This research aims to determine the influence of system quality and information quality on user satisfaction of the Siskeudes application in Bruno District. The research design used in this research is a quantitative approach. The sampling used was using the Slovin formula. The error rate was 10% from 122 PPKD (Village Financial Management Implementers) spread across 18 villages in Bruno District so that a total of 54 respondents were obtained. The data used are primary data and secondary data with data collection techniques by conducting observations, interviews, distributing questionnaires, documentation and heritage studies. Hypothesis testing was carried out using analysis with the help of the SPSS version 23 application program. The results of hypothesis testing showed that partially there was a positive and significant influence between system quality on system user satisfaction, partially there was a positive and significant influence between information quality on system user satisfaction, simultaneously there was a positive and significant influence between system quality and information quality on satisfaction. siskeudes users. The medical record file contains the value of confidentiality that must be maintained because the medical record contains the patient's medical history from the beginning to the end of the patient's treatment. Objecyive To maintain the security and confidentiality aspects of medical record documents in the hospital filing room. Methods Descriptive research with a qualitative research design, and using a literature study. Result this research Aspects of security and confidentiality of medical record documents in the hospital filing room are from the elements of Man, Money, Material, Machine, namely, the use of finger print in the filing room is still not optimal. Background: Hypertension is the highest cause of death in Indonesia. Non-pharmacological therapy that could reduce blood pressure was decoction of avocado leaves. This study aims to determine effectiveness decoction of avocado leaves to blood pressure of hypertensive patients in Siwalankerto Health Center Surabaya. Methods: This research used Quasy experimental one groups pre test-posttest with control design with a quantitative approach. Sampling techniques used was probability sampling with simple random sampling which obtained sample of 30 respondents aged 26-45 years old.15 respondents in the avocado leaves decoction intervention groups and 15 respondents in the control groups. Data analysis was carried out with the help of computer programs by using Paired T-Test. Result: result of the Paired T-Test of systolic and dyastolic blood pressure obtained p = 0,000 with a significance level (p<0,05), meaning that there was an influence between before and after giving treatment of avocado leaves decoction to blood pressure of hypertensive patients in Siwalankerto Health Center Surabaya. Conclusion: The research implication showed that complementary therapies provided by nurses could be a motivation to achieve the goals of hypertension self care.  

The research objective was to find out what kind of system used in processing the existing finance on Rt.04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya and the obstacles faced in implementing the application. In addition, the authors hope that readers can understand the use of an application, especially the financial administration system. The research method used by researchers is the Extreme Programming (XP) method, which is a method that includes several rules in practice, consisting of planning, design, implementation / coding and test. During the study the authors found that at Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya does not yet have an effective and efficient financial administration system. After conducting the research, the authors gave conclusions, especially Rt. 04 Rw. 13 Desa Waringin Jaya requires a computerized system that is effective and efficient so that it can help the treasurer work. Main Objective: This study reports an experiment to explore differences in player feedback caused by different storytelling methods of Japanese-style Role-playing Games (JRPG). Background problem: Narration is considered the soul of JRPG, and is a vital and irreplaceable role. Different ways of telling stories can bring different experience effects even though the essence of the story is the same. Stories are presented directly to players in dialogue form, much like a visual interactive novel. Non-linear storytelling can break down important parts and allow players to explore freely. Players can collect clues to get to the main plot. Also, most JRPGs use short films and sound effects to create a cinematic experience. Novelty: Based on all studies of game storytelling (linear and nonlinear), this study will compare player feedback on different storytelling methods to see which narrative can provide a better player experience. Research Method: Researchers categorize these three narratives as Visual Novels, Environmental Narratives, Visuals, Sounds, and Dialogues. This experiment combined all three of Caught in Trap's in-game narratives to investigate player preferences. Data was collected through questionnaires and interviews with 21 players who were invited to play the game. Finding/Result: The research results show that the three ways of storytelling enrich the expression of game narratives. Both linear and nonlinear narratives have their advantages and disadvantages, and the best way to engage players is to interweave both narratives in the game. Conclusion: The experimental results show that the interweaving of three ways of storytelling can enrich the narrative form of games and guide game designers in improving game plots to engage players in JRPGs. Main Objective: This study checks the different intersections of film and Artificial Intelligence (AI), and trial and error is needed to re-check the state of “new media” (NM). This study’s purpose is to identify of subversion of the creator duty, the media and instrument of creative activities, and the aesthetics subsequent from the identity of the developing Artificial Intelligence film. Background problem: AI is composed to take the film industry by the cyclone, its application helps streamline production practices, and its increasing work in film scripting and visuals convolutes the notion and function of creations and the aesthetics of NM. Novelty: By analyzing how three films were co-written with Artificial Intelligence arranged with “Foucault's theory” of the duty of the creator or producer, and the aesthetics and state of current NM, this research establishes an identity for the cinema form of Artificial Intelligence films. Research Method: This study uses a qualitative exploratory methodology to combine various perspectives that are developing on new media streams where this research is crossing 2 major areas in Film & Media, and Artificial Intelligence & Machine Learning. Finding/Result: Patterns discovered as curated data sets reveal trends in cinematic narratives, opening the door for a more creative agency. Artificial Intelligence films transcend the boundaries of technological convergence, offering a more essential way to recognize the special behavior and opportunity of NM forms as self-reflective and demonstrating the versatility of film. Conclusion: This research makes Artificial Intelligence films an emerging media with a different tendency from the media and is directly related to its contribution. By involving the theorization of NM technology and its developmental tuff simultaneously, Artificial Intelligence films are presented as an inventive design of film in phrases of digital production, virtual placement, historical preoccupation, and producer duty.

