In human history, changes have always occurred, so everyone must be able to keep up with changes in order to adapt. For example, in terms of technological progress, the changes are increasingly unstoppable. In general, the most popular digital technology today is social media. The purpose of writing this article is to discuss how God's people can utilize technology in an effort to maximize the application of divine mission (Misio Dei) for the world in the digital era. With this, the research method used by the author is a qualitative research method. For this reason, the Servant of God needs to utilize social media as a tool to spread the gospel message and promote it. They need to have an effective strategy for using social media, such as creating interesting and relevant content, interacting with congregations online, and utilizing social media features to spread church messages. Servants of God need to keep abreast of technological developments and adopt the latest technologies that are relevant to the mission of the church. Because, this article aims to provide guidance and inspiration to God's people on how to use technology effectively and responsibly in the context of ecclesiastical missions.

Corn is one of the world's most important food crops besides wheat and rice. Aside from being a source of carbohydrates, corn is also grown as animal feed. Corn farming is a business developed by the community in Ntonggu Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency, so that it becomes the main commodity when summer arrives. Scarcity of fertilizers and pesticide costs, seed costs and labor wages that often increase every year are obstacles for corn farmers. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of production factors (land area, cost of fertilizer, cost of pesticides, cost of seeds, number of workers, output prices and labor wages) on the income of corn farming and to determine the feasibility of corn farming in Ntonggu Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency. The data used were obtained from observations and interviews with 35 respondents, the sampling technique used was purposive sampling method. The method used in this study is multiple linear regression and using the B/C ratio. The results showed that the factors affecting the income of corn farming in Ntonggu Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency were the Factors of Land Area (X1), Number of Labor (X5) and Labor Wages (X7) and Based on the results of the analysis of income and feasibility of corn farming in Ntonggu Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency, the average income of respondents was Rp. 11,673,773 of the total cost of Rp. 4,747,286. The feasibility analysis shows that the B/C ratio is 1.5 so that corn farming in Ntonggu Village, Palibelo District, Bima Regency is profitable and feasible.

Business strategy is an important part that every business person should have. This research attempts to determine the ideal strategy through SWOT analysis. The object of this study is Kenanagan Coffee. The research method used is a descriptive method with data collection techniques through Observation, Interview, and Documentation. SWOT Analysis Techniques include IFE, EFE, CPM, TOWS, IE, SPACE, Grand Strategy and QSPM. The findings of IFE Matrics and Matrics show that coffe memories has strong organizational characteristics internally with strategies that can utilize strength factors that can minimize weaknesses and be able to take advantage of opportunities from the situation faced. The analysis of TOWS Matrix, SPACE, IE, Grand Strategy as the final result of this study recommends the right business strategy for Kopi Kenanagan is to implement a market development strategy followed by product development through continuous innovation.

Kegiatan Pengabdian Kepada Masyarakat ini dilakukan bersama dengan mitra usaha mikro kecil dan menengah (UMKM) yang berlokasi di Desa Setia Darma Kecamatan Tambun Selatan Kabupaten Bekasi Provinsi Jawa Barat. Terdapat tiga masalah utama yang dihadapi oleh mitra UMKM, yaitu kurangnya pengetahuan keuangan dan inklusi keuangan digital para pelaku usaha seperti belum memiliki sistem pencatatan keuangan yang baik dan belum memiliki sistem pembayaran digital dan pemasaran digital bagi usahanya. Langkah praktis untuk mengatasi permasalahan tersebut adalah melalui pembinaan terhadap mitra dengan tiga cara. Pertama pembinaan dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan pencatatan keuangan secara manual dan terdigitalisasi. Kedua, pembinaan dilakukan dengan memberikan pelatihan penggunaan pembayaran digital dan yang ketiga memberikan pelatihan dan pembinaan mengenai digital marketing.

Business legality plays a very important role in Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises. Business legality is a business identity and a form of protection offered by the government to MSME actors. The problem that often occurs is that many UMKM do not understand how important business legality is. In addition, it is suspected that the complicated management of business legality is one of the causes of UMKM reluctance to take care of their legality. Therefore, the researchers assisted one of the UMKM in Gedog Village, namely Kedai Panji Laras, to legalize their business through Online Single Submissions (OSS). The purpose of this activity is to increase knowledge to business owners and also the community about the importance of NIB for micro and small businesses and to obtain an NIB certificate. The learning method used with preparation, manufacture and submission. The results of this activity are increasing the knowledge of business owners about the introduction of OSS and NIB, the importance of businesses having an NIB, the benefits of NIB, the requirements and procedures for making an NIB and the steps for making an NIB through OSS. Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) are productive business units that stand alone, which are carried out by individuals or business entities in all economic sectors. The existence of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs), which is the largest part of the national economy, is an indicator of the level of community participation in various sectors of economic activity. The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the simultaneous and partial effects of business capital, labor, and use of e-commerce variables on Culinary MSME income in Denpasar City. This study used the accidental proportional sampling method with a sample of 99 MSME actors in the culinary field in Denpasar City. The data analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of data processing and simultaneous testing show that capital, labor, and the use of e-commerce have a significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City. The results of data processing also show that the variables of business capital and labor partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of culinary MSMEs in Denpasar City. MSMEs in the culinary field in Denpasar City who use e-commerce earn higher incomes compared to those who do not use e-commerce.

