Service Solution (SPSS) with T-Test analysis.

The village fund is the origin of the APBN funds that are given to the village, transferred to the APBD district/city, and used to pay for the upkeep of government, the implementation of development, the development of civil society, and community empowerment. According to the regulations of the Finance Minister, the Minister of Village, Desert Village Development, and Transmigration sets priorities for the use of village money. The 2020 PDTT Permendes No. 13 on priority use of the village fund in 2021 specifies the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals) as the top priority for the use of village finances. There are issues with the preparation and prioritisation of the village fund of the government of Kadongdong Village, which results from the lack of participation by all members of the community and the village government's lack of transparency towards the public. As a result, the public lacks understanding of how and what the priority programme of the nation's funds is. Based on the occurrence, researchers are eager to learn more about Kadongdong village in Garut's Banjarwangi district's Analysis Success Implementation Policy Priority Fund Village. According to Edward III's thesis, the success of policy execution depends on four factors: communication, resource availability, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. The research's findings indicate that Kadongdong Village's implementation of the village fund policy, which has been noted by researchers in the context of Kadong Dong Village, is not optimal. It is evident from this communication that the government of Kadongdong Village does not include the entire figure of the community in establishing the priority of the village fund.

This research aims to identify the influence of providing additional employee income on the performance of employees of the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The sample in this study were all employees who worked at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The data in this research was collected using a survey research method, namely by distributing questionnaires directly to employees who work at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government. The research results will be analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results of this research show that additional employee income has an effect on the performance of employees at the Population and Civil Registration Service of the South Sulawesi Provincial Government.

This research aims to analyze the influence of transformational leadership style and human resource development on the performance of State Civil Service employees in the District Government in Sibolga City. This research uses a quantitative approach, with a quantitative method in the form of a survey. The researcher determined that the sample in the research was all Civil Servants in 4 sub-districts, including the village head in each sub-district, with a total of 160 people. The researchers took the entire population to be used as a sample of 160 people. Research results show that transformational leadership style on proven performance influential significant. The development source Power humans also matter positively and significantly to performance. However, a variable that influences performance is style leadership transformational. Coefficient results in determination in study This shows that mark R The adjusted square on performance is 0.7 64 (76.4%). This means that style leadership transformational and developmental source Power man contribute 76.4% to performance. Whereas the other side is 23.6% influenced by other variables not included in the study.
