In the digital era, the role of information technology in facilitating services has presented both challenges and opportunities for businesses seeking to provide exceptional customer service. To remain competitive and maintain customer satisfaction, businesses need to implement technology in the form of service management and customer management information systems. Using technology, community service endeavors aim to establish a service management information system and consumer management. For employees and clients, assistance is provided through technology transfer, socialization, training, and technical support. The outcomes of this assistance indicate advancements in consumer data management and the implementation of more effective technology. The PKM implementation team at INSTIKI discovered that active participation from partners and customers contributed to the success of the program. Partner participation helps identify actual needs and issues in the use of information systems, enabling mentoring programs to be tailored to user requirements and optimize service quality in the digital era.

The development of information technology, in terms of the internet is increasing and increasingly making people feel more comfortable to carry out various activities. The transportation business is also not spared from advances in internet technology. Online motorcycle taxis and taxis are a business opportunity that takes advantage of the development of internet technology. Traditional motorcycle taxis and taxis can only be found at the base or contacted by telephone. However, the current access can be accessed using an Android-based application. The emergence of transportation businesses such as Go-jek, Grab, Maxim and Indriver is proof that information technology has also penetrated into public transportation. The type of research used is quantitative research using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The population in this study were 100 Go-ride service users in Solo Raya. The data collection technique used is questionnaire using the Linkert scale. The conclusions of this study are (1) There is a significant influence between service quality on customer satisfaction, (2) There is no significant influence between brand image on customer satisfaction, (3) There is a significant influence between price perceptions on customer satisfaction, (4) Simultaneously service quality, brand image and price perceptions have an effect on customer satisfaction.

Organizations, institutions or businesses that have implemented an automated management system for all their administrative functions have also been encouraged to continue to do so by developing an information management system that integrates with or links to other components. Systems for managing information then help businesses integrate their own information, improve the quality of information they have access to, manage it effectively, and accelerate information processing so that routine tasks can be automated and innovated into business products that improve services and workflows. In this case, it can be said that management information systems and the technological capabilities they support have the potential to bring about significant changes in the economic and management fields.

Improving product quality is the first effort faced by companies, when faced with efforts to become a leader. Products will be judged by quality and that is what adds value to consumers as well as one of the reasons for choosing to buy. Other factors that influence the decision to purchase Java Bakery bread products are location and quality of service. Therefore, businesses that want to stay ahead of their competitors need to take a number of actions related to improving product quality, improving location and service quality. This research is a descriptive quantitative research that aims to produce a discovery obtained through statistical procedures. The sample in this study used accidental sampling with a total of 97 respondents. The data in this study were obtained through interviews and questionnaires. From the results of the analysis that has been done. The results of the study show that product quality, location and service quality influence purchasing decisions. This is evidenced by the results of the R Square value of 0.563 or 56.3% while the remaining 29.5% is influenced by other variables.

Bendogerit Village is one of the villages in the Sananwetan sub-district, Blitar City. In its development, UMKM experience problems in introducing these businesses to the wider community. The 30 KKN-Thematic group students in this case took the initiative to provide assistance to one UMKM that had just been established, namely the UMKM Sari Buah Maja. Branding assistance in the form of making logo and packaging designs to build a brand image, creating social media as a forum for these UMKM actors to market their products, creating content to attract consumer interest, and providing counseling regarding the importance of building a brand image for the products or services to be offered . Marketing activity assistance activities for UMKMs are very effective in increasing UMKM business capabilities. Assistance in building product branding makes the UMKM development process easier and UMKMs more confident in doing so.