Online Single Submission (OSS) is an application that functions to make business licenses or business legality online for both micro, medium and large scale businesses. As a form of empowering MSMEs in the Bareng Village, the authors carried out socialization activities regarding the importance of having a business legality or in this case a Business Identification Number (NIB) and also conducted a survey of every MSME actor in the Bareng Village. The purpose of this research is to make it easy for business owners to obtain capital assistance in the form of supporting or supporting tools, capital money, and business development funds. Apart from being used as a business identity, NIB ownership is what brings benefits to business owners. This study uses a qualitative method by surveying every MSME actor and also using a quantitative method. The results of this study explain that NIB can stimulate MSME products so that they have an identity to be recognized by the wider community so that they can prosper MSME actors.

Product branding is a form of marketing strategy and the identity of a product that can differentiate it from other products. Branding aims to attract consumers with the value offered. Apart from branding, business legality, one of which is NIB also provides a sense of security for consumers to buy products. Most of the business actors in Ngampungan Village do not have a brand and NIB, such as MSMEs Banana Chips owned by Mrs. Khusnul and Jamu owned by Mrs. Jumaidah. Seeing this problem, a solution is provided by assisting in making business legality, making brands, logos and product labels. The method used is interviews with business actors and then analyzes the existing problems. The purpose of these activities is to increase market competitiveness and also expand market share. The output produced by the author provides logo designs and business labels, assists in making Instagram social media, and helps make NIB.

Businesses that are recognized by society and the government are businesses that have legality because legality is the most important element in a business and is also an identity that legalizes or legalizes a business entity. The problem that will be faced in this dedication to the community is a lack of insight and views on the legality of business, especially in MSMEs. The majority of people in Kedungdalem Village, Dringu District, Probolinggo Regency, are micro, small and medium businesses such as chip businesses, herbal medicine businesses, catering businesses, cooking spices, wet snacks, pastries, and other businesses. The purpose of this service activity is to provide business legality socialization for MSMEs in Kedungdalem Village. The activity implementation technique consists of several levels, namely preparation, implementation, and evaluation. The results of community service activities are that business actors experience an increased understanding of business legality, the benefits of business legality, the consequences of not having business legality, and also business actors having a Business Identification Number (NIB)..

At this time many see that the application of financial literacy knowledge in Cipuk MSMEs has not been applied optimally. However, with advances in technology, it has a method of applying business management knowledge so that these MSMEs can be more advanced. This business management science is financial literacy, which is to understand and apply various financial skills, such as managing personal savings, making budgeting, and investing. Not only that, MSMEs can add new flavor innovations due to the limited flavors in Cipuk preparations. The result of this service is that the Cipuk MSME partners understand more about financial literacy, understand more about making budgeting, financial bookkeeping and others, and add taste innovation, namely, so that MSME products are more varied and consumers don't feel bored with the taste of existing products.

RKT Kitchen adalah salah satu Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) yang tergabung dalam Paguyuban UMKM Kalirungkut di Kecamatan Rungkut, Kota Surabaya. RKT Kitchen terletak di Jalan Rungkut Asri XIII No. 19 dan dimiliki oleh Ibu Ismudji Rahayuningsih. UMKM ini spesialis dalam layanan katering dan menyediakan berbagai varian jus buah. Pemilik RKT Kitchen menghadapi kendala dalam memanfaatkan teknologi digital sehingga pemasaran dan penjualan produknya secara digital terhambat. Melalui kegiatan pengabdian masyarakat, penulis memberikan pendampingan yang bertujuan untuk menciptakan kesadaran, keterampilan, dan inovasi pemasaran pada produk UMKM RKT Kitchen. Metode pengabdian yang digunakan adalah Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA) yang terdiri dari tiga tahap yaitu sosialisasi dan pemberian wawasan, pembuatan akun dan pembimbingan, serta simulasi dan uji coba. Hasil yang didapat dari kegiatan pengabdian adalah berkembangnya potensi produk UMKM RKT Kitchen melalui aplikasi Go Food sebagai bentuk implementasi digital marketing.

Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) memiliki peran penting dalam pertumbuhan perekonomian negara dan penyerapan tenaga kerja. Kelurahan Keputih memiliki cukup banyak UMKM  yang aktif dan variatif. Hasil survei menemukan beberapa kendala yang dialami oleh UMKM di wilayah Kelurahan Keputih, salah satunya ada pengenalan produk dan ketatnya persaingan untuk melakukan pemasaran di era digital. Solusi kegiatan diprioritaskan untuk UMKM yang memiliki potensi yaitu “Bebek Mesra Surabaya” dilakukan pendampimpangan dengan strategi rebranding dan digital marketing. Pendampingan yang dilakukan diantaranya:  a. Pembuatan foto produk dan video konten;  b. Pembaruan design banner; c. Pembuatan menu dengan Quick Response (QR) Code untuk menu digital UMKM “Bebek Mesra”. Hasil yang diperoleh setelah pendampingan adalah UMKM “Bebek Mesra Surabaya memiliki lebih banyak konten dan mengetahui cara membuat konten yang menarik untuk melakukan pemasaran digital, design banner baru yang sudah tercantum logo halal MUI, dan daftar menu baru disertai Quick Responses (QR).

Perkembangan bisnis untuk industry makanan sangatlah pesat. Hal tersebut ditandai dengan menjamurnya berbagai macam produsen makana cepat saji di Indonesia. Para produsen seolah ingin berlomba untuk menghadirkan produk unggulan yang dapat memenuhi keinginan dari para konsumen.Berbagai macam pola pengembangan produk telah dilakukan,namun usaha tersebut dirasakan belum terlalu sesuai dengan ekspetasi perusahaan karena tidak mampu meningkatkan omset penjualan. Hal tersebut ditengarai karena pola pengembangan yang telah dilakukan,tidak sesuai dengan prefensi konsumen sehingga tidak mampu memenuhi keinginan konsumen. Kesimpulan artikel bisnis ini menunjukan bahwa untuk memiliki kebab yang baik dan dapat bersaing,harus memiliki ciri khas khusus agar para konsumen tertarik dengan produk yang kita jual.Kebab harus memiliki kualitas yang baik sehingga konsumen juga tertarik untuk mencicipi kebab 3ini. Dimana produk ideal yang sesuai dengan prefensi konsumen untuk pengembangan kebab Abud’s adalah kebab yang isian daging dan menggunakan mayonise yang diolah sendiri oleh produsen, dengan ukuran kebab sebesar 20 cm serta harga jual sebesar 12.000 hingga 15.000.k

Baduta batik Blitar is an MSME that sells batik handicraft products. Barik itself is a work of a nation that is well known abroad. The batik craft center itself is a cultural tour that is visited by many domestic and foreign tourists. Almost every region in Indonesia has batik craft centers, especially in Java and its surroundings. UMKM Batik Baduta Blitar has been built since 2009, but UMKM Baduta has obstacles in carrying out digital marketing, which causes Batik Baduta Blitar customers to complain about the lack of information from Batik Baduta Blitar writing on Batik Baduta Blitar's social media. The application of digital marketing is carried out with the stages of literacy, training and development then application of programs that are in accordance with the conditions of the Baduta batik group. The results of this study are that with this problem the solution that can be applied is to create an online marketing strategy that includes digital marketing strategies, social media content, and copy writing. The existence of this online marketing strategy can make Batik Baduta Blitar MSMEs able to carry out marketing effectively and efficiently.

Service activities are carried out to help MSMEs in the service industry called Kori salon by making Kori salon financial reports, Kori salon financial reports are made irregularly and documented manually every day as part of its business procedures. The inability of Kori salon owners to handle bookkeeping reports is the main cause. To support MSME beauty salon businesses, it is necessary to provide training and assistance in preparing financial reports. The method used in this study is the direct support approach used in this effort to assist partners in compiling financial reports using the Bukuwarung program until it is successfully practiced. It is considered successful when partners are able to distinguish between the two states before and after receiving support. Partners recognize the value of accurately recording financial statements in the books based on the results of their actions. This exercise impacts revenue, expense and income statement accounts as well as knowledge partners and also impacts the financial statements that will be prepared in the coming year.

The number of business units and the number of MSME workers in the trade sector in Badung Regency during the 2019-2021 period has increased, but their contribution has fluctuated and tends to decrease. The decline in the contribution of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency indicates a decrease in the income of MSME entrepreneurs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of capital, length of business, and working hours simultaneously and partially on the income of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. The number of samples taken was 122 business units, using a simple random sampling technique. The analysis technique used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the analysis show that the variables of capital, length of business, and working hours simultaneously have a significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. The variables of capital, length of business, and working hours partially have a positive and significant effect on the income of MSMEs in the trade sector in Badung Regency. Theoretically the results of this study can support the Cobb-Douglas theory, and practically for entrepreneurs can be a source of information and considerations in maximizing their business income, and for other parties can be a source of reference in the future.

