Ketidakpatuhan (non-compliance) dan ketidaksepahaman (non-corcondance)  pasien dalam menjalankan terapi merupakan salah satu penyebab kegagalan terapi. Hal ini sering disebabkan karena kurangnya pengetahuan dan pemahaman pasien tentang obat dan segala sesuatu yang berhubungan dengan penggunaan obat untuk terapinya. penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui efektifitas Health Education tentang cara penyuntikan insulin pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus diwilayah Kerja Puskesmas Masohi Kabupaten Maluku Tengah. Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah one group pre test-post test design. Populasi berjumlah  118 orang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini berjumlah 20 orang dengan teknik Purposive Sampling. Dari hasil uji normalitas diperoleh nilai rata-rata pretest sebesar 5,25 dan posttest sebesar 7,80, ini menunjukkan terjadi kenaikan sebesar 2,55. Dengan demikian, nilai rata-rata pada posttest lebih baik dibandingkan dengan nilai rata-rata pada pretest. Dari hasil Uji Paired Sample t-Test menunjukkan bahwa nilai sig. 2 tailed (p-value) sebesar 0,000 < 0,05, maka H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima. Ini berarti bahwa ada efekktifitas Health education tentang Cara  Penyuntikan Insulin pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus. adanya efektifitas Health Education tentang cara penyuntikan insulin pada pasien Diabetes Mellitus diWilayah Kerja Puskesmas Masohi Kabupaten Maluku Tengah.

This article discusses social media content design training organized by the Lamongan Aisyiyah Regional Leadership (PDA), in collaboration with the Ahmad Dahlan Lamongan Institute of Technology and Business. The focus of utilization training is managing Instagram feeds and color choices. Participants, the majority of whom are women aged 30-45 years, act as contributors to the PDA Lamongan Instagram account. Material includes feed management, use of color pallette. The results of this training show an increased understanding of Instagram. The enthusiasm of the participants reflects the success of the training on utilizing PDA Lamongan social media by applying the knowledge gained, opening up the potential for similar activities in the future

Abstract   A mixed use area is basically an urban area that is designed in an integrated manner (integrated development), with a fairly high building density and a combination of land functions that are mixed (mixed used), where the most important key to its success is the functioning of the control mechanism which is the implementation. from the regulations for the development of the superblock area itself (Wikipedia, 2018). Another definition based on arsitag.com states that Mixed use is the use of a building, a building complex, or an environment for more than one use. This concept has been adopted by several countries in the world since 1920. The idea is to combine offices, residences, and other activity centers in adjacent areas or even in the same building. In Indonesia, mixed areas are permitted and regulated in Government Regulation Number 15 of 2010 concerning Spatial Planning, which mandates that to improve the quality of spatial structures and spatial patterns. In addition, in the Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN Number 16 of 2017 concerning Guidelines for the Development of Transit Oriented Areas, Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN Number 1 of 2018 concerning the Compilation of Regional Spatial Planning (RTRW), and Regulation of the Minister of ATR / BPN Number 16 of 2018 concerning Compilation Detailed Spatial Planning (RDTR) and Zoning Regulations (PZ. In the spatial planning regulations, the mixed area is regulated in a mixed zone (C), which includes; housing and trade / services, housing and offices, trade / services and offices. For the use of the mixed zone category, it must be supported by the existence of a clear zone boundary which can limit the further expansion of the mixed function and there must be an effort to encourage the development of the mixed function towards a certain designated zone. Tilapia fish fillet have a high protein contain (18,70g/100g) however it can be easily decay. The aim of this study was to know the characteristic of lemongrass oil, characterisric of edible film with the addition of lemongrass oil and quality of tilapia fish fillet coated with edible film-natrium alginate enriched lemongrass oil on cold storage. Edible coating based on alginat added with lemongrass oil and applied on fishery products, tilapia fish fillet. The studies used Complete Random Design 2 factor, lemongrass oil concentration and storage time. Analyzed used one way ANOVA and continued with Duncan’s Multiple Range Test (a:0.05) and paired t-test (a:0.05). The analysis showed that yield of lemongrass oil was 0.27%; specific gravity was 0.85476 g/ml; viscosity was 0.021 N.m/s2 and have 17 active compound. Inhibitory zone of lemongrass oil between 6.417 mm – 20.333 mm. Thickness of edible film added with lemongrass oil between 0.063mm-0.104mm; tensile strength value 1.974 MPa-2.563 MPa and WVTR 4.454 g/jam.m2-5.165 g/h.m2. The result of application edible coating enriched with lemongrass oil on fillet showed the TBA and TPC value were significantly increased during however it didn’t affect significantly to the TVB and pH value. Edible coating enriched lemongrass oil 1.5% able to maintain microbiological quality until day 3 and oxidative quality until day 12