Parengan Village is one of the leading villages located in Maduran District, Lamongan Regency. Parengan village has a lot of good potential. There are 16 MSMEs that are the source of life for the people of Parengan Village with various types of businesses consisting of woven crafts, woven sarongs, handicrafts, cosmetic businesses, food businesses, livestock businesses, agriculture to service providers. This service involved 16 MSME partners who were in Parengan Village. The problem faced by MSME partners in Parengan Village is a lack of understanding of digital literacy, so that in running their business most of them still use conventional methods. To help solve the problems faced by MSME partners, socialization was carried out regarding digital literacy and assistance in implementing digital MSMEs. The stages carried out in this service consist of 4 stages, starting from the coordination stage, the socialization stage, the mentoring stage and the evaluation stage. The results of the socialization activities that have been carried out show that knowledge and insight regarding digital literacy has increased, this is supported by a desire to learn from MSME partners in digitizing their businesses. Then from the mentoring activities that have been carried out, it shows that MSME partners have started to be able to implement their business promotions through social media such as Instagram, Facebook and WA Business as well as make sales through e-commerce sites such as Shopee, Tokopedia or Lazada

The presence of the Corona Virus Pandemic has greatly affected the community in various sectors. One of the most visible impacts is on the MSME (Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises) economic sector. MSME business actors have experienced many difficulties in selling and exhibiting their products so that their income levels have decreased. MSME players also cannot remain silent, they must continue to sustain their business by utilizing advances in information technology which currently has a significant impact on society in supporting various business activities, both large and limited in scope, so that businesses can be recognized globally. Therefore, it is important to have media that can be easily reached by potential buyers, but MSME business actors in Rembang City are still lacking and not fully familiar with digital marketing. Thus, assistance is provided to MSME players regarding the use of digital marketing so that it can make it easier for MSME players to market their products through social media and e-commerce. Community service is carried out by providing socialization and training to MSME business actors on how to create, promote, and sell products through e-commerce businesses such as shopee. With the community empowerment through socialization and training for MSME players in Rembang Village, Blitar City, it is hoped that it can bring changes in a better direction so that they can continue their business fields.

This research aims to investigate ethical business practices in sustainable digital marketing among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). The research model adopts a qualitative approach to delve into the intricacies of ethical decision-making processes within digital marketing strategies. Sampling techniques involve purposive sampling to select MSMEs known for their sustainable practices. Data analysis employs thematic analysis, allowing for the identification of patterns and themes related to ethical considerations in digital marketing. Preliminary findings indicate a growing consciousness among MSMEs towards adopting ethical principles in their digital marketing endeavors, contributing to the sustainability of their businesses while fostering consumer trust and loyalty. This study sheds light on the importance of ethical conduct in digital marketing for the long-term viability of MSMEs in the contemporary business landscape.

Indonesia's development and financing for its country comes from the income of MSMEs in Indonesia. MSMEs are the economic cycle in Indonesia and MSMEs have a very high influence on improving the economy in Indonesia. More entrepreneurs and MSMEs will increase the economic value of a country, namely Indonesia, because the economy will grow in proportion to the growth of MSMEs with MSMEs, people are required to become entrepreneurs and as a producer and is expected to be able to import its products abroad to increase income from abroad and domestically. The survival of MSMEs is very important for the continuity of MSME businesses, for this reason the government provides various kinds of stimuli so that MSMEs are able to survive under certain conditions, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic. MSMEs need to make improvements in terms of financial governance. This understanding starts from an early age, namely in the MSME environment to support government programs that intensify calls for Indonesian people to comply with reporting which plays a very important role in the country's development. The main problem obtained from observations of MSMEs in Api-api village, Wonokerto is that they do not understand financial governance for MSME entities for business sustainability, so it is necessary to hold a workshop regarding strengthening financial governance of MSMEs to improve business sustainability in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. Goals and targets of community service in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan is so that the public understands good financial governance and how to prepare financial reports for community businesses in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. The number of participants was 30 MSME business actors. The implementation method is carried out by presenting workshop material directly (offline) in Api-Api Village, Kec. Wonokerto Regency Pekalongan. The output of this community service is in the form of scientific journal publications in the ITS NU Pekalongan Community Service Journal and cinematic videos of the implementation of community service.