Pada  era digital saat ini, perkembangan teknologi seharusnya membantu memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat. Namun, masih ada masyarakat yang belum menguasai teknologi dan belum mendapatkan manfaat dari kemajuan tersebut. Kemajuan teknologi seharusnya membantu UMKM dalam usahanya. Salah satu platform yang mendukung perkembangan ini adalah Appsheet, yang memungkinkan pengguna membuat aplikasi seluler, tablet, dan web menggunakan sumber data dari Google Drive, Microsoft 365, dan data berbasis cloud lainnya. Aplikasi ini dapat membantu penjualan melalui tampilan katalog penjualan yang menarik, meningkatkan daya beli produk UMKM. Di Kelurahan Gedog, para pelaku UMKM belum memiliki platform khusus untuk mempromosikan usaha mereka kepada masyarakat sekitar. Hal ini menyebabkan daya beli masyarakat terhadap UMKM cukup rendah karena kurangnya informasi mengenai UMKM yang memenuhi kebutuhan mereka. Jika masyarakat membeli kebutuhan mereka di UMKM sekitar Kelurahan Gedog yang telah memanfaatkan teknologi digital melalui aplikasi E-katalog berbasis Appsheet secara efektif, tentu akan meningkatkan ekonomi dan daya beli masyarakat serta membantu pembangunan ekonomi sekitar.

The MBKM Thematic Real Work Lecture (KKNT) organized by the East Java "Veteran" National Development University is a form of education by providing learning experiences for students to live in the community outside the campus, which directly together with the community identify potential and handle problems so that they are expected to be able to develop village/regional potential and concoct solutions to existing problems in the village. After observing Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the District of Bareng, most of the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) do not have brand names on their products. This is a challenge for MBKM Thematic Real Work Lectures (KKNT) how to make Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Bareng District have a brand on their products. The introduction of this product brand is useful for the progress of Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in the Bareng District in a modern way so that they are not left behind by other cities. With a work program that organizes branding and digital marketing in Bareng District, it can help Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) to expand marketing, provide logos, packaging, and can assist in creating social media and e-commerce.

“UMKM” are one of the indicators that influence domestic economic growth. The increase in “UMKM” has a very positive impact on the domestic or national economy. In the process of increasing “UMKM”, it can be done in various ways, one of which is by providing empowerment and outreach. However, in carrying out these activities it is also required to see and study current economic aspects such as digitalization. Therefore this empowerment and socialization carries the theme of digitalization. The method used in this journal is an initial survey, data collection, analysis, and evaluation of results. From these results it can be seen that “UMKM” get input about the digitization of the economy including product marketing, business logos, product photos, social media platforms and banners.

Pengembangan Usaha Mikro, Kecil, dan Menengah (UMKM) mengharuskan pemilik usaha mempunyai suatu strategi yang dilakukan dalam pemasaran produknya guna meningkatkan daya saing serta dapat mengembangkan potensi usahanya. Salah satu strategi dalam hal tersebut yaitu branding, branding dilakukan untuk mewujudkan adanya wajah atau identitas dari suatu usaha tersebut. Jika memiliki usaha namun tidak memiliki branding, maka kegiatan berusaha tersebut bisa dibilang kurang maksimal dan kurang bersaing dengan yang lain. Branding juga dapat dimanfaatkan sebagai sarana informasi dan komunikasi untuk mengenalkan dan memperkuat brand awareness dari usaha tersebut. Adanya kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini terfokuskan pada kegiatan branding UMKM di Desa Tegalrejo, Kecamatan Dringu, Kabupaten Probolinggo. UMKM tersebut yakni UMKM Tahu Tempe Pantura dan UMKM Bila Catering yang keduanya bergerak di bidang kuliner. Kegiatan branding ini dilakukan untuk menjawab dan memberikan solusi atas semua kendala dan masalah yang dialami oleh para pemilik UMKM tersebut. Kendala yang dihadapi oleh para pemilik UMKM yaitu kurangnya pemasaran produk. Kegiatan pengabdian kepada masyarakat ini bertujuan untuk menanamkan pemahaman mengenai branding dan melakukan pendampingan branding. Dari kegiatan tersebut, kami berharap dapat memberikan efek positif dalam pengembangan potensi UMKM Desa Tegalrejo sebagai upaya peningkatan daya tarik dan penjualan.