The purpose of this study is to produce a design to predict, analyze and determine the level of potential bankruptcy of a company using the Altman Z-Score method. Predictions are made by analyzing the financial statements of a company. The research approach used is a qualitative approach. Data analysis technique in this research is descriptive analysis technique. The results of the first phase of research are in the form of a review of bankruptcy prediction analysis using secondary data from banks in Indonesia that are already on the stock exchange and have branch offices in the city of Semarang, while the second year produces an information system design that has added value from the first year to the third year. testing the system that has been designed using actual financial statement data.

This study provides several design systems, the design of system architecture, the DFD system, the design of the interface, and the design of system testing. The system was created using the framework laravel. As for the results of the final assignment research "typical web-based appendage". In this system, there are two users, the user as the store and the user as the buyer. On the user as a store there are several features that include input from store products, editing from products, confirmation of deliveries, responding to comments given by the buyer on the product, viewing the order data done by the buyer, and editing the store's data. While the user's features as the purchaser look at the product's data, see the store's data as a souvenir, order a by-product payment, confirm the order has been accepted, give an assessment of the product's already received, and edit the customer's data. The system was tested by using black box methods testing to see the effectiveness of a system built with test variables was 100%.

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan e-modul interaktif matematika pada materi lingkaran kelas VIII. Metode penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini yaitu Research and Development (R&D), dan model yang digunakan yaitu model pengembangan 4-D, namun pada penelitian ini hanya sampai pada tahap 3-D saja yang meliputi: tahap pendefinisian (define), tahap perancangan (design), dan tahap pengembangan media (develop). Penelitian ini menggunakan uji validitas ahli media oleh dosen dan uji validitas ahli materi oleh guru Matematika dengan menggunakan skala likert dan prosentase validasi. Hasil validasi ahli media didapatkan rata-rata nilai validasi sebesar 3,71 dan prosentase validasi sebesar 92,74, sedangkan hasil validasi ahli materi didapatkan rata-rata nilai validasi sebesar 3,87 dan prosentasi validasi sebesar 96,7. Sehingga dapat disimpulkan bahwa e-modul interaktif berbasis AR matematika pada materi geometri untuk kelas VIII teruji kevalidan dan kelayakannya.

