The community's need for electricity is getting higher, so alternative energy sources such as solar heat are needed to replace energy sources from fossil fuels in meeting electricity needs. In this paper we design a two-axis solar tracker with an LDR sensor. A sun tracking system is a unit that is combined into one to control the position of the tracking device with the aim of making the surface of the solar panel module always facing the direction of sunlight. This research discusses the Prototype of the Sun Tracking System in Arduino Based Solar Power Generation Systems to get maximum solar energy. This system will make solar panels move automatically so that sunlight absorption can be maximized. The main control uses Arduino nano which gets input values ​​from the LDR sensor then is processed to the output system. With the control system method can automatically be seen the difference in the results of a fixed solar panel with a solar panel with a tracker, from the comparison we get a solar panel with a tracker to get more optimal results.  

AbstractPartners in the Community Partnership Program activities are Pande Besi PRASOJO located in Nangsri Kidul RT 2 / IV Nangsri Kebakkramat Karanganyar and Pande Besi MANDIRI located at  Dondong RT 2/IX Klumprit Mojolaban Sukoharjo. The two partners are traditional blacksmiths. The problems faced by the two partners are relatively the same, namely: 1) traditional / conventional production processes; 2) do not apply the principles of Occupational Health & Safety. Solutions that will be carried out from this activity are: 1) production of blower and grinding tools; 2) the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). The method that will be carried out to realize the objectives of the PKM implementation program is through: 1) Procurement of electric blowers and grinders for both partners; 2) Increased knowledge and training in the use of personal protective equipment (PPE). In this method both partner SMEs are involved in each activity starting from problem identification, action analysis, action planning and implementation of activities. Through this method, the identified problems and actions to be taken are bottom up proposals. So that every action that will be carried out is right on target and is able to realize the objectives to be achieved maximally. The results of the Community Partnership Program activities were Pande Besi PRASOJO and Pande Besi MANDIRI succeeded in increasing the quantity and quality of products through the procurement of blower and grinding tools. Both partners have also implemented occupational health and safety principles through increased knowledge and use of PPE.

In today's industry competition the use of a technology is very important, including in inventory management. This system is used to enter inventory data into the database so that there are no errors in the report. So that in it often occurs stock report errors in the availability of goods that result in data not being updated, the system that will be created by the author is a system of inventory information that is useful to overcome these problems. This system is also equipped with reports on incoming and outgoing goods data reports, minimum and maximum stock reports, and Web-based stock data reports. With this inventory information system, it is expected to be able to help the existing problems, facilitate data collection, the system built can provide access rights for each user, as well as facilitate the preparation of reports so that the Program is able to handle existing problems.  

The provision of legal aid to the poor is an effort to fulfill and simultaneously implement a rule of law that recognizes and protects and guarantees the human rights of citizens regarding the need for access to justice and equality before the law. The purpose of writing this thesis is to explain the mechanism for providing criminal legal aid for the poor in Semarang City, the fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the poor, and the inhibiting factors for fulfilling the right to criminal legal aid for the poor in Semarang City. The approach method used is juridical normative, descriptive analytical research specifications. The data source used is secondary data. The data collection method used is literature study. This research is presented in the form of a report which is described induction through qualitative data analysis. The results showed that the mechanism of providing criminal legal assistance to the poor in Semarang City was in accordance with the provisions of Law Number 11 of 2016 concerning Legal Aid, Semarang City Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning Implementation of Legal Aid and Regulation of the Mayor of Semarang Number 131 of 2016 concerning Guidelines for the Implementation of Semarang City Regional Regulation Number 1 of 2016 concerning the Implementation of Legal Aid. The fulfillment of the right to criminal legal aid for the people of Semarang city so far the fulfillment of the right to legal aid in criminal cases against the urban poor has not been maximized because it has not been felt by all levels of society, especially the poor who do not know about the existence of free legal assistance, besides that it is also constrained by budget constraints. Hydroponics are now increasingly in demand, should be checked regularly so that hydroponic plants thrive. Likewise, in Siliwangi Indah Hydroponics Semarang, which still uses manual methods, namely the absence of a device that detects nutrient water temperature and pH automatically and the absence of tools that can normalize nutrients automatically. Arduino Uno R3 can be used to detect temperature automatically with a temperature sensor DS18B20, and detect pH with a pH sensor. Then the sensor readings are sent to the farmer's cellphone with SMS Gateway. The sensor readings are also used to divert the flow of nutrients from the spare reservoir, so that the nutrients remain normal. So this tool can automatically measure the nutrient water temperature and pH and replace the main nutrients to the reserve nutrients. And the assessment obtained from experts on this tool gets a value of 3.6 and from the expert gets a value of 3.7. Hydroponic nutrition in this study is maintained normally and farmers always know the nutritional state. So that the hydroponic plants thrive and have maximum yields.