This research has an impact on the service sector business which is currently booming. Service businesses must have a certain strategy in order to be able to provide progress towards achievement because of the many service competitors they face. Therefore the quality of service and promotion is very influential in attracting consumer repurchase interest. The rapid development of the business world has had an impact on business progress. Currently, modern marketing strategies use more self-service systems. This research was conducted to determine how much influence service quality and promotion have on consumer repurchase intentions. The research method used is quantitative research. Data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression and classical assumption test. Respondents in this study were consumers, totaling 95 people. The sampling technique used purposive sampling with the criteria that the respondent had visited at least 1 time and had made a repeat purchase. The results showed that service quality and promotion had a significant effect both partially and simultaneously on consumer repurchase intentions in the service sector. The results of the correlation between the independent variables, namely service quality and promotion, are able to explain the dependent variable repurchase intention of 59.2% and the remaining 40.8% is influenced by other factors or by other variables not examined in this study.

This study aims to analyze several factors that influence the work productivity of wood sculpture craftsmen in Mas and Peliatan Village, Ubud District, namely wages, work experience, and working capital, either simultaneously or partially. The data in this study all use primary data obtained by distributing questionnaires to the 77 respondents who were sampled. Determination of the sample is determined by accidental sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that the variables of wages, work experience, and working capital simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of the informal sector angkringan businesses in Denpasar City. Partially the variables of wages, work experience, and working capital have a positive and significant effect on the work productivity of wooden sculpture craftsmen in Mas Village and Peliatan Village, Ubud District.

The growth of businesses on a micro, small and medium scale is in line with technological advances that are also experiencing rapid development. The Internet is one of the technological advancements that can be used for online product marketing, either through social media or e-commerce. Digital marketing and branding are the right marketing and media strategies to reach a wider market. This digital marketing and branding assistance activity aims to educate and facilitate MSMEs in Musir Lor Village to reach their consumers globally. Using the ABCD method through an approach that focuses on assets owned by MSMEs, this devotion activity seeks the realization of a social life order so that people can become perpetrators and determine development efforts in their environment. This assistance activity uses an object, namely MSME "Kiara Snack " Ibu Marfi'ah, which produces a variety of cakes and traditional snacks. The result of this assistance activity is the creation of logo design, registration of NIB, updating packaging design, interactive content creation and digital marketing through social media and e-commerce.

This study aims to identify the extent of the role of e-commerce as a means to increase sales and marketing of MSMEs products, especially for home-based businesses, in Condong chess, Yogyakarta. This research uses a descriptive qualitative research type. The data sources used in this study are primary data sources and secondary data. The procedure for collecting data is by observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis in this study is data reduction, data presentation, withdrawal and conclusions. The results of the study show that the use of e-commerce as a promotion and sales channel is very important to increase sales and marketing of MSMEs products, one of which is a culinary business which is still relatively small. From the conclusions obtained, MSMEs Jajanan Chikats has practiced a marketing strategy by taking advantage of technological advances, namely by using e-commerce in the form of marketing media through Instagram and Shopee. This strategy has in fact penetrated the sales progress of MSMEs of Chikats snacks and expanded sales relations.

The MSME sector is a form of a developing economy based on the concept of people's economic development. Sufficient insight is needed in managing MSMEs because it influences the success of the business being carried out. Within the MSME category, there are various types of businesses, one of which is a burnt stall. Warung Bakaran is located in Giripurwo Village, Kec. Purwosari, Gunung Kidul Regency, Special Region of Yogyakarta. This activity was carried out to help apply accounting knowledge to the business owner of Warung Bakaran Ibu Tedjo. This activity is a field research using survey techniques, outreach and direct training in the field. The activity begins with the provision of material, practice and evaluation. The results obtained from this research, Ms. Tedjo, although she has somewhat less knowledge, is willing to learn, so that in providing material about the importance of making a cash book, she is relatively quick to understand. The results during practice were quite good because he quickly understood if there was an error in recording and was given understanding. With this, for now Warung Bakaran is neater in terms of recording sales and expenses.

Culinary business is an economic sector that continues to grow, especially in the food business made from Tahu Walik. This study aims to explore and analyze the development potential of Tahu Walik culinary businesses through an entrepreneurial approach. Data were collected through in-depth interviews with business owners and direct observation at the business location related to marketing and management strategies that have been implemented. The results showed that the entrepreneurial approach plays an important role in the development of the Tahu Walik culinary business. In addition, there is the potential and uniqueness of Tahu Walik as a culinary product as well as supporting factors and obstacles in the implementation of the Tahu Walik culinary business. By utilizing the potential and uniqueness of the product and overcoming existing obstacles, the Tahu Walik industry can continue to grow and contribute to the preservation of Indonesia's culinary culture and the country's economic growth.