SD Negeri 004 Bangsal Aceh is one of the schools that still applies the mathematics learning process using textbooks so that students do not understand the lesson. Teachers are required to make changes in teaching patterns in the classroom, one of which is with animated videos. This study uses the Multimedia Development Life Cycle (MDLC) method covering concept, design, collecting material, assembly, testing and distribution. The final result of this research is an animated video of mathematics learning about the material of flat shapes. Animated videos are used as an interesting and effective means of information and learning media. Besides that, it can also improve students' understanding and skills in learning mathematics, especially the material of flat shapes

Urban landscape design is an approach in designing cities that has a positive impact on city residents by providing a livable environment. Urban landscapes come in various forms, one of which is city parks. A city park is one of the facilities provided by a city and its residents can carry out several activities in it. A city park also serves as a city landmark. The city of Salatiga has several parks with recreational functions but not many city parks are available to function as public spaces. One of them is a park located in Tingkir District, Salatiga City, namely Tingkir Park. The purpose of this study was to apply 3D computer technology in the redesign of Tingkir park with the concept of Urban landscape design. A city park that is functional, aesthetically pleasing, can be a better public space and can become a landmark in the area. The method of developing a Virtual 3D City Park Design product uses 5 steps ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development, Implement and Evaluation). In academic interest, this research results in the experimentation of computer graphics technology in the development of urban park design.

  Packaging is one part of the product as a whole. Packaging must be able to attract the attention of consumers. Getting the attention of consumers is very important, because if a product does not get the attention of consumers (consumer attention), then consumers will not have a picture of the product (Hine, 1995). Packaging can give an initial picture of a product, both in terms of quality and value offered. “Jenang Kudus” is a type of traditional food originating from the city of Kudus. At first it was produced in a home industry since about a century ago. Initiated by mothers as a supporter of family income, and marketed directly to local consumers in traditional markets. Because the development of this business in the future is considered quite prospective for the Kudus community, the Kudus Regency Government makes the Jenang Kudus product as the mainstay product of the Kudus Regency. Based on some of the explanations above, there are several weaknesses in the packaging design of CV jenang products. Sinar Aisyah Kudus which can cause delays in the marketing process of its products due to unattractive packaging designs. This causes a desire to increase the competitiveness of jenang sales with other companies through attractive and varied packaging designs. Due to some of these things, raises the desire of CV. Hj Siti Aisyah to redesign the product packaging according to the type of jenang product, type of taste, quantity of contents, without leaving the characteristics of the previous design.

This study used a classroom action research design which was carried out in three stages, namely the pre-cycle stage, cycle I, and cycle II with the research subjects being grade III students at SDN Kaliwungu 1. This study used two variables, namely intensive reading skills and intensive reading learning using the KWL strategy. . Pre-cycle data collection was done by using the test technique, while in the first cycle and the second cycle using the test and non-test technique. Non-test instruments in the form of observations, journals, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis includes quantitative and qualitative data. The results showed that after participating in intensive reading learning using the KWL strategy, the average value of intensive reading skills of third grade students at SDN Kaliwungu 1 increased. The average value of intensive reading using the KWL strategy achieved by students in the pre-cycle was 56 and in the first cycle it increased to 65 or 9% then in the second cycle it increased to 76 or 11%. Changes in attitudes and behavior of third grade students at SDN Kaliwungu 1 Kaliwungu District, Semarang Regency have increased towards a better direction, namely students are more active and enthusiastic in learning, because students are starting to enjoy and enjoy intensive reading learning using the KWL strategy.

Information technology is a technology used to process data, including processing, obtaining, compiling, storing, manipulating data in various ways to produce relevant, accurate and timely information, which is used for personal, business and government purposes and is strategic information for decision making, in recording fixed assets for example, must be managed properly because the need for the data is frequent intensity, the number of items is not small so it is impossible to memorize, the calculation of depreciation of fixed assets of a company needs to be done at the end of every year because it will affect the book value and depreciation expense on the balance sheet and depreciation expense on fixed assets on the income statement. This depreciation calculation can also be used as a reference in the allocation to purchase new assets if the existing fixed assets can no longer be used. Obstacles in preparing depreciation reports if not resolved immediately will have a bad impact on schools, for example being late in submitting annual tax reports due to the long preparation of depreciation reports will result in schools being fined for being late in reporting the annual corporate tax return. With the accounting information system for depreciation of fixed assets, it is expected that it will facilitate officers in managing fixed asset data and depreciation reports. The new system that will be designed is web-based, so that it can be accessed at any time by interested parties and makes coordination time more effective.