SMK Kyai Ageng Pandanaran Semarang  is one of the private vocational high school that want to improve quality of teaching and learning to produce quality graduates. During these teaching and learning methods that are used less than maximum, students are easily saturated, study time is limited and there are no facilities for new teachers to learn service and auto repair material  efficiently. The authors develop a learning media services and auto repair expert system based that aims to resolve the issue. Learning media is developed by prototype approach. Expert system technology advanced trace method is applied into the learning media through   the facilities of diagnosis and troubleshooting to help new teachers and student learning to identify the damage automobile. Database can be managed and updated by senior teachers by utilizing the MySQL database and PHP programming language. In addition, this learning media also features video demonstration of the *.swf file and the theoretical material in the form of a *.pdf file. The results of the development has produced a new system of web-based expert system as a supplement learning media services and auto repair in the process of teaching and learning activities.

The issue of legal protection for consumers is one that is championed in order to provide protection for the community as consumers. BPOM Semarang City has the duty to provide services for the community to supervise the circulating products to ensure their safety, however, there are still products that contain hazardous substances in circulation. Therefore this thesis is entitled "The Function and Role of BPOM in Consumer Protection Against Foods Containing Hazardous Ingredients in Semarang City".                The problem under study is to find out how the function and role of BPOM in dealing with food containing hazardous ingredients, what efforts have been made by BPOM on foods containing hazardous ingredients and the rights obtained by consumers in order to be safer against substances that contain hazardous ingredients.                The research method used is the type of normative juridical legal research. Specific research is descriptive analysis of primary and secondary data sources. Data collection methods used are interviews and literature study with research locations at BPOM Semarang City.             Based on the research obtained shows that the position of consumers is weak compared to producers, so consumers need the existence of UUPK and POM agencies as supervisors on the feasibility and safety of drugs and food to avoid losses suffered by consumers considering that there are still dangerous substances in the circulating products. The role of the government needs to be maximized in controlling, supervising and coaching and counseling to consumers and businesses.

Tempe is a traditional fermented food usually made from soybeans by Rhizopus sp. Recents publicationsmentioned that the major component was dietary fiber. One which has the capacity to lowering blood cholesterollevel. The purpose of this study was to examine the effect of tempe diet on the lipid profile and cholesterolexcretion in rats. 45 male Sprague Dawley rats were used and divided into 3 groups of 15. Each group were fedan isocaloric and isoprotein diet contained different proportion of tempe (0%, 10%,20%,30% and 40%) for 4weeks. This experiment used completely randomized design.The result showed that tempe diet significantly reduced total cholesterol (12%), LDL-cholesterol (50%) andtriglyceride (50,36%) and increased HDL resulted in the higher cholesterol faeces excretion with were maximumvalue 11,9 mg/g (40% tempe) compared 5,4 mg/g (standar diet).Keywords: Tempe, diet, lipid profile, cholesterol excretion.

The study aims to analyze the influence of internal control systems and the use of information technology on the quality of financial reports, with human resource competence serving as a mediating variable. The study was conducted at 18 Community Health Centers (Puskesmas) in Gresik Regency, with the main indicators being internal control systems, the use of information technology, financial report quality, and human resource competence. Using purposive sampling, a sample of 70 respondents comprising the population of Puskesmas employees in the Gresik region was selected for the study. The Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (SEM-PLS) method was used as the data analysis technique after all primary data were collected via a questionnaire specifically designed to represent the relevant variables. Based on the research results, the quality of financial reports has a positive impact when utilizing an information technology-based internal control system. However, human resource competence does not have a maximal impact on the utilization of the internal control system; nevertheless, a positive impact can be leveraged through the use of information technology. Further mediation analysis indicates that human resource competency mediates the correlation between internal control systems and financial statement quality. Conversely, human resource competency does not mediate the relationship between the utilization of information technology and financial statement quality. This study underscores the importance of internal control systems, the utilization of information technology, and human resource competency in producing optimal financial statement quality.