Penelitian ini didasarkan rendahnya hasil belajar siswa di pembelajaran IPS di kelas V SD Negeri 30 Kubu Dalam kota Padang. Penelitian ini bertujuan agar mengetahui signifikansi pengaruh hasil belajar siswa dalam IPS dengan menggunakan model  Teams Games Tournament (TGT) kelas V SD Negeri 30 Kubu Dalam Kota Padang. Penelitian ini eksperimen, yaitu Quasi Exsperimental Design. Dengan rancangan Posttest Only Design. Tahapan dalam penelitian ini adalah persiapan, pelaksanaan, dan penyelesaian. Dan teknik analisis data yang penulis lakukan adalah uji Normalitas, uji Homogenitas, dan uji Hipotesis. Hasil penelitian ini terlihat pada kelas eksperimen dengan rata-rata nilai yaitu 66,03 sedangkan pada kelas kontrol dengan rata-rata nilai yaitu 59,83. Dengan Hasil uji hipotesis yang diperoleh  yaitu  thitung = 2,010 dan tTabel = 1.671 dengan db= 59 (n1+n2-2= 30+31-2=59) dimana thitung > tTabel  (12,85 > 2,010)  sehingga dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa: “hasil belajar IPS siswa dengan menggunakan model Teams Games Tournament (TGT) lebih baik dari pada hasil belajar IPS siswa dengan menggunakan model pembelajaran  konvensional di kelas V SD Negeri 30 Kubu Dalam kota Padang”.

The majority of workers think that the work procedure with PPE has been quite long because there have been no serious complaints after carrying out this work. However, it was found that several workers had injuries to their hands due to being hit by knives, this occurred due to not using gloves as a form of PPE, and some of these workers even required special treatment and had to take time off work. This research aims to determine the knowledge of rubber workers before and after being given counseling about PPE as well as the influence of occupational safety and health education about PPE on rubber workers at PTPN XIV Teluk Elpaputih, Teluk Elpaputih District, Central Maluku Regency. This research uses a quasi-experimental method with a one-group pre-post test design approach. This research sample used a total sampling method, totaling 63 respondents. The research instrument uses a questionnaire. Data processing with SPSS uses the Wilcoxon nonparametric test. The Wilcoxon test results showed that 1 respondent's knowledge had decreased. 58 respondents' knowledge increased and 4 respondents' knowledge remained the same. From the research results it can be concluded that the knowledge of rubber workers before being given treatment reached the lowest score for respondents was 4 people and the knowledge of respondents after being given treatment that reached the highest score for respondents was 10 people. And there is the influence of occupational safety and health education regarding PPE (personal protective equipment).

The new product is still constrained in the delivery of information because it still uses conventional media which in the present era is deemed ineffective and has less coverage. The problems studied in this design are how to design new media that is more effective and extends its reach. Therefore, the purpose of this design is to produce a financing advertisement for the Haji portion as a promotional medium for KOSPIN SEKARTAMA with the Direct Marketing method and is more focused on online marketing indicators for the application of these advertising products. Patients who are going for sectio caesarea, face uncomfortable feelings including anxiety, this is related to concerns about the threat to their lives, therefore, family support is very important to reduce anxiety, because it can increase the spirit of life and reduce patient anxiety and strengthen commitment to undergoing treatment. The purpose of the study was to understand the relationship between family support and anxiety levels of preoperative sectio caesarea patients at the MA Sentot Patrol Hospital, Indramayu. This study uses a quantitative research design with non-experimental methods and a descriptive approach. The population in this study were all patients who underwent sectio caesarea surgery as many as 42 patients and the sample used a total sampling technique, where the entire population was taken as a sample. The results of the study: 59.5% of families supported preoperative sectio caesarea patients, 31% of preoperative sectio caesarea patients experienced mild anxiety and 23.8% experienced severe anxiety, based on the chi square statistical test obtained p value 0.000 < (0.05) . Conclusion: there is a relationship between family support and anxiety levels of preoperative sectio caesarea patients at the MA Sentot Patrol Hospital, Indramayu Regency. Suggestion: for nurses, considering that there is a relationship between family support and the patient's level of anxiety, they should provide nursing interventions, especially for preoperative sectio caesarea patients, involving the family, so that the impact of the patient is calm in facing the sectio caesarea operation.

AbstrakPenelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk mengembangkan dan memvalidasi penuntun praktikum biologi pada materi ekosistem dan interaksi dalam ekosistem. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian pengembangan dengan pendekatan kuantitatif. Model pengembangan yang digunakan adalah model pengembangan 4-D Thiagarajan yang terdiri dari tahap define, design, develop, dan disseminate. Produk hasil pengembangan telah diuji melalui proses validasi yang dilakukan oleh dua orang ahli. Validator pertama merupakan lulusan S2 Pendidikan Biologi dan validator kedua merupakan Guru Biologi di Sekolah Menengah Atas Negeri. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah kuisioner validasi. Data penelitian berupa nilai validitas berdasarkan kriteria kevalidan. Terdapat 3 aspek yang dinilai, yaitu aspek kebahasaan, penyajian dan tampilan.Hasil dari validasi memperoleh kriteria kevalidan pada aspek kebahasaan sebesar 4,5 (sangat valid), aspek penyajian sebesar 4,2 (sangat valid) dan aspek tampilan sebesar 4,4 (sangat valid). Hasil validasi dari ketiga aspek tersebut menunjukkan bahwa pengembangan penuntun praktikum pada materi ekosistem dan interaksi di dalam ekosistem layak untuk digunakan.

Perkembangan merupakan perubahan yang terjadi pada diri individu dengan bertambahnya kemampuan dan fungsi tubuh dari yang sederhana ke yang lebih kompleks, sebagai hasil dari proses pematangan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Pijat Bayi Terhadap Peningkatan Motorik Kasar Pada Bayi Usia 3-6 Bulan di BPM Suriyanti, S.ST Makassar. Desain Penelitian ini adalah eksperimen metode Pre Test-Post Test Control Group Design, populasi penelitian ini berjumlah 100 bayi di BPM Suriyanti, S.ST Makassar dan sampel berjumlah 30 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 15 orang (50%) yang mendapatkan pijat bayi, terdapat 14 bayi (93,3%) yang motorik kasanya meningkat dan 1 bayi (6,7 %) yang tidak meningkat. Sedangkan yang tidak di lakukan pijat bayi sebanyak 15 bayi (50%), terdapat 2 orang motorik kasarnya meningkat (13,3%) dan 13 bayi (86,7%) yang tidak meningkat. Dengan menggunakan uji Mann-Whitney dan wilcokxon, menunjukkan bahwa setelah diuji wilcoxon nilai ? Value pretest-posttest dari kelompok perlakuan adalah 0,000 (<0,05), sedangkan nilai ? Value pretes-posttest pada kelompok kontrol 0.039 (<0,05). Sedangkan setelah diuji Mann whitney didapatkan hasil ? = 0,000 (<0,05). Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ?<?, sehingga Ho ditolak dan Ha diterima. yang artinya ada pengaruh pijat bayi terhadap peningkatan motoric kasar pada bayi usia 3-6 bulan

This spiral variation gives a unique impression, simple but still elegant and beautiful when used. The spiral variation is made by cutting the fabric such as insect repellent. The purpose of making this final project is to determine the process of making evening party dresses with spiral variations. The method used in the process of making evening party dresses with spiral variations includes: library methods, observation methods, documentation methods and data analysis. The result of the process of making evening party dresses with spiral variations in the making of this final project is the creation of evening party dresses according to the design made by the author. The process of making evening party dresses with spiral variations is a series of activities which include: determining the design, preparing tools and materials, taking measurements, making basic patterns, breaking patterns, cutting, gluing tricots, meradering, sewing, finishing. The party outfit tonight has two pieces of clothing, namely: a dress and a robe. This evening party dress has a spiral variation that adds to the impression of a unique outfit, simple but still elegant and beautiful when worn.

Cash sales and cash receipts are very important in an agency, because cash is an important asset. In recording sales and cash receipts, this agency still uses manuals. This study designed a system that is able to assist companies in calculating sales and cash receipts. With this cash sales and cash receipt information system, it is hoped that the procurement, sales planning and supervision will be carried out very well. besides that, it can also produce reports that are precise, accurate and efficient.