ABSTRACT A web-based futsal field reservation system was developed to help facilitate the process of booking or leasing a futsal field. The system uses PHP and HTML programming languages by using MySQL as data storage. The purpose of designing this system is to make it easier for users to rent futsal fields. With the futsal field reservation system is expected to facilitate in data processing, scheduling and registration of members or customers. In the end, this system is expected to help the company's performance, and can also facilitate customers in the ordering process.

Based on the research results, monitoring ammonia gas in rooms based on a microcontroller can be a solution for the Oyo South Jakarta hotel in monitoring rooms, both from guests or hotel employees more effectively and efficiently , and to facilitate the management of existing bathroom rooms in the Hotel Oyo Jakarta Selatan

The adherence with therapy in hypertensive patients is important to note because hypertension is a disease that cannot be cured but can only be controlled. The success of controlling blood pressure in hypertensive patients influenced by compliance factors in taking antihypertensive drugs. The purpose of this study is to evaluate the relationship between the level of adherence of antihypertensive drugsuse  in first and advanced health facilities. The study design was an observational cross sectional using subjects with hypertension patients older than or equal to 18 years old at Kotabunan Bolaang Mongondow Health Center (first level health facility) and outpatient installation of Robert Wolter Monginsidi Hospital in Manado (advanced health facilities) during the period from October to December 2019. The level of compliance with the use of antihypertensive drugs was assessed using the MMAS-8 questionnaire (Morisky 8-Item Medication Adherence Scale). The total patients in this study were 171 patients, as many as 73 patients in the first level health facilities and 98 patients in the advanced health facilities. The data of patient adherence in the use of antihypertensive drugs in the first level of health facilities showed 83.56% with low levels of adherence (MMAS score <6), and only 16.44% with moderate to high levels of adherence (MMAS score 6-8). In the advanced level of health facilities were 85.71% of patients with low adherence and 14.29% with moderate to high adherence. Comparative statistical of adherence on the two health facilities was not significantly different, with p = 0.767 (95% confidence interval). The data shows that the average patient has a routine history of control as much as 91.8% in health facilities. Based on these results, recommended that each hospital and health center must require its pharmacists to do pharmaceutical practices, and each pharmacy must not provide drug services without the presence of a pharmacist.    

Berdasarkan hasil survey awal yanag dilakukan di SMK V Manado diketahui bahwa setiap tahunnya terjadi peningkatan angka drop out dikarenakan beberapa faktor diantaranya pergaulan bebas, dan hamil diluar nikah. Tujuan penelitian ini untuk mengetahui efektifitas inovasi metode edukasi  remaja  dalam upaya preventif  penyakit menular seksual ( pms ) /infeksi menular seksual (ims) di SMK V Manado. Metode yang digunakan yaitu pra experimental designs dengan pendekatan rancangan two group pretest posttest. Sampel dalam penelitian ini yaitu 40 responden dengan teknik pengambilan sampel Simple Random Sampling. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuisioner, selanjutnya diolah menggunakan SPSS dengan uji Statistik yaitu T-Berpasangan. Hasil dalam penelitian yaitu pada metode edukasi secara langsung nilai p=0.005 dan pada metode edukasi menggunakan media internet (whatsapp) nilai p=0.001. Kesimpulan edukasi secara langsung atau menggunakan media internet (whatsapp) masih efektif dilaksanakan.  

Pulmonary TB is a major problem in the prevention and eradication of TB in the world. This study aims to determine the relationship between the role of the family and compliance with taking medication for elderly people suffering from pulmonary TB at the Adam Malik Haji Central General Hospital, Medan in 2021. This type of research is descriptive correlation with a cross sectional research design. The number of samples was 43 from April to June 2021. The research was conducted at RSUP. Human Rights at the MDR TB Polyclinic. Bivariate analysis used the chi-square test to determine the relationship between the role of the family and the role of nurses on medication compliance, while the multivariate analysis used medication compliance for elderly people suffering from multiple logistic pulmonary TB. Based on hypothesis testing using chi-square with a confidence level of 95%, it was found that there was a significant relationship between family role and medication adherence (p=0.01). There is a significant relationship between. Based on multivariate analysis, the variable that was most related to medication adherence in MDR TB sufferers was informational family support (p=0.01). The conclusion of this research is that there is a relationship between the supportive role of nurses and compliance with taking medication in TB sufferers.