Utilizing digital marketing in the industrial era 4.0 can become a new strategy in product marketing activities, by making it easier for businesses to monitor and provide for the needs and wants of potential consumers. On the consumer side, digital marketing is a medium that can make it easier to find a product. Ngepoh Village, Dringu District, has a lot of potential, including in the economic sector. This can be seen from the many MSMEs operating in Ngepoh Village. However, their marketing efforts are still limited and use conventional methods. Therefore, MSMEs in this village need training on the importance of utilizing digital marketing so that their marketing system can be improved. The aim of this counseling is to help MSMEs reach a wider market and increase their sales. In its implementation, this activity uses two methods, namely socialization regarding digital marketing and assistance in upgrading the packaging of MSME players. In socialization activities include product introduction, marketing strategy, and packaging design. The approach used involves training in the form of socialization and tutorials on creating accounts on digital platforms and managing digital media. The results of this activity suggest the need to provide regular guidance in order to optimize digital marketing strategies and increase MSME business sales. With ongoing assistance, it is hoped that MSMEs can continue to take advantage of the potential of digital marketing in an effective and sustainable manner to achieve success in marketing their products

The government made a policy where MSME actors were expected to have complete and legal licensing documents. Of the 10 MSME actors listed by the UMKM coordinator in Sumurmati Village, all of them have not been registered and have a Business Identification Number (NIB). Therefore, with the KKN-T MBKM Group 62 UPN "Veteran" East Java in Sumurmati Village, as a form of service to the community, KKN-T MBKM Group 62 created a program where these students will help MSME actors in Sumurmati Village to have a Business Identification Number (NIB) by conducting socialization and also helping these MSME actors to register their businesses through Online Single Submission (OSS). By having complete and legal permits, MSME actors can be protected by law so as to prevent them from legal disputes that can be detrimental to their business, facilitate business development, provide opportunities for them to obtain business assistance or training from the government, and make it easier to obtain venture capital because their businesses already have complete and legal permits.

Bananas are easily damaged so their durability is very limited. By processing bananas into sangcok it is quite profitable, so that it is used as a side business by the community as an additional income. This study aims to (1) analyze the characteristics of entrepreneurs and business profiles of sangcok (2) availability of raw materials, production technology, use of inputs, costs, income, efficiency and added value of the sangcok agro-industry. The raw material for making sangcok is kepok bananas. Entrepreneurs obtain raw materials for bananas by buying them directly at the market. The results of this study are the marketing plan implemented by the sangcok business, namely in terms of products, always maintain good product quality and the materials used are also halal, the prices applied are also affordable according to what was ordered, a less strategic place does not discourage culinary lovers from continuing to buy sangcok, and promotion strategies are carried out through online and offline media, promoting more through online media, although in doing promotions, honesty is emphasized and not badmouthing other businesses. The conclusion from this study is that the marketing plan carried out in the sangcok business is in accordance with an Islamic perspective. Related marketing plans such as product, price, promotion and place are also based on the Koran, hadith and the practice of the Prophet Muhammad in conducting marketing.

Online Single Submission (OSS) is an application that functions to make business licenses or business legality online for both micro, medium and large scale businesses. As a form of empowering MSMEs in the Bareng Village, the authors carried out socialization activities regarding the importance of having a business legality or in this case a Business Identification Number (NIB) and also conducted a survey of every MSMEs actor in the Bareng Village. The purpose of this research is to make it easy for business owners to obtain capital assistance in the form of supporting or supporting tools, capital money, and business development funds. Apart from being used as a business identity, NIB ownership is what brings benefits to business owners. This study uses a qualitative method by surveying every MSMEs actor and also using a quantitative method. The results of this study explain that NIB can stimulate MSMEs products so that they have an identity to be recognized by the wider community so that they can prosper MSMEs actors and Become a Legal protector of business that are officil and recognized by the state throught the OSS or Online single submission.