Diabetes Mellitus is a group of chronic metabolic disorders due to abnormal metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins, characterized by hyperglycemia which is results in long-term microvascular, macrovascular and neuropathic complications. Oral antidiabetic therapy is the main pharmacological therapy to treat type II diabetes mellitus. This therapy can be oral antidiabetic therapy. Thus, to find out the effectiveness of either combination or single of antidiabetics on diabetes mellitus patients, researchers conducted a studies of inpatients at RSUD Madiun. This study included as non-experimental observational study with a cross-sectional study design at RSUD Madiun. Data were collected from Medical Records in October 2018. The sampling method that used in this study was non probability with purposive sampling technique, so there are 58 patients as a total sample. The results showed that the effectiveness of controlling blood sugar levels when using an effective single ADO was Metformin, because Metfomin was able to reduce blood sugar levels with an average length of stay of 6.17 and the effectiveness of controlling blood sugar levels when using an effective combination of ADO was Metformin and acarbosa, because Metfomin and acarbosa are able to reduce blood sugar  average length of stay 7 days inpatient.

Factors influencing the readiness of coastal communities for tsunami events include knowledge, attitudes, fulfillment of basic needs, preparation for handling victims and disaster management. The results of the interview of researchers on March 8, 2019 with the secretary of Lurah Tondo, from 2013-2018 there had never been a simulation or counseling about the tsunami disaster in the Tondo Village. The purpose of this study is to analyze the factors that influence the preparedness of coastal communities against tsunami in Tondo Kelurahan, Kota Palu h. This type of research is quantitative with an analytical approach using cross sectional design. The population in this study are all coastal communities in Tondo, Palu City, totaling 362 families. The sample was 96 people, with cluster sampling technique. The results of the study of 96 respondents good knowledge as much as 45.8%, sufficient knowledge 28.1% and 26% less knowledge. Pearson chi-square test results p value: 0,000. Good attitude as much as 33.3%, enough attitude 54.2% and lack of attitude 12.5%. Pearson Chi-Square test results p value value: 0.001. Fulfillment of basic needs were fulfilled 55.2% and not fulfilled as much as 44.8%. Chi-Square test results p value value: 0.002. Conclusion there is a relationship of knowledge, attitudes and fulfillment of basic needs with the preparedness of coastal communities against the tsunami in the Village of Tondo, Palu City

This study aims to create an electronic medical record information design system where an electronic medical record system is a system that provides complete information on patient data and medical records during the maintenance and storage of all patient data. The Archive Management System at the Indonusa Surakarta Polytechnic Medical Records Laboratory is not yet computerized. Patient data entry still uses paper, while the recording and storage of medical records is done manually. This study aims to make applications related to electronic medical record information systems at the Indonusa Surakarta Polytechnic Laboratory. In this descriptive study the researcher used a qualitative approach, what will be done to the person in charge of the medical record laboratory. Based on the study results by conducting questionnaires and observations, data relevant to outpatient outpatient recordings is needed, for example medical information record numbers, patient data info, and disease data info, in designing an electronic medical record information system.

This web-based information system can help shop customers shop online without having to visit the store in person. The purpose of this research is to design and implement a web-based merchandise sales system at the Sinar Harapan Makassar store. Data obtained through field research, library research and interviews. The system design uses PHP as a programming language and MySQL as the database storage. The information system for selling goods is based on the Sinar Harapan Makassar Store based on the results of the implementation test with the user acceptance test getting an average weight of 36 with a percentage of 90% so this application is very suitable for use

PT Philnesia International wants to create a computerized Production Accounting Information System. In addition to making it more effective, accurate and efficient, the owner wants to make it easier for his employees to perform more advanced and modern and makes it easier to view reports every day. The results that will be obtained from the design of this system is an information system that can make it easier for companies to determine raw material requirements, the production process and view the required reports.

Security Parking UIN Walisongo Semarang at this time can be said to be in poor condition. The high case of loss of a motor vehicle cause anxiety for the academic community. Parking system that is traditional that is doing the checking of identity cards at the exit of the campus is less effective. Hence the need for a system of security parking modern and computerized, so that activities out of the vehicle can be recorded and stored automatically. Based on these problems, the authors designed a parking Security System as a WEB-based form of increased security parking campus UIN Walisongo Semarang. By using RFID technology (Radio Frequency Identification) are planted on the card identity, which can later be used as an authentication tool typing will enter and exit the campus area. To provide double security, there are Features of the Live Camera with the base website that serves as a tool for monitoring vehicles that are parked in real time. The output of this final project is to produce a prototype security system parking. Not only specialized hardware, but also software design of the System monitoring of vehicles in live Web-based. So the users of the parking facilities can monitor the vehicle anywhere.
